I am MR.Jayanth.J.K, I had bought LG 22″ LCD monitor TV from Souza Electronics,kashyap complex sullia DK 574239 KARNATAKA. I am entitled for a free DTH connection for 6 months…but its more than a month but I haven't yet received the DTH connection….I call Spectramind and they say that they have already dispatched the DTH to LG Distributor in SULLIA D K KARNATAKA …when I call LG customer care they say that they don’t know about this. No one attends the call on any of these lines…I am really frustrated about this And LG is totally fraud is what I have realized by now….please take some strict action against the company.

lg M227WA — DTH connection

I have all ready submited of lg monitortv free dth documents on 27-07-09
but i have no any responce from your company till one month !!!
i saw on their terms and conditions that it takes 4 weeks to deliver it. But how is the monitor ?
we had purchased a LG-M227WA Monitor TV on 22/8/2009, we sent all the required documents to spectramind for the DTH which comes with the purchase after 3.5 months we have been following up, we tried to call the LG dealer, he is giving us dates after dates. but no delivery.
i also taken LG monitor with free DTH coonection from croma at ghatkopar R-city mall but they told me that offer has finished so who is laying

    i am using lg mobile with reliance gsm no. and on[protected] i have got a message in my mobile no [protected] from tm-k.c.s that my mobile number have been awards 300,000.00 gbp in l.g mobile award 2009 contact dr.peter to claim my prize and email at [protected]@gmail.com or contact [protected]. and when i have sent email to the given email no. they further told me to deposit 9500 rs in the given account in sbi in the name of melody kawlramchhani on 23TH of nov.2009 and they will transfer the winning amount in my sbi account no. the who is calling to me is saying his name paulson anderson a fiduciary agent from london and his no is [protected] and also the email which i have gothas an address give l.g centre london xe1 7na-u.k fax no[protected] ph.no.[protected] and ther is a name written dr.leo edward, sr.executive,director of operation l.g management london.so pls reply me that wheather these information which i have got is correct or not or not or it is a fake message.pls reply me now. i am online.or contact me...

    LG Mobile — HIGH SERVICE CHARGE FROM SERVICE CENTRE

    I HAD PURCHASED LG MOBILE KB 110, AFTER WARRANTY PERIOD I HAD APPROACHED SERVICE CENTRE TO CHECK MY STATUS OF HAND SET FAULT.
    THEY HAVE DEMANDED Rs500 FOR JUST SOFTWARE PROBLEM, WHEN HANDSET IS WORKING.
    I have lost my mobile whose number is [protected], So i kindly requsting you that lock my this number and re issued the number.
    ITS VERY poor service, , , actually iam from calicut, , kerala..LG MOBILE doesnt have a direct show room here, and there is only 1 service centre here, which is of low class...poor costumer service, , poor customer relations, , , staff there is very rude.i got ma phone back in a very bad condition after thier servicing, , , its become a bunch of complaints after that, , , they made my phone handicapped...

    LG Mobile — Not repairing mobile phone

    Dear sir/madam
    i bought LG mobile phone from a store in Sec 8, Airoli, Navi Mumbai
    Within 4 months, its key pad got currupted. there is no control in it. Automatic dialing happpens, automatic call rejection happens, anyu number is dialed even if i dial a particular number.
    i contacted the store person, he sent the set to the service cetre of Vashi twice but it is not being repaired.
    Set is coming back saying that it is repaired, but not. For last 15 days i am suffering. As my job requires use of mobile, my work is being affected.
    Today, when i again went to the service centre, they are saying its not their job. The timing of service centre is such that one cannot go in office hours.

