I A subramanian residence of 8, Dayanand, Gopal Nagar, Rd.No.1, Dombivili East have earlier complained about the problem in Refrigirator sold to me by Sonal Electronics, Dombivili near Station on June 5th, 2011. We have been receiving only calls asking for the problem and giving solutions only over phone. Some of your person approached and took xerox coipes of Bill & ID Proofs etc., two weeks back. He also gave an assurance that we will either get new peace or the refund in 5 days. Now even after 2 weeks passed, no response from your side. I want to put it on record that i will be forced to go to consumer cort if i do not get response in 2 days time from now.

    I bought an LG Split AC before one and half year. Now the AC is not at all cooling and also there is a water leakage from the main unit. I raised a complaint regarding this to the customer care on August 15th, The service person visited my home at 16th of August and found there is a GAS leakage in the Out door unit and he said he will send a specialised team to fix the hole. but till then he asked me not to switch on the AC. But till today August 27, no body has came. Daily I called to customer care,every time I call they said my issue will be fixed with in 24 Hours.Atlast they gave the phone number of the service person . I called that person, he said he will send people with in 30 minutes, but no body has came. Again I called the service person, but this time he did not pick the call. I tried him reaching for every 10 minutes, some time the call may go in wait . I tried to call him from a different number, then he picks the call, again he said he will send people in 30 minutes.The same story repeats Everyday. My kind advice to you guys Don't prefer to buy Air conditioners from LG. If you choose then you need to suffer through out .

      I have purchased LG CDMA handset model number LG-RD 6150 serial number RLGHS[protected] from M/s Global Infocom - Rajpura on dated 08/01/2011. Mobile automatically goes to switch off. While contacting service centre in rajpura i have been informed that motherboard is defective and it is required to replace on paid basis as mobile is out of warranty. I have shown bill to service centre that i purchased mobile pn 08/01/2011 and it is still is in warranty.
      Then i informed that warranty coverd is by manufacturing date not date of sale. Then i contacted to M/s Global Infocom but his behaviour was too rude and he denied to replace set.

      I therefore request you kindly help me to get my mobile either repaied / replaced and oblige.

        i bought mirowave oven of LG.the front panel became non functional.so we complained to authorised service agent in dharampeth nagpur.ythe service person came changed the panel and we paid him fuul charges.the new panel worked only once.after many calls ,personal visits,that service centre is not changing the defective panel.i am wasting time and energy.i feel cheated.now i have decided never to buy LG product.i will also encourage others to do same

        LG / Microwave oven — Poor services

        My LG Microwave oven whad stopped heating on 17/8/09 and I duly registered a complaint (No:W9C[protected]. On 19/8/09 the magnetron was replaced. After 10 days the front panel switched off with a loud bang from behind the equipment. I presume the new magnetron could be cause of this fault. Complaint No: W9C 90205472 on 2/9/09 was registered. Till date the system has not been rectified. Phone calls to service managers are not been answered.
        Ealrier in March 2008 similar treatment was meted out to me when I had a problem with my LG double door refrigerator. That time 3 complaints within a span of 1 month was made by me because the fridge used to fail next day after it was attended.

        This pathetic service from LG (India) is a cause for concern and needs to be highlighted.
        Then how was the heating problem solved?

        I do agree with the attitude of the firm as stated above.
        I am also having one LG microwave oven purchased in the year 2001-02 recently its PCB has gone defective. Subsequently I lodged one complaint but I was surprised to hear that the said PCB is not available in stock and therefore I was advised by the service center's (lay)man to throw it and purchase a new one, I was surprised & asked that fellow whether do u have old parents? and if they are not well then whether will u throw them out or will u try your level best to up to their last pulse?
        I think the company's service support is not adequate, they should also concentrate on their old customers too.

