I have purchased LG Mobile set Model No. C-2500 from mobile store Lakshmi Nagar, Delhi. The IMEI No on bill and back side of the mobile set is[protected] but the IMEI number which is being displayed by the set on dialing *#06# is [protected].

As a result of this mismatch between IMEI numbers all the out going calls have been barred since 1300 Hrs on 29.11.2009

As Your company is branded such types of mistakes leads to customer trouble.
Therefore you are requested to do the needful at the earliest.

Hey ur mobile company is valid in india so why the IMEI no is not work in handset
LG C2600 work pls ans me i m vary truble now so pls replay me i m waiting for this application as soon as posible ...

    i pinku singh purchased a mobile phone of LG mobile(model no KM335).
    the IMEI no shown in my mobile is [protected], but my n/w operator airtel says that it has a invalid IMEI no.my mobile dead from 1stdec. so why company LG selling an invalid IMEI mobile phone.what is the funda/strategy behind that. and how i resolve this problem for start my phone. we have origional bill/reciept of mobileshop from where i purchased mobile.plz help me

      I purchased a LG mobile phone model number C 2600 from an authorized LG mobile showroom I received a message from my service provider (IDEA) that my phone has an invalid IMEI number . I haven't changed my phone software or neither I haven't done any phone service after buying this phone. The service provider's says that I can't use this phone further because this phone does not contain a valid IMEI number.

      I am using LG KG 300 Mobile . It is not CHINA , It is company product. I purchased my phone from an authorized dealer . But from Today onwards I can’t use my phone because of invalid IMEI .       Hi, i've been using my mobile (LG C2600) for the last 2 yrs. After getting a msg to have my imei no checked, i contacted the customer care of my service provider, vodafone. after knowing that i am using an LG set, they told me that there are problems for the china made handsets only and my mobile set is fine. but from today, my handset has gone invalid.

      Hi, i've been using my mobile (LG C2500) for the last 3 yrs. My handset has gone invalid from December 2, 2009. I have complained the same with the Customer Care Centre of Service Provider (BSNL). After a period of 3 days they told that the problem is resolved but I was having the same problem with the Mobile.

      i checked my IMEI no for its validity (by sending sms to 53232), and it says that its invalid. How can a handset manufactured by the branded company have a wrong IMEI No ?. I hope LG has to replace this handsets, its a shame on the Brand if no action is taken in this issue.

        4years back I have purchased the LG Mobil Model C2500 in khandwa(m.p.). It is having invalid IMEI no.
        Today my mobile getting banned according to govt. policy and the following information for your references,

        1) IMEI Programmed in the mobile - [protected](Verified by *#06#)
        2)IMEI number on the xcvr label (back side[protected]
        S/N of Mobile - 605KSHN244185-IND
        Made - Made By LGE

        Note:we brought the reputed companies products but they are also doing this type of fraud and I am so upset about this,

        Pls...............give me some justification.

          Dear Sir,
          L.G has only one Authorised service centre in Mumbai by name M/s Neutron Service centre, Dadar.
          We wanted to get repaired our 60" model Projection T.V the cost of which was Rs 2.00 lakhs in the year 2005. Now the service centre says the power supply is not functioning and it will cost us Rs. 45, 000/-. Agreed for the same, now the service centre says the model is outdated and company has stopped producing such T.V'S any more, parts are not available and efforts are made by them to import the said part from Korea since more than 9 months. Who is responsible for such sub-standard and outdated products with worst quality of After sales service. Innocent customers are Gullible to marketing and showroom sales men promises/assurances/sales talk. With a company of LG'S reputation you don't expect such type of cheating indian consumers face? I shall hold the Company responsible i.e. LG ONLY. Dear customers please boycott such companies and their products enmass . Only then the company will realise, we people in India are not fools.BEWARE.