    Could you please help me in this regard

They call me twice and when i ask them that the account to which they want me to pay the amount is does not link with the company they said to me that it is a new delhi branch and it is not related to authorized dealer when i said them give me the regional office number they do not give me the no. They call me on Monday Once again and tell me to pay the till monday. So i want the clarification by the company and send mail to my e-mail address OR contact me on my no.[protected]/[protected]. Please tell me Imediately that it is true or a fake
    I too purchased the LG model KP115 in Oct 09. The phone is pathetic. It takes ages to function giving me a constatnt hour glass. I hate to use it. I have given it for service and repair and got it back after 2 weeeks . It is still the same. Every time I speak, I am afraid that the line will break. What happens is that I can hear the other person speaking but they cant hear me. This is very anoying. Please suggest.

    I have got a sms from ur end on 22th Dec at 16.52hrs. Plz tell me the details about it.
    I have received similar sms on mobile [protected] asking to communicate with Dr. Anderson, contact mail-------- so & so as I have won GBP 300, 300/- even without participating & this is Asia Promo; after responding I get return mail to fill bank details with form & ask to deposit 9500/- IRs in ICICI bank account. Also received call on my mobile same eve saying that merry Christmas & U have won pls pay amt tomorrow to process the claim.
    Sincerely I feel this is big scam of collecting funds from Indian Poor for funding International Terrirosom as very few will come forward later & Tell the authorities that " Yes I was one of the Victims who Contributed to their fund collecting.
    This BIG Money collecting SCAM.
    There are lot of such bogus msg send everyday. You must have received emails regarding the same and many a times websites that pop up stating you won a mp3 player and so on... People who send the information are trying trap someone and get money from them. if you respond to them they would send you information to pay a security deposit for the prize money or 10% of the prize money. Later they would vanish and you will have no clue where money goes. Running behind police to get your money back -- another trouble. These people are difficult to trap but not impossible. as the email is from gmail. Police could get the details from google and they could be tracked. How it is done is not a good way to put it here...

    these people collect email addresses from forwarded email. We tend to forget to delete email addresses before sending emails.

    to be on a safer side, ignore the message and email.
    The same happened with my mobile number [protected], please let me know what should i do.

    Accordingly I sent an e-mail to Dr .Peter & got the WINNER'S PAYMENT APPLICATION FORM which I filled in as instructed & sent it on 18/01/10. On 19/01/10, i have received an e-mail headed 'BILL NOTIFICATION ' where i am asked to make a payment of 120 pounds(Rs 9500) through an SBI Account in fovour of ''ACCOUNT NAME... MR. DOKAM LOVA'' & ''ACCOUNT NUMBER...[protected]'' for Notarization and Stamp Duty.they are saying that they will transfer my winning sum to my account only after I make the above payment.
    Under these circumstances, I am to request you to confirm the above facts & inform me if the above offer is true or fake so I can decide whether I should proceed further or not.

    have submitted the LG set due to mouthpiece has some problem resulting to it no body was able to hear my voice, this time LG people has give the receipt on 5th of the march, the set was accepted at the same moment afterward i got the call that yr set has been dropped into water, I said no, then again I have tried the no, no of time, after a long chase somehow i could manage to hear the voice of some helping hand, though he was very rude by the talk and by seeing the detail of the receipt suddenly he told that my seal has been broken my request has been cancelled and i should take the set back on the very next day, and was advise by dealer to go with the further step, I am requesting concern, to look into it the basic concern is i reached to the last date when my warranty was getting expired and everybody is aware of that at this point of time somehow we can manage, customer by saying somthing, there are two different verdict has been showned up,on very flimsy ground the i am not able to get the service from LG, my details are followed for your necessary action

    my lg phone is in waranty..it shows some problem so went to lg service centre..first of all lg company claims that the mobile which are in warranty shall be repaiered in less than 1 hour..But when i went to their service centre it took me more than 1 month to get my phone repaired..whenever i go to their centre they said that the mobile is not repaired yet or some products of mobile have not came to their centre which they have ordered from lg company and many others excuses..i have almost waited for 1 month i call them many time and visited their centre around 5 times in one month which is 10 km away from my house...Now finally i got my mobile back after i fight with them.But stil the problem has not fixed one button of my mobile is still not working and they have changed the entire parts of my mobile plus now my mobile doesnot vibrate...iam very frustated with their service.iam not the only one there are many people who fight with them everyday for their mobile to get repaired..Now i want that a strict action should be taken against them....now i dont want to get back to them or fight with them that the problem is still not fixed...i dont have power.one month i suffered a lot not i dont want..so plzz take action against them... thanks.....

