I have purchased lg monitor tv M197WA-PT on 19.09.2009 from "COMPUTER GALLERY" with free dth offer. My "LG It Claim Form No" is 321240. I have send all the documents to claim my free dth connection on 24.09.2009 via DTDC courier. The documents received by "SPECTRAMIND" with company seal on 26.09.2009. But till now I have not received my free dth set top box. I send a email to spectramind, but they do not reply and they also not receiving my phone calls. I have registered 2 complains to lg , but no reply from them also. My complain numbers are [protected] and [protected]. I have also send a email to [protected]@lgindia.com, but no reply from them also.
All the documents I have send to "SPECTRAMIND" attached with this post. My mobile no is [protected]. My address is - Parbatipur (s), P.O:- Pritinagar, Dist:- Nadia, West Bengal, Pin:-741247.

So, Please take action regarding the above subject.

LG AND SPECTRAMIND — NOT RECD FREE DTH CONNECTION ALONG WITH PURCHASE OF LG COMPUTER MONITOR

CLEAR CUT CHEATING BY LG AND SPECTRAMIND MARKETING . LG OFFERED FREE DTH SET WITH 6 MONTHS CONNECTION , WITH A LG MONITOR TV . ITS ALMOST 7 MONTHS THEY DID NOT EVEN RESPOND.
I FULLY BLAME THE LG COMPANY FOR GIVING FALSE PROMISES TO BUY THEIR PRODUCTS. , TO THE CONSUMERS

    i cant get gprs connection in my mobile.iam using vodafone service ..please send

      GOOD DAY! With reference to the above we are forced to approach you for improper service even in warranty period. We have purchased a LG LCD TV Model : 32lG80FR 3729 from M/s.Gujarat Radio Service, 40, Stadium Road, Valsad 396 001 vide their retail invoice No.1833 dt.05.02.2009.

      After installation of 4-5 months we started facing problems as under :

      The LCD TV did not start whenever we put on the switch. Suddenly it starts and switches off. We tried to get is repaired from the dealer and the details are as under :

      We approached the dealer for repairing on 13.11.2009. Complain No.C09B1321061. The technician visited my residence to check the TV. He observed the problem. In his presence also the TV did not work properly. Also he tried for Factory Reset setting. But it did not work, hence he called the unit at your Vapi Service center and we sent the same their. After calling on next day to your service center we were informed that the TV is repaired and is in working condition by the receptionist. We went their to pick the unit to your service center but were surprised and shocked to note that the TV set was kept open un-repaired. We were informed by the service center in-charge that they have not repaired the unit and it is in working condition though it was kept open in front o[censored]s. We requested them to provide the report of repairing work they have done or the TV set is in ok working condition, but they refused to provide the same. We brought the TV set back. Also, he instructed us to install stabilizer to avoid power fluctuation problem.

      Again on 24.11.2009 it stopped working. The same problem started again. We again launched complain vide Complain No.C09B2419244 dt.24.11.2009. Technician visited again and just tried factory reset setting and went away. Also did not provide any report of what repair he has done.

      Again on 25.11.2009 the same problem occurred and again we launched the complain vide Complain No.C09B2511797 dt.25.11.2009. The technician visited again and just replaced the stabilizer. But, it did not work.

      The problem was as it is. We were tired of following with service center and the dealer. However, lastly we lodged the complain vide Complain No.C09C1820188 dtd.18.12.2009 but nobody turned up. We specially visited your Surat Regional Sales Office as we were not getting proper response nor solution. After following up with your Regional Office, the technician was deputed. Also, we had a talk in conference with your regional office, and Vapi service center and it was very much shocking to have their statement that they did not open the TV set though it was lying open in front of me during my visit to their service center. Also, during the first complain it was opened in my residence too.

