I purchased one LG LCD Tv 32LH20R from Dass Electric, Kalyaninagar, Pune on 30th June 2009 against Bill No. 00849KE under ‘ Buy LG LCD TV and get a DTH SET top Box and 6 months subscription free offer. As per the offer, one DTH connection was to be provided free with TV.

The TV set was delivered to me on 2nd July 2009.

On 13th July, I sent following documents by First Flight courier vide docket No. M17344288 in one envelope to M/S Spectramind Marketing, Noida as per the terms set out:

1) one Draft of Rs 99/-
2) One coupons 236639
3) one Bar code sticker
4) One copy of Bill

Till date, I have not heard anything from Spectramind Marketing or LG Electronics Ltd.

The helpline provided on the redemption card is beyond reach. Is LG company is listening to our complaint and help.

Lg Plasma TV — Non Receipt of Gift - Airtel DTH

Dear Sir,

I had purchased a LG Plasma TV from M/s Electronics Pavilion, New Delhi on July 02, 2009. The requisite documents alongwith a bank draft of Rs. 99/-. The documents were sent through Track On Courier on July 11, 2009 and delivered on July 15, 2009 as per the courier company.

It is regretted taht we have neither recived the gift nor any response from the company. Request confirm the likely date of instyallation of the gift.

Non delivery or Non confirmation by mail of Set Top Box Promotion Till Date Dated 13.08.2009

I purchased one LG LCD Tv monitor from R R Systems Pvt.LTd. Nehru place New Delhi, on 07th July 2009. Bill No. RR/09/7492 dated 0707/2009 under promotion of DTH SET top Box and 6 months subscription free offer. As per terms and condition DTH connection was to be provided free with Monitor TV.

On the 21th July, I have sent following documents by courier Blue chip vide docket No. 10120300 in a envelope to M/S Spectramind Marketing, Noida .One Draft of Rs 99/- Bank of India One coupons No. 236639 one Bar code sticker original and One copy of Bill duplicate.

Till date, I have not get it confirmation or DTH from Spectramind Marketing. I have allready sent the several time mail with reminder but there is no response.

I purchased one LG LCD Tv 32LG80UR from Sound and Image GL -17l Road New Delhi on 09 Aug 2009 June 2009 against Bill No. 2741 dated 09-Aug 2009 ‘ Buy LG LCD TV and get a DTH SET top Box and 3 months subscription free offer. As per the offer, one DTH connection was to be provided free with TV.

The TV set was delivered to me on 9 Aug 2009.

On 11 Aug, I sent following documents by Speed Post vide Receipt No DEL 36833285IN in one envelope to M/S Spectramind Marketing, D160 Sector 26 as per the terms set out:

1) one Draft from Dena Bank Hari Nagar Branch New Delhi No 829710 dated[protected] of Rs 99/-
2) One coupon 306588 with halogram of Spectamind
3) one Bar code sticker S, No 905LPBL005189
4) One copy of Bill No 2741 dated 9 Aug 2009

Till date, I have not heard anything from Spectramind Marketing or LG Electronics Ltd.

I purchased one 32 inch LG LCD Tv from Mahadev Electronics, DLF-Phase-I, Gurgaon, on 05th Aug 2009. This was bought under promotion of DTH SET top Box and 6 months subscription free offer. As per terms and condition DTH connection was to be provided free with the TV.

I had enclosed all the necessary documents as mentioned:
1. Completed filled DTH Claim form having Spectarmind Marketting original hologram: no. 140735
2. Photocopy of the original invoice: no. 1488/2009
3. Orginal LG LCD TV Serial no. Model no., Bar code cutting from the carton : S.No.: 901LPDX001666, Model No. 32LG80UR ATR.
4. One Draft of Amt: Rs 99/- ; No. 846338; of State Bank of India in favor of Spectramind Marketing Private Limited.

Till date, I have not got any confirmation from Spectramind Marketing regarding the DTH box. Its nearly 2 weeks now since I have send the documents. Funny thing is the TV is just lying in the house as a showpiece.

Please try to understand that further delays will affect the reputation of the dealer as well as of LG.

Kindly let me know when the DTH box will be delivered,

same case with me. bought a LG LCD . but there is no set up box has been provided by spectra mind.
i also purchased LG 32" LH20R LCD TV from DASS Electronics, chinchwad. On 28/6/2009, bill no. 03292PC, under promotion of 'buy LG LCD TV and get HDMI DVD and DTH 6 months subscription'.