            I bought a LG optimus Black (Rs.20,400) on 8th august from Univercell-Sahakarnagar branch. Immediately after a day I found out that there was a problem in the handset. I went to Univercell, and they asked me to go to the service centre in Frazer town. The person in the service centre, reinstalled the software but the problem was not resolved.
            He told he has escalated the issue to the LG company and asked me to use the mobile until the company gets back to us with a solution.
            I dont want to get my new mobile repaired, I just want a replacement. I feel that the company should not sell a defective piece and ask the consumer to get it repaired in the service centre.

            Someone please help me out to resolve this issue.

              This is to inform you that ,i was very satisfied with your service earlier and gone mad , because started using your seven products and planning for third WINDO AC for my HOME.
              But , i am sorry to say your quality of service is detoriating day by day.....as i have purchased second AC(SPLIT) I HAVE STARTED GETTING PROBLEMS even after six months..like unusal sound , cooling problem etc.... which is solved at last .
              BUT ...i am not able to understand how to come out with the problem(split AC dropping water inside the room , and keep embarrassing me) which i am facing since last six to seven months.......which makes me impatient .

              My request to you is , kindly arrange to solve the problem at the earliest or tell me what to do...

              Your early action matters a lot..

                LG COMPLAINT NO[protected] dated 16-08-11, BILL NO[protected].

                I had registered a service request/complaint with LG service center on 16-08-11 for the problem in washing machine and for servicing of the same. the issue in the machine is dryer not working. 0n 17th one of LG engr visited by house and checked the machine. he had confirmed that the clutch assly has to be changed and machine will be picked up by the service center next day. But to our surprise till 21-08-11 no one from the LG came to pick the machine even after several calls were made by me to your call centre, to the local service center and to other service manager in LG. I spoke to mr Ghanshyam, Noor, Biswajeet, Diwan, Deepak and mr Pawan on 21st for at-least one hour contineously and finally the machine was taken by the Noida service center on 21st evening. Finally the machine was returned to me on 22nd afternoon without solving the problem reported by me but with a bill for replacement of clutch assly for rs 2400. when we started the machine we found the clothes were not drying and the machine was making noise like a tractor. My wife called the service center and told them the problem, i called them atlest 5 times afterwards yesterday but no one turned up to see the issue. I am now in a status without any solution for the issue. Can some one from LG get back to me if they have any seriousness of their service ???????

                  I have bought lcd tv cum monitor. it is in warranty. its not working now on computer. i have registered a complaint ( I.D RNA[protected]. Executives visited my site on 07.08.2011. they told me that a card is not working. it is to be changed but is not available. they ensure me that they will change this when ii is available. but they did not changed till today. i again contact to LG CARE. they ensure me to change this with in 2 or 3 days. But no response again til today.

                    Hi,

                    We purchased LG Refrigerator with Model GL368YVQG4 with Sr. No. 002LPSY000158 Last Year in March 2010. We had an issue with Refrigerator Cooling in May 2011. The Engineer Visited(RMA[protected] and diagnosed with Gas leakage. The engineer filled the gas and replaced a copper part on 11th May 2011. We were charged Rs 1017 for Gas filling.

                    The refrigerator worked for 1 month and then refrigerator had same cooling problem again on approx. 15th June. We complained again and new RMA was raised again(RMA[protected]. The engineer visited again and refilled the gas again without informing what was found in diagnostics whether it is the Gas Leakage again or the compressor issue.

                    The refrigerator worked for 1 month again and had the same cooling problem on 18th August again. We made complaint again and asked for the reason why there is same problem as we can't keep spending money if the problem is recurring. The RMA[protected] was raised and engineer pointed out that there may be a gas choke due to which refrigerator not cooling and said he will talk to his office. The new engineer(Madhav) came and diagnosed that Voltage may be high due to that compressor may be tripping again and asked to use stablizer and this should fix the problem. The Engineer charged the visiting fee of RS 330. We bought and used stablizer for refrigerator getting the voltage to 230 but it did not fixed the issue. . We called office again and new engineer(Mahendra) was sent again. He checked and mentioned that there is gas choke and Gas has to be refilled.He said that the previous Enigeer , who filled the gas in June 2011 should have done nitrogen flushing and then filled the gas. This should have avoided from gas choking and could avoid moisture in the line.