    Dear Sir,
    We are LG Customer, we have purchased LG Mobile (Model: LG GD-510 Purple, RSN No.:[protected], S/N: 0071PEL029796) as on 11.09.2010 from [censored]al Communication, Vapi. This mobile is not working priority from 15.05.2011 & submitted to your respective service centre (Kare Center, Vapi) as on 18.05.2011. This problem is create the second time same problem. First time problem start from dated 17.10.2010 & solution after 15 days @ Servicing Centre. I am not able to any work. I feel havebeen absloutely cheated and my Rs. 5800 have gone a waste.
    We had already communication with your respective vapi service centre, But till now not complete your process (i.e. your service are not fulfilled) & not any satisfactory reply or action taken in this regards.

    In event of not given any solution within 03 days on your information we will have no other option but forced to go to consumer court with Police authorities and take legal / Civil action against your company.
    So, kindly look in to the matter and take immediately appropriate judgment is highly appreciated.

    I sent my LG mobile for repair at LG jebel Ali Dubai but they sent it back my device even without giving as phone call stating that no problems found.So I registred my complaint again as the battery is not perforoming good.But LG call sentre people never called up ,even they are not ready to just call the customer to get the information from the customer.So I sent mail to LG manager of the customer service and after that no reply from them.They always agree and apologies their mistake and nothing happening to solve the customer issue.Finally I was asking to sent the battery to me but they refused to sent the battery in advance and they need my phone battery in advance to set to them to get a new battery.This is a good example of the disaster service providing by LG jebel Ali ,they have already understood their mistake and still they dont want to support to the custoerm and saying their policy only.Finally I agreed to get new battery but again it took over 1 week,so I just mail them again.So they told the battery have already despatched.So they did not even checked whether I have got the battery or not,telling simple excuses without doing their duty properly and again they told me their apologies.LG can't meet any service support requirments from the bigining,no calls,their policy is don't care customer.

    So Don't buy any LG products as the LG team is not at all good to support to the customer ,even there is no managers to take proper actions against the customer complaints as well.

    LG Mobile — Irresponsible service centre

    For the las two days my LG GU285 mobile ear piece is not workng and I was forced to use loudspeaker or ear phone. So I searched the service centre details in the preinstalled application and all the numbers are wrong. Finally I called the customer care centre and enquired about the contact number. After getting the contact number I called them and confirmed its availability. When today I reached there and gave my mobile for service no one in the service centre is ready to get my phone not even touch my phone after 7 pm. Due to job nature and my locality from the service centre I was not able to reach there early and also it is not possible to reach it before 7 otherwise I have to take one day leave and go.
    So I again called the customer care center and told about the issue but they are also not interested in hearing this. finally after a 15 min conversation they gave me the mobile number of the service center manager.
    The manager spoke with me and told the person available at the service centre to look into this matter but he was refuced to do so. Again I called the manager but this time he was also not interested to hear.
    All are telling that after 7 pm they wont accept mobile for service. If they are not ready to take service after 7 pm then why are they selling the LG mobiles after 7 pm. I bought the same only at around 8:30 pm one year before. So I shouted at all of them and came back to my house now only without servicing my mobile.
    The fellow in the service center told me to through the phone to dust bin, if I am not able to come before 7 pm.

      I had bought a LCD 19" of LG monitor on 10th October 2009. I filled all the relevant columns for free sun DTH connection and sent DD of RS 99 with all relevant documents. Now it’s been over one month time I did not get any message or the connection voucher. These types of irregularity happenings should be questioned. I also like to inform the LG group that if they give this type of service with other partner like this, then it will cause to lose their faith from the people.

