I purchased LG refrigerator- model no [D COOL 191 PME], from VASANTH &CO, PALAYAMKOTTAI,TAMILNADU dated[protected] ,BILL NO ;58138.I have problem in the compressor for past 1 years. I approached your customer service through the purchaser. Still now nobody will give any response. They never consider my approach. i deeply regret about their behavior. Now it is on the warranty period .kindly do the needful & repair my Refrigerator as early as possible.

    I have purchased an LG window AC in 2009. and suffering repeated gas leakages from the day we have purchased it but now within a span of 1.5 months , 4 times the gas has been leaked.
    I made the first complaint on 25th April 2011 since then the AC has been in the workshop and i have not received any satisfactory reply as to why the gas is leaking after every 1 week.
    My latest (i.e 4th time) complaint has been made on 11th june 2011 . Please help !!!!

      TV SERVICE ENGINEER NOT VISITING

      My LG Goldeneye TV set is not functioning on connecting with cable connection. The following points are found faulty .

      1> The terminal points (red ,yellow and white ) for set top box connection are not working at both the points on the TV set .

      2> TV side sensor is not functioning even with a new LG remote set .This point was earlier communicated to the mechanic visited from LG mega service who insisted upon buying a new remote would solv ethe problem but the problem is still persisting .

      Please sent a skilled TV servive man against my complaint no. RNA[protected] dated 08/06/2011 .The online service for LG has been repetedly requsted to help on the issue ,who has forwarded the call to the concerned Area service centre : LG MEGA SERVICE ,PLOT NO 660 ,MAHANANDI VIHAR ,NAYAPALLI ,CUTTACK (PH NO. [protected]) ,However we are yet to receive any assistance .

            I had bought a new LG handset GT 505. I have got it repaired thrice from the lg service center within a span of few months from the date of purchase. again the same problem has occurred.                     I Purches Lg Product (Monitor LCD) 8 Month before now day LG service centre not receive and not response and says this product is out of warranty.

                    Do you have a proper bill? with the product name and serial code and date of purchase mentioned? If yes then ask LG service centre to give support or else you will be forced to go to the consumer court.

                    If they react the same way, go to the consumer court. They don't cost much and usually cases are solved pretty quick. Contrary to what some people claim, its pretty quick.

                    Oh yes you can email to LG customer care. Depending on the company, some guys give email complaints on a very serious note against phone complaints. Do note the person's name in the service centre.

                          I have purchased the following TV on 11.03.2011. After two month dated 01.05.2011 I received a message that "Dear customer your EMI of Rs.1399/-for loan #4100cd00137083 is due on 05/05/2011 & manage my account sufficient one day prior".

                          Again I received same message on 01/06/2011.

                          Till date there is no deduction of EMI from my account.

                          Pls. confirm what is the issue?

                          I have purchased a Sony TV EX 400 - 32 " form Rythem House- Noida in Feb '11 . Last 10 days its not working and we have logged compliant in Sony customer care Vide 7553110 more than 10 days back but it is not yet resolved . When i contacted the customer care they ask me to wait for more than 3 days for getting this resolved .

                          VERY pathetic customer service by SONY India, i would like to sue them for this unprofessional attitude . I want a replacement of the TV .

                              This has reference to my various complaint on my Refrigerator model no 258 VA 5 in the month of April 2010.

                              I wish to state that eversince I have bought the fridge, it was making lot of noise and cooling was not observed and LG service team seems to have no answer to it.

                              Please refer to my various call logs on to LG call center (last few records which I remember are RNA[protected] , RNA[protected]. wherein I am promised effective / prompt service but sorry to state that your service engineer don't even turn up for 3 days in together.

                              I stay in Faridabad, Haryana , and I was given the number of key official Mr Agrawal etc who doesnot respond. I was made to talk to one Mr Utsav / Mr Jitendra etc who while they promise but the results are same.
                              Over last few months this has been on going. Durign last two complaints Gas has been changed and recharged (In month of Feb and inthe month of March). I fail to understand the charging of gas at such internal where as my previous old fridge didnot require a gas charge for more than 3 years. Though the gas has been charged the machine is not working properly and I am totally dissatisfied which I have always been telling LG to replace / repair the defect to my satisfaction

                              During the days when the machine is not working, all the food items kept are spoilt and I am put to lot of inconvenience and loss due to wastage.

                              While this is going on, in my latest compliant, in the month of April, your service engineers says that the machine again need to be Gas recharged and further that since the machine is 1 year old, and warrant is over, I need to pay of the gas fill.
                              This is nothing but a cheating case from LG where you cannot repair a machine and now need cost for the same since the machine is out of warranty.

