Respective Forum,

The DVD Player (LG DVD DV388) purchased from Vijay Sales (Thane-LBS Road) on 30-08-09, Invoice No.10-TH08-09SICD 1813.
Complaint has been registered against the deffect under same DVD player (picture appears first and the sound takes a long time after that) on 14/11/09, Complaint No.091-B141272 but the issue still persist despite of several follow ups no promising answers came to me as on date. Therefore my request for your intervention for the said matter.

    Hi,

    I Padeep Kumar from Delhi and I had purchased a Moniter LG 23" Flatron LCD M237WA on 3rd Oct'09 from LG's one of the dealers, Challanger Computer Limited, Nehru Place. With this I got a free Airtel DTH connection with six months subscription.

    I claimed for the same on 9th Oct'09 with DD number 525692, claim form number 319270 and sent it to Spectramind Marketing Pvt Ltd. I received a confirmation message as well from Spectramind. However, I haven't got the service from them.

    I called the LG customer care several times but I haven't received any positive response yet. Please let me know what should be done, or anyone can help me to resolve this issue.

      i received a sms from SPDC of England saying i've won 500,000,00USD and asked for payment option.So i gave my office address and contact no. today i received another mail from the same company saying that their Senior british diplomat has left from there to come to india to hand over the parcle containing the cash. and also asked me to clear the formalities and give the money if required at the airport. he'll be reaching india tomorrow i.e.18/11/2009. i dont know the authenticity of this company and the material the parcle will be containing. so what should i do if that diplomat calls me up tomorrow.

        MY LAST MAIL TO LG

        I just want to inform LG post sales services that now there is no need to send LG Engineer. Some one called me yesterday from your Gurgaon Centre and confirmed that a senior engineer would be visiting me today before 11.00 am. But as I was expecting, NO one visited.

        So, finally today I called a local mechanic and I tell you, the issue is now rectified. The machine is working fine now. What a LG Engineer couldn't rectify for a LG product, a local mechanic rectified.

        I would forward a copy of this mail o LG head office, Noida to make sure company does know the actual status of their service.

        MY MAIL TO LG

        Concerned Authority,

        This to bring to your notice that post sales service for LG products is very poor in Gurgaon. One needs to file complaint number of time to get engineer visit. The service is no where inline with the company's 2.1.1 post sales service strategy.

        Many times the engineer has called and committed time for visit but didn't turned up. We kept waiting for his visit

        I have a LG semi-automatic washing machine. I am facing problem with its dryer. I filed my first complaint on 28th Oct, 2009 but got engineer visit on 2nd Nov, 2009 only after filing complaint against.

        Till now I have filed more than 7-8 complaints but the engineer visited me only three time. And unfortunately, in three visits he is not able to rectify the problem. Now he says that the machine is fine and it is the functionality of the machine that it would NOT WORK after three rounds. After every 3 rounds we would need to give rest to the machine for atleast 1 hr. I have never heard anything like this with any machine. We are using this machine from almost last 3 years and it worked fine even after many rounds of dryers.

        I expect a visit of some senior engineer to look into the machine now. Hope, LG has not started taking its customers of granted.

        The worst thing on this is after filing request I do get feedback calls from LG and inspite of complaining and raising the issue no improvement is seen in the service.

        LG /Microwave and Washing machine — After Sale Services totally unresponsive

        I had purchased a LG microwave, 30 ltr, in Oct 2006. In Oct 2007 the bulb of the same got fused and I had accordingly made a request to the LG call centre in OCT last year to replace tha same. The mech visited the house and took the bulb with him assuring that he would change it earliest. That day has not come till date. It has been seven months. Despite speaking to the Manager at Pune Mr Prakash ( tele no[protected] there is no change in the situation.Secondly, I also have a washing Machine of the same company(unfortunately). Four days back I contacted LG call centre regarding a problem with the same. They assured me that it would be sorted out within three days but as usual no response.

        LG — Very poor and disgusting service

        I will like to bring to notice for all concerned the callous and unprofessional approach of LG service in Bangalore

        I had purchased LG AC in 2005, and after the warranty period, I had an AMC (HLP No: FE 16929) with LG for 3 years (from 16/07/2006 – 15/07/2009) for 3 of my LG products including my split AC.

