Sir i too face the same problem..i purchase a 1ton split Ac to my residence in mangalore.. within a few days of insulation i had problem in compressor during run at night time making a huge raise in run when the AC has already achieved the required temperature and also skipping of temperature while using remote..regarding this i had already complaint to your service team in mangalore..they just replied saying that everything is fine...later my entire remote control just got suck-up..and now they removed the entire remote unit..but still no respond... its hardly 20 days till dated...I feel you just that you just CHEAT the customer and latter you never turn back...since am a assistant general manager (Technical) of one of the hospital thought of giving around 550 Ton capacity AC work to you(LG) ...but after facing personally this type of problem..i will never ever think of LG to Give an order because of POOR SERVICE & CHEATING THE EXISTING CUSTOMER.
I just wanted to know if such problem is there y the hell you people u wont replace the system entire..if within 24 hours if am not getting a new Ac i will go to consumer court saying that u pepole just cheat the customer ..and not a service provider //////......you people are parasites just suck the cotomer amount and nothing else.

    Buy LG LCD TV monitor and Get Free DTH - A Cheating Promo by LG with Indian Customers

    Dear Members,

    I bought LG 22" LCD TV monitor on 27/08/2009(Bill Attached B.jpg).
    I bought seeing promos given by LG company (To see the promo see LG WEBSITE)

    I completed all the formalities to get my DTH service according to the LG IT CLAIM FORM ( See A.jpg)

    And couriered it to Spectramind Marketing Pvt. Ltd. as mention in CLAIM FORM on 30th by Doc. No. 3137 through First Flight.

    Now after a long time, i got a letter (c.jpg) stating that I have not attached Invoice Photocopy. Which is absolutely incorrect and I believe it’s a game played my LG company. As I have send all the documents as mention in "LG IT CLAIM FORM" and I also believe that there might be more customers cheated by LG Company.

    As mention in (C.jpg) letter from Spectramind Marketing Pvt. Ltd., I cannot even re-submit my CLAIM FORM.

    Now what can I do to get my DTH Free service with 6 months subscription free.( as promised in the promos during that time)

      IF a company like LG is unable to give a satisfactory reply to your own products despite 12 NICE COMPLAINTS {with Complaint Nos.} and rest another 10 MORE for which I do not have the complaint reference with me, ISN'T IS A SHAME FOR THE COMPANY TO HAVE SUCH RESPONSIBLE TEAM TO AGGREVATE THE CUSTOMERS PLEA.

      Dear Sir,

      This is in regard of a refrigerator bought by myself on 17th June 2009 model number GL-211 NM4, it was purchased from Balaji Electronics, Plot No.2, Indira Colony, Pani Pench, Jhotwara Road, Jaipur-302016.

      Very disappointingly I have to tell you that the product has not given me even a basic satisfaction. It had complaints from the day 1. Initially the chiller tray was broken, door was not properly shutting and fridge was not making ice. Chiller tray was replaced by your dealer in Jaipur after 1 week, and for the ice problem thermostat was changed after 12 days. The third problem that the door is not properly touching the body and hence it gives space for cool air to come out is not rectified even after more then 3 months and a several complaints have been put by myself at your call center[protected].         This is to register my complaint against LG customer services and very poor approach from service engineer.

        I have LCD TV (26" X Canvas) and is not working since last one month. I had subsequently called customer services and launched my complaint with same issue. This complaint was registered and no. is W9C90708244.

        This complaint is pending from last one month and I have not received any call or positive answer from LG team. I have been calling LG services twice a day frequency and non one is bothered about complaint and only providing fake assurance.

        In initial follow up one engineer from LG team visited my house and surprisingly "well trained engineer" (???) could not locate problem and went off without any action taken.(?) After this incidence I contacted manager in customer services and I found it terrible to get question again about my nature of complaint...(???)

        THIS IS WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM LG AND I WILL REMEMBER THIS ALL HAPPENED TO ME WHILE RECOMMENDING SOME ONE TO GO FOR LG PRODUCT.

        This is to register my complaint regarding the lcd which i had purchased from sumaria electronics at charni rd mumbai dated 1-4-2009 model 32lg53fr invoice Cr/apr09/0016 the service request C10A2036370 there is a blue line appearing on the screen on showing the lg Guy he says that the display has gone and the display can go anytime the cost of the repair of new display will be around 12000/- and it will be under one month gaurantee of the repair i really dont understand that lg been such a reputed name has such defects in thier lcd that they get spoilt after a year been so expensive thier after sale service is so bad and defects in it appear so soon while brands like onida samsung panasonic sony are much better in quality and service the lcd is working at the moment but can go off anytime i am highly disappointed with your product and want you to help me in any way as giving 12000/- for the panel is too high and lcd getting spoilt within a year is highly not tolerated i want you to take my complaint seroiusly and get my lcd repaired.

