THE REFRIGERATOR WAS NOT WORKING AND COMPLAINT WAS LODGED IN THIS REGARD. AFTER ABOUT 10 DAYS AND THAT ALSO ON OUR REPEATED REMINDERS ONE TECHNICIAN CAME AND ATTENDED TO OUR COMPLAINT,BUT AGAIN AFTER ONE DAY SAME PROBLEM WAS CAME. AGAIN WE TRIED AND TRIED THE LG CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER OF TIMES BUT OF NO USE. FEW FOLLOWING NUMBERS OF LG WE HAVE TRIED BUT TILL DATE NO BODY HAS ATTANDED TO OUR REFRIGERATOR:-

The service of LG has gone very down due to the following reasons:-
a. After our repeated reminder and verbal discussion on telephone No-[protected] we were able to get the service for our refrigerator.
b. One mechanic Mr. Shamsher mobile No-[protected] visited on 26.5.11 and filled the gas due to which the Refrigerator was not cooling.
c. On 27.5.11 same problem was existing again in our refrigerator and we immediately tried to contact Mr. Shamsher on his mobile No-[protected] which was given to us by him but he was not picking up the phone.
d. On 28.5.11 again we tried to contact Mr. Shamsher on his mobile but he is not picking up the phone.
e. The Invoice No 01373 dated 26.5.11 is attached for the reference.
You are requested to direct your staff to attend our refrigerator immediately.
