NOV mein usski screen kharab hone lagi... maine lagatar complaint ki per wo problem abhi tak thik nahi ho payee hai... shopkeeper se TV change kerne ko kaha to wo mana ker raha hai, ki change nahi hoga ab... AB MEIN KYA KARU... please do something... and register my complaint .

I am hoping this will do something about the problem i have been experiencing since the 5th of Dec'09. I have a LG tromm front loading washing machine which has been giving me trouble, and i had to literally call you guys 25 times before it was picked up for repair end of Dec'09.
Now that the machine is ready , the service centre guys tell me that they do not have the vehicle to deliver the machine and everyday is a a false promise!. I have been made to apply for leave at least 5 times waiting for the machine but to no avail.
What is worse is that the service center guys are absolutely insensitive, they tell me that it is not their problem, if the vehicle is not available.

After paying 20 grand, i get treated worse than a dog. If my machine gets broken again, i will dispose it rather than having to go through this hell again. Looking at my plight, my friends and family have vouched never to buy a LG product again. The amount you spend on your ads, I'd suggest you spend some on your customer service.

You have hired a bunch of insensitive hooligans who treat customers like dirt ! I have no hopes that i will get my washing machine, even today. I am writing this not so that my problem gets sorted, but just so that people do not buy LG products ever again!!!.

i can repair it from lg custmor service center two times but the same problem can exists again.please tell me the solution for this problem

I purchased LG Fully automatic Washing machine Model 8019QS on 23/12/2009. Within 4 days we found that the washing machine was not detecting the correct water level with respect to number of clothes.

We made email complaint on 28/12/09 and we received a note that some action would be taken but no action was ever taken.

On 11/01/10 we registered phone complaint to which a technician did visit the site, He did understand the problem but was not able to rectify. We asked him not to close the complaint because the problem is not rectified but he closed it without our information.

I wonder how can the technicians be allowed to close the complaint without customer signature on visit sheet.

Moreover the customer care / after sales support phone listed on LG site are never picked up, more like some govt deptt than a reputed corporate. I called many mobile numbers but they were promptly cut off.

The company advertises on site that the washing machine saves water but in our case the washing machine takes medium level of water even with 1 or two clothes, and the technicians are not trained to even find out the reason for it and offer useless justifications

This is third grade service.

I have a very serious complaint against the much famed CROMA ishanya Mall Shastri Nagar, Yerwada Pune after purchase of LG make refrigerator in Sept.09 I thought CROMA a company from TATA group will be caring its customers in after sale service. But there care is limited till sale of item only. Despite my repeated complaints for Mal-functioning of said refrigerator, No one ever visited to correct it. My last complaint dated 05.01.2010 ( Number C-[protected]) is still unredressed. Customer Care Cell says that they are replacing the defective fridge and they have taken my original papers of purchase on 06.01.10 .One Ms. Sanjivani confirmed that New Refridgerator has been loaded in the truck and reaching at my residence at about 1.30 to 2.30 p.m. 3 days back but it was total lie. other person Mr. parvez informs on 13.01.2010 that original papers have been misplaced by Ms. Sanjivani and he is looking into it. Is it the CUstomer Care. If it is so, better it should be closed and consumers should be left at their mercy.

