I have purchased one LG AC on 15.05.2012 from Amritsar and I enjoyed two servicing free of cost provided by you . But for 3rd and 4th servicing I could not called your servicing center in time , It is my mistake totally . As I choose your brand because your company provides best dealing with customers and the best quality of material ,So I hope that by ignoring my mistake you will give me chance to avail the facility of free of cost servicing . I shall be thankful to you .

I AM ATTACHING SCAN COPY OF SERVICING COUPON GIVEN IN MANUAL OF AC WHICH CLEARLY INDICATES ABOUT THREE FREE SERVICING . IT WAS NOT EXPECTED FROM A REPUTED COMPANY . LG — worst services
Dear Sir,I had purchased LG tv 21" flat screen from Vijay sales (Thane) on 04th Dec 2007.
I had given my landline as well as my mobile number to give me a call before delivery, but they failed to do that.
when I opened the box I saw thermocol where cut in small pieces which is of no use but still I felt as if I had purchased the second handed TV.
When I swiched on the TV I saw the perspective of the screen was not proper even I wanted to see demo.
Till date I had given 5 complaint but still no engineer had attend
In my life I had never seen such a worst service ever.