      Buy LG LCD TV monitor and Get Free DTH - A Cheating Promo with Indian Customers

      Dear Members,

      I bought LG 22" LCD TV monitor on 27/08/2009(Bill Attached B.jpg).
      I bought seeing promos given by LG company (To see the promo see LG WEBSITE)

      I completed all the formalities to get my DTH service according to the LG IT CLAIM FORM ( See A.jpg)

      And couriered it to Spectramind Marketing Pvt. Ltd. as mention in CLAIM FORM on 30th by Doc. No. 3137 through First Flight.

      Now after a long time, i got a letter (c.jpg) stating that I have not attached Invoice Photocopy. Which is absolutely incorrect and I believe it’s a game played my LG company. As I have send all the documents as mention in "LG IT CLAIM FORM" and I also believe that there might be more customers cheated by LG Company.

      As mention in (C.jpg) letter from Spectramind Marketing Pvt. Ltd., I cannot even re-submit my CLAIM FORM.

      Now what can I do to get my DTH Free service with 6 months subscription free.( as promised in the promos during that time)

          I wanted to take net connection in my LG KG195 cell phone. I had activated the service by calling to Airtel customer care from where I received the settings. I activated the service of 30 ps/30 KB or so. And since then whenever I tried connecting the net, the reply was connection failed or the other, but my balance got reduced. I tried complaining to the Airtel customer care. But no response from there side too. Please help me with this. Actly I want to connect net to my PC. Do reply.

            Hello,

            We purchased an LG refrigerator from Snehanjali Electronics (Kandivali-E) on 30th April 2009 worth Rs. 13000.

            To begin with, eversince we have purchased it, it never seemed to be working fine.

            Firstly the delivery was not given to us in the time we were promised. Numerous calls later we got our product delivered 2 days later.

            After that there were leakage issues with this refrigerator. We realised that the drain cup was missing from this product. Surprising enough, since I beleive products are checked to ensure no part is missing and all quality checks are done before it is delivered to the end customer.

            Again, a complaint was logged. This complaint was closed by the service center without attending to the problem nor informing us. The customer signature on the feedback form was forged by the service centre. Only after several follow ups we were informed by LG Customer Care that the complaint has already been closed.

            We had to have a fresh complaint logged and finally we had a drain cup fitted in our refrigerator and so the leaking issue stopped.

            Since the last two months there has been no cooling. All the vegetables and food items that was stored in the refrigerator for keeping it fresh has been getting stale and rotting because of this. I do not have an alternative to store any food items or vegetable because of this. This was brought to the notice of the LG Customer Care. A complaint was logged. The service engineer came and after checking informed us that there is no gas and hence no cooling.

            The service engineer suggested to have the gas refilled. However, we requested either for a replacement or our money refund. My complaint was closed by the service center because of this. I have been sending numerous mails since 26th Oct to lg service. Except a mail that stated that they will get back, there was no other mail or no person who have called us or got in touch with us with regards to our concern.

            We even approached the dealer with our concern. They have only raised their hands.
            I have been calling Ankur Joshi (Area Manager). No response to call nor my messages.

            Post that called up Harish Suri yesterday i.e. 18th November. Though he told me he would get back to me today, he hasnt. I have been calling him since the last 3 hours. No response to calls or messages.


            I am taken aback with the casual approach of people from LG who unfortunately also happen to be casual managers.

            ALL THIS IN A SPAN OF 5 MONTHS !!!!!!!!!

            Request you to look in to this and advice of the next corrective action on this.