        THIS IS A WORST PRODUCT AND BRAND AND I WILL ALSO RECOOMEND ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS NOT TO GO FOR IT.

            sir, I lodged a complaint on my washing for its malfunction of its features, on 22sep 09 with LG service vide complaint id C[protected]. After waiting for two good days, service engr visited and diagnosed machine needing certain spares, which engr would ask/place order as not readily available, well happier part being I could continue to use the machine till then. unfortunately as engr departed the machine refused to work. many reminders including talking to LG bosses I am yet to see Engr or any positive response from LG . it is now over 15 days and I am yet to see response

            Yes... LG service is worst. I have same experience. Sone one thing while taking AMC and do something afterwards.

                  I purchased a LG Washing machine for my aged parents Senior citizens over 75 yrs of age from Vijay Sales -Mumbai last year on16th of Oct 08.
                  The Spin drying stopped working on 22 nd of Aug 09 and complaint was lodged -WIC 82200872
                  The complaint was attended after continues reminder calls only on 2nd Sept 09. (new complaint no WIC 83506042 was given )
                  One Mr.Zafar -Service technician of LG attended the complaint and said Hanging rods needs to be replaced and it will take 2 days to get the spares.
                  Then on 4th Sept Zafar returned with a set of rods for replacement and fitted the same and took signature of my father for job completition without checking the full machine for sometime under operation.
                  The very day on use of machine the spin drying operation was found to be not working .
                  Another call was made to the Customer Care center and they gave complaint WIC 90600783 and call was attended on 7th Sept 09 after repeated reminders.
                  Mr.Abdul Sattar -another Service Technician was send who had to be explained all the problems and case history . He said the Gear box needs replacement and dismantled the machine pipes etc and said will be back next day with the gear box.
                  There was no news from anyone for 3 days and my father made another complaint to the cell -WIC 91105148.Then Abdul Sattar came and replaced the gear box but did not take any signature on job completion on the Job Card .
                  On the 16th Sept 09 Mr.Sanjay Pawar -another Service engineer attended the call and studied the machine for 2 hours and reported that the Control panel and the motor needs to be replaced and the same will be arranged by him in two days. He also said if after replacing these it does not work then machine will be replaced and left. No signature was taken on the Job Card on the status of the complaint from my father again.

                  After that my father had to make a call every two days to Sanjay Pawar enquiring about the spares and he would reply it has been ordered and awaited. He reffered him to call up Mr.Ram Upadhaya a Senior service Engineer and speak on the complaint. Ram informed my father the spare will come in two days time and till the 30th of Sept nothing had happened .

                  Finally my father gave up and informed me on his frustration with the service rendered by the LG Customer care cell .
                  I wrote a mail on 30th Sept to the LG Service cell at Noida on the complaint giving the details anfd they reverted saying complaint reffered to the branch office in Mumbai (on the 3rd Oct 09).

                  I also called up Mr.Swapnil -Service Manager at the Service center as per information given by the telephone operator and spoke to him on 30th Sept 09. He said will immedtely attend to the complaint and gave me Mr.Murli- Service engineer- contact no who would visit on the same day.

                  No Service Engineer reported and next day I again called Swapnil and he said two parts are awaited and on 2nd Oct they will 100 percent resolve the complaint.
                  No one called on 2nd Oct as well and I spoke to Swapnil on saturday 3rd Oct 09 and he apologised and said the part has been arranged from Bhiwandi and will be arriving soon and Technician will be send by evening.

                  Nothing happened till sunday noon when I personall went to the LG Service center at Sakinaka and asked for Swapnil . Security said please wait and checked with him inside the showroom and returned and said please wait he will come in two minutes.

                  Instead Ram Upadhaya comes and meets me saying the part has just come in and he will send the Technician along with us to repair the machine now.