I had purchased a LG TV Cum Monitor with Airtel DTH Offer from SP Road on dated of[protected] and I registred on website ( please see the below email from you for reference). and I sent the all required documents with DD of 199/- and the seller commited me that within 1 Month I will get the DTH dish, but still I did not get any response from you. your mention Phone No[protected] it swithing off I am trying since a long time. I had taken a 3 year AMC for repair of LG microwave recently. Thereafter my first complaint was lodged on 26/12/2009 as the machine was very noisy during operation. I was given a complaint no C09C2601017. The machine is at Rourkela .Local service representatives attended. I was informed that the fan was defective and requires replacement. The part was not available and would be available shortly. Thereafter a different person attended who did not seem to be aware of the problem and had come without the fan. On talking to LG customer care I was given a second complaint no for the same problem C[protected] on[protected]. After that a service personnel came and collected the fan unit to get an exact match. He was advised to take down the model no of the LG oven to locate the correct part no instead of taking away the fan unit, but he insisted that the physical fan unit would help in matching. The fan has not been replaced so far. Whenever service center personnel are contacted we are asked to contact some other no and the matter has been kept hanging now for more than 2 weeks..I spoke to LG customer care today at[protected] on[protected] and made it clear that i would not like to speak to various people on this matter and want a single window solution. I was informed that i would get a call in 2 hours time. This is a standard and routine response from them just to buy some more time. I refused to accept any new complaint no and also made it clear that i was not interested in any further exchange of calls but want the microwave to be set right immediately. I was asked to give them 24 hours further time which would include a Sunday on[protected], which I have not agreed since already I have given 14 days time to LG to repair the microwave. I want that they should replace the microwave with a new one, compensate me for the loss in service and for being misled through a non-performing AMC. The model no has been indicated above. I expect to get a reply from the LG also.

The person there told me that we changed the mother borad when your mobile was hanging problem ,. the mother borad that they changed thats also defective the person told me that in service center I replied that when u changed u not checked that he said sorry sir .I said to that person that I am facing the memory card problem from the day 1 what should i do . The person in service centre siad i suggest you u can sell this mobile becuse its not good handset and we cant repair that problem so u ahve face that problem reguarly . After that i talked the BSM of LG Mr.Vishal he siad u submit your handset agian and i will take care of it but from last 5 days my hand set is in service centre and i dont get any news that handset has reapired or not when i tried to complain about that service centre to LG Custmer Care . There i talked to supervisor Miss Sapna Cauhan she told me that she call me back with details in 2 hour but she didn't . Than i called again next day and i complian about Miss Sapna to Mt Aditya than he said that he will call me bacl with 3 hours and said sir please belive me your problem resolved in 3 hours but i didn't recive any call from Mr Aditya also .Than i called again next and i got same reply from mr Anurag when i said already i got that same thing from last 2 persons than he disconnect my call . When i called again than i got Miss Sapna i told her that u promised me that my problem resolved but still problem is there so she also disconnect my call and i called again and i told her that i want to talk your supervisor she i am the only one here and sorry and agian disconnect my call . now when i called to custmer care and want to talk to supervisor they always disconnect the call and my handset si still in service center and its not repaired yet . So please I request you take some action aganist LG Company and their Employes i will be very tahnk ful to you .

I brought AMC on my Microwave Owen paying Rs1150/-. When my Owen had a problem, I called LG customer care logged a complaint 0n 14th Dec 2009 (S9CC1408217). The technician visited my place the next day and told me that he does not have the relevant part to be replaced and assured me he will return the next day with the part and have it replaced. After 4 days with no signs on the technician, I called the customer care on 18th of Dec and they gave me new reference number (S9CC1805203), the waited again for 4 days without any signs of hope called the customer care again on 22nd of Dec and they gave me another reference number S9CC2202993. I continued to wait and finally lost my nerves and called Customer back. Unfortunately I learnt that there is no interlinks for any of the reference numbers and every call was considered a different issue. All the previous cases were closed without resolution. I requested for a escalation. The rep promptly escalated and the supervisor assured me a call back after reviewing the cases. He promptly returned my call and connected me to the Service Supervisor (Sadiq). The service supervisor informed me that the Cheque I placed was bounced. I repeatedly told them that amount was credited to LG electronics from my account to Sadiq and most Supervisors and they stood on stating my Cheque was bounced. Most calls made to Sadiq was unanswered and never returned back. Later again called Customer care I spoke to a Gentleman by name Chidanand from the escalation team. He promptly informed that the information they have in their system is my Cheque was bounced. He also msged me from his Mobile an email address and requested me to send a screen shot of my Bank statement. I did so, he then called me back after a couple of days and stated that the accountant who was present during the time I paid the Cheque is no longer with LG. The new accountant was informed verbally that my Cheque was bounced from the old accountant. Later he assured me to get a technician to fix the Owen. After two days I called Chidanand back since no one arrived. Chidanand called the technician and conference the call with the tech and the tech told me he would visit my place the next day. He latter called me by 3:00 PM and told he was waiting near my house. Since I was out of house I requested him to come after 5:00 PM, He was very angry with this. Later he opted to wait and came to my place by 5:00 PM. This technician also mentioned that he was not carring the relevant part and assured me he will get the correct part and fix it the next day. Its been 3 days now I am waiting. My calls are not answered and no call backs.
Interm I had also send dissatisfied msgs to customer for which I promptly received calls from the customer care with assurance that me issue will be fixed always.

