The above refered LG mobile TV tuner 3G phone SR. [protected] was purchased vide invoice 3382, dated 18/4/2009 , Customer bill no SBI /0910/1139, other reference SBI , Buyers Order no[protected] , Order dated 18/3/2009 The said mobile phone'sTV & internet servioces are not working. I had already talk to your representatives & requested them to reverse pickup my phone & refund the amount back to my credit card. After that the phone was reverse picked up by your courier company.

Now this is my humble rquest that you please reverse pickup the phone & refund the money back to my credit card account. Otherwise i will be forced to go to consumer court.

    As i had submitted a compain agsainst the repairing of washing machine in Gaya branch (Bihar) about one month ago, till now no action has been taken and they are procrastinating without any reson, so kindly steps should be taken as soon as it is possible otherwise i have to take further action.
    I shall be obliged for this kind act .
    Dear Sir,

    I have complained my washing machine on 03.12.2010, vide customer complaint no:[protected], for lot of complaint no is[protected],[protected],[protected].

    Your service centre m/s Shreeji Engineering, Mr. Amit bhai Mobile No: [protected], he attended my washing machine after 13 days, i have called more than 200 calls I spent more than Rs.700/- only for phone call.

    M/s Shreeji Engineering, Mr. Amit Bhai not at all lifing phone nor attending my washing machine, from 03.12.10 till date repair condition, .

    This attitude goes LG product life is very short, customer also denying to purchase LG products, after 2 years ie after warranty period washing machine should not work ie for after 2 years disposal of LG products, it means.

    Kindly send your service centre as early as possible, .

    LG — Bad response of LG service center

    Dear Sir/Madam ,

    I am struggling for past 3 days to get my LG split AC repaired . I regeistered compaint # RNA[protected] and my ac is covered under LG AMC . I am not getting response from local service center and their technicians . Their technicians have visited twice and gone back without doing repair . I think they are behaving like this because I have an AMC and they have no chance to do inflated billings .I wonder if this is the level of service LG claims about .

    I need help to get my problem resolved .

      My family is one of the oldest customers of LG products,all electronic products in our house are of LG.
      But the response of the customer care service in dehradun UA has left me disappointed
      I am having a LG washing machine MODEL NO COFF6517TE which is covered by AMC
      On18 jan10 a complaint was made regarding non functioning of washing machine complain no
      C-[protected]was given, after lot of persuasion a rep come,after checking the washing machine
      he told us that PULSE ROTATOR & SMG GEAR are not working and needs replacement, he assured
      that next day he will come and replace the same.After waiting for few days,we contacted the customer
      care service,Dehradun on23&25 jan10 who very reluctantly gave another complant no-[protected] and told us that not
      to bother them,as and when the parts are available they will be replaced . Till date no communication has
      been made by customer care service,Dehradun.



      The above episode has left a bitter experience. May i request you to look into the matter at the earliest.Iam sure
      a company of your reputation will resolve the issue.

        Dear Sir,
        I had bought a LG 29" LCD TV in Aug2009. The TV recently started giving a vertical lines and no picture. I have logged a compliant at their service center who are non-responsive. The technician visited once and confirmed that the LCD panel needs replacement, but did not comment on any date of fixing the problem. Its been more than a more than a month and still no action is being taken. Since the TV is within the warranty period I have requested for replacement which has fell on deaf ears.
        Kindly advice.

          I HAVE PURCHASED A 22" LCD TV ON 12 DECEMBER 2009 FROM YOUR DEALER GUPTA ELECTRONICS, SUTEHRI ROAD, HOSHIARPUR, PUNJAB. LATER ON AS CLAIMED BY THE OWNER RAJESH GUPTA, IT DIDNT CONNECTED WITH MY PC. I LODGED A COMPLAINT WITH YOUR CALL CENTRE. YOUR TECHNICIANS VISITED ME AND I WAS SURPRISED TO HEAR FROM THEM THAT IT WAS NOT LG's ORIGINAL PRODUCT. AND WHEN I CHECKED FROM YOUR WEBSITE EVEN, I WAS SURPRISED TO SEE THAT THERE WAS NO SUCH LG's AUTHORISED DEALER IN OUR CITY NAMING GUPTA ELECTRONICS. LATER ON ONE OF MY COLLEGUE ALSO TOLD ME THAT HE HAS ALSO BOUGHT MOBILE FONE FROM GUPTA ELECT, WHICH LATER ON FOUND TO BE DUPLICATE TOO.