            I lodged a complaint for LG Service, for LCD RGB PC Port (which is not working), a non-experienced person (Som Shekhar) was sent to attend my call. He troubleshooted from outside and asked me for changing the main PCB for a cosmetic change without any troubleshooting method, for that I denied. I want to escalate this LG Service grievances to the higher leadership of LG. I am absolutely not a happy with the Service receiving from LG. My clear cut question is where is the experienced staff from LG? I have listed LG products in my current home - LCD, DVD Player, Automatic Washing Machine, Vaccum Cleaner, Microwave Oven, Frost Free refrigerator and Mobile Phone. I was planning of purchasing the LG Split AC, but, because of this quality of Service, I will changing the brand from now, thus, prescribe other about the same.
            I had purchased one LG monitor TV on 14/08/09 and entitled to get free offfer of one DTH Connection with free 6 months subscription. I have called their agent Spectramind Marketing, Customer care, and branch office at ernakulam and also dealer from where I have purchased monitor T.V. So far there is no response from them. My Claim voucher no. is 203434. Hence I think offer of LG Company is false and to fool the customers

              This is regarding my service request to LG regarding my Window AC . I had called up LG call centre on 6th or 7th of November for repairing my Window AC . As per THEIR commitment to after sales service, technician from service centre “Comfort Point “visited my place next day. There was some problem with the circuit and I was told that he will be replacing the circuit next day. Technician dismantled the circuit from my A/C and kept it aside????
              After continuous follow up the circuit was replaced.STILL THERE WAS THE SAME PROBLEM
              THEN ANOTHER TECHNICIAN VISITED. THIS GREAT TECHNICIAN POINTED OUT THAT THERE IS " DISPLAY PROBLEM ". If there was display problem then why the circuit was changed AND FOR THAT Rs 1019 were charged. Is this the new way to extract money from customers.

              DOES THE TECHNICIAN FROM LG SERVICE CENTRE COMFORT POINT " NEED TRAINING "

              I called up Mr Khandelwal manager of Comfort Point as told to me by your call centre on 16 th November but HE IS STILL LOOKING INTO THE MATTER.

              window a/c — Pathetic after-market service

              I bought the Window A/C Model No. HW-09LN03 on 2nd Aug'08 from M/S Nayyar ELectronic World, Pitam Pura, Delhi.
              Invoice no. is 2737/08-09.

              Since last year weather was good I didnt had much chance to use the A/C and I remembered I last used it till Sept'08.

              This Feb'09, when I checked the A/C, I found that it was not working.
              Subsequently, I called the Haier Service Centre on around 12th Mar'09 (Complaint no. [protected]). The complaint was closed without even being resolved.
              I registered another complaint for the same problem on 19th Mar'09 (Complaint no.[protected]). This time technician did visited but I was told that there is a problem in "A/C Fan" and the same needs to be replaced. He promised to come back again within 7 days to replace it.

              To my disappointment, that person didnt come again. Also when I called several times on Haier Service, everytime I was promised that the complaint would be resolved by next day.
              The reason for the delay as told by Haier is that parts is not available.
              I dont understand why a service part is not made available even in a month's time.

              Infact, I was given a phone no.[protected] and 45515391 to check with service persons directly. When I called these nos., I found one of the no. out of service and one no. a "wrong no.".
              I again checked with Haier service on 11th Apr (Mr. Nilesh), I was assured that the problem would be resolved by next day.
              But no body even tried to call and explain the status.


              Though I have now tried to escalate the issue through their website: http://www.haierindia.com/register.asp, I am not sure whether the resonse will be as per my satisfaction.

              I think under these circumstances, I would never recommend Haier products to any one.

              LG Window AC — Repar of AC

              Hi,

              I have logged an complaint (W9C[protected] on 8 Jun 2009 for AC stopped working. LG engineer visited my house same day and said PCB of AC has to be replaced. He told me it will take 2 days, now almost 4 days are gone and no answer from him/your side. Please make sure that it will get it done by today as we are facing lots of problem without AC in such humid condition.

              LG Window AC — recurring complaint of AC not working

              Bought an LG AC last year and after running for only one season this year it stopeed working and was taken by company service center and returned after 1 day ( Service charges and cartage paid). It stopped cooling the very next day and there was deposits of Ice, it was again taken and returned after few days only to have the same problem. It was taken again and returned after 10 days (meanwhile they supported with their service AC). The same night when it was returned after repairs there was massiv deposit of ice on the condenser, pipes, accumulater etc and it stopped working. all this time despite my repeated requests the thermostat which was non functional was not replaced. Now almost already one month has elapsed and the AC is still not working and i am adamant on AC being replaced as this product is faulty and has already been mishandeled several times during removing/refitting, during transit and/or loading/unloading.