                    Even at this moment I am not sure even diagnostics as correct due to different version from engineer visiting the site and due to recurrence of problem. Also this seem to be manufacturing defect as problem is recurring again and again. Even this could be problem with compressor itself

                    Also engineer told that this should be 6 month warranty for Gas leakage but we were told 3 months in May 2011.

                    As there was wrong diagnostics, as a consumer we should not be paying for gas leakage again or any service charges. We want the resolution either by replacement of products or compensation for the time spent due to poor quality of product or permanent fix.

                        I want to raise a complaint against LG Customer service for harrashing me to get DEMOSTRATION of the newly purchased Washing Machine(Model F8068NDP).

                        I purchased the Washing Machine on 13th August,2011 from Unilet Banashankari branch.

                        I raised request to give DEMO on 16th August with Request Id RNA[protected].

                        I got call from service center person on 17th Aug 11:07AM (from contact no [protected]) and asked for a suitable time for DEMO. We scheduled it 4PM the same day.

                        Another person (calling from [protected]) called me around 3:30PM same day and informed me they will be in my home on the same day(17th Aug only). But no one came, so I called to the number. He informed to come next day(18th Aug,2011) around 1PM.

                        I called them again and again, but they were providing me on new number every time ti call(like [protected]), no one came. I have to cancel my emergency work to come to home daily as they are coming in my home.

                        I called LG Customer care on 20th August and found that my previous request id got already canceled automatically.

                        I raised my complain again and ask for Bangalore Area manager's contact no, they have given me wrong number. I have not been given the email id to raise complain.

                        Due to this ridiculous DEMO process, I suffered a lot, every day I am waiting for them to give DEMO in my home, and I missed important meetings at office and could not reach hospital for emergency need.

                        Why I am suffering by LG persons, they have no right to harrash my professional and personal life. Is it my fault to buy a washing machine from LG, or my fault to asking for a DEMO. If it's my fault, I am ready to return back the product to LG and never buy any product from LG just because I don't to be harrashed like this any more.

                          1. I, IC 53523A, Lt Col RK Chauhan had purchased a LG Mobile (GX 200) set no S/N:002ACYQ105010 with IME (1):[protected] and IME(2):[protected] in Sep 2010 with the battery number SBPP0027401 SIM DC091221. The details of which can be checked with your company on computer.

                          2. I am facing lot of problems with it. Firstly I started having problem of synchronizing the contacts with the computer and secondly it has started hanging & creating lots of problem to the undersigned as it is not working as it should be working.

                          3. May I request you to kindly guide me as to what should I do and whom should I report about it so that the problem can be sorted out at the earliest. Please advise me as to where should I complaint about it.

                          LG — mobile phone not working properly

                          i purchased an lg mobile phone dated but from that date till today i have not been able to use that cel phone properly that means some times it gets a software problem in it and then some times it gets and invalid imei number problem then it has been troubling me till today that means some times it gets a white screen coming and then again i ve to get it repaired with the customer care but in a month i have to go once to get my cell phone repaired.

                          it is in warranty right now.

                            LG After Sales Support SUCKS....!!!!!!!!!!

                            Hello,

                            I would like to bring to your notice that, I purchased a LG LCD monitor, model # W1643C, on 1st July 2011. When I stated using the product I found that there are some minute dust particles inside the screen which cannot be cleaned externally, hence I called your customer support number at[protected] and reported the issue on 21st July 2011, I was given the complaint number RNA[protected].

                            After that I did not get a call or anything from your end till 27th July 2011. So, I called up again on 27th July 2011 and spoke to one of your CSR at[protected] and to my utter surprise I was informed that the complaint has been canceled or closed as the local service engineer who was allotted this complaint was not able to contact me, this was completely a false statement as I was never contacted. However, the CSR logged a fresh complaint, number RNA[protected], and guaranteed me that this time I will surly receive support and a service engineer will call me within next 24 hrs.