      As regards power fluctuation, please be informed that we are using below electronic instruments :

      1) Dish Washer
      2) Washing Machine,
      3) Refrigerator.
      4) Home Flour meel.
      5) Mixture.
      6) Juicer.
      7) Computer with LCD
      8) Samsung LCD TV

      We have never faced any problem in above electronic items since the day they are installed. Also, we would like to add that till date we have never even replaced any lamp or tube light since last 2-3 years.

      As we are now totally exhausted of following up with your regional office, service center and dealer. We request your goodself to replace the unit atleast within a period of 10 days. Failing which, we request to have appointment with Mr. Moon B. Shin – MD – LG in press conference to discuss the issue and present him the said TV set and enforce thrust in LG’s Valued customers.

      We await your reply per return with appropriate response or appointment date with your MD.

        I had sent all the necessary documents for caliming free DTH along with LG Monitor TV to M/s SMPL. I had received an sms stating that " your form no : 326300 for the free gift SUN DTH (6 Months) in the scheme of Monitor TV LG on 20/10/2009. But the free gift not yet received till date. So kindly send me the present status of my application and do needful to send the same at the earliest.

          i purchased LG tv ready 22' monitor, i was told to send DD worth rs199, for which i was suppossed to get DTH connection of airtel with three months of subscription. it has been more than 2 months since i sent the required DD of 199, and whenever i make any call on the no[protected] , i m told the airtel ppl must have called you for installation, and they are unable to comment except telling me wait andwatch.my no is DTHBOKA2010092.

            Dear Sir/Madam
            Complaint No: C09C0501003 Dated On 05.12.2009

            With Refference to the above complaint number i have been mentally harrashed by LG product and Customer Care Service for Repairing the LG Product ( LCD 19" Flatron 1941WS). I purchsed this product in February,2009 along with my Assembeled PC from a vendor in Faridabad. After using the same for 9 Months LCD shown a colour Problem. So i lodged a complaint as mentioned above. Some how LG Executive came at my home and identified the problem as some hardware malfuntioning so he qouted for three to four working days to resolve the problem. After 5 days he visited once again with hardware, but this time also problem could not be solved. He told that the hardware what he brought with him is not compatible so he once again qouted for 3 to 5 days to solve the same. After few (3 to 4) days once again he came with relevant hardware but still problem could not be solved. Again with same kind of fake commitment of 3 to 4 days resolution of the pertaining problem he went back. But this time he brought my LCD to his service Centre ( Parth Technical Services, Sec-16 Faridabad ).
            Sir after that i asked to (Parth Technical Services, Sec-16 Faridabad) for LCD replacement or Standby. First he denied to provide the standby LCD or monitor, but after a long argument (Mr. Rajneesh Chawla) he told that you come to our office and collect the CRT monitor. I requested that you please send the same at my home, so he denied to provide the same.
            So once again after (9 to 10 days) i reminded to LG care regarding the same so LG care asked me to wait for 24hrs to resolve the problem. But no resolution i recieved from LG side.
            Once again after (2 days) i reminded to LG care regarding the same, so LG care asked me to wait for 2hrs to resolve the problem. But no resolution i recieved from LG side.
            I repeated the same problem to LG care by today itself to solve the problem but this time also they were asking to wait for another 24hrs. It was very surprise to see that my complaint was get cloed from LG side wthout any prior confirm information. This kind of poor care service i have recieved from LG while still i have not recieved my LCD to me for my use.
            Once again LG has Generated the Complaint Number: C09C1810643 dated on 18.12.2009. Even today also LG Customer Care Executive has asked me to that he will let me know for resolution in 2hrs, but still no call has come from LG side to solve the problem.
            Sir one thing more, LG Execute (Mr. Dhyan Singh [protected]) has given a SMS (SMS Recieved on 16.12.2009) at my number [protected] to solve the problem by friday (i.e. Today) but this gentleman not responding after vmy several calls. Now you please take the appropriate legal action for this kind of poor service from LG side and let me know also.