            We are anticipating a prompt and a positive feedback from you

              I HAVE BOUGHT LG MOBILE (MODEL KP115) FROM MOBILE STORES, S V ROAD, BORIVALI WEST ON 8TH NOVEMBER, 2009 BY PAYING RS. 2436/-.               NOW LG GALLAERY PEOPLE ARE ASKING ME TO BUY ANOTHER CABLE COSTING RS. 592/- WHICH WILL SUPPORT GPRS. INSTEAD OFF PAYING FOR THIS CABLE I SUGGEST THEM TO REPLACE SAME HANDSET WITH ANOTHER MODEL, FOR WHICH I CAN PAY ADDITIONAL MONEY. BUT THEY ARE DENYING.

                The DVD is not working. On the screen the message displayed is "Disc error". I have given the system to a service centre at Calicut for repair on 10/10/09. Today when I called up for the status, they have messaged that the complaint is not yet rectified. Its already one month now.

                I have bought the LG set in the concept that LG being a branded company, service will be prompt during complaints if any.

                Kindly request to pls help to sort out the issue.

                    Dear Sir/ Madam,

                    I would like to detailed out my problem with the service centre and head office of LG at Chennai.

                    I had bought a LG Washing machine front loading on October 17, 2009 from Vasanth & Co, Puraswalkam. First there was delay from dealer side to deliver the product. Secondly i got the demo after 4 days from the delivery that too after repeatitive calls to customer care.

                    Service Engineer from Kilpauk has demonstrated the machine, and later when we used it for FIRST TIME the machine started showing error of IE in the finishing stage of washing. I had called up the Service Engineer and in return he again visited my house and during his detailed scrutiny (he has opened the entire top portion of the machine) and has found out that the water level is not running properly. Finally he had suggested that machine has severe problem and needs replacement which will take minimum 10-15 days.

                    In front o[censored]s service engineer has lodged the complaint the customer care and made us convinced that replacement will happen soon.

                    Due to my request, service engineer has fixed the temporary board for running the machine properly. Please note that the board was used for temporary purpose.

                    I am calling the service center day to day basis, now they are refusing for replacement of machine, which is absolutely rediculous.

                    PLEASE HELP US IN REPLACEMENT OF MACHINE.

                    front loading washing machine — fault rectification

                    My fully automatic front loading washing machine is faulty since aug 03. The machine was
                    collected from home on 17 Aug. Why so much delay in getting the fault rectified????

I tell them that give the Demo and in the meanwhile I will arrage the water line suite to Machine which I done it and Informed to service centre but till the date no body came for Demo of the Machine.His call Centre Number[protected]. is not connected after several efferts.

                    front loading washing machine — replacement

                    This is jeyakarthikeyan, my contact number [protected], my LG product number 011PNPF01385 and F1056LDP I bought LG Front loading washing machine one year back. As my machine is not working properly (often machine stops at somewhere during washing process), from first week of March, i made a compliant through customer care executive. One technical person responded and came to my place, just telling outlet pipe is not in proper position (but I knew this not proper remedy, I am also an engineer), he went.

                    Since problem was continuing again i made a compliant through customer care executive. Same person revisited my place after few days. Something he did and went. Still problem was continuing. Once again i made compliant. Likewise technical person tried to repair my machine three times. For fourth time, again Technical person came. Moment he entered our house he switched on the machine. it was running for around ten mins. Then due to power cut machine got switched off. He dismantled the machine and we could notice that he changed one electronic board, telling here afterwards It will work properly. When he was leaving our place, no power is available. He did not check the machine.

                    After power came we switched on the machine and found no response from machine. Before he changed some parts at least machine was giving response for few options. Now no response. The above said activities are happening for one month( full month march 2012). One thing I could understand that LG service people are not taking it seriously. Because They took one month time, still they could not fix the problem. So as a customer naturally we get mental agony and suspect the machine whether it is good product or not. But still we have faith with LG but problem may be with this machine. Because we can not maintain 100% quality. Defect may be with this product. Then I spoke with customer care people for fifth time, I asked them, with whom I need speak to get remedy for my problem. Again they represented same service centre. I told them I do not have faith on them. They gave me this number [protected] –Mohana(customer care officer).