        On 5th of May, 2008, we did contact LG customer care as AC was not cooling properly and raised a service request[protected] in Bangalore. Promise is to service customer requests within 24 hours - nothing happened. After numerous calls to LG customer care they were not able to provide the status of my request. We had to call one Ramesh at LG service centre to check with him on our request. I don’t understand as to why customers are asked to call up various other numbers when there is a customer care support!

        The person at the LG service centre was very rude and even challenged me of not having a valid contract as he never had the details. If the service centre is not having my AMC details, then it highlights the lack of communication between the customer care and the service centre.

        After 4 days of lodging the complaint two mechanics landed up and said that the PCB was not working and they took out and left promising to return it within 2/3 days. However they returned after almost 10 days and the problem had still not been rectified. They left without solving the problem. Again a series of phone calls to the customer care centre and speaking to the team lead Charan and the service manager Surinder Babu was of no help. 2 weeks later someone named Syed came and left with the defective PCB after failing to repair it with a promise that he would be back with the new parts in 3 days time. This was on 30 th May. On 4th June when they did not arrive after calling up Surinder Babu we were informed that the parts are not available. Today 16th June has gone by and inspite of numerous promises from 5th May our AC has still not been repaired.

        Q uestions / Conclusions – (1) Inspite of having an AMC under which defective parts are to be replaced by LG why is the customer being told that the spare parts are not available? Is this legal?

        (2) It has been almost 1.5 months and still our problem remains, how long LG will take to repair my AC?

        (3) LG promised one date after another, but all of them have fallen flat. If LG has to hold on its customer base then they better learn to serve them better.

        (4) The service technicians are not properly trained in their own products, and they struggle to troubleshoot problems.

        (5) After taking the PCB for replacement, why the customer is not communicated on the status – everytime the customer has to call for the status.

        (6) With the kind of service received so far, we are so disgusted with the harassment and unprofessionalism from LG`s side one thing is for sure that they not only lost a valuable customer but also many more as we will never advise any of our friends or relatives to buy a LG product in future.

          Hi,

          1. I had purchased LG dvd player model no DV 356 ser no 903PESB006502 from Connoor in Nilgiris District of TN on 13 June 2009.
          2. The dvd player has gone bad for four times in last five months. It was given to me after repair on 30 Nov 09 and it again stopped functioning on 01 Dec 09.
          3. I registered complaint with call centre and the complaint no is S9CC0105287.
          4. No one has been able to attend the dvd player since. The dealer who sold is "Getz Mobile' and he refuses to attend and the service centre is also not responding. I am in a fix.
          5. Last time it had gone bad was on 02 Nov and I got it after repair on 30 Nov 09. But with in 24 Hrs it will not turn on.
          6. I have other LG products which are working fine for last 8 years and I had no problems. But this is causing a lot of pain and mental harrassment to me.

            LG — Mobile Phone - failure

            I have bought LG GW300 mobile phone. Initially i thought that LG has good brand name in electronics goods thats why I opted for LG mobile phone. But now i am really regretting my decision. My friend warned me not to opt for LG goods. Initially the service center representative informed me that the motherboard needs to be changed it took 11 days for them to give back my mobile and still I faced the same problem. I am not able to switch on the mobile phone. This is very frustrating. I will make sure to highlight at right consumer forum and warn my friends, colleagues and relatives not to buy any LG products.

                I had purchased one 32" LG make LCD TV from Next Store Vastrapur, Ahmedabad on 27 Aug 2009. The company has offered the DTH as free gift and they gave me one coupon. Accordingly i dispatched all the required documents and a DD of Rs. 99/- on 30th Aug 2009 to Spectramind Noida. After that i had also confirmed from Spectramind and they said everything is ok and you will receive the item within 15 days.

                Now i am fed up and trying since three months and getting no response from company. I had spent lot of money and time behind it.

                  I Mr Bhaskarjyoti Barthakur, dwellers of Jorhat town Assam inform you that I purses an mobile handset from SUBHAM, B.G Road, Jorhat on 5 Day in September 2007. where they provide me the IMEI no as [protected] in the cash memo, where the IMEI no in the casing box appeared as [protected] but recently when we check the IMEI no of that particular handset it is shown as [protected] and it is found as invalids IMEI. The handset model no LG C 2600, handset s m FLM[protected]. I already visited the LGs service centre and complaining about this but they refused to validate the IMEI of this particular handset and after that I am unable to received or make call from that particular handset from 30 Nov, 2009 midnight onwards.
                  As we know that LG is one of reputed international company, we don’t like that kind of mistakes as we are the genuine consumer of your esteemed company. If the particular company did not going to take any positive action about it, I am bond to lodge complain to District Consumer Forum. I hope they will be able to understand my issue.