              LG Window AC — Fraudulent Dealer Sound of Music Kolkata

              I purchased a 1.5 toms window AC (Model LWA5EW1DF1) from Sound of Music Kolkata who are delaers for LG electronics on 8th March 2010. They have delivered an inferior model (LWA5GW1AF1) which does not have any of the features of the model i paid for. The dealer hurriedly sent the installation people from LG on the 9th and got it installed. On discovering the error, this was pointed out to the delaer who now is avoiding the issue and is making false commitments. Till date the AC has not been replaced.

              Please refer to my Request ID C[protected],For the service of my window A/C. I prefered service by the lG service persons as i thought the trained persons of LG would do better job than the local A/C repair people. I am surprised by the way they carried themselves and the quality of service done by them. They were ill equipped and ill trained. They used polythene sheets to cover the motor while washing the A/C. and did not remove it before fiiting. when i swithed ON the A/c at night i could hear horrible noise from it and called LG . No help was available at that time . i made another request REQUEST ID C[protected] on 6th . i was told that it will be corrected within 24 hours. since no body contacted me till evening of 7th, i called the LG , i was again promised quick help, i also called the person who came to my house on his mobile and he promised to reach my home within one hour but did not turn up.
              Today again i called help line and talked to supervisor Mr Vinay, He promised me that the issue will be resolved within 2 hours but refused to give any contact no except help line number. i got a call from service station that the engineer will reach within one hour. it was 3.50 PM and no body turned up.

              Is this the service standard maitained by LG.?
              what is the standard service procedure? are your people fallowing it.?

              I had registered for a free service of 2 of my window AC's on 8 Mar 2010.Even after repeated calls they have not responded and my LG AC's are unattended.
              Very bad service. I will NEVER recommend or buy any LG product now.

              LG Electronics - Window AC — Not Attending to Complaint

              Dear Madam,
              I own an LG window AC that became unserviceable last month. I registered a complaint with their Customer Care Center on 29 Mar 2010. The complaint no is C-[protected].
              The technician came after 2 days and took one part that it needs repair/replacement and he will come with that in 2 days time. Till date the AC remains unattended, remaining open and unavailable, in spite of almost daily reminder by me to customer care center. In the mean time they cancelled this complaint and registered a new complaint on 19 April 2010 on their own, the new no is C-[protected].
              In the meanwhile one technician on LG's behalf told me on phone to additionally pay Rs 1000/- , then they will come and repair the AC in a couple of hours, otherwise they will ensure that for months the AC is not attended to. I reported this matter to Customer Care Center on phone and thereafter through 3 mails (on 21, 22 and 25 April), But no action is yet undertaken by them. I, therefore :-
              1. Don't have an AC for use in this weather
              2. The part is also taken by their technician and so cannot approach other general repair agencies
              3. LG customer care is not helping, in spite of their proclaimed 2.1.1 prompt customer care service.

              LG Window AC — Bad product and even worse service

              I had purchased a window ac around1.5 yrs back from Kohinoor-Vashi(Navi mumbai). I have had numerous problems with it ever since. It worked fine for a few days after which it stopped working. We called the servicing guys and after a lot of efforts someone visited and confirmed that the clloing gas had got over. It again worked for another one week or so and then the same problem persisted. After a number of attempts again to get the service guy to come to our place for repair, someone did visit and confirmed that there was gas leakage and it has been rectified now. AC worked again exactly for a week and then again stopped its cooling effect...the story continues till like 15 days back some one from Ace electronics/Shree electronics sanpada had come to our place to take the AC to the workshop and monitor. Its been over 15days now and we havent't heard from them.

              We have spoken several times to Mr. Janak Doshi and also to his team but things are not moving at all. I am really tired of this service and the quality of the product...we have been struggling.
              In all this i learnt i shouldnt not have purchased LG in the first place.I have a hitachi ac at home and its running since 4 years without a hitch.

              LG--Window AC — Service of LG window AC is very poor

              Dear Sir,

              Our Lg Window AC was working fine till April'11. There was a gas leakage problem with the AC. We had send it to the service center "Sarvotech Service--C-51, sector-58,noida. Since then we have been facing the similar problem 5th time. Apart from this when they bring it back after filling the gas they always make some technical problem also and again we have to fight for it.

              I dont know what kind of service do this center provide. We are very unhappy with the after sales service of LG.

              Please help so that this time our problem gets fixed..