                  I insisted on having a replacement machine instead on doing all these trails specially since in another weeks time the waranty would be over and there was no use if this fails again.
                  I asked for Swapnil and Ram went inside the showroom and returned in few minutes saying Swapnil has left . ( which was a clear lie as Security had confirmed he was inside ).
                  I then spoke to Swapnil on his mobile no and told him this was unexpected from Service personnel specially from companies like LG .I also told him I had made this mistake of trusting the brand and purchased a LG TV and also LG FRIDGE for my parents in the last one year .
                  He and Ram assured me that if the part replaced this evening fails a replacement washing machine will be given. Ram also recommended to have AMC with LG Service center which costs only 1250 Rs which we could take to get service in the coming months.
                  We waited till 8 pm in the evening to get the parts and two Technicians came in seperately .One Mr.Sudhir Gupta who arrived earlier had no clue of the complaint and asked me for the nature of complaint and what was the issue while the parts were being send seperately thru another person.

                  Finally the parts arrive and Sudhir checks the same and says the Control panel is not matching and Motor does not need replacement.

                  We are totally frustrated and irritated with the LG Service Engineers and complaint cell.

                  We now want a refund of the money spend on the machine as we have lost trust in the brand and its service capabilities.

                  Please help me find a solution to my complaint .

                    I hv purchased abovr products just one and half year back & have used t hardly twice or thrice. One day its power was not coming ...I went to Service station & they said that its Transformer needs to be changed as it has been damaged due to power fluctuation....but if might be the case then also other electronic applances at my home would have face such problem ....then too i told them to chnage it % they gave me estimate of Rs.600 appx.....after 2-3 days when i went to pick it up ...they said its mother board needs to be changed which would cost around 2000 Rs + service charge...???? Is this international brand cheating its customers by using lower quality parts & its service station by internally changing internal parts during servicing.....

                      Hi,
                      I purchased KG-195 for Internet Browsing. I also activated GPRS on my mobile but till date I not able to start using the internet on my PC due to Driver Issue. It required 7332 Driver and the same is not provided in the Mobile kit box.Please sent me the site for downloading the software.Please help, How can I get this, and where could I find those drivers.

                      there is no sarvice center in delhi and adderss given in the warrenty card is also not correct.

                          I have purchased a LG fridge one year and two months ago. Till now it has got complaint regarding its cooling five times. The five times they came and rectified but still the same complaint exists. I have lost all my cooked items for these five times and nobody is paying me for that.                             Display Problem
                            This mobile is of no use & is the waste on money ...I am totally dissatisfied with its Display ...as the display is not at all visible in day light under sun ...that to normal day light...while in the same light you can see other company mobiles display for E.g Nokia (i could Differentiate becouse i had experieced with my friends mobile) & recognize who is calling. I am even not able to recognize whose call is incoming and have to search for some shade or tree so that display would be visible. Even the battery back up is very very low. I have bought this handset just 4 months ago and now it seems I did the blunder. It's Key pad is also having poblem. When I went to the LG workshop, they informed me that Key Pad PCB is faulty and they did not have the part since last 3 months and many pending complaints are there for the same part. Just see a company of international repute is cheating it's customers. I request the company kindly return my hard earned money back. Even the authorised Service center people told me that this phone is having manufacturing defect and every body is facing problems with this hand set. Please look into the matter and save the hard earned money of common people.

                                I have a LG fridge and have been really satisfied with it for all these years. But now due to normal wear and tear, the gasket needs replacement. But unfortunately a gasket for the particular specification is not available and WAS ADVISED BY THE TECHNICIAN TO CHANGE THE FRIDGE DUE to UNAVAILABILITY OF THE PARTICULAR GASKET REQUIRED.

                                A company of such stature and which boasts of high quality and ultimate satisfaction, is not able to provide such basic spares such as a gasket. OK i can understand due to some reason it may not available but it isn't it the companies duty to make it (gasket) available to me, isn't it a part of AFTER SALE SERVICES.

                                Then the comapny has audacity to use tag lines like "In a world of ideas, we believe in the ones that makes life good” . If anything it is contributing to my life, I am sure it is definitely not what they promise to do.

                                  Actually LG is the world's poorest brand in its quality. I also have very bitter experiences with this product. there is one more exampile like your case;

                                  I purchased a new LG washing machine in last month, there was leakege of very heavy electric shock from the very begining. now there are few question; as,

                                  Is there any quality control?????
                                  Is LG maintaining quality standered of ISO and ISI????
                                  Do they check washing machine before sending in market for selling???

                                    I had bought an 32” LG LCD TV on 19th Oct 08. I would like to avoid the horrid details of how the dealer gave a demo piece and then I had to talk to your Delhi folks to get it replaced etc. that’s almost forgotten.

