I bought front load washing machine three yrs back. I called for repair, they are giving request ID twice but there is no action after that.parts of its machine will take more time(customer care people only said).
i could not use almost a month. I am strongly recommend don't buy LG Products. service was/is/will be very Poor.

LG Washing Machine — Poor servicing done

Sir,
I got my LG Washing machine (6.5 Kg Capacity) Dreemaz from your authorized service station (Beeta Services Geejgarh Vihar Jaipur) and got delivery today i.e. 23.03.09. The Serial number is 31122IL 012154 and invoice number is H26693/A/3951 dated 23.03.09. On put to it on operation, it was noticed that all switches are fixed in reverse directions and the water from the drum is drained out during running period and without operation of the drain switch. I have logged my complaint again to your service centre, who had informed that due to non-availability of correct switches the switches have been fixed switches in reverse direction. The same will be replaced in due course i.e. as and when switches are available. The service centre has already charged for two switches in their bills.
The state of affair is highly disgraceful and undesirable from a reputed company like yours.
You have put big banners that for attending complaints 211 system is being followed. I got delivey after repair on 8th day and that too with such a poor services as detailed above.
Kindly ensure that the defects are rectified today only.

We have been using an LG front loading washing machine since last 3 years. Due to some problem we called the mechanic and a person called SOMEN DEB attended our complaint. It is amazing that he is himself telling that I cannot fit the inlet water pipe with the system supplied by the LG company and have to buy a socket from him. It is ridiculous that the mechanic himself says that the system supplied by the company is inferior then the system proposed by him. It is my humble suggestion that such people should be recruited in the RnD section of the company instead of sending them for servicing. In the meanwhile we would request the company to send a slightly junior mechanic who can repair the machine instead of changing the design of the machine.
My LG washing machine is around 3 years old.. The product was working fine but suddenly the clothes were partially washed and the even the washing powder stain was gettin stuck on the clothes..

We registered a complaint, the person dropped in and did not even open the machine.. We were told that there is dirt inside the machine and a chemical wash is required. He charged around Rs.125 for the visit and told he would be sending a person to take the machine to the service center for the wash..

They took the machine for a day, charged me around 1000 rupees for the wash.. I dont know what was done but we couldnt find anything better.. Now the drier is not working after the wash and we are again given a TAT of 24 hours and the call center person is referring me back to the local franchisee and asking me to interact directly with him..

Im literally unhappy now that the working product has gone bad after a service..
since 2 weeks we have been calling the customer care to send a mechanic to check the washing machine but no one has come up .Even the mechanic is not coming after repeated calls to them.

this is a great dissatisfaction from LG service for our washing machine which is due for atleast 20 days now. Till now 5-6 technicians have come here and they are actually illiterates who have no idea of the actual problem in the washing machine. They have wasted our time and money of Rs 2200 approx. Everytime a novice came in the uniform of LG and replaced the parts- magnet, shockers and P.C.B.and that was useless.the problem is persistent till date. And shockingly those mechanics were so sure about the problem and just acted oversmart. Till now...we have filed atleast 10 complaints with LG service centre agra.and it is miserable to let you know that this is a third grade company with 4th grade service.We will not refer any product of LG to anyone now. We are currently using around 10 products of LG and it is really a big irony and we are going to change them as soon as possible.The last fellow who came on 28th nov. told that PCB will be replaced which had been replaced within last 10 days...than how is it possible that a new PCB has a fault and if so...than why is it so.the last fellow who came told he will bring a new PCB and will replace it again and machine works ok than it is ok...this is a total guesswork..and the mechanics are hopeless.it is monday night and nobody has come to replace the P.C.B. as told by him.

after 15 days dryer was not working properly we complint and somebody came to check the machine he said will come next day but he didnt after some days we went at the service center he again complaint thry said the problem is solved .. after two days they came and chenged some parts but the problem is still the same .. we again went four the complain on 1 st april but till date nobody is came for visit..