I also am facing the same problem. The set top box nor the 50 DVD pack as promised in the newspaper ad has been given. LG does not register our complaints. Their customers service executives (Sarah) are very rude. They just put the phone down. Soundarya digital Mall Vizag where i bought the LCD from, is also not responding. LG has promised us, and they should give us service but they are making us run between pillar and post. Very Very poor service. I will never buy a LG product again. I will not recommend LG products to anyone.
Almost 45 days have been passed after the purchase of 22" TFT TV LG but Spectramind is not giving any type of respose. What is the matter ? The responsibility is Totally of LG Electronics. They must provide an alternative to the problem. because the Total defame is going in LG's account. Listen LG Marketing Deptt. .

Dear Members,

I bought LG 22" LCD TV monitor on 27/08/2009(Bill Attached B.jpg).
I bought seeing promos given by LG company (To see the promo see LG WEBSITE)

I completed all the formalities to get my DTH service according to the LG IT CLAIM FORM ( See A.jpg)

And couriered it to Spectramind Marketing Pvt. Ltd. as mention in CLAIM FORM on 30th by Doc. No. 3137 through First Flight.

Now after a long time, i got a letter (c.jpg) stating that I have not attached Invoice Photocopy. Which is absolutely incorrect and I believe it’s a game played my LG company. As I have send all the documents as mention in "LG IT CLAIM FORM" and I also believe that there might be more customers cheated by LG Company.

As mention in (C.jpg) letter from Spectramind Marketing Pvt. Ltd., I cannot even re-submit my CLAIM FORM.

Now what can I do to get my DTH Free service with 6 months subscription free.( as promised in the promos during that time)

LG lcd tv — Non receipt of GIFT Items.

Dear Sir, We purchased LG LCD TV in the month of April 2009. That time LG offer on for 100% Guaranteed Gift by scratch card. But Till date i.e. 4/12/2009 i didn't get my gift. So please do not faith on LG offer. LG not full fill there Commitment.
i had bought a lg lcd tv monitor and there was a gift of airtel dth connection, installation & 6 months subscription. I was asked to send me a xerox copy of purchase invoice, an amount of Rs 99 by DD & the price tag wrriten on the pack of the monitor. Its been about a month or two but still i have not recieved my free gift.

Lg Plasma TV — Giving trouble since installed TV

Dear Sir,

A LG Plasma TV installed at my home on first week of Feb'2010, which was bought from home town Noida on 26th Jan'2010.Last week 11 June my TV was not being started and it showed a black screen. This problem was coming since the TV installed at home but it started back automatically so we ignored it by consider it some wire loose issue etc. but last week when it didn't start at all, I called up LG call center. There service Engineer visited to house and told the inverter P.C.B not working and no-roster. We have to take the TV at service center because problem can't resolve here as it could be possible of inside modular is defected.

It looks me a defected TV has provided me by Home town Noida of which I have paid amount of as new TV. I have requested to LG and Home town both to replace my TV with new one, and I don't want defected TV after repaired.

I need you help to force LG and Home town to justify with me and give me new TV. I have also bought samsung freeze from Home town, but they were ready to refund amount of refrigertor when issue came,why they are not ready to refund my amount TV if issue is coming in that device also.

Thanks for your help and looking forward your interfernce to right justify with customer.

LG LCD TV — LCD been dead for a month

My LCD TV has been dead!!!! For last 30 days, I have been continuously following up with LG. But there has not been any response. There is a small part which needs to be changed. But there has been no response from there end.
The toll free number goes to a call center, where they are only interested in verifying my address. Then they promise that someone from the service center shall revert within 24 hours. But I m yet to get a call.
Please avoid buying LG products.

    Sir,

    I have Savings Bank A/c with No: 511785 in the Alwal Post Office, Alwal, Secunderabad-500010, Andhra Pradesh. I have opened MIS Account with No: 8030501on 23.08.2000 and given request of Auto Transfer. The Auto Transfer was not done regularly and I lost my yearly interests on the SB Account. I was taking my interests for every 4 to 6 months. If the interests was transferred from MIS to SB A/c, I would have got the yearly interests on the SB Account and that is the purpose of keeping Auto Transfer. The pass book is lost by the post office people when it is given for interest updates in Oct.2007 and they have given the duplicate pass book on 02.04.09 with out any proper entries.

    In my requests in written dated on 14.02.09 and 25.04.09, to the Alwal post office, I clearly mentioned about the book updating(Including MIS Interests) with actual yearly interests from the year 2000, and the address change, the Postal department have not updated anything and even they are so much careless they did not change my address in their records.

    In this view I request you to kindly take proper action and do justice tome.

    Postal department, alwal — Post delays

    I have received a coupon from Home shop 18 which expires on April 30th. I received the post on May 2nd, after the coupon had expired. The stamp on the envelope reads April 18th. Why the delay? I have an annual subscription of Elle magazine. I have received it for 3months. Since past two months i am not getting the magazines. Kindly do the needful.

