[Resolved]  LG TV — Services relating to Repairs

I have made a complaint for non working of my tv on 27.08.2013. The technician came & on checking, he determined that the IC of the tv is faulty & needs to be replaced. He than informed that it will take about a week for the part to arrive. After a week he replaced the IC but the tv did not start so he informed that a new part will be available after a week. Later on he came back & removed the entire kit for testing & since than there is no response as to when the tv will be made in the working condition. Neither the lg complaint section nor the area in charge for such parts viz M S Services in malad west have been replying as to the status of my complaint. On the contrary the operator at M S Services is rude a & I am not able to speak to the manager as the operator neithe transfers the line to him nor does she give his/her phone number. Even after 20 days the tv is neither repaired nor any information is made available as to its status.