LG/Washing machine — Poor Service

Sir, On 02.06.2010 I have made a Complaint that my LG Washing Machine is not working. My complaint No is C [protected]. Despite six reminders of phone no one approached me till today. DP Singh, 625/DI, Housefed Complex, New Amritsar.
I have registered a complaint with LG service regarding my washing machine on 2 or 3 November 2010. An engineer checked it and said the PCB Panel had to be changed. I was told it would be replaced post Diwali.
Phone calls were never answered. When nothing happened, I registered a second complaint - No[protected]. There was no acknowledgment even then.
I followed up and the engineer finally showed up on 15 November only to tell me that the PCB Panel as well as the water intake motor had to be changed. He changed the PCB panel, and informed me that the motor would be replaced within 2 days. It is 8 days now, and there is no response.
Their cell nos as well as landline are never reached. Even sms did not work.
Am disgusted with such apathy.

Your Service Engineer came today ie 16.04.11 to my residence at Rajula, He says after this parts put also RAJULAPRESSOR SWITCH PENDING, , , 6600FA1704B, , , POA[protected] machine is not working.
Service Engineer recommended to bring LG washing machine from Rajula to Bhav Nagar, ie around 140 kilo meter distance, how I will bring there. I think your service Engineer not properly checked by Washing machine.

After Warranty period onwards My LG washing machine not working. My washing machine purchased on 01.12.2008 after warranty period just 20 days after My LG washing was breakdown.
Your service enginner 1st repaired my washing on 18.12.2010,

Now again 2nd time machine is repaired on 04.04.2011. Your representative came on 05.04.11 he says parts required I will bring again. He came by today he says bring LG washing at Bhav Nagar my residence to that place is around 140 km. I have to hire vehicle to bring to Bhav Nagar, transportation cost Rs. 7000/- I have to spend for washing machine repair.

Sir, Kindly confirm whether you can repair it or not, I will take final decision because” Your LG washing machine made for only 2 years working condition after words machine may or may not work. This is for quality of LG. I can say present market condition LG is no.1 Product if customer goes against LG product, you can count your business, what will happen imagine.

Kindly solve my LG washing machine as early as possible, because this is your Company Imagine & prestige issue.

We have registered our compliant for above Washing Machine LG (WP9005) repair, which got serviced incomplete by one of your Service Engineer with Invoice # 12719 & TCR No. KHYD1/B/4719.

I just want to understand, what is the problem in the machine & why it is taking long time to resolve the issue and why there is no follow up / update by LG concerned team to customers..

Since, LG is an global & corporate company I was under perception there wouldn’t be any service issue at the time of requirement & had purchased this brand with my satisfaction .. Due to bad experience on the service engineers & poor customer service response, I am deciding myself to not procure any more LG brand applicance in future & also want to share this feedback to my friends network.

Kindly let me know whether we can have the response immediately to understand my above perception is wrong & need to correct it.

I am very much disappointed your worst service.Last week I have registrared complain, some one has taken complain, no one turned up, again I have registared another complain which complain number is RNA[protected] dated 26th May 2011, call center promissed me some one will call within 24 hrs but I have not yet received any call from LG.Such kind of worst service you are providing to your existing customer.

Had called to repair the microwave LG Model No MB 344AA, service guy said the model is outdated and the spare parts are not available and took 280 Rupees as service charge without doing anything.

    Dear Sir,
    I bought one LG P500 mobile phone from The mobile store Vaishali Sec.-4,Ghaziabad, on 5 March 2011. Its memory card is showing ERROR. In this regard, I brought my phone to service cntre of noida, sec 15 and they are saying that its hardware should be changed. Now its 2 weeks gone they have not arranged the hardware. I made 4 to 5 calls at different times but they are neglecting and delaying. What should I do? Can I have any complaint number?

        I had purchased a 1.5 tons - 5 star rated split a/c model no LSA 5P5VFI . The purchase was done in oct 25 2010 and it was serviced twice after the installation. After the second service which was done in the month of June 2011, I find that the cooling is ineffective. Even when the A/C is in jet cool mode, the room temperature is seldom less than 28C. I feel that there is some problem in the machine. Please arrange to attend the problem

          I have bought a LG 1.5T split A/C on 12th June of 2011 and I installed it on 15th June of the same. For the first 4 days there was no problem. But for the last 4 days its not working. I have filed a complaint on 25.06.2011 by morning 10. they assured me that some technician will come and attend within some hours. But no one has come till now. I made call for three times, but the response is the same. Ihave a kid of 3 years old and hope u all know the housing structure and the hot climate of chennai.