                            I received a call from one of your service engineer the following day, 28th July 2011 around 10:45 am and he informed that he can come for the service only after 4:00 pm that day, 28th being a weekday and a working day from me, I was not able give him that time for his visit and also informed him that since I and my spouse we both work, it will not be possible for us to skip office and stay back till 4:00 pm. Instead I requested him to schedule the visit on Saturday, which is an off day for me. Your service engineer agreed to that and ensured that he will visit on Saturday, 30th July 2011, and also confirmed that he will call me in the morning on Saturday to confirm the appointment timings again. He did call me in the morning on 30th July 2011 and we agreed that he will visit around 3:30 pm to 4:00 pm. I waited for him till 4:30 pm but unfortunately your engineer did not show up.

                            So, under the circumstances I called him on his mobile and I was shocked to hear from him that he will not be able to make it before 5:30 pm as he was stuck with some other work, though I informed him during our earlier conversation that I have to go out for some urgent errands by 5:00 pm. So, I pledged him to visit during any working day in the coming week within 11:30 am to 12:00 pm and inform me about his visit so that I can inform my office and request for my late arrival in advance, to which he agreed. But, shockingly I have not received any communication from your end or from the engineer since then.

                            Hence, I again called up your customer support today, i.e. 18th August, 2011, and spoke with Mr. Raju, one of your CSR, and informed him the entire incident. He informed me that my earlier complaint (RNA[protected] has been canceled again with the notes from your field service engineer stating that, “The customer’s time does not suite the field engineer’s schedule”. Now, my question is:

                            1. Am I supposed to oblige your field engineer with his suitable time or should it be the other way round?
                            2. Do you consider this as ideal customer support, “We're Here to Help”, that you so boast about in your website?
                            3. Under the circumstances will you consider it unethical and unjustified if I take this issue up in the consumer forum?
                            4. Is it not justified, if I claim reparation for the much aggravations and sufferings that you have caused me and for the waste of my valuable time?
                            5. I understand I may be a very small part of the huge customer base that you have in India, but still is it unfair to ask for such small co-operation from a company of your stature?
                            6. Incidentally, today during my telephonic conversation with your CSR, Mr. Raju, I repeatedly requested him to escalate the call to his supervisor but amazingly my request was turned down with the information that the supervisor is too busy with some other work and does not have the time to attend to a customer on the phone. Is this how an inbound customer support call desk functions?

                            I would appreciate, if you take the pain to answer my questions. However, I have again reported the same issue and given a complaint number RNA[protected] and was ensured that one of your field service engineers would positively visit this Saturday, i.e. 20th August 2011, after confirming the visit over telephone within the next 24 hrs. Now, with the kind of experience that I had till now from your customer support or after sales support, I ensure you that, If I do not get support and proper service from LG by this Saturday, 20th August 2011, I will surely take this up to the consumer forum and will do whatever is possible within my humble capacity. I request you please not to make this anymore uncomfortable, as it already is, on both our parts.

                              Dear Sir/ Madam, Good day to you,

                              I am pleased to inform you that I purchased one LED TV Model: 32LE5300 , Invoice No. 638 dated 05th June 2011. in the name of Mrs. Archana Singhal from TIRUPATI ELECTRONIC, Bachcha park, Meerut City, Uttar Pradesh, India.

                              This LED worked for around a month & stopped taking signals from Cable Antenna. 1st complain was lodged to customer care on :
                              1. 18th July 2011. Complain No. RNA[protected] No one attended.
                              2. 21st July 2011 Same complain as above No one attended
                              3. 24th attended by Mr. Ravi Khanna Technician reported that Main Card Auto Tuner defective. Part will be asked from Main LG service centre NOIDA.with in 3-4 days.
                              4. 31st July Mr. Ashok Premi attended with Power supply unit (SMPS) & did not know about any thing of the defect reported. Who simply changed the card, when I discussed on phone he says I don’t know about the defect, I was told to change the card.
                              5. Later Mr. Kshitiz the Owner & Mr Prince Batla (Supervisor) were contacted & to my surprise they were also not much aware of the problem. They told that your main Tuner card will be procured & replaced with in 3 days.
                              6. After that many times the service centre is contacted but always same repeated answer that part is not received & will be replaced in 2-3 days or tomorrow. But its found that tomorrow never came.
                              7. After many request & shouting an old TV is sent to my home as compensation on 8th Aug 2011.
                              8. Complain again reported to Toll free no. on 10th.
                              9. Mr. Neeraj Garg (LG Service Manager Uttar Pradesh) was contacted on 11th Aug 2011, who told that the part will be received shortly & LED will be fully operational on 16th Aug.
                              10. Mr Neeraj Garg (LG Service Manager Uttar Pradesh) was again contacted on 17th & after on line discussion with Service Head Meerut (Mr Khitiz of M/s Maya Traders) told me that the part will be received & your LED will be operational by 18th. Aug.
                              But all in vain. It seems that people are fooling & not giving the right information & Service.