    At Post Office near Railway Station, Mulund (West), Mumbai-400 080. Staff for attending customers of N.S.C., K..V.P., Term Deposit, M.I.P. etc. is only one, whereas cumtomers for said services are too many. Cumtomers have spend no. of hours to complete transaction and many seniour citizens, sick customers, ladies and service oriented customers can't wait for long time, behaviour of your staff is irrogant.       This is in Refrence with LG refrigerator (Double Door) purchased dt 13-10-08 from Sales Corner, Baroda in name of Mr. Vijay Afle. The refrigerator is not working properly since purchase. It often works properly for few days and then all of a sudden cooling is lost. The refrigerator is working but there is no cooling.
      The first complaint was booked by us around 3 months back.That time the service engineer instructed us on telephone to adjust the timer. After that the fridge started working but again the same problem arose within 2 months.
      Again last week the problem repeated . complaint was lodged at around 12 noon on the Toll free no. on 31st July.There was no response till 4.30 PM on 1st Aug. when again complaint was made .The service engineer came around 7.30 PM that day and checked the fridge. He informed that the problem was with the timer and it is required to be replaced.He also informed that the timer is not available and it will be received and replaced. On our insisting for early replacement he asked us to contact the incharge of service centre. He assured to try to get it done by monday evening.But even till today the problem is not solved.
      We are not at all satisfied with ur service and hope the issue wil be resolved by tomorrow.

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I Dileep Bajpai had bought a DVD writer of LG company on 31/01/09 from Om Computer Agency, Naza Market, Lalbagh, Lucknow. I have consumed the product approximately 6 and 1/2 months since 31/01/09 and now the problem of reading/writing of any kind of disk i.e. CD/DVD is occurring. To solve this problem I went to Info Vein Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd. situated @ 1st floor, Faridi Building, Maqbara Road, Hazaratganj Lucknow on 23/07/09. A replacement was made by the service centre and I had received a new DVD writer on 31/07/09. Now when I connected the new DVD writer I found that the previous problem is also persist in the received new one. I complained again in the service centre on 1/08/09 then the contacting person said to me to bring the DVD writer to him and he will be replace it again with new one on the spot, but when I went there then receptionist madam again gave me a job sheet and said to me that the part is not available so I gave him some more time to solve the problem but the company is not interested to do so because I have not been received a replaced product yet. I called to Mr. Subhash Chandra Verma ASM LG Electronics Lucknow to take appropriate action on my complaint on 03/08/09 so he told me that the product will be replaced on the next day i.e. 04/08/09 now when I called to service centre on said day Mr. Satyendra Singh ( contacting person of Info Vein Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) said to me to call him never and behaved very rudely. I told it on LG customer care and asked him the phone no. of higher authorities of his company then he clearly said to me that they do not have any phone no. or fax no. of higher authorities they provide me a phone no.[protected] of Ms. Shashi Singh, I talked to Ms. Shashi Singh to solve my problem then she also clearly said to me that she can not help me.

          Good Day,

          Somebody accessed my account and replied important emails. The hacker replied to an email asking my decision and the reply was totaly opposite to what i should have replied/decided.

          The hacker also sent email to my friends with a printscreen attachment of one of my personal emails.

          This has caused me a lot of troubles and worries for days now

          When i acces my account, it always say its locked.

          please reset my account and send me the new password in my alternate email [protected]@yahoo.com

          And also, how can i be assured that this will not happen again. What do I need to do?

          Hope you can act on this matter in the earliest possible time

            I purchased new dvd player on12 june 2009 from BAKSHI TELEVISION CO., 7542 Ram nagar market, Qutab road, Pahar ganj, New Delhi-55. the RECEIPT NO.. is 17309.I faced some problem with pan drive port and i made complaint on 7 july as it was under warranty for 1 year. ( FIRST complaint no. N9C[protected] One person from the service centre visited my place and said spares are not available.He promised to come again after two days but no one came again . I made a complaint again on 14 july 2009 about the same matter (SECOND COMPLAINT NO. is N9C7140563).Again there was no resolution being found to my problem .Then i made a complaint to dealer . After the dealer complaint one person visited the site and took away DVD PLAYER on 25 july 2009 job sheet no. is AFB9C71700108. He told that due to software problem he has to take it with him to the authorised service centre and will return it within 3 days otherwise they will replace it.But there is no response till date .Again i made a complaint on 1 AUGUST2009(COMPLAINT NO. N9C[protected].