LG for sure has a very good customer oriented service except for the below.

No one even understands the issue.
Multiple cases numbers for the sake of numbers.
No one bothers to call back customers.
Bad customer care technology used, were cases are not interlinked.
Improper accounting software used.
Over all no respect to the customers.

LG products are good and I have been a fan of LG product for over years. All the appliances in our house are from LG.
However I request no one buy a AMC from LG, its all fake and the people managing it are very lazy and irresponsible.
May be we can buy a different product with good customer care and service.

I have bought an LG microvave oven from Big Bazaar, Banashankari 3rd stage, bangalore in the month of October. Firstly, it took them more than 2 weeks to deliver the items to my house - after making the full patment on the very day of booking.

After that, I was given a few free items (microwavable plastic utensils). The handle of one of them just melted in the first use. I could not go at once as I went to UK for the month of Nov/Dec 09. I went back to Big bazaar yesterday asking them what can be done - they just denied saying they dont take any responsibility of free items (I did not understand why??). After a bit of conversation, I was told I should call the LG customer care for this. The person I talked to in Big bazaar is Mr. Pawan Ghowthra.

LG customer care denied saying it is not us giving the free items (but it is written in the box containing the free items that they are free only with "LG" microwave with Convection).

Now, I dont know where to go. I dont know who should be held responsible. But a customer should not be treated this way. I have no other options now but to come to you. Please help me out in however way you can.

I have purchased a washing machine( LG, Tromme, Front loaded ) in 2006 December with 2 years warranty ( ie., up to December '09 ). My washing machine was spoiled by Rat bite in October '09 and was informed to LG Customer care. First time the service executive came and told me that was the 3000/- rupees cost. Once again I informed the Customer Care and requested for warranty. Again some other executive came and told me same Rs.3000/-. Then I spoke to their local service engineer to request for waived off Rs. 3000/- but he told me that he would call later. but there was no response for 1 month. Again I approached Customer Care and their executive came and told me this time Rs. 5000/-. for repair. Once again I spoke to their local service engineer. He told me that was the second hand spare part from another customer so it was 3000/-. Now we have to fix new one so it is Rs. 5000/-. When I asked him for this he told me if you interested for this we would do there wise as your wish, I could not do anything and kept his mobile and not even responded after called him. I think that I have rights to talk and ask him about my problem as a customer, where they were saying different stories about the repair and how far it was correct that they wanted to replace with second hand spare part. Please suggest me and help me in this regard.

In the time of demonstration I noticed that the under portion is not level and the refrigerator is shaking. The delivery man state that your floor is not level and he adjusted the level by putting two tile pieces under the refrigerator. The second day lot of water coming from the back side of refrigerator ie, frost free system is not working properly. I complained to the distributor by phone and directly. Their response is your power supply in the home is not sufficient. But there is no voltage problem. I complained to the LG customer care by phone. on[protected] and[protected] and the service executive came at home on[protected] and after the verification of the product he noticed that the water tray of frost free system is broken and suggested to put some M Seal on that portion and simply returned. I contacted the distributor again and requested replace water tray. But their response is not fair. I think in the time of transportation the refrigerator knocked somewhere and bended the under portion. That’s why level is incorrect and water tray is broken. It is too pathetic that a well known new product with all warranty is not useful for a customer like me in the first day of delivery on wards. I expect all your co-operation and necessary actions to solve my problem