                    Again directly I spoke with customer care officer Mohana. I requested her for replacement warranty. She told me that She would look in to my issue and she would speak with service center people and respond to me with in a day. But I was waiting for more than three days. No response I received from her. After many attempts she picked my call. I asked her what happened to my request. Suddenly she asked me to hold on my call. But she did not turn to me for more than 25 mins then automatically my call was disconnected. Then I tried to contact her many times. I failed all the time. Because either she refuse to pick my call or I was put on hold. Then I understood she is not interested to listen and smartly she is avoiding me.




                    Again one senior person from service center came two times to fix issue in machine. Mean time I spoke with customer care officer Mr.Shilesh more than three times. I requested him to replace this machine and give me new one. He said he would forward this request to head office.
                    Yesterday[protected] I spoke with Anbalahan; Manager LG service ([protected]). I asked him for replacement warranty, he refused my request saying its not company’s policy Though he sent the technical persons seven times. They could not fix it. He asked for some more time to fix the issue. I asked him how long you would take, because already for more than one month this is happening. I asked him below questions:

                    As you told me any cost replacement is not possible, why you could not diagnose the machine. How can I trust this machine? Whether is good product or not. His reply was he received faulty electronic board(by which the technical person replaced my machine’s existing part) So he would soon get another board to fix the diagonse.

                    Again I spoke with Mr.Stephan ,ASM ([protected]). I told him everything, and gave irresponsible answer, though he knows more than six times technical persons attended to fix.

                    I am asking all these people, If they have same problem in their machine at their homes ,How much they would worry, having paid Rs 23000/-

                    Since My uncle Mr Myvannan ([protected]) from pattukkottai suggested me to buy this product, I bought. Please look at your data base how many LG Product we purchased in our family itself with name of Myvannan. He also faced same problem and he sent a letter to Head office. He got the solution. Looking this machine, my friend K.Ramesh([protected]) also bought. Now In our office almost everybody knows what is happening for me. All my colleagues are making fun of LG products and their service.

                    Really I do not understand why LG service people are not responsible and serious about customers request. I am really disappointed speaking with Mr Anbalahan manager and Mr.Stephan ASM for the way responded. How long I need to wait. Why LG Company gave this kind of product with defect. Who will give solution? Am I cheated by LG? why should customer take this much effort for getting fixed the defect, having paid Rs 23000. may be my machine might have been one among very few defective products, But service peoples should have either fixed in one or two trials itself or the whole product shout have been replaced. Totally I disappointed with LG service peoples and LG recommended service peoples(M.M Electronics-chennai.)

                    Please look at how much my regular office work would have been affected. Who is responsible for service and to listen customers request?


                    I am totally fed up with LG service.

                    With respect to the above said, I request for replacement of the whole machine as early as possible. For any clarification kindly refer my database ([protected]) which would show all the above said. Kindly respond for my request, based on which I would look for further initiatives if required legally.

                      I Brijesh Kumar of Jhalawar ( Rajasthan) purchased a 23 “ LG TFT TV/Moniotor Model No.- M237WA , S.No.- 908nlpq000392 from OM COMPUTER, Kota (Rajasthan) on 28/09/2009 ,Invoice No.- 380 . Along with purchase I got commitment as well as one COUPEN No. 140024 & told to send this coupon along with D.D. of Rs. 99/ to get free set top box of either airtel or tatasky 0r sun tv with 6 months free subscription. I sent the same along with D.D. of Rs. 99/ made in Favour of Spectramind Private Ltd. Date. 20/10/2009 , D.D. No.- “952328” of HDFC BANK & Sent the same to address written on Coupon. I did not received any message from Spectramind Pvt. Ltd..
                      So Please see to it that I receive the product as Soon as possible.