              My complaints is Regarding the Institute from where I have done my MBA it is "Galgotias Institute Of Management & Technology, Greater Noida" (Affiliated to UPTU, Lucknow). At the starting of my MBA course in July 2006 i have submitted Rs 10, 000 as a security money along with my fee. But once i have completed my course, they asked us to come for a security fee refund but once i moved to college they refused to return the money by saying that Fees o[censored]PTU has been increased & Security money is adjusted in that increased fee. But if we talk about similar institues all of them have returned money. and when asked why Fee is increased they told us to Come by a court. This is really such a bad experience with this institute. I am writing this complaint so that Students who further take admissions there will not be any exploitation of Students.

                I purchase LG latest model fridge nos GL305VM4 on 21/01/2009 Arihant Electronics . After 3 -4 days of its installation i started storing my food, fruits and vegetable. and with 3 - 4 days all my items stored in fridge, started giving rotten smell and items were all spoiled . so i gave a dettol dry wash .started storing the items but again same . i complain to after service cell of LG. tecnician came and he told since fridge was set on high coolling temp food and other item have rotten .so he reduced the cooling temp . but again same there is no change i made complain to them but with out any response.

                  (The " Employee”)

                  1. For good consideration, the Company employs the Employee on the following terms and conditions.



                  2. TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: Subject to the provisions for termination set forth below this agreement will begin on 18th of July 2009, unless sooner terminated.















                  3. SALARY: The Company shall pay Employee a salary of £15, 920.00 (Fifteen Thousand Nine Hundred Pounds) every month after tax deduction, for the services of the Employee, payable at regular payroll periods.



                  Employer for each intercontinental trip shall pay £5, 000.00 flat rate travel/entertainment allowance.

                  3.1 Employee. Travel shall be by business class/first class. However for the purpose of commencement, the cost of travel ticket shall be paid in addition to travel/entertainment allowance.

SETTLEMENT BY ARBITRATION: Any claim or controversy that arises out of or relates to this agreement, or the breach of it, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Scotland Arbitration Association.                     We had purchased a washing machine from local shop in Thane (Kiran Electronics). After few months we had issues with the front panel and we registered the complaint to the service department of LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. An engineer visited and wrote in his papers that the wires of front pane was eaten by Mouse. We did not know that this is not covered in warranty. There is however no proof of mouse in my house. The service department asked us to spend Rs 5000 to replace the front panel. We argued and despite trying to get it replaced by the company for more 3 months we had to spend the money to get it replaced. They would promise us that they will visit in next few days and that promise continued for few months. Irritated and frustrated, we had to spend the money. We also ensured that we install the mouse safety net below the machine.

                    Few months later the motor stopped working. Engineer visited from the service department and promised again, as usual, that it will be replaced in few days. That was more than a month ago. Even Mr. Majumdar (suppoedly head of service department) called me and told me that they will visit in few days and that was a week ago. Sometimes they tell us the motor is not working and sometimes they say PCP is not working. It seems that the department full of incompetent people from people who receive calls to people who do home visits to people who claim to be the head of the department. Customer care, it seems, is at their lowest level of priority and does not appear of their agenda at all. We keep calling them almost everyday and get the same answer everyday that somebody will visit in few days.

                    I have been frustrated, disgusted and saddened to see a reputed company having such a rotten service center with rotten level talent recruited all over their service center. IT IS ABSOLUTLY ROTTEN and DISGUSTING service that I have never received in my life anywhere in the world.

                    It seems that they are waiting for the warranty period to expire to milk some more money from us. Sounds like a scam going on here.

                    Hopefully this complain will draw some attention. If not then I would strongly urge people to think 10 times before buying a LG product.

                      This is to bring into your kind notice that I Capt Varun Singh Malhan has purchased a window 1.5 Ton AC with S.No: 903NLPQ000496, LWA5HW2DD1, AN49DN1(IN) from LG Showrooom, Karkhana Rd, Secunderabad on 1st Apr 2009.
                      Since the time I have installed this AC, I have been facing problems, for which I have contacted LG Customer Care no:[protected], and from them, forget about customer satisfaction, I have received only the complaint id’s & false expectations of repairing my AC issues . Detailed description of all the problems is as follows:

                      I immediately called Lg Customer Care and they gave me the above mentioned Complaint id and promised an engineer visit for next business day.
                      Next Day an Engineer named Mr. Raju with a mobile no([protected]) appeared and told me that I have to tilt the AC in upward direction and cover it with a ply board to avoid the loud noise problem and for Automatic Switching on and off issue he said that, Since this AC is automatic, this happens in every new AC.
                      As a new customer, I believed his words and signed on his resolution sheet, because he assured me that if next time also the same thing happens I can call him anytime for the service and he will come immediately.
                      2) S9C[protected]Complaint id on 26th May 09): The problem was not completely solved, noise issue was consistently disturbing my newborn babies sleep, and then AC was not giving any cooling effect. I again called Mr. Raju, he came and removed all the screws of my AC and said now sound will not come and since there is dust in the front panel of AC it’s not giving cool air, so he cleaned the dust and said 1st service is over please sign. I did so, thinking that the issue is resolved.