                                    As it was expected ( most friends had advised me not to buy an LG , due to poor quality of service ), the TV power supply collapsed and it stopped working last week.

                                    I lodged a complaint ( no C[protected] ) with call center who promised to send the engineer withing 24 hours ( which was not to happen, and engineer turned up on 3rd day ). Chaps comes and checks the TV from outside and decides that the power supply needs to be replaced,

                                    With a promise of prompt replacement on next day, he gets away with it.

                                    I have been waiting since last 3 days that someone from LG will bother to call/come and repair the TV. I do not know how long this wait will go on.

                                    Will someone responsible ( ?) in LG bother to repair the TV or replace it if you can not repair it??

                                    I am marking a copy to your Korea office as well as the LG India Management ( Mr Shin ) as LG care does not allow to talk to anybody senior in the corporate office.

                                    Despite many people advising me against buying LG, I made a mistake of buying an LG LCD screen model no 32LG80UR from D K Shaw electronics in Adchini , New Delhi on 19/10/08, which was delivered to me on 20th
                                    My miseries began from then on.
                                    This is worst experience for a consumer who spent almost Rs 40K cash on such a lousy brand. The dealer took all the money and delivered a used LCD screen to me.
                                    The moment we opened the box ( what was re-sealed and not company packed btw ) , we found that there were scratches on the screen and body of the TV. When I called the dealer, he reluctantly said that tomorrow ( 21st Oct ) his shop is closed and he will replace the TV on 22nd. Incidentally he also said that he will keep me posted on update and time to deliver.
                                    He was not to do so, he didn’t. I called again on 22nd Oct to remind him that he is supposed to replace the TV , promptly he said that he would do so in the evening between 6 to 7pm
                                    Evening was also not to come, when I called at around 7:30, he said that he doesn’t have a fresh piece and he will give me a call at 8:30pm and send the TV. I waited to no avail.
                                    Is this what LG boasts of? Is this what a consumer supposed to go through after having spent so much , all in cash?
                                    Before I write to newspapers and consumer forum, I would like to give LG a chance to prove that all the ad spend on prompt customer service is not fake and bogus.
                                    Adding insult to injury was the LG customer care engineers who did not bother for 3 days to call and check if the TV needs to be installed at all . I got an SMS from LG service on 20/oct at 12:46 in the afternoon and the engineer called me 21st evening to inform me that he can not come in the evening and will come in the morning of 22nd. Even that also did not happen and he called on 22nd ( mind you.. on 3rd after so called delivery happened ). Amazingly callous service
                                    I have worked with companies like BPL ltd ( over 5 years ) , TATA ( over 8 years ) and Virgin Mobile, but have not witnessed such callous attitude and indifferent attitude by any company.
                                    While I regret my decision of buying an LG product ( and surely I will prevent others from buying anything LG ever ), I demand an immediate response and resolution.

                                    No Cash Memo / Warranty Card were provided .


                                    It would also not be out of place to mention that I am a Senior Citizen above 80 years of age and do not appreciate this sort of wrongful act on the part of the Dealer.

                                    I am also certain that you would not support this dealer of yours in the malpractices being followed since years together . This can be confirmed from innumerable customers of Products who have made their purchases through this Dealer. It is felt that this practice is being undertaken by this dealer to manipulate savings of Income Tax and thus putting the Government of India to a Loss. It is requested that this information in the paragraph be kept confidential in view of danger to my life and property and that of my family since this Dealer can go to any extent to cause me and my family harm if he learns about this information having been provided to you.

                                    As explained earlier too evasion of Income Tax on a large scale is being done by M/s Raj Musico 19 A-B Taj Road Sadar Bazar Agra Cantt India to deprive the Government of India of Revenue otherwise in normal course of business cash memo / invoice should be handed over to the buyer immediately on making the payment which is not being done.

                                    Apparently the above mentioned nefarious activities can not be carried out without some Officials being hand in Glove with the Dealer aforesaid who is indulging in daylight robbery.

                                    I look forward to hear the action taken by against the dealer for indulging in malpractices on a regular basis and causing financial loss to innocent customers at large, Government of India as well as to the goodwill of a reputed Company like LG.

                                      I had bought a 230 Liter 2-Door White Refrigerator (Model No.GLT242GPD) few years ago. About two months back, the Vegetable Box & its Cover-tray were cracked from many places.

