Myself Ratnesh Dubey from U.PI m working in Hewellet Packard as a Engineer.I have brought a LG Reliance cell but we
r getting some problem.After purchase we have activate the 27rs CDMA
rim to rim 20 paise tarrif,but i m not intrested in this schem so we
have again recharg the Rs-249 Rim cdma to cdma 24 hours free but we r
getting not done.After that we have already talk with customer care
center 8 to 9 time but they r not providing proper responce.i have
send the message DACT AL 20 TO 53739 for deactivatin l20 scheme BUT
AFTER SOME TIMS WE R GETTING SOME ERROR MESSAGE EXPIRED.,so i
request u pls deactivate this scheme.Need ur help for this issue.Pls
give him order for resolving this issue other wise we have take some

LG Mobile — Tampering with mobile and demand large amount

Not Provide any information to me regarding the mobile reparing when it had a small manufaturing problem and temper with my mobile then and after few days i call them then they quote a large amount for reparing in warranty period.

The service centre situated at Dhole Patil Road, Pune and my job recipt Number is "R[protected]".

sir i connect internet in my mobile and i download some java games but whenever i start my application my mob will be atomatically restar...why the hel iz gone sir help me...please?

LG phone — Worst Service Provider

A brand new LG GW620 was just 28 days old, which has several issues like, it shows Full network but no incoming calls, in the Android market none of the applications or files were downloading not even a single KB files. After reaching out to Rajajinagar LG service center, the technician was not even familiar with an android Phones, for the first time he did not understand what is android market is, after a practical explanation. without even analyzing strait away the on spot recommendation is to replace a motherboard of the Phone. [ which is some thing like if the Windows word document is not working need to change the Mother board of the computer]. However after an improper explanation about the cause of the issue, replaced the Phone mother board. Their after another major issue started in which Camera stopped working. then they realized there is a serious problem in that model. as they said they sent out an email to higher management team of LG and made me to wait for more than 7 days. then after a lot of pressure they bought a similar model for testing purpose and that turned out to be working fine. then they started forcing me to take that testing phone as a replacement without a proper bill.
as per them, the service center receipt will work as a warranty document. [ which is like if you buy a TV from a showroom and go back with not working condition and they will ask to take the one which is on display playing good]. My expectation through this is to take an action on the service center which are miss leading the customers and forcing for an improper alternative solution when they fail to fix the problem. Hope this will impact as a genuine consumer complaint addressing forum.

AT LEAST 20 TIMES I HAD GIVEN MOBILE SET FOR REPARING TO YOUR LG SERVICE CENTRE MALL ROAD KANPUR BECAUSE OF LG SET MOBILE I GET TOO MUCH LOSS PLUS TIME WAIST IN YOUR LG SERVICE CENTRE THEY ONLY WRONG COMMITMENT AND FOOL TO THE CUSTOMER

YOU ARE REQUESTED PLEASE GIVE ME NEW MOBILE SET PROPERLY GOOD FUNTIONING WITHOUT DELAY PLEASE TREAT THIS MATTER AS MOST URGENT. ALSO GIVE ME ADVICE WHAT WILL BE MY LOSS THAT I BEAR DUE TO LG MOBILE SET.

Respected sir, This is to bring in your kind knowledge that i have bought new L.G mobile model L.G GW300 phone on the date of 5th july 2010. since when i bought this phone there is a problem in mic. when i make a call local or std. the other person didn't get my oice clearly i took this phone to LG service centre in sanjay place,near incometax office and the service centre name is Ankur service centre L.G they changed my cell mic. twice but still the problem is same. what 'll i do please take some action.Thank you.

LG Mobile — display and bluetooth

my LG cookie Phone display is not working properly and also the Bluetooth connectivity is problematic as it is not able to connect other bluetooth divices. and when i went to nearest service station of LG there response was not good, they would rather do my mobile phone service after 1 or 2 week, and i need immediate action on it. my mobile number is [protected].

LD CDMA Mobile — Service Centre Lost Handset

Dear Sir,

In the mid of May 2011, I had given my LG CDMA mobile for repairing to Vashi service centre. The team was incapable of resolving my handset problem and made me change its battery and even motherboard. Still the issue existed. Then on 1st June 2011, they again kept my mobile saying they will call me back with the resolution. But they didnt...I called them up many times and even went up to their service centre and they misguided me saying come after sometime and they will call back which never happened.

Then when i fired them, they told the truth they said they lost my mobile in shifting. This is really ridiculous and highly irreponsible of a renowned brand of India. They promised to get me a new handset but as usual that too never happened.

Then again i raised a complaint online at LG website. Some people are trying to help me out with the issue but still its stuck as the store manager of Vashi is making excuses and hiding now by not attending my calls or even the coordinators. The compliant reference numbers are as below –

And so finally I'm raising the consumer complaint now. Its been more than four and half month and now I'm really ashamed of LG services and lost all trust in this brand.
I expect an early solution to this. I have put in lot of my time and money in just a mobile problem.