                      3) S9C[protected]Complaint id 30th May 09): After few days again the problem started, I again called LG Customer care and complaint as AC was making loud intermittent noise, I was having guests at home and they were making fun that my AC makes louder noise then there Cooler. I consulted few of my friends who use similar AC and they told me that this kind of a noise never comes from there AC, I again called Mr. Raju, he told me that he has given the complaint to his department and on 27th May 09, there team will come to pick this AC, as they need to replace the gas leakage component, in the company itself. I agreed on his words and waited whole day but no one turned up. Then I called LG Care again and after 2 days LG Onsite Engineer came with his assistant in the evening i.e. On 29th May 09, He told me where is the AC placed, I showed him the way and thought he is confident enough and night solve the issue-But….Instead of solving my issues he increased my problems:
                      a) Even before solving the problems he filled his resolution sheet and told me to sign on it, I refused and told him to fix the issues first.
                      b) I live on First flr, and it’s a window AC, which I have put on my window by providing an Iron Rods extension to it like a stand : I told the engineer that it’s on a stand be careful while taking out the AC but he immediately pulled it out, My AC was about to fall because of his negligence.
                      c) Somehow I managed to save my AC from falling down and breaking into pieces and taking help of my 2 helpers.
                      d) Because he pulled it out roughly, entire body of my AC from top, bottom, left & right, it was scratched badly. He also broke my plywood cover and wooden stand which was on the iron stand to tilt the AC.
                      e) The engineer covered all the scratches with the newspaper and tape, thinking that scratches are not visible by me and put the AC back on the stand.
                      f) After waiting 2 hours on this hassle he created, he couldn’t solve the cooling problem. He just started blabbering on usage of remote of the AC. He also said the same thing that since this AC has got automatic on off system, it will get off itself.
                      g) For my intermittent noise issue, he asked for coconut oil, when I gave him the bottle of parachute oil he put it in the machine and told me that this will solve the noise issue for now. Then I asked him that will this occur again he said it might come, then I asked him should I also use coconut oil then he said that it is harmful for the AC, then I scolded him that why did he used it. Then he said to fix the problem temporarily he has done so.
                      h) Since the noise problem was intermittent, I requested him to wait for some more time to check; he refused and said already he has wasted his time in fixing the first issue with this AC-he was in a hurry of what???God knows!
                      i) Then He and his assistant forced me to sign on their resolution sheet, I refused because none of my issues were resolved by then, I asked there ID’s & names, and to horrifying my experience with LG, they told me that LG doesn’t provide them any id cards, and they also refused to give there full names.I got a doubt wheather they are actual LG Engineers or not, I asked their managers name and contact number.
                      j) He gave Mr. Shrikant/Mr. Anil’s number ([protected]), I called them and explained them the entire issue, Mr. Shrikant said he is a Sr. Sales Manager and he promised me that he will send a Senior Engineer named Mr. Qasim tomorrow ie. On 30th May, I again waited and infact wasted the whole day, no one turned up.I again called the other day, and I got the same answer- I called LG Customer care and spoke to Mr. Uday, wasted one hour on phone explaining him the issue, Iguess he was sleeping on call, I requested him to speak to a manager but he assured me that I will get a call from his manager in 5 min, Alas no call till today (29th Jul 09)Since then I am waiting for an engineer who can fix this issue, and have made severl calls to customer care, but all my efforts are gone in vain.
                      k) LG Customer care is least bothered about my issue, they have not even tried giving a callback atleast once.
                      l) There engineers are not even qualified engineers they are simple mechanics who knows how to open an AC but doesn’t know how to fix it.
                      m) These engineers don’t even know proper English or Hindi, when they cannot understand the customer how will they solve anyones issue.
                      n) I then went and bought a cooler to beat the heat of Hyderabad, shameless LG has still not called.
                      o) I did not sign on his resolution sheet thinking that some on emight call to know why it I sunsighned but no one cares in LG .
                      4) S9C[protected]Complaint id 17th Jul 09): My AC is born with intermittent sound issue which is more than a cooler, its leaks sometimes and make my room a swimming pool, its not taking load and again switching on and off itself within 10 mintues interval of time, and on top of that it started giving out bad smell, which makes the entire environment dirty. I had to call LG Customer care again, thinking this time atleast they will give some good resolution, they promised an engineer visit, no one turned up its over a week now. Called again spoke to Mr. Bala-he promised the same thing. Waited for another two days, same Engineer Mr. Raju turned up, He again opened my AC Door and said some parts are not there with him to fix it, he will get it in half an hoiur and he will come back, I waited the whole day but Mr. Raju has not come yet.called again, spoke to Mr. Bhaskar, I requested him for a manager, he told me none of the managers have come to the office today, he guaranteed me an engineer visit, but no one has turned up.