          I'm very much disappointed at LG customercare service. I feel very bad that my baby could not sleep peacefully eventhough we spent almost 36,000 for the A/C.

          LG Split Air Conditioner — The conditioner not working

          We had bought 3 split air conditioners from Kay Associates, Nagpur, Maharashatra India who represented through Mr. Nikhil Jain as authorised dealers and service centres for LG. All the conditioners are giving problem and not running properly. The instant case is about one of them which had its PC card damaged since last more than 1.5 months and the dealer is not in position to repair it for an undisclosed reason, even not picking up the phone call and the office also remains closed. The service of LG is very poor at this authorised dealer.

          LG Split AC — swing not working and closing

          I HAVE CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE ON 3RD, 6TH, 7TH AND 8TH OF MAY 2010. THE COMPLAIN NO. IS C [protected]. BUT NOBODY HAS ATTENDED MY COMPLAINT TILL TODAY. THE SERVICE IS VERY POOR.

          LG Split Air Conditioner — Not working in 1 month - Bad customer service

          I got a LG 1.5 ton Split Air Conditioner that costs me around 26,500 INR. The unit workked well for the first two weeks. Gradually, the room temperature started to increase above 35 and it would touch "High" finally. When i called the customer service, the technician was rude and was never co-operative. Such a poor care for a customer? How can such a big organization does not manage to get a good service department?

          After a month now, the unit won't switch on too. Called customer care three times and still there is no good response. I am still waiting for the unit to work paying the whole price in cash. I HAVE DECIDED NEVER TO GO FOR LG FOR ANY PRODUCT AND I WOULD NEITHER RECOMMEND MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO GO FOR LG.

          LG/Split Air Conditioner — Bad Customer Service

          I have purchased a split air conditioner from LG a couple of weeks back. The AC was not working for the last 4 days and i contacted the LG customer care center. They said the request is filed and a technician will attend the fault within 24 hrs. Almost 2 days have gone and no one till turned up to fix the issue. When i contacted the customer care center again I am given the same answer of 24 hrs again.

          I am very disappointed with the service and would like to bring this to the notice of the consumer compliants forum.

            Dear Sir,

            I am shocked at the total absence of after sales service at LG, even when the product (fridge) is within the warranty period.

            I had purchased an LG fridge in Dec 2010 from Sumaria, Mahim, Mumbai ( Invoice no MH/DEC10/0053 dt 11/12/2010 Model LG GL-548YTQ4 fridge).

            The fridge developed fault in May, when ice in the freezer chest was found to be melting, at times. Complaint was lodged with Sumaria and their Manager was very polite and said that he would forward the complaint to LG. LG lines during the time were out of order, mobile nos of its service personnel never got answered.( I have proof on my mobile phones of all these).

            After a few days one technician called to take appt, but never came. On enquiry after a few days, he informed that since the fridge was big, some other technician would come. Nobody , however, came. On taking up with Mr Junaid of Sumaria again and again, o technician came in the beginning of June. He inspected the fridge, inspected my documents / invoice and said that a part needed to be replaced and would be done in a day or two. Almost a month has elapsed, but nothing has happened. I have spoken to all in LG in Mumbai, including the service centre head, Mr Tripti KAnt an dMumbai Head , Mr. Prafulla Kerkera. LG Mumbai seems to be having a serious administrative problems. Systems are not working. I say this because I have been using LG products fro very long and have stayed at other centres like Delhi and Jaipur. LG Service was very good. HEre the service has failed.

            I need compensation from LG and a replacementf my fride as the condition has further worsened because of inordinate delay.

              , i m frustrated after buying the lg refriegerator product and i m not satisfied with the service of this product. I bought the lg fridge on dated 15th october2010 now i have a lot of trouble at present it is not working. There is a major problem the refrigerator is not working, kindly register my complaint and replace my refrigerator was bought. If the lg refrigerator is not put into use by you or your authorized representatives, i will be left with no other option but to seek the legal assistance of the appropriate forum to get my grievances redressed.

              I am not really happy with the way that your after care service centre is functioning, since they are simply interested in charging the customers rather than addressing the issue/problem rightfully. I hope you will understand my mental agony and the problem i have been facing all these days and set the issue amicably since it is the responsibility and duty of the producing firms to attend to the customers’ needs.