                DEAR Sirs, this is to bring to your kind notice that i purchased one LG MOBILE model no. RD 5130 on[protected] and its still working well with ofcourse some minor problems which i got repaired and thank you for having intorduced such good qualitative and reliable model RD 5130.

                Later i purchased one new model mobile no RD 3000 (LG) on[protected] and i regret very much to bring to your notice that the quality of this mobile set (RD 3000) is of very very poor quality and it losts only for 16 months and dead on 17-09-09. Your LG service station staff are not taking care of the customers who attend for any advise or for any repair at your KUKATPALLY HYDERABAD or at KAKINADA LG STATIONs. They (your lg service station staff) give vague replies without any proper diagnosis of the mobile problem. some say battery problem some say some other problem.After constant enquiries i came to understand the problem of this RD 3000 is mother board is not working and i have to bear the expenses of RS.400/- as it was told by your KUKATPALLY LG STATION and later at KAKINADA LG STATION it was rs.775/-. which is the correct price your company only knows.

                I got vexed and bought a new mobile LG set with model no. RD 3610 on[protected]recently).and i dont know how it works and how long it works.

                Finally what i want to impress upon you is basically your LG SERVICE STATIONS staff are not properly advising the customers and not properly diagnising the problem of the sets.and their replies to customers are also not proper.

                In these circumustances i am just complaining you not for the cost of the cells but i request you to please instruct your staff to give proper guidnce and attendance to customers of LG users.

                I regret very much for the poor performance of LG MOBILE sets you are intorducing to market nowadays. Hope you understand my views positively and do some thing.

                I would like to continue my RD 3000 set further for which you may please suggest me what to do about the MOTHER BOARD problem for which i am prepared to pay the cost.

                  3 years back I have purchased the LG Mobil Model C2600 in Jalgaon(MH). It is having invalid IMEI no.
                  Today my mobile getting banned according to govt. policy and the following information for your references,

                  Made - Made By LGE

                  Note:we brought the reputed companies products but they are also doing this type of fraud and I am so upset about this,

                    Dear Members,

                    I bought LG 22" LCD TV monitor on 27/08/2009(Bill Attached B.jpg).
                    I bought seeing promos given by LG company (To see the promo see LG WEBSITE)

                    I completed all the formalities to get my DTH service according to the LG IT CLAIM FORM ( See A.jpg)

                    And courieried it to Spectramind Marketing Pvt. Ltd. as mention in CLAIM FORM on 30th by Doc. No. 3137 through First Flight.

                    Now after a long time, i got a letter (c.jpg) stating that i have not attached Invoice Photocopy. Which is absolutely incorrect and I believe its a game played my LG company. As i have send all the documents as mention in "LG IT CLAIM FORM" and i also believe that there might be more customers cheated by LG Company.

                    As mention in (C.jpg) letter from Spectramind Marketing Pvt. Ltd., i cannot even re-submit my CLAIM FORM.

                    Now what can i do to get my DTH Free service with 6 months subscription free.( as promised in the promos during that time)

                      i too hav the same IMEI number that Mr. Anup Yadav has i.e [protected] how is it possible? IS LG people playing games with us. Because of their mistake now i hav to spend Rs200.00 to rectify the IMEI number. I will not do it and we must launch a serious complaint against LG. I will go to consumer forum.

                        LG Mobile — LG Worst service centre

                        I have paid an advance amount to replace my LCD display in my mobile.
                        They promised me to do in one week, but i waited for 2 weeks and approached them they advised me to wait for 3 more days.
                        Again i waited for one more week and got confirmed by talking to them over phone and travelled 3 hours to reach there, But they are so rude and made me to wait for 4 hours and finally they informed me that they forgot to place the order for LCD display.

                        They are rude to customers.

                        This happened at Genesis Communication, LG service centre, Adayar, Chennai.
                        Service is not good.. very very worst. each and every person coming again with complaints after service.

                          I purchased LG mobile handset KG 300 on 10 Feb. 2007 from CITY collection, shop no 2, Neel kamal complex, Mahajan Market,Sitabuldi, Nagpur.440012 and IMEI number [protected], with Bill no. 383. Till 25/nov/2oo9 that worked efficiently.
                          From 26/11/2009, just after dialing call, I do hear the message that the IMEI number of my mobile no is not valid and asking me to purchase new IMEI no from Govt allotted centers.
                          LG electronics is reputed company in electronics market. Now, My question is that, Is it not the responsibility of LG electronics to solve this problem. Whom to blame ? company or shop keeper?