                      5) S9C[protected]Complaint id 27th Jul 09): Called LG Customer Care for the same issue, they said someone will come to pick my AC on their vehicle, its more than 4 days now no one has turned up.

                      6) S9C[protected]Complaint id 29th Jul 09): Called again and they have promised a pick up today, I gave them so many chances and told them that if this time its not fixed I will go to the consumer court, LG Team has no affect of this also. They are least borthered about anything.

                      I seriously need your help to fix this issue at the earliest, As now I need a New replacement for this window AC S.No: 903NLPQ000496, LWA5HW2DD1, AN49DN1(IN) and a compensation for sleeping in this hot weather with your non working AC and suffering and getting mental torture from your unqualified and ill mannered onsite engineers and going through the trauma of calling your LG Customer Care and getting humiliated by hearing same answers without any resolutions and taking pain of listening bad words and funny jokes from friends and relatives regarding this Cooler, I mean AC which sounds like a cooler, else guide me to approach the Consumer Court and appeal for justice for the same.

                      LG Window AC 1.5 T — Window AC needs to be replacement for customer satisfaction.

                      Dear Customer service Dept,


                      I have been customer of different LG products. But last month I bought a LG Window AC 1.5 T DF1 model. Which is not working as per design.


                      CMPLAINT: N9C60300221
                      Initially i was told because of PCB, twice they changed the PCB and also said the Motor FAUTLY.

                      TECHNICIANS WHO CAME WHEN THE CHANGED THE PCB IT SHORTED AND CHANGED ANOTHER ONE NOW THEY SAY MOTOR ISSUE AND CHANGED MOTOR TOO.

                      NOW AUTOSWING NOT WORKING.

                      SHOW IT AS DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND NO ONE WANTS TO CHANGE IT.

                      That mean out of 3 major components in the AC two are changed. Which means a defective product. Which SErvice center and Area service manager Mr.Amit, do not want to change.ALSO MANY FEATURES OF THE PCB LIKE AUTOSWING IS NOT WORKING. UNTIL NOW.





                      I AM TOTALLY DISSATIFIED WITH THE LG PRODUCTS KNOW BECAUSE OF THE ATTITUDE AND SERVICE. AFTER SALES SERVICE.

                      FOR SURE I WILL APPEAL WITH THE UPPER MANAGEMENT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE OF LG INDIA.

                      EVEN IF NECESSARY TO THE CONSUMER FORUM. IF THE PRODUCT IS NOT REPLACED.
                      I HAVE TWO PATIENTS AT HOME UNDERGOING CANCER TREATMENT. I CANNOT RUN AFTER SERVICE CENTER FROM THE TIME I PURCHASED THE PRODUCT. IF IT CAN UNDER GO THIS REPAIR IN JUST ONE MONTH OF PURCHASE. i DO NOT KNOW ABOUT ITS FUTURE.


                      Is there any person I knows the MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION. pLEASE REPLACE THIS PRODUCT.

                        This is regarding the manufacturing defect in LG Refigerator Model No:-GL-195NM4/185litres Direct Cool which i purchased form
                        M/S Sahu Agencies Pvt.Ltd,
                        Gomti Nagar Branch,
                        Lucknow.
                        on 23 march, 2009.I have noticed a manufacturing defect related to its working operation, as it is producing some loud(audible)sounds which are mentally disturbing continuously day or night.So most of the time the equipment has to be switched off to put silience in the room.so most of the time this Refigerator is useless for me as it is not working, in the idle(Off) state the freezer water come to condensing pot after overflow of this pot, the whole water from this equipment spread on the floor each day. This is a very critical situation for the customer point of view as you are claiming that LG is the No:ONE Brand
                        in India.Also you are claiming that your service is No one in India.
                        This problem was first encontered on the first day of purchasing, on next day i spoke to Sahu Agencies Pvt.Ltd, but they asked me to launch a complaint regarding this problem to LG Care.So i lodged a complaint to customer care & i got a request ID related to this problem.The first request ID no. was N9C51201948, on the behalf of this request no one from LG CARE has visited to my premises.I waited again & again, problem was not resloved till now.I also lodged another complaint on 27june, 2009, after one week i got a call from sevice centre that a person will visit your premises, i went my home by taking a half day leave from office, but at last nobody came to my home to resolve my problem.The problem is as it is on the day of puchasing.Please do needful to reslove this issue.

                          Press the center key (scroll) but not top or bottom, left or right - right in the center and hold it for a few seconds. Your speaker mode will go off automatically.