                  Hi, i've been using my mobile (LG C2600) for the last 2 yrs. After getting a msg to have my imei no checked, i contacted the customer care of my service provider, vodafone. after knowing that i am using an LG set, they told me that there are problems for the china made handsets only and my mobile set is fine. but from today, my handset has gone invalid.

                  i checked my imei no for its validity (by sending sms to 53232), and it says that its invalid. how can a handset bought from a genuine store have a wrong imei no? also the imei no printed inside the phone is something different from the one it shows after diallin *#06#.
                  please help him as soon as possible.

                    I bought a LG mobile phone model number Kp220 one year before from an authrised LG mobile showroom.I got one year warrenty for my phone and now it is over.But the problem is that i received a message from my service provider(idea) that my phone has an invalid IMEI number and when i checked for first time i noticed that the IMEI number printed behind my phone is different from the IMEI number showing by typing *#06# on the phone.The problem is that now iam in chennai.                     I have purchased LG KP 220 mobile in December 2008 and soon as i took it to home i was shocked as there was signal problem. I approached the local LG customer care - Vizag and they checked it and said its "Mother Board problem". I have official registered complaint in January and gave my mobile to them in Feb 2008. Initially they said it will be done in 1 week and now its March and April is coming and still i dont have my mobile. I really dont know what the issue is but they are dragging it by 10 days everytime. And also i hear from the customer care center that there are other customers waiting since 3 months. So i dont know whether my turn will come or not. I want to know the options. I would like to know what should i do when the product does not work properly. Even my keyboard is spoiled and have problem with headset for which i did not registered complaint as they were minor when compared to not getting signal. I have also sent email to the customer care but they were not at all responsive.

                    sir, i am using the same mobile from 4 years with same number. due to rough use i already changed the body/panel of the handset and left with the shop itself. now suddenly when the problem arises of the imei number with dot, they blocked my number with the network and any sim was unable to work on my number. while i gone to many of the shops to solve the problem of imei number i dont even cured the problem due to they told me that they need the manufacture number which is on the back side of the panel or cover box. its impossible to get the both items so please solve my problem...

                    LG KP220 mobile — fraud charges

                    my lg kp 220 mobile was having some problem of display so i went to a authorised service centre of lg in vadalnaka nashik
                    there the person said that for checking the mobile will charge a 55 rupees and that to a without receipt and after checking (i doubt whether they checked it properly) they said thge plc is damaged and will cost rs.1700 service charges extra
                    the same hand set i showed to a another mobile repairing store (not lg )and the person repaired it within a seconds with minimum charges (rs.100/)
                    so the lg service station is only to make the money and not a service its a shame to lg company

                      I have purchased LG Mobile set Model No. C-2500 from mobile store Lakshmi Nagar, Delhi. The IMEI No on bill and back side of the mobile set is[protected] but the IMEI number which is being displayed by the set on dialing *#06# is [protected].

                      As a result of this mismatch between IMEI numbers all the out going calls have been barred since 1300 Hrs on 29.11.2009

                      As Your company is branded such types of mistakes leads to customer trouble.
                      Therefore you are requested to do the needful at the earliest.

                              L.G has only one Authorised service centre in Mumbai by name M/s Neutron Service centre, Dadar.
                              We wanted to get repaired our 60" model Projection T.V the cost of which was Rs 2.00 lakhs in the year 2005. Now the service centre says the power supply is not functioning and it will cost us Rs. 45, 000/-. Agreed for the same, now the service centre says the model is outdated and company has stopped producing such T.V'S any more, parts are not available and efforts are made by them to import the said part from Korea since more than 9 months. Who is responsible for such sub-standard and outdated products with worst quality of After sales service. Innocent customers are Gullible to marketing and showroom sales men promises/assurances/sales talk. With a company of LG'S reputation you don't expect such type of cheating indian consumers face? I shall hold the Company responsible i.e. LG ONLY. Dear customers please boycott such companies and their products enmass . Only then the company will realise, we people in India are not fools.BEWARE.