                                      When I called up the Helpline, I was told that a representative would visit our house to check the model and do needful for which they will charge Rs.330 as visit charges (The cost of the box and tray will be extra). I am shocked that the company charges for a self-fitting spare part.

                                      When I told them that I can collect the Vegetable Box and Tray myself from the service centre to save the visit charge of Rs.330, I was given an address of Digital Care-Rajan Society, Naranpura. I have visited this service center after calling them thrice in last 2 months but everytime I visit them, they inform me to come back after 4 days since they cannot find these parts. When I call the helpline, they tell me that since this model is old now, there are no spare parts available easily.

                                      Your claims of customer satisfaction and prompt After Sales Service fall flat when it actually comes to delivering the end-user. The models selling today will definately become old few years later, does that mean that parts will not be available ?

                                      I was planning to buy a 40" LCD in a week's time for Diwali and thank god it will not be LG as your pathetic service centre dealer has opened my eyes.

                                      There was no customer care reception or attendant at your Digital Care Service Centre which is located inside a old bungalow in Naranpura which has no chairs or fans for visitors and the computer operators are holed up in a room which is actually a kitchen where a maid was washing utensils and the whole area was strewn with filth and defected spare parts. I hope LG management will atleast appoint a customer friendly service centre. The behaviour of the service centre staff was very careless and rude.
                                      i have bought a single door refregerator model no.191GPRX on 20/7/05. from your dealer SAMARTH SALES. maruti mandir Ratnagiri. my fridge is working well i didnt have any complanint about it but i am not getting the disposal tray which is sistuated at the back bottom near compressure cand you please provide any of your dealer who can provide me the same. now i am in nerul navimumbai can you mail me a dealer address where i can get the part.

                                      LG — LG Fridge parts not available on time

                                      Hello,

                                      We were facing some problem with LG Fridge, and we called customer service executive to check the same, he told us that there are some problem with 1/2 LG Parts which should be replaced.

                                      Complaint No - RNA[protected] which was registered.

                                      We have told that the parts will come from Pune to mumbai and it will take 3 days, till that time we cannot put on the fridge.

                                      Now its almost 12 days and still there is no information about the fridge parts will be available, when we called them they informed it will take 3 more days, and the parts will come from delhi.

                                      So the information provided by the customer service executive was incorrect.

                                      The service is ridiculous, so much time they are spending just to replace 1/2 parts which is not acceptable.

                                        I HAD PURCHASED LG MICROWAVE OVEN FROM KINGS ELECTRONICS PVT. LTD. PANVEL, DIST - RAIGAD,410 206 MAHARASHTRA
                                        ( INVOICE NO - KAP/2074/08-09 DTD. 18 OCT 2008, MODEL - MC-8048WR)
                                        THE OVEN HAD DEVELOPED PROBLEM ON 28/07/2009 AND TURNED OFF. I HAD LAUNCHED COMPLAINT ON THE LG CUSTOMER CARE TOLL FREE NO ( COMPLAINT NO - W9C[protected]. THE TECHNICIAN HAD VISITED THE SITE AND REPORTED THAT THE MAIN PCB IS FAULTY AND NEED TO BE REPLACED. AFTER THAT MY COMPLAINT HAS NOT BEEN ATTAINDED TILL DATE.
                                        I HAVE BEEN IN TOUCH WITH THE OFFICIALS REGULARLY ON PHONE AND I WAS TOLD THAT THE I WILL BE GIVEN NEW REPLACEMENT OVEN. BUT NOTHING HAS PROCEEDED FURTHER I AM CALLING THE CONCERNED BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONSING AND ARE GIVING NEXT DATES. I AM NOT INFORMED ABOUT THE STATUS OF THE COMPLAINT AND LINE OF ACTION TAKEN BY THE COMPANY.

                                        Sub; Very very Poor response from your customer service.
                                        I am working in ONGC as A SUPTDG ENGR-ELECTRICAL.
                                        I have purchased Microwave Oven W on 20.10.2011 from e-zone.During demo by the LG technician it found falty piece and not at all in working condition.Mean time i had contacted to E zone, E zone customer care , LG area incharge , LG customer care , Email to both the co number of times but no till date i have not received the replacement .All concern incharges making me full and daily giving assurance to deliver Microwave but till date i have not received microwave or the refund.
                                        It has already passed one and half month i have not received the product even though full payment have been paid.

                                        Now i request you to return me the full amount paid by me and i do not required the LG product I am very much disappointment by the attitude with the customer of such reputed company like LG which i had very much respect till date.