                          Yes the same problem was existing in my mobile. Just press the down key for sometime you can switch off the speker. Same can be done to switch on too
                          I'm also facing the same problem. I tried by holding the scroll key at center. But it did not work.
                          It is giving an option to select ring tone.

MWO model MG557B Sl.No.M23-4081L000620 from PUSHPAK ELECTRONICS Korba, Its regular going under problem i, d spent more than Rs.4000/- on repair by LG SERVICE CENTRE Star Visison Services KORBA, Now i, ve packed it due to regular defect and when asked they say the service doesn't carry any warranty.

                              I HAVE PURCHASED LG WINDIW AIR CONDITIONER FROM SAHU DEALER IN CSD CANTEEN LUCKNOW AND WITHIN 1 WEAK IS STOPPED COOLING AND NO ONE ATTENDED MY COMPLAIN FROM LG SERVICE AND NOT EVEN FROM SAHU SERVICE AFTER THAT WHEN WE GO TO THE DEALER HE MISBEHAVES AND WAS NOT READY TO REPLACE THE PRODUCT EVEN IF IT WAS FAULTY AND STOPS WORKING IN A WEAK. HE ASKED FOR CHARGING RS 2000 FOR REPAIR WITHIN GUARENTEE PERIOD AND FINALLY SERVICE CENTRE BOY FOUNDS THAT UNIT IS FAULTY AND HE MISGUIDED US AND IN THIS CASE HE DOESNT REPLACED COMPLETE MACHINE HE ONLY CHANGED THE COMPRESSOR FROM ON OLD MACHINE AFTER THAT COOLING GETS FINE BUT THAT OLD COMPRESSOR HE FITS FROM ONE OF THE OLD MACHINE WAS ALSO FAULTY AND PRODUCING LOTS OF NOISE IN EVERY STARTS SO PLS HELP ME AND SOLVE MY PROBLEM .                                 I own an lg turbo wonder automatic machine -6 kg - bought on dt dec 2007 which has suddenly run out of order, having complained on dt 21 july 2009 at service center at jain mandir civil lines moradabad a gentle man turned late evening at 8 pm and after seeing the machine he simply stated his non-efficiency to look into it and went back to send the other specialist who has not turned as yet ..Is this we expect from a world class company's service which promises to give service with in 24 hoursof the complaint ? may be thy stand for the customers in the meteropols if this is so then why distributors in corporate town and sing life is good. i think that company focuses it s' strategies on presenting advertisements with super stars to bait the common man, better part some profit to upgrade the after sales services., so that a customer may step up the show room

                                    i have bought one LG TFT monitor, 22 inch, last year in the end of August. Now, it started giving problem related to colored patches on right corner side both upper and lower... as the warranty card has mentioned an ON-SITE WARRANTY in it the persons from the said concerned department are saying to bring the TFT to them.. i have lodged complaint two times, but of no help...

                                      This is Deepmala Ahlawat. I brought one LG handset KP115 on 14th of june from The Mobile Store Ltd. Plot no.8, Atlantic plaza Vaishali, Sec - 4 Shop No-6 Ghaziabad - 201010 Phone no.[protected].. and i am facing lots of problem with handset i sent that handset twice to the LG service centre through The Mobile Store Ltd. (as they told me to provide service for one year)for one-one week but when i checked problem was still not resolved than on 14th july i personally went to LG service centre Laxmi Nagar Delhi, they said they changed the speaker but when i came back n started using that set again i faced the same kind of problem. Because of that i am loosing my valuable time, energy and money. I am a working women and i cant go again & again to service centre. i want to give my money back and i am also going to cunsumer court for the problems which i faced in last one month because of the handset. as LG is a very big & well known brand i have never expected this type of quality & ignorance for their customers. In future i will never recommond LG as a brand to anyone. please help me out.
                                      Very well said about LG...I want to suggest all to not to go for LG specially for Mobile Sets. this is one of my worst experiese about the gadzets...

                                        First, If any body planning to purchase LG Product, I would like to advice them not to purchase LG Product because their service is very very worst. I purchase A/c in 2007 & problem started after fixing it some time water is leaking, every six month gas is evacuted from compressor & again new problem started from last month, the A/c is work only 2 Hours & automatically switch off.If I call the customer simply they will say our technician will attend you soon but he will be after 2 weeks. I don't know what to do with this problem. . They given us warranty but it is only on the paper whenever they came they charge heavily.