                                I lodged a complaint for LG Service, for LCD RGB PC Port (which is not working), a non-experienced person (Som Shekhar) was sent to attend my call. He troubleshooted from outside and asked me for changing the main PCB for a cosmetic change without any troubleshooting method, for that I denied. I want to escalate this LG Service grievances to the higher leadership of LG. I am absolutely not a happy with the Service receiving from LG. My clear cut question is where is the experienced staff from LG? I have listed LG products in my current home - LCD, DVD Player, Automatic Washing Machine, Vaccum Cleaner, Microwave Oven, Frost Free refrigerator and Mobile Phone. I was planning of purchasing the LG Split AC, but, because of this quality of Service, I will changing the brand from now, thus, prescribe other about the same.
                                I had purchased one LG monitor TV on 14/08/09 and entitled to get free offfer of one DTH Connection with free 6 months subscription. I have called their agent Spectramind Marketing, Customer care, and branch office at ernakulam and also dealer from where I have purchased monitor T.V. So far there is no response from them. My Claim voucher no. is 203434. Hence I think offer of LG Company is false and to fool the customers

                                  This is regarding my service request to LG regarding my Window AC . I had called up LG call centre on 6th or 7th of November for repairing my Window AC . As per THEIR commitment to after sales service, technician from service centre “Comfort Point “visited my place next day. There was some problem with the circuit and I was told that he will be replacing the circuit next day. Technician dismantled the circuit from my A/C and kept it aside????
                                  After continuous follow up the circuit was replaced.STILL THERE WAS THE SAME PROBLEM
                                  THEN ANOTHER TECHNICIAN VISITED. THIS GREAT TECHNICIAN POINTED OUT THAT THERE IS " DISPLAY PROBLEM ". If there was display problem then why the circuit was changed AND FOR THAT Rs 1019 were charged. Is this the new way to extract money from customers.

                                  DOES THE TECHNICIAN FROM LG SERVICE CENTRE COMFORT POINT " NEED TRAINING "

                                  I called up Mr Khandelwal manager of Comfort Point as told to me by your call centre on 16 th November but HE IS STILL LOOKING INTO THE MATTER.

                                  window a/c — Pathetic after-market service

                                  I bought the Window A/C Model No. HW-09LN03 on 2nd Aug'08 from M/S Nayyar ELectronic World, Pitam Pura, Delhi.
                                  Invoice no. is 2737/08-09.

                                  Since last year weather was good I didnt had much chance to use the A/C and I remembered I last used it till Sept'08.

                                  This Feb'09, when I checked the A/C, I found that it was not working.
                                  Subsequently, I called the Haier Service Centre on around 12th Mar'09 (Complaint no. [protected]). The complaint was closed without even being resolved.
                                  I registered another complaint for the same problem on 19th Mar'09 (Complaint no.[protected]). This time technician did visited but I was told that there is a problem in "A/C Fan" and the same needs to be replaced. He promised to come back again within 7 days to replace it.

                                  To my disappointment, that person didnt come again. Also when I called several times on Haier Service, everytime I was promised that the complaint would be resolved by next day.
                                  The reason for the delay as told by Haier is that parts is not available.
                                  I dont understand why a service part is not made available even in a month's time.

                                  Infact, I was given a phone no.[protected] and 45515391 to check with service persons directly. When I called these nos., I found one of the no. out of service and one no. a "wrong no.".
                                  I again checked with Haier service on 11th Apr (Mr. Nilesh), I was assured that the problem would be resolved by next day.
                                  But no body even tried to call and explain the status.


                                  Though I have now tried to escalate the issue through their website: http://www.haierindia.com/register.asp, I am not sure whether the resonse will be as per my satisfaction.

                                  I think under these circumstances, I would never recommend Haier products to any one.

                                  I have logged an complaint (W9C[protected] on 8 Jun 2009 for AC stopped working. LG engineer visited my house same day and said PCB of AC has to be replaced. He told me it will take 2 days, now almost 4 days are gone and no answer from him/your side. Please make sure that it will get it done by today as we are facing lots of problem without AC in such humid condition.

                                  LG Window AC — recurring complaint of AC not working

                                  Bought an LG AC last year and after running for only one season this year it stopeed working and was taken by company service center and returned after 1 day ( Service charges and cartage paid). It stopped cooling the very next day and there was deposits of Ice, it was again taken and returned after few days only to have the same problem. It was taken again and returned after 10 days (meanwhile they supported with their service AC). The same night when it was returned after repairs there was massiv deposit of ice on the condenser, pipes, accumulater etc and it stopped working. all this time despite my repeated requests the thermostat which was non functional was not replaced. Now almost already one month has elapsed and the AC is still not working and i am adamant on AC being replaced as this product is faulty and has already been mishandeled several times during removing/refitting, during transit and/or loading/unloading.

