Dear Sir/Madam ,
Subject : Defective LG LCD TV (Scarlet series)
This may please be noted earnestly, I purchased a LG LCD TV (32", Scarlet series)
on 25.03.09 at "E-Zone" in Mani Square Plaza, Kolkata- 7000054.
Noticed, vertical lines while the Tv was in use, after few months ( within gurantee pd.).
On this issue several complaints were lodged with the LG service centre, in Kolkata.
Unable to rectify the fault,perhaps The Lg Technicians replaced the frame (scarlet 1 series),
with new spare.
After, in use for one day, three nos. vertical lines noticed again on the new frame.
Even after Cable lines disconnected , or DVd playback, the lines persisted.
As the problem with the 'LG' set continues to linger,I'm very worried & frustrated on the
future of this set, as the gurantee period will soon seize.
The dealer has also no responsibility, it seems.
A brand name Like "LG" & it's after-sale-service are now in question ..??!!

No Cash Memo / Warranty Card were provided .
It would also not be out of place to mention that I am a Senior Citizen above 80 years of age and do not appreciate this sort of wrongful act on the part of the Dealer.
I am also certain that you would not support this dealer of yours in the malpractices being followed since years together . This can be confirmed from innumerable customers of Products who have made their purchases through this Dealer. It is felt that this practice is being undertaken by this dealer to manipulate savings of Income Tax and thus putting the Government of India to a Loss. It is requested that this information in the paragraph be kept confidential in view of danger to my life and property and that of my family since this Dealer can go to any extent to cause me and my family harm if he learns about this information having been provided to you.
As explained earlier too evasion of Income Tax on a large scale is being done by M/s Raj Musico 19 A-B Taj Road Sadar Bazar Agra Cantt India to deprive the Government of India of Revenue otherwise in normal course of business cash memo / invoice should be handed over to the buyer immediately on making the payment which is not being done.
Apparently the above mentioned nefarious activities can not be carried out without some Officials being hand in Glove with the Dealer aforesaid who is indulging in daylight robbery.
I look forward to hear the action taken by against the dealer for indulging in malpractices on a regular basis and causing financial loss to innocent customers at large, Government of India as well as to the goodwill of a reputed Company like LG.