                        I had purchased LG washing machine from Jain Traders Thane West vide bill # 6108 dated 28/09/2009 while I had asked the sales team why I should not be buying the product from some other shop and why prefer Jain Traders, the immediate satisfactory reply I had got was , " We undertake to get the complains if any resolved on our own and you do not have to chase the manufacture for actions" now I understand what he means that I would have to chase Jain traders to get things done

                        The machine on delivery had an dent, Immediately Jain traders were informed for which they had send in an inspection person to verify, We were told the machine would be replaced in next 2 days, Since then we have made at least 50 calls to Jain Traders, Bhagyashree, LG personals on 65073718 / 67921553/ [protected] (ankita) over period of 45 days and all we keep getting assurance the machine would be replaced tomorrow as currently we do not have stock.

                        While calling to shop and enquiring as an customer the availability of 8019QS, the store manager Mr Vinod confirmed he has stock of 8 Machines, and if purchased can be delivered in next 3 hours, when told about the pending complain about replacement the line was transferred to Mr Suresh- the shop owner, who first claimed Bhagyashree is not the employee of Jain Traders, but latter agreed about Bhagyashree often answers call made on above number.

                        Then he goes on to give explanation why the replacement was not done so far, the reason since it was not an dead machine and priority is given for replacement of dead machine instead of dented machines, although i had paid full amount in 100% that was asked for , but little did I had any clue as such about the rules provided by LG or Jain Traders,

                        As usual on call today we have yet got another assurance like in the past, the machine would be received from LG in next 2-3 days and then would be replaced. My question is how do get my money recovered as i sick and tired of LG as well Jain Traders false promise, I regeret and make everybody aware of such salesman who target innocent buyers with good service and latter produce all sort of excuses to the extent of customer stopping his own business and getting involved into knowing when LG will deliver and end up following chasing LG and knowing the manufacturing & distribution process of LG and how they fail to do things on time

                        Eventually I had assumed am paying for peace of mind with the product (LG Slogan Bring home happiness)

                        Little did I knew I would have to get into the production, delivery and distribution process of LG and Jain Traders.

                          I have purchased this Microwave in 2004. Of late, the touch pad is not working. After complaining and speaking with your service department, we are absolutely dissatisfied with the way the matter has been dealt by your service engineers and concerned senior officials. I have been advised to give back the machine at a compensation of 15% of the price.

                          Please advise whether this is justified. Also I would like to know from LG whether life of a Microwave Oven is only 5 years ? Request your immediate response on this matter and advise suitably.

                            LG LCD TV Monitor 22" Complaints - Buy LG LCD TV monitor and Get Free DTH - A Cheating Promo with Indian Customers

                            Dear Members,

                            I bought LG 22" LCD TV monitor on 27/08/2009(Bill Attached B.jpg).
                            I bought seeing promos given by LG company (To see the promo see LG WEBSITE)

                            I completed all the formalities to get my DTH service according to the LG IT CLAIM FORM ( See A.jpg)

                            And couriered it to Spectramind Marketing Pvt. Ltd. as mention in CLAIM FORM on 30th by Doc. No. 3137 through First Flight.

                            Now after a long time, i got a letter (c.jpg) stating that I have not attached Invoice Photocopy. Which is absolutely incorrect and I believe it’s a game played my LG company. As I have send all the documents as mention in "LG IT CLAIM FORM" and I also believe that there might be more customers cheated by LG Company.

                            As mention in (C.jpg) letter from Spectramind Marketing Pvt. Ltd., I cannot even re-submit my CLAIM FORM.

                            Now what can I do to get my DTH Free service with 6 months subscription free.( as promised in the promos during that time)

                                I purchased LG LCD TV 19LH20 from Vijay Sales Prabhadevi on nov 8 Tv Showed some picture problem...White Lines Came on the Tv...Complaining to LG service centre the technician said its a Panel Problem and panel will be replaced...We refused to get it repaired and asked for Replacement as it was not 2 weeks also we buyied that LCD..LCD Dept head Mr.Mahesh sawant told we will replace the Tv but after 2 days he refused to replace it..What Kind of Action can be taken Plzz Suggest. ??