                                  LG Window AC — Fraudulent Dealer Sound of Music Kolkata

                                  I purchased a 1.5 toms window AC (Model LWA5EW1DF1) from Sound of Music Kolkata who are delaers for LG electronics on 8th March 2010. They have delivered an inferior model (LWA5GW1AF1) which does not have any of the features of the model i paid for. The dealer hurriedly sent the installation people from LG on the 9th and got it installed. On discovering the error, this was pointed out to the delaer who now is avoiding the issue and is making false commitments. Till date the AC has not been replaced.

                                  Please refer to my Request ID C[protected],For the service of my window A/C. I prefered service by the lG service persons as i thought the trained persons of LG would do better job than the local A/C repair people. I am surprised by the way they carried themselves and the quality of service done by them. They were ill equipped and ill trained. They used polythene sheets to cover the motor while washing the A/C. and did not remove it before fiiting. when i swithed ON the A/c at night i could hear horrible noise from it and called LG . No help was available at that time . i made another request REQUEST ID C[protected] on 6th . i was told that it will be corrected within 24 hours. since no body contacted me till evening of 7th, i called the LG , i was again promised quick help, i also called the person who came to my house on his mobile and he promised to reach my home within one hour but did not turn up.
                                  Today again i called help line and talked to supervisor Mr Vinay, He promised me that the issue will be resolved within 2 hours but refused to give any contact no except help line number. i got a call from service station that the engineer will reach within one hour. it was 3.50 PM and no body turned up.

                                  Is this the service standard maitained by LG.?
                                  what is the standard service procedure? are your people fallowing it.?

                                  I had registered for a free service of 2 of my window AC's on 8 Mar 2010.Even after repeated calls they have not responded and my LG AC's are unattended.
                                  Very bad service. I will NEVER recommend or buy any LG product now.

                                  LG Electronics - Window AC — Not Attending to Complaint

                                  Dear Madam,
                                  I own an LG window AC that became unserviceable last month. I registered a complaint with their Customer Care Center on 29 Mar 2010. The complaint no is C-[protected].
                                  The technician came after 2 days and took one part that it needs repair/replacement and he will come with that in 2 days time. Till date the AC remains unattended, remaining open and unavailable, in spite of almost daily reminder by me to customer care center. In the mean time they cancelled this complaint and registered a new complaint on 19 April 2010 on their own, the new no is C-[protected].
                                  In the meanwhile one technician on LG's behalf told me on phone to additionally pay Rs 1000/- , then they will come and repair the AC in a couple of hours, otherwise they will ensure that for months the AC is not attended to. I reported this matter to Customer Care Center on phone and thereafter through 3 mails (on 21, 22 and 25 April), But no action is yet undertaken by them. I, therefore :-
                                  1. Don't have an AC for use in this weather
                                  2. The part is also taken by their technician and so cannot approach other general repair agencies
                                  3. LG customer care is not helping, in spite of their proclaimed 2.1.1 prompt customer care service.

                                  LG Window AC — Bad product and even worse service

                                  I had purchased a window ac around1.5 yrs back from Kohinoor-Vashi(Navi mumbai). I have had numerous problems with it ever since. It worked fine for a few days after which it stopped working. We called the servicing guys and after a lot of efforts someone visited and confirmed that the clloing gas had got over. It again worked for another one week or so and then the same problem persisted. After a number of attempts again to get the service guy to come to our place for repair, someone did visit and confirmed that there was gas leakage and it has been rectified now. AC worked again exactly for a week and then again stopped its cooling effect...the story continues till like 15 days back some one from Ace electronics/Shree electronics sanpada had come to our place to take the AC to the workshop and monitor. Its been over 15days now and we havent't heard from them.

                                  We have spoken several times to Mr. Janak Doshi and also to his team but things are not moving at all. I am really tired of this service and the quality of the product...we have been struggling.
                                  In all this i learnt i shouldnt not have purchased LG in the first place.I have a hitachi ac at home and its running since 4 years without a hitch.

                                  I am not going to pay for the servicing..am yet to get the AC back from the service center..u need to compensate me suitably for all this!!
                                  the Ac was just delivered and i have paid 3500 for the same. LG should not have asked me for this money considering the harrasement we had to go through over a month and that too in this summer...there seems to be no use writing to consuemr forum even..