                              LG Refrigerator — POOR QUALITY AND V.V.POOR SERVICE

                              I had purchesed a LG 260 litre fridge in[protected]. The outer body damage and front bot leg slanding is there i launge the complaint that time one service person came and attend the complaint but he told me, this product come like this only what can i do, we are not rectify the problem.

                              After that i go to shop and check other product also but all the refeigirator legs fix properly and the body
                              finish neetly.

                              Again i made a compalint to the customer service that time they sent one trainee service tech, he come and remove the Bot cover and also he talk to my wife irresponsible behaviour and lackadaisical attitute.

                                  I purchased LG 5.5Kg Automatic Washing M/c and 15ltr Crompton Greaves Geyser from Reliance Digital on 22nd Nov 09 . Installation person came today 24th Nov and asked first to get electrician and Plumber for fixing a 3 pin plug (available with me) and arranging T joint from local market and promised to come tommorow once electrician fixes 3 pin plug available with me and plumber fixes T joint only after this he would come and arrange installation of above 2 items now this is not what I was promised I was clearly told that 100% installation/fixing would be done and in case any plumbing item is reqd cost to be bourne by me . When I called Reliance rescue team on[protected] one Mr.Ashok told that installation person would not do any electrician and plumbing job and when I told I was promised that 100%installation/fixing would be done he declined to help me at all. I would request all to please buy all electrical,electronics product from dealers reliance should be last place to go for these items because this is not what you expect. I don't expect reliance people to help me after reading this as they are defaming one of most admired and respectable company world over but for these people I doubt if company has future...

I am entitled for a free DTH connection for 6 months…but its more than a month but I haven't yet received the DTH connection….I call Spectramind and they say that they have already dispatched the DTH to LG Distributor in SULLIA D K KARNATAKA …when I call LG customer care they say that they don’t know about this.                                       i bought LG mobile phone from a store in Sec 8, Airoli, Navi Mumbai
                                      Within 4 months, its key pad got currupted. there is no control in it. Automatic dialing happpens, automatic call rejection happens, anyu number is dialed even if i dial a particular number.
                                      i contacted the store person, he sent the set to the service cetre of Vashi twice but it is not being repaired.
                                      Set is coming back saying that it is repaired, but not. For last 15 days i am suffering. As my job requires use of mobile, my work is being affected.
                                      Today, when i again went to the service centre, they are saying its not their job. The timing of service centre is such that one cannot go in office hours.

They call me on Monday Once again and tell me to pay the till monday. So i want the clarification by the company and send mail to my e-mail address OR contact me on my no.[protected]/[protected]. Please tell me Imediately that it is true or a fake
                                      I too purchased the LG model KP115 in Oct 09. The phone is pathetic. It takes ages to function giving me a constatnt hour glass. I hate to use it.                                       There are lot of such bogus msg send everyday. You must have received emails regarding the same and many a times websites that pop up stating you won a mp3 player and so on... People who send the information are trying trap someone and get money from them. if you respond to them they would send you information to pay a security deposit for the prize money or 10% of the prize money. Later they would vanish and you will have no clue where money goes. Running behind police to get your money back -- another trouble. These people are difficult to trap but not impossible. as the email is from gmail. Police could get the details from google and they could be tracked. How it is done is not a good way to put it here...

                                      these people collect email addresses from forwarded email. We tend to forget to delete email addresses before sending emails.

                                      to be on a safer side, ignore the message and email.

                                      We are LG Customer, we have purchased LG Mobile (Model: LG GD-510 Purple, RSN No.:[protected], S/N: 0071PEL029796) as on 11.09.2010 from [censored]al Communication, Vapi. This mobile is not working priority from 15.05.2011 & submitted to your respective service centre (Kare Center, Vapi) as on 18.05.2011. This problem is create the second time same problem. First time problem start from dated 17.10.2010 & solution after 15 days @ Servicing Centre. I am not able to any work. I feel havebeen absloutely cheated and my Rs. 5800 have gone a waste.
                                      We had already communication with your respective vapi service centre, But till now not complete your process (i.e. your service are not fulfilled) & not any satisfactory reply or action taken in this regards.

                                      In event of not given any solution within 03 days on your information we will have no other option but forced to go to consumer court with Police authorities and take legal / Civil action against your company.
                                      So, kindly look in to the matter and take immediately appropriate judgment is highly appreciated.