              Dear sir

              I have bought a microwave machine in FEB 2008 and has been giving problems like transformer issues, switching off immediately and not getting warmed up. . I had lodged a complaint as recently as on 17/1/2010 (C[protected]). LG service agent visits and informs thre is no issue every time. Once after constant nagging, he was forced by us to replace a transformer.

                  I am hoping this will do something about the problem i have been experiencing since the 5th of Dec'09. I have a LG tromm front loading washing machine which has been giving me trouble, and i had to literally call you guys 25 times before it was picked up for repair end of Dec'09.
                  Now that the machine is ready , the service centre guys tell me that they do not have the vehicle to deliver the machine and everyday is a a false promise!. I have been made to apply for leave at least 5 times waiting for the machine but to no avail.
                  What is worse is that the service center guys are absolutely insensitive, they tell me that it is not their problem, if the vehicle is not available.

                  After paying 20 grand, i get treated worse than a dog. If my machine gets broken again, i will dispose it rather than having to go through this hell again. Looking at my plight, my friends and family have vouched never to buy a LG product again. The amount you spend on your ads, I'd suggest you spend some on your customer service.

                  You have hired a bunch of insensitive hooligans who treat customers like dirt ! I have no hopes that i will get my washing machine, even today. I am writing this not so that my problem gets sorted, but just so that people do not buy LG products ever again!!!.

                  LG TROMM Washing Machine — Issue not resolved even after multiple visit of technician

                  Hello,

                  I, Mayur Khatri, residing in Kalyan (Dist. Thane, State: Maharashtra), have purchased the LG TROMM washing machine last week (Thursday). But when we start the machine, the machine moves from one place to another during spin time.

                  I have launched the complaint everyday thru call center, technician visit and go away without resolving the problem since last 4 days. I am sick of the service, even nobody is picking the call in LG Service center (Noida, Head Office).

                  Do let me know the way forward else I have to take strict action in case my problem doesn't get resolved and I mean it.

                  Request you to take the action on priority.

                    my lg mobile gm200 does not work properly.it does not read the images from memory card.does not show the snap captured by the camera and the file received from bluetooth can work only one time and then not work
                    i can repair it from lg custmor service center two times but the same problem can exists again.please tell me the solution for this problem

                      I have received the mail yesterday. I was sure it was once again the same fake ones. L.G. should come forward and openly discard the same.
                      I have also received the same mail, previously these people were doing with uk lottery winning, but all are alerted so i think this is their new plan.
                      I just received the same email (with minor changes in the amount and numbers) and when I googled to see if this was true, I got into this page. Let me tell you one thing, we are never supposed to give our personal details to these frauds because they will call you and try to influence you that this is really true. This happened once to my uncle who innocently gave his personal numbers. They called hiM numerous times and claimed that if this 'BIG' amount has to be availed, he should first of all send a 'SMALL' amount of money of some 30 -40 thousand Rupees in order to be able to, WHAT THEY CALL AS "process the money transaction". THIS IS JUST A TRICK TO TACK AWAY YOUR MONEY FOR ONCE YOU GIVE IT THEY WILL DISAPPEAR FORM THE GAME.

                      i too have received the same fake message and i replied them that i would not give any initial payment rather i would pay after encashing the "so called DD". But they still sent me the mail asking for Rs. 25000 as custom clearance and have informed that they would give account number of concerned clearance officer. Since India is a "Curruption free Country", do we dare to believe our own customs officers even if the mail were with good purpose?

                        Hi,

                        I purchased LG Fully automatic Washing machine Model 8019QS on 23/12/2009. Within 4 days we found that the washing machine was not detecting the correct water level with respect to number of clothes.

                        We made email complaint on 28/12/09 and we received a note that some action would be taken but no action was ever taken.

                        On 11/01/10 we registered phone complaint to which a technician did visit the site, He did understand the problem but was not able to rectify. We asked him not to close the complaint because the problem is not rectified but he closed it without our information.

                        I wonder how can the technicians be allowed to close the complaint without customer signature on visit sheet.

                        Moreover the customer care / after sales support phone listed on LG site are never picked up, more like some govt deptt than a reputed corporate. I called many mobile numbers but they were promptly cut off.