                                  LG--Window AC — Service of LG window AC is very poor

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  Our Lg Window AC was working fine till April'11. There was a gas leakage problem with the AC. We had send it to the service center "Sarvotech Service--C-51, sector-58,noida. Since then we have been facing the similar problem 5th time. Apart from this when they bring it back after filling the gas they always make some technical problem also and again we have to fight for it.

                                  I dont know what kind of service do this center provide. We are very unhappy with the after sales service of LG.

                                  Please help so that this time our problem gets fixed..

                                  LG- air conditioner — regarding misbehavior of customer service agent

                                  i was facing problem regarding my window 2tonn AC.. i called the service center and the consultant was unseccessful to solve my problem.. then i called today regarding the delay of required part, Mr. Anurag(LG consumer service, Kidwai Nagar, Kanpur, UP) firstly blamed the company for this delay then he abused my profession as a doctor which is totally unacceptable and impulive..

                                    DEAR Sirs, this is to bring to your kind notice that i purchased one LG MOBILE model no. RD 5130 on[protected] and its still working well with ofcourse some minor problems which i got repaired and thank you for having intorduced such good qualitative and reliable model RD 5130.

                                    Later i purchased one new model mobile no RD 3000 (LG) on[protected] and i regret very much to bring to your notice that the quality of this mobile set (RD 3000) is of very very poor quality and it losts only for 16 months and dead on 17-09-09. Your LG service station staff are not taking care of the customers who attend for any advise or for any repair at your KUKATPALLY HYDERABAD or at KAKINADA LG STATIONs. They (your lg service station staff) give vague replies without any proper diagnosis of the mobile problem. some say battery problem some say some other problem.After constant enquiries i came to understand the problem of this RD 3000 is mother board is not working and i have to bear the expenses of RS.400/- as it was told by your KUKATPALLY LG STATION and later at KAKINADA LG STATION it was rs.775/-. which is the correct price your company only knows.

                                    I got vexed and bought a new mobile LG set with model no. RD 3610 on[protected]recently).and i dont know how it works and how long it works.

                                    Finally what i want to impress upon you is basically your LG SERVICE STATIONS staff are not properly advising the customers and not properly diagnising the problem of the sets.and their replies to customers are also not proper.

                                    In these circumustances i am just complaining you not for the cost of the cells but i request you to please instruct your staff to give proper guidnce and attendance to customers of LG users.

                                    I regret very much for the poor performance of LG MOBILE sets you are intorducing to market nowadays. Hope you understand my views positively and do some thing.

                                    I would like to continue my RD 3000 set further for which you may please suggest me what to do about the MOTHER BOARD problem for which i am prepared to pay the cost.

                                      3 years back I have purchased the LG Mobil Model C2600 in Jalgaon(MH). It is having invalid IMEI no.
                                      Today my mobile getting banned according to govt. policy and the following information for your references,

                                      Made - Made By LGE

                                      Note:we brought the reputed companies products but they are also doing this type of fraud and I am so upset about this,

                                      Pls...............give me some justification.

                                      Peoples buying good products but their made some mistake then end user will suffer a lot,

                                        Dear Members,

                                        I bought LG 22" LCD TV monitor on 27/08/2009(Bill Attached B.jpg).
                                        I bought seeing promos given by LG company (To see the promo see LG WEBSITE)

                                        I completed all the formalities to get my DTH service according to the LG IT CLAIM FORM ( See A.jpg)

                                        And courieried it to Spectramind Marketing Pvt. Ltd. as mention in CLAIM FORM on 30th by Doc. No. 3137 through First Flight.

                                        Now after a long time, i got a letter (c.jpg) stating that i have not attached Invoice Photocopy. Which is absolutely incorrect and I believe its a game played my LG company. As i have send all the documents as mention in "LG IT CLAIM FORM" and i also believe that there might be more customers cheated by LG Company.

                                        As mention in (C.jpg) letter from Spectramind Marketing Pvt. Ltd., i cannot even re-submit my CLAIM FORM.

                                        Now what can i do to get my DTH Free service with 6 months subscription free.( as promised in the promos during that time)

AFTER THAT I SENT THE SAME ON ADDRESS OF SPECTRAMIND MARKETING PVT LTD THROUGH PUNAM COURIER ON 12.10.09 NO:[protected]. BUT I DID NOT RECIEVE ANY GIFT VOUCHER AS ON DATE.