                                      I sent my LG mobile for repair at LG jebel Ali Dubai but they sent it back my device even without giving as phone call stating that no problems found.So I registred my complaint again as the battery is not perforoming good.But LG call sentre people never called up ,even they are not ready to just call the customer to get the information from the customer.So I sent mail to LG manager of the customer service and after that no reply from them.They always agree and apologies their mistake and nothing happening to solve the customer issue.Finally I was asking to sent the battery to me but they refused to sent the battery in advance and they need my phone battery in advance to set to them to get a new battery.This is a good example of the disaster service providing by LG jebel Ali ,they have already understood their mistake and still they dont want to support to the custoerm and saying their policy only.Finally I agreed to get new battery but again it took over 1 week,so I just mail them again.So they told the battery have already despatched.So they did not even checked whether I have got the battery or not,telling simple excuses without doing their duty properly and again they told me their apologies.LG can't meet any service support requirments from the bigining,no calls,their policy is don't care customer.

                                      So Don't buy any LG products as the LG team is not at all good to support to the customer ,even there is no managers to take proper actions against the customer complaints as well.

                                      LG Mobile — Irresponsible service centre

                                      For the las two days my LG GU285 mobile ear piece is not workng and I was forced to use loudspeaker or ear phone. So I searched the service centre details in the preinstalled application and all the numbers are wrong. Finally I called the customer care centre and enquired about the contact number. After getting the contact number I called them and confirmed its availability. When today I reached there and gave my mobile for service no one in the service centre is ready to get my phone not even touch my phone after 7 pm. Due to job nature and my locality from the service centre I was not able to reach there early and also it is not possible to reach it before 7 otherwise I have to take one day leave and go.
                                      So I again called the customer care center and told about the issue but they are also not interested in hearing this. finally after a 15 min conversation they gave me the mobile number of the service center manager.
                                      The manager spoke with me and told the person available at the service centre to look into this matter but he was refuced to do so. Again I called the manager but this time he was also not interested to hear.
                                      All are telling that after 7 pm they wont accept mobile for service. If they are not ready to take service after 7 pm then why are they selling the LG mobiles after 7 pm. I bought the same only at around 8:30 pm one year before. So I shouted at all of them and came back to my house now only without servicing my mobile.
                                      The fellow in the service center told me to through the phone to dust bin, if I am not able to come before 7 pm.


                                      The service centre is located in EVR road, Puthur, Trichy.. The land line number is[protected] mobile number is [protected]

                                        I had bought a LCD 19" of LG monitor on 10th October 2009. I filled all the relevant columns for free sun DTH connection and sent DD of RS 99 with all relevant documents. Now it’s been over one month time I did not get any message or the connection voucher. These types of irregularity happenings should be questioned. I also like to inform the LG group that if they give this type of service with other partner like this, then it will cause to lose their faith from the people.

                                        I have buy LG LCD 19" on 04th Aug. 2009 and i have filled all document which as per scheem, photo copy of invoice, claim voucher, original bar code sticker, Rs.99/- D.D. to spetramind marketing india pvt. ltd. - noida. within 30 days.
                                        But still i have not received tata sky dth connection. so whome i contact to received my gift.

                                        Buy LG LCD TV monitor and Get Free DTH - A Cheating Promo with Indian Customers

                                        Dear Members,

                                        I bought LG 22" LCD TV monitor on 27/08/2009(Bill Attached B.jpg).
                                        I bought seeing promos given by LG company (To see the promo see LG WEBSITE)

                                        I completed all the formalities to get my DTH service according to the LG IT CLAIM FORM ( See A.jpg)

                                        And couriered it to Spectramind Marketing Pvt. Ltd. as mention in CLAIM FORM on 30th by Doc. No. 3137 through First Flight.

                                        Now after a long time, i got a letter (c.jpg) stating that I have not attached Invoice Photocopy. Which is absolutely incorrect and I believe it’s a game played my LG company. As I have send all the documents as mention in "LG IT CLAIM FORM" and I also believe that there might be more customers cheated by LG Company.

                                        As mention in (C.jpg) letter from Spectramind Marketing Pvt. Ltd., I cannot even re-submit my CLAIM FORM.

                                        Now what can I do to get my DTH Free service with 6 months subscription free.( as promised in the promos during that time)