                                        LG A/C — VERY BAD PRODUCT

                                        I HAVE PURCHASED ONE LG A/C FROM ONE OF THE DEALER IN NEW DELHI WHEN THE A/C WAS INSTALLED AFTER INSTALLING THE A/C, IN A WEEK TIME THE BLOWER WAS MAKING NOICE AND BLOWER WAS NOT WORKING THEN WE CALLED UP AT THE CUSTOMER CENTRE THE GUY CAME AND HE SAID I WILL REPLACE THE BLOWER I TOLD HIM I DONT WANT TO REPLACE IT, I NEED NEW A/C THEN HE SAID WE CANNOT DO THIS . THEN WE CALLED UP THE DEALER (MR.PUNEET OWNER OF THE SHOP)THEY WERE SO GOOD NEXT DAY THEY CHANGED IT. THANKS TO THEM AND NOW WE HAVE A PROBLEM IN THE DISPLAY OF THE A/C I HAVE BEEN CALLING THE CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE FROM 15DAYS AND I HAVE RECEIVED A CALL FROM A GUY WHO WAS SO ROUD AND HE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO SPEAK TO THE CUSTOMER (MY COMPLAINT ID IS:N8C[protected] SO I TOLD HIM IS THAT THE WAY TO SPEAK TO THE CUSTOMERS THEN HE DISCONNECTED THE CALL .THEN ON 18/08/08 SOMEBODY CAME AND HE SAID WHY YOU HAVE TAKEN THE LG A/C INSTEAD OF THIS YOU SHOULD BOUGHT SOME OTHER BRAND LIKE VOLTAS, O GENERAL ETC... SO THIS IS MY PERSONAL OPINION ONE SHOULD NOT BUY THE LG PRODUCTS NEVER NEVER NEVER...NEVER...NEVER BUY LG PRODUCTS... BUT THANKS TO MR.PUNEET THAT HE HELPED US LAST TIME, AND WE HAVE TOLD HIM AGAIN LETS SEE WHAT HAPPENS...
                                        LG's much hyped 24 x 7 Service is non-existant. Prospective LG customers be aware.

                                        LG A/C — Very Poor response

                                        I have bought one 1.5T Split A/C on 26/02/09 and the same was installed on 01/03/09. After 15 days, there is allot of noise from Indoor unit.I made a complaint allot of time and no action took. so, I called Regional Service centre and after their action the service peoples came and changed the motor which is fitted inside the indoor unit. Two days later, again I faced the same problem. Immediately, I made a complaint and no body response my complaint and until now (23/06/09) the problem haven't solved and I am really diappointed very much..

                                        VERY, VERY POOR RESPONSE from LG.

                                        LG A/C — Bad Service

                                        I bought A/C's from an LG dealer by the name of Surya in South Extension, New Delhi. After the warranty period the A/C was not cooling. I called up Surya & they sent their mechanic to fill gas. After few days again it stopped cooling. When we spoke to Surya they said they will not come . We then contacted the LG Customer Care . A mechanic came after 2 days from Servotax Services, C- 428 Sector 10, NOIDA. He told us that the earlier mechanic had damaged the A/C & we will have to pay nearly Rs 4000 for the repair.As we had no option we paid that amount & got the A/C done. It worked for just one day. The part that was changed was also damaged.After that we have been lodging compaints & calleg up but no one has come for a week. I have paid money for no fault of mine. Both the centre that I contacted are your authrised dealers. Each one blames the other for the damage.

                                        I want my A/C repaired & claim what has been charged for no fault of mine.

                                        L/G a/c — A/c Service

                                        Sir we have purchased two L.G a/c from Fomra Elecrticals , and we had called L.g Customer Care for the same to service the A/c on 4.4.10 they gave us a compliant no for the same which are [protected]&[protected] and said will be attened with in 24 hrs till date its not been attended by them , And when i called them today on 6.4.10 they are saying that their engg are busy so could not call u , And whern their enng are busy whey they give false commitment that u r call will be attended

                                        LG A/C — NO SERVICE

                                        COMPLAINT NO WITH LG SERVICE CENTRE: C[protected] C[protected] C.NO[protected].

                                        GIVEN COMPLAINT FOR NOT WORKING OF WINDOW A/C MORE THAN 10 DAYS NO FOLLOW UP . NOBODY ATENDS AND EVEN BOTHERS TO RESPOND PROPERLY UPON TELEPHONE.

                                        LG A/C — service issue

                                        The day i've puchased this a/c almost 5 times i had an issue with the censor and when i call customer service they are in no position to assist. Anyhow i managed to get censor replaced but again i'm facing a service issue as despite of lodging complaint for atleast 10 times noone from LG arrived. '

                                        Sadly i've to say that LG is one of the worst, digusting and unprofessional company when it comes after sales service and i've recommended all my friends and relatives not to go with LG.

                                        Dear Sir

                                        We have purchased LG A/C From Raja Electronics on 10.08.2009 against their bill no 9751. With 3 years Extended warranty.

                                        We logged a complaint on 27.06.2011 at Raja electronics, nagaur. But till date there is no response from dealer.