              I have very bad experience with lg product.

              Even i don't know where i suppose to go with my complaint.
              What should i have to do?

                We were gifted a LG Microwave Oven ( LG Intello Wave) Model no.MC767W AMWQEIL ( IN ), Serial No 511LPFJ002635 on our wedding in Jan 2011.When we got in touch with LG for the free demonstration, to our surprise, we were told that the microwave owen was a 2005 model and that the company had stopped manufacturing this model. I have lodged a complaint with LG Customer Care but was told that the Company cannot help me and that i should directly speak to the Retailer ( Milan Steel ,4 - Veera Shopping Centre, Near Tilak Talkies, Station Road, Dombivili (E) 421201, Tel No.[protected].When i spoke to the Retailer, the Retailer refused to exchange this model for a new one ( despite the fact that we were willing to pay the differential amount).How can a LG dealer sell a 2005 model in 2011 ?

                  Dear sir,
                  I purchase a New LG SPLIT AC from Kalings sales on 01.06.2011. Bhubaneswar. From 06.06.2011, i register complain for not cooling product. but no respond from any LG service center but Cuttack service center will be said this area is not our. so again complain register from 08.06.2011, vide complain no-RNA[protected] & RNA[protected]. When i contact to customer care, he/she says the complain no has closed by service center. so i request for one case has to be done in favour of LG.

                      I logged a complaint for my LG fully automatic washing machine and it got rectified on 27th May 2011. The executive checked and informed that the drain motor is not working and will change within 2/3 days. Everytime when we are calling the customer care centre, we are getting only one answer saying that the part should come from Mumbai and it has’nt come. There is no proper channel to answer my query for how many days it will take to bring the part from Mumbai. Its almost a month we lodged the complaint and there is no proper action taken from the other end.

                      We just want to know how much time it will be taken to repair out washing machine.

                      Moreover, there is no channel of escalation or contact details of nodal officer given on website to raise the complaint at higher level. The Service head number provided by Customer care is of some IVR and no one picks the phone.

                      I believe that maintaining the Quality of Work is responsibility of LG and not the Service centre and Customer should not be penalized for this.

                        we gave our washing machine model wp-8005 for a regular service.we have been using it for four years with out any complaints. on receiving from service we found that the drier is not functioning. on calling back, the service people are giving some irresponsible answers ,the drier was working well before service. these service people are a mere waste and are irresponsible

                          i purchased a LG Mobile Model GD 510 in Aug,2010. IMEI NO. [protected] From the begining it got hang while use, i had complaint online but there is no response, after 4 month handfree stoped to work they replaced handfree . and after sometime battery problam occured and they changed battery with many telephonic arguments, and after two months later touch screen got fail, they replaced touch screen, but after 15 days ( approx.) it got again fail,thay replaced again. and said weather temperature is too much thats why its happening, but still it is fail again after four days total three touch screen have changed and still i got a mobile with touch screen failure. i am not understanding why it is happening and why dealer/company not able to give permanant solution, i am very very regret with lg mobile product and i am really mentally disturb with my lg mobile.

                          As you said, Your Represntative did not call or confirm anything till date. Three days have finished and still they are sleeping, they are showing themself quality as well as product quality. And still you expect that we and our product is good. but i do not think so, and one thing is clear that is, when i will take any action than everybody will responsible ownself.

                          I want to know. how much time you need to take any decision or find out solution. 18 days have finished and still i could not get any solution. Now i do not have trust on LG product, and the reason only LG product and LG service. when i have told you already i do not want to keep any LG mobile than what are you thinking. i feel really very very bad experience with your company, Now i want my money only which i have paid to LG company nither extra nor less and still you have any confusion than let me know.

                            They are demanding more money for fake job offers..so gals and guys, please dont believe those..There will be two people, a guy and lady in that office(like) giving duplicate job letters getting money...They are money eaters..Be carefull......

                            I have purchased refrigerator from Urmi electronics Naupada Thane (West).Bill no. 27961 Dtd.4.4.2011

                            Since last one month several compliant have been made verbally as well as visiting them 3 to 4 times they have made promises that they will rectify the problem.but they have done more damage to the body of the refrigerator by sending local service person who has welded and spoil the body.but still now the problem is not solved and it is in unworking stage since one month.