                        The company advertises on site that the washing machine saves water but in our case the washing machine takes medium level of water even with 1 or two clothes, and the technicians are not trained to even find out the reason for it and offer useless justifications

                        This is third grade service.

                            I have a very serious complaint against the much famed CROMA ishanya Mall Shastri Nagar, Yerwada Pune after purchase of LG make refrigerator in Sept.09 I thought CROMA a company from TATA group will be caring its customers in after sale service. But there care is limited till sale of item only. Despite my repeated complaints for Mal-functioning of said refrigerator, No one ever visited to correct it. My last complaint dated 05.01.2010 ( Number C-[protected]) is still unredressed. Customer Care Cell says that they are replacing the defective fridge and they have taken my original papers of purchase on 06.01.10 .One Ms. Sanjivani confirmed that New Refridgerator has been loaded in the truck and reaching at my residence at about 1.30 to 2.30 p.m. 3 days back but it was total lie. other person Mr. parvez informs on 13.01.2010 that original papers have been misplaced by Ms. Sanjivani and he is looking into it. Is it the CUstomer Care. If it is so, better it should be closed and consumers should be left at their mercy.

                                I had taken a 3 year AMC for repair of LG microwave recently. Thereafter my first complaint was lodged on 26/12/2009 as the machine was very noisy during operation. I was given a complaint no C09C2601017. The machine is at Rourkela .Local service representatives attended. I was informed that the fan was defective and requires replacement. The part was not available and would be available shortly. Thereafter a different person attended who did not seem to be aware of the problem and had come without the fan. On talking to LG customer care I was given a second complaint no for the same problem C[protected] on[protected]. After that a service personnel came and collected the fan unit to get an exact match. He was advised to take down the model no of the LG oven to locate the correct part no instead of taking away the fan unit, but he insisted that the physical fan unit would help in matching. The fan has not been replaced so far. Whenever service center personnel are contacted we are asked to contact some other no and the matter has been kept hanging now for more than 2 weeks..I spoke to LG customer care today at[protected] on[protected] and made it clear that i would not like to speak to various people on this matter and want a single window solution. I was informed that i would get a call in 2 hours time. This is a standard and routine response from them just to buy some more time. I refused to accept any new complaint no and also made it clear that i was not interested in any further exchange of calls but want the microwave to be set right immediately. I was asked to give them 24 hours further time which would include a Sunday on[protected], which I have not agreed since already I have given 14 days time to LG to repair the microwave. I want that they should replace the microwave with a new one, compensate me for the loss in service and for being misled through a non-performing AMC. The model no has been indicated above. I expect to get a reply from the LG also.

But after some time mobile going to hang every day so I went to LG service named Sukrati Communication Mayur Vihar Ph-1 Delhi . the person there recive my mobile and said u can take back after 4 hours . When I got my mobile back from there the memory card slot is not working than i went again to that same service centre . The person there told me that we changed the mother borad when your mobile was hanging problem ,. the mother borad that they changed thats also defective the person told me that in service center I replied that when u changed u not checked that he said sorry sir .I said to that person that I am facing the memory card problem from the day 1 what should i do . The person in service centre siad i suggest you u can sell this mobile becuse its not good handset and we cant repair that problem so u ahve face that problem reguarly . After that i talked the BSM of LG Mr.Vishal he siad u submit your handset agian and i will take care of it but from last 5 days my hand set is in service centre and i dont get any news that handset has reapired or not when i tried to complain about that service centre to LG Custmer Care . There i talked to supervisor Miss Sapna Cauhan she told me that she call me back with details in 2 hour but she didn't . Than i called again next day and i complian about Miss Sapna to Mt Aditya than he said that he will call me bacl with 3 hours and said sir please belive me your problem resolved in 3 hours but i didn't recive any call from Mr Aditya also .Than i called again next and i got same reply from mr Anurag when i said already i got that same thing from last 2 persons than he disconnect my call . When i called again than i got Miss Sapna i told her that u promised me that my problem resolved but still problem is there so she also disconnect my call and i called again and i told her that i want to talk your supervisor she i am the only one here and sorry and agian disconnect my call . now when i called to custmer care and want to talk to supervisor they always disconnect the call and my handset si still in service center and its not repaired yet . So please I request you take some action aganist LG Company and their Employes i will be very tahnk ful to you .