                                Dear Sir

                                I am sorry to say that I am suffering from mental agony and losses of money due to purchase of LG-C310 mobile which started giving trouble just after its purchase on 29/05/2011 from SMART MOBILE CENTER (Shop No 206, Ashiana Hari Niwas, New Dal Bunglow Road Patna-800001). Description of problems are given below

                                1. This mobile is getting restart automatically after every five to ten minute and simultaneously an SMS with charge of 60 paisa is getting deducted during every restart and it has exhausted my recharge amount.

                                2. Sim 2 slot stop functioning after 3 to 4 minutes just after re-starting of the mobile.

                                3. Power of batter is of 1250 AH while I was told that it is of 1500 AH by the mobile vendor just before the purchase of above mobile. This mobile gets discharge immediately (Within 4 to 5 hour) without talking too much from it.

                                Rather than above technical aspect I am also suffering from poor customer service from your service center located in Patna (Near Dak Bungla Cuoraha, Opposite of NP Centre, Patna-800001). I have visited three times to them since yester day but still there is no action.

                                  we have lodged a complaint on 22.04.11 (comp. no. RNA[protected] for a.c. not working. then technician came & detected that capacitor to be changed & replaced the capacitor, however a.c. again not functioning. Again technician came & found that compressor to be replaced & changed the compressor, again the a.c. not working. Again after nos. of calls to Mr. Arvind ([protected]), Mr. Ajit ([protected]), they send a technician & detected that pcb has to be changed. But since then no one came to solve my problem. Therefore the complaint is still not closed since 22.04.11. Its an irony that a big brand like
                                  lg could not sort the simple problem. Kindly help me out.

                                    Since 25th May 2011, exactly after 7-months of purchase the fridge Model-LGREF478YSX4 the fridge has stopped functioning. Its cooling stopped and the very next day the LED Panel display went off. We had lodged complaint No- RNA[protected] dt 26-May-2011 with the customer care to which LG service engineer attended and had taken back the defective PCB for replacement which as on date is still awaited.
                                    We have been chasing all the people at LG- customer care No.- [protected], Service Center No- [protected] and even LG Area Service Manager Mr. Anuj Singh No-[protected] who has been giving assurance after assurance but with no outcome. At last he was able to manage to provide us a Old 150Ltr standby fridge without door shelves & vegetable basket to our relief from the intense summer heat.

                                    After almost 12-days from the lodge of complaint nothing has been done to resolve the problem which clearly shows the response, commitment and competency of LG team and equally the quality of the products being delivered to the end customer like us. One can understand that the spare of old & obsolete models take time, but in just 7-months of purchase the spares parts are not available which really surprises me and really puts me think how bad decision me & my family have taken.

                                    It’s my sincere request and advise to team LG to arrange to refund my Invoiced Money back and take back the defective unit without any further mental trauma.                                       We had given 1 aircondiner of lg at m.s. Refrigeration it's about 2 months
                                      And last year we had change the Ac compressor from him only on 29 sept 2010
                                      It's 2 month now we go to him and enqure for your Ac then he use to say that I don't have time to check go and you can complain to anybody . He day I give money to officer for getting franchisee no one will listen to you
                                      Last year we had given all the documents bills of the Ac . When we ask for the paper he said don't worry I am sitting over here he just sign on the compressor n said you don't need any warranty card or bill . N now he is saying to bring the bill . He say go and complain to lg to open more service center
                                      He do his own work in which he get money don't attend lg customers complains
                                      Lg is good company but I think lg cant provide good service to their customers

                                        I had purchased a split AC model no.LSA 3NF5VF1.AN20R1 from M/s Ahono Electronics,50,Santoshpur Avenue,Kolkata-700075 (Tel.no[protected]/[protected] vide cash memo no.13693 dated 15th May'2011.

                                        But the AC is not working & accordingly to the service people (Complaint no.RNA[protected] dt.4th June'11),the outdoor unit has runout of gas.

                                        As it is not acceptable from my point of view that a newly purchased unit is malfunctioning within 15 days of installation,I want it to be replaced immediately.

                                        Please see that the needful is done at the earliest.

                                        lg ac split type — non functioning of my lg ac split type

                                        I`ve complained for a lg ac split type that has become non - operational since 15th june `2009 . But irrespective of several times complain to the local service center at Guwahati & also at toll free number at [protected] .. from 16th june`2009 onwards nobody has attended the complain so far . So in steed of repeated complains when no one is attempting to attend the complain the undersigned has no way to complain it to the higher authority of your august company & for which the details are as follows :