              I bought LG 29 CTV, on 06/10/2009, model no-29FU6RGE from Sangeeth Electronics& Home Appliances. Accured picture tube problem in the TV within 20days from purchased date. I rased a complient in the CS of LG. Problem solved by the Techinical people. again with in the 5 days same problem happend. this time they taken away the tv with them within 6 days they delivered at the residence.That time I find many scraches on the TV. again same problem was happend like 4 times. I asked for the replacement of the tv. but the people are not cooperating. by the time of purchse they promised me for replacement If repaire will accored 4 time. last complient date is 9/12/2009. till tv with service people only.

                Hi....

                My mobile phone is giving severe software trouble.
                The alarms I set in my mobile phone are sometimes invisible.
                But I can see an icon on mobile phone desktop.
                When I switch it off and then switch it on, only then I can see them.
                Its giving severe trouble. It even doesnot ring whenever it is invisible.
                Please help me......

                  On 14dec 09, I visited Reliance Digital @ Vashi. With kind of representation and information given by one OF representative I was impressed and decided to buy LG washing machine & TV from Vashi.
                  On 15dec its delivered to my house kamothe, But due to misshandling new washing machine got some dent and also one leg break,
                  After complaing to reliance Customer care they send one LG engineer, I described all the issue, he comitted thast this will be changed by new one,
                  Now i spoken lots of time with the RELIANCE customer care on - [protected] ( MAYURESH on 18dec at 1:00pm , he told me that he will not change, please don't call us ) which was provided by the staff, but no one responding,

                      Dear Sir / Madam,
                      We had purchased this LG LCD TV - 32 inch.. five months back and unfortunately we didn’t notice the defect. But when we did notice it we asked them to replace it as it was production defect and not technical one.

                      But they denied saying we will repair it and despatch it. Its so painful to see that after purchasing a expensive piece we have to repair the product.

                      Moreover its more disgusting to know that such a high profile and prominent co in consumer products deal with their customers in such a pathetic way. The customer care no is just for name sake. No one attends the call even if tried n no of times. This is not the one instance we are facing with LG. We had a very bad experience in purchasing LG products and wouldn’t suggest it to anyone.

                        we have been taken the tata indicom walky one month back with telephone no: [protected] after activation date we noticed that the battery dicharging within few minutes.since few days the battery not charging at all,incase of power cut we are not able to use the phone. As you know well as a business concern without phone operating business is very difficult.

                        we request you to take immediate step to comeout of this problem if not we may go for other network.

                          I have made several complaints for a manufacturing defect in a conventional Microwave of LG. One of its Eng. has visited my place and assured to do needfull to resolve the problem. Even after 15 days of that visit, I have not get a solution.                             They assured to send all the machineries and raw materials along with a technical engineer to facilitate training and demonstration with in a week. I made a payment of Rs.10000/- through

                            Now, I lost the confident on them.
                            How I can collect my money paid as per the above details?
                            Kindly guide me to recover my money Rs. 10000/-.

                            I am giving this complaint to make an awareness about company like L.G.LIGHT (Regd.).New Delhi -28.

                            I am from Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. I am also facing problem with L.G. Light, New Delhi. They insisted me to pay 10, 000/- to get machine and material. Till date i didn't receive any material or machine from them. They not responding to my phone call. The lady name Radhika she is handling Andhra Pradesh accounts. Media should take care of this kind of companies before placing an ad in their new paper. I have seen this company ad in Deccan Chronical.

                            So, Please don't believe such companies. No one should cheet by this company.

                              I bought LG Microwave Oven from CROMA, SURAT GUJARAT your demo Engineer visit at my home but can not explain the function which is on the microwave oven he told that put your food in microwave oven and your food will be ready I think this is not done by the command. I complained to the customer care they assured me that they will send the another demo engineer but till today demo was not done. LG MICROWAVE OVEN offer to the customer 3 free cookery class when i called your free cookery class contact No. at surat she told me that Cookery Class will have only on monday so called him on monday she told me that i will contact you for class but still today she can't contact me. If your service like this I think LG Mean Life Good But my point of view it is Life Bad (LB) this is my first & last LG Product. If you are stop to spoil LG image please check your appointed service employee

                                  i have purchase a lg kg195 mobile set at the date on 3rd march 2008. from the shop name as superstore situated in district alwar (rajasthan).on the night of 30th november 2009 my moblie suddenly display a message "invalid sim" which is indicate as that my mobile has a invalid IMEI number.
                                  so after this i gone to lg service center and there was very slow responce for reparing the set and wanted to take almost 10 days for repairing the set.

