Dear Sir/Madam ,
Subject : Defective LG LCD TV (Scarlet series)
This may please be noted earnestly, I purchased a LG LCD TV (32", Scarlet series)
on 25.03.09 at "E-Zone" in Mani Square Plaza, Kolkata- 7000054.
Noticed, vertical lines while the Tv was in use, after few months ( within gurantee pd.).
On this issue several complaints were lodged with the LG service centre, in Kolkata.
Unable to rectify the fault,perhaps The Lg Technicians replaced the frame (scarlet 1 series),
with new spare.
After, in use for one day, three nos. vertical lines noticed again on the new frame.
Even after Cable lines disconnected , or DVd playback, the lines persisted.
As the problem with the 'LG' set continues to linger,I'm very worried & frustrated on the
future of this set, as the gurantee period will soon seize.
The dealer has also no responsibility, it seems.
A brand name Like "LG" & it's after-sale-service are now in question ..??!!

LG - washing Machine wp - 9031 — Damage of Drain button
Please refer our complint No. W8C 90501592 dated 5/9/2008 and reminder on 9/9/2008. your machenic visited on 6/9 and promise to repair on 8/9 but he is not come. further reminders are didnot work.Please do the needful.