                                  I had purchased a LG LCD TV from your store at Rmall in Ghatkopr-Mumbai. A free gift of 50 DVD's was promised with it. The free gift did not arrive along the LCD as it was unavailable in the store. Croma had then promised to get the 50DVD's pack at my home. When i had been to purchase some other stuff from Croma, we asked for the DVD pack. It was rudely said by the staff member that I am lying and i won’t be given any DVD pack. He had not even checked the bill before saying this. We then decided to complain to the manager Mr. Khothari, who was not at the store. We called him but he was very rude and arrogant, he confirmed from the bill that the DVD pack was supposed to be given to me. Yet he said that I will have to come to the store to take it by myself and it will not be deceived at my palce. This was like all bull and very irritating. I hope this issue is taken up and Mr. Khothari needs to pay up for dis-satisfying his costumers.

                                    Myself Vivek kate, I have bought a new LG double door fridge on 23/8/2009, but after few day an fault was created at the door end , the door was not closing properly.. i observed that one of the base wheel was damaged, and launched a complaint on 24/9/2009, your tech came prior the appointment in absence of mine and take away the broken wheel on the same day, and has not revert back till date and time now the fridge is placed on the base plate, as it is a kitchen area it is dangerous and caused short circuit , I have made several calls to the service center but did not got proper feedback from your end.

                                    Kindly look in the matter and revert asap

                                      LG Mobiles — handset Problem not been able to solve

                                      I have purchased LG KF 510 handset and there was a problem in my handset from the 3rd 4th month.
                                      the problem was it suddenly gets restart and after restart it shows "no sim card inserted".
                                      for this problem i have visited the service center for more than 15 times but the problem is not solved permanently. it was solved for a small duration and after sometimes it comes again.
                                      once i have given a replacement for that handset but the replaced handset is also having the same problem.
                                      even now m having the same problem but now i cant get free service for the issue which was there from the guarantee period.

                                      Now what should i do?

                                        I have bought one 1.5 ton LG AC on 28th March'09 from 'Electronic Junction' showroom situated at Gaur Green, Indira Puram, Ghaziabad. When they have delivered the AC at our address in Vadundhara, Ghaziabad, then only one person came to bring it, and due to its big size it had break the dorr stopper of our house. LG was not ready to take its responsibility.

                                        Another thing, later, when AC had been installed, it was not cooling the air, the reason was, compressor was damaged, we raised a request to LG customer care 2-3 times to look into the issue. OOne engineer was saying that it is due to mis handling the AC during the installation, another engineer was asking to make it repair at the service center. We also had an option to get a new AC, but LG was not ready to get a new AC for us, they were saying its is out of stock in ghaziabad and they can arrange it from other nearby cities.

                                        We never to want to repair our new AC, so we asked to return our money back. We raised a request to return our money on 6th Apr'09 and we have got our check on 23rf Apr'09. LG has no answer for this delay.

                                        Everytime we called, they were saying it is under process, we had wasted 200-300 rupees over phone to follow with them but everytime they gave some reason like manager is out of the office, even we were told that, either we will not a new AC or we will not get the money back.

                                        The person those were involved in this were Rajan([protected]), Vikas([protected]) and branch head Deepika([protected]).

                                        It was really disgusting to get a AC from them. We just want to log this request because we got tolerated from LG many no. of times.

                                        LG/Air Conditioner — BREAKAGE OF FRONT PLASTIC PANEL

                                        Dear Sir / Madam,

                                        My name is Kuldeep Gairola and am a resident of Faridabad. My cell no is [protected]. I have

                                        one window AC of LG and installed in one of my rooms. I got my first service done from the

                                        company and when they got my AC returned the plastic front cover was broken. When I

                                        complained about the same to the service guy, he said that it was broken already which was

                                        not the case actually.