                              I have purchased an LG Window Air Conditioner (Model: LWA18GIASI) in June, 2007. This year the cooling of said AC was not satisfactory. In this regard I made a service request to LG Customer Care No.[protected] on 27/05/2011 and Reference No. was RNA[protected]. The LG Service Centre has send their Service Engineer Mr. Danish on 29/05/2011 at my place to find the problem with the AC. Mr. Danish inspected the AC and suggested that the product will have to send to their service centre for further check-up and repair. He charged me Rs. 580/- vide Receipt No. 3618 dt. 29/05/2011. On 01/06/2011 a trolley man deputed by service centre came at my place and picked-up AC and dropped at LG Authorised Service Centre (Reliable Customer Services), B-12228, Indira Nagar, Lucknow(U.P.). Now twenty days have been passed away and the LG Service Centre is not replying me appropriately that what is the actual problem with my AC. Company is neither repairing my AC nor returning it to me as it is so that I can get it repair from some other Service Centre. I called up so many times to its officials Ms. Hemlata ([protected]), Mr Javed (Technician)-[protected], Mr. U. D. Dwivedi ([protected]) and Mr. Abid Khan (RM) ([protected]) in this regard but of no use. Now I believe that LG Service Centre have some mischievous interest not willing to repair and return my AC. Due to the aforesaid reason I am suffering from mental stress as well as physical suffering as it has been too hot for last twenty days here in Lucknow and during this period the AC was utmost required.

                              Now I request the competent authority to get my AC back as soon as possible with a reasonable penalty impose on the company for mental and physical suffering of the customer.

                                On 14th June 2011 complaint was registered since LG washing machine (purchased on 22/3/2011 ) was not working was supposed to receive a call from the Technician 2 hours and close the case within 24 hrs ie ., repair the LG washing machine , but the LG service is so bad that no action was taken on 14th June 2011 , again on 15th June 2011 same complaint was re-registered but no action taken , again on 16th June 2011 again same complaint was re -registered but since 3 days no action is taken , the service given by LG is pathetic even the products a very bad .

                                LG - washing Machine — Demo of instrument

                                I have purchased an LG fully automatic machine a month ago. I have requested for the DEMO of the machine atleast 5-6 times. I have 3 different complaint numbers. No one has yet given me a demo of - how to use the washing machine? can you please suggest ?

                                LG - washing Machine — Dealer Not helping at / exploiting us!

                                We bought a washing machine from LG, which did not have a bottom cover. This gave the opportunity for rats to ruin the internal wiring. This is still under warranty period. When we complained to local LG Authorized Service Center in Patna - LG Capital Services, East Boring Canal Road, Patna, the Authorized LG Service Center took the machine, did nothing to repair it and then charged for transporting it back. So they did NOT fix it, and then they charged for getting it back home. In addition to what we paid to the LG Service Center, the transporter was asking for Rs 2, 500. Is this what LG calls Service? This is more like sell and forget. To think that LG spent so much money on its "BRAND" and does not recruit the right . We followed up with LG Online service, noone took action. We want to take you to consumer court. This is exploiting the consumer the worst manner.

                                  I bought a double door lg refrigerator: lg ref gl-335va5 (clrzebn)vide invoice no. Bf-9 dated 08/04/2011 amounting to rs. 19753/-(Rs. 6985/- Dp and rest loan taken from bajaj finance service)which was delivered to me on 09/04/2011. On receipt of the product it was found that one of the leg of the refrigerator was broken, complain of the same was lodged by me with lg india with reference no. Given to me as rna[protected] dated 13/04/2011. In spite of the visit of three engineers no action was taken. When nothing was done I lodged the request to change the product vide reference no. Rna[protected] dated 19/04/2011. But no action was taken. Since then I have made several call to the dealer as well as to the customer care of lg india, nothing has been done. Recently when I threaten them that I will go to the consumer forum, leg of the refrigerator has been replaced with a diferent kind of peice giving me plea that now this is used in all our product. Since then I am in shock as to what type of service we are getting in india from such reputed companies. I have given payment for the fresh peace but why have I got second hand product. Please help me.
