Appended below please find formal complaint lodged with Thwe Mobile Store. More than 2 months after purchase, the 5% rebate, amounting to more than Rs 1,000/- has still not been received.

Your representative has NOT satisfactorily answered my queries:
1) At the time of purchase I was called thrice on the same day from your store.
They had a sales deadline to meet.
I could have bought this phone from anywhere; your store in merely one of many.
2) At the time of sale, I was offered a 5% rebate.
After completing the purchase, the staff slowly interjected that the rebate would come to my account "in a few days".
3) After 15 days, I went back to the store and complained about the non-receipt of the rebate.
The staff told me about " delays/no feedback from Delhi"
4)At no point was any definite period mentioned . Today, I received a phonecall saying "our document says 45 days for the rebate".
This is a deliberate FRAUD: at no time was a 45 day period mentioned to me or shown to me.
My sales receipt does not show/mention any such period for the rebate.
I intend forwarding this mail to LG also.
Of course, future purchases from your store are out of the question, and I shall let my experience be known to my circle also.

Basically I am a service engineer doing service of electronic items in

I have approached them on the basis of newspaper advertisement for the establishment of a HOME BASED small scale unit for the assembling of CFL bulbs. After a long telephonic discussions to mobile no.: [protected] &[protected]. They have insisted to pay Rs.10000/- in advance for the supply of machines and raw materials.
They assured to send all the machineries and raw materials along with a technical engineer to facilitate training and demonstration with in a week. I made a payment of Rs.10000/- through

Then they confirmed the reception of payment on the next day. On the basis of their telephonic and letter communication, I am trying day by day to discuss with them from 25th august 2009 onwards. For the first 10 days they replied positively to send the materials. Afterwards they are purposefully not attending my phone calls.
Now, I lost the confident on them.
How I can collect my money paid as per the above details?
Kindly guide me to recover my money Rs. 10000/-.
Shall I complaint? To whom? Where?
I am giving this complaint to make an awareness about company like L.G.LIGHT (Regd.).New Delhi -28.
I want to clarify that, whether the company is actually working in this field or not?
Physically are they running a company or not? doubtful?
I have seen an another complaint on SURYA TRADING COMPANY (REGD), surprisingly having same contact mobile no.:[protected] of L.G.LIGHT (REGD. NO.: 2461).
I kindly request you to consider my complaint to take necessary actions to collect my money.