                                  i have taken an lg mobile 6-7 months back.now my mobile phone is not working because of invalid imei number.my mobile imei number is -[protected]. i have taken this mobile on -5 may-09 from the company name-shiv telecom which is located in mumbai.
                                  after they said me to register with #06# -it shows imei no- [protected].....which is not matching with my mobile imei number..if i submit my mobile in lg service center will they replace my mobile?.please give me suggestion what should i do?.

                                    I had purchased a LG refrigerator model no GL-245TMG4/2008 Type frost free from silchar, Assam. But within one year the main chamber is not cooling. I purchased the same depending on the reputation of the brand. More over for the last three month the lower (main) chamber is not cooling, I am repeatedly communicating the customer service at Silchar, Assam. They are telling that they will send the person concern but ultimately nobody even thinks it necessary even to see the problem.
                                    This is my first Experience of such irresponsible service with LG Customer Care Silchar.

                                      i brought the set lg kg195 and after 1 year now its not working n now the shopkeeper is saying it has invalid IMEI no....

                                        I, R P Kaushal a regular customer of LG household products. I have purchase a 29” colour TV from Ranchi as 2nd SALE on dated 28.03.09 but its display is not proper & I logged a complaint on 06.04.09 as N9C40605338. the service engineer had visited & rectify the issue, But after some days this TV is in DEAD position.
                                        Again I logged complaint & TV is dropped at service centre, KADRU, RANCHI as per instruction of service engineer after 20 days it can be repaired & come back.

                                        Unfortunately, It was again break down then Service engineer Head Mr Firoz said that TV KIT can be replaced. For replacing the KIT two & half months passed away but KIT could not be replaced. At last same Kit repaired & return back to me. I am grateful to Mr Firoz that he provide me a stand by 21” TV on that time.

                                        Within a month, this TV again lying as in DEAD condition as per my latest complaint i.e. C09C0313129 dt 03.12.09. It repaired today 05.12.09 but screen display is not PROPER. All figures are displays as curved.

                                        I am very unsatisfied like this service from LG India. I suffered from last 06 months by mentally & economically also.
                                        If you are not able to rectify the issue please return /arrange to change it.

                                        Kindly look into the matter.
                                        Hope an early action in this regard else I would have to move senior officials regarding the same.

                                        my father sri parashu ram booked of lcd tv model 26LG30 on 8/03/2009 at KEAMA kanpur vide your recipt no. 7097 dt. 8/03/2009 for 500/-. the suppy of tv was made to us on full payment by M/s VALUE PLUS RETAIL pvt. ltd., 13/[protected], near punjab & sindh bank, govind nagar kanpur on 14/03/2009 with assurence to deliver LG DVD player within 2 & 3 days. but supplier has refuse to deliver the DVD player and your local staff is not coperating. since booking of LCD as the delivery was made after reguler follow up with your local representative for continues six days. please advise your local supplier/representative to deliver the DVD player at the earliest. as we are unable to deliver the recipt of coustmer copy given to me at the time of booking

                                        I have lodged a complaint on 27.06.2010 regarding the improper functioning of my Television Unit. The concern person who spoke to me said that the technician would give me a call in 2 hrs. and the matter would be solved in 24 hrs. but to no avail. Again on 28.06.2010 I again called for the same and the person gave me a number of Direct Service Center and asked me to contact for further assistance. I have been trying from so long on the number provided to me by LG Customer Care Executive but the number is not responding. It is making really upset of such a bad service of LG.