                              I am user of many LG Products & LG is is one of the brand name in the world, this kind of service or product is not expected from such a renown organization.

                              It is kindly requested to take necessary action & replace my LED with new one immediately. Your cooperation will be highly appreciated.

                                Hi! It seems that there's no option to send mp3 and video’s files from my LG Optimus One. So I tried accessing the file using OI File Manager to share an mp3 file to another phone via Bluetooth a couple of times but miserably failed. Is this barred by default? Can suggest how to resolve this?

                                LG Optimus P500 — REPLACEMENT OF MY FAULTY HANDSET

                                i am jatinder singh from azadpur delhi mo no [protected] ,purchased a new lg optimus p 500 from a store but from the date of purchase i am getting many problems in my handset i purchase it on 19 sep 2011 .& on 24 september i went to the nearest service centre at netaji subhash place call centre given me the address ,there was a spot in lcd display & the engineer changed my handset lcd with a new one the prob is then solved but a new problem is now created that my handset drains its battery too fast & there is also a speaker problem in it ,in the service centre i requested the engineer at INNOVATIVE TELECOM @ NETAJI SUBHASH PLACE 3RD FLOOR THEIR CONTACT NO ARE[protected], 32925753,[protected] ) & their area service manager no is [protected] to change my handset with a new one but he engineer named BHAGWAN DAS answered that lg does not change the handset in 14 days of purchase& i have called the customer care also registered 2 times my complaint they gave me the complaint no IS GCA[protected] & RNA[protected] THE EXECUTIVE TOLD ME THAT A ENGINEER WILL VISIT YOUR HOME & REFUND MY BILL AMOUNT OR WILL CHANGE MY HANDSET WITH A NEW ONE WHICH EVER IS POSSIBLE but no one came to me even after 10 days they are just fooling the customers ,so iam very disagreed with the lg service providers & service centres ,i have purchased a lg product first time in my life & i got problems in it so i am requesting all the lg team to change my new hanset or refund my bill amount whichever is possible but the LG TEAM IS not showing any response to solve my issue & i considered LG the WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE PROVIDER THEY SHOULD END THEIR COMPANY IF THEY CAN NOT SOLVE THE CUSTOMERS PROBLEMS & iam requesting the consumer complaint team to inform all these issues to the LG higher department they shoul also know what is going with their company they don't interact with the customers & treat the customers as mad my e mail id is [protected]@gmail.com ,address- 514 gopal nagar azadpur delhi-110033

                                  I purchased LG Refrigerator from Vijay sales in 2009 which has removable gasket. The Refrigarator was delivered to me. The next day LG Technician came for demo (Ghtakopar Service Centre). His style of giving demo was as if he was doing a big favour on me and showed no interest in explaining the product usage.

                                  After 2 days I found that the gasket of the lower door was loosened and the door could not be shut properly. We had to fix the gasket every time it used to come out. We informed Vijay Sales about the problem and they logged a complaint with LG on my behalf. The same technician came and refused to admit that there was a problem. After we insisted he started screaming on us and told us to call up Vijay sales and ask them to replace the product. We again contacted Vijay sales. After repeated follow ups we were told that the door would be relplaced. Nothing happened for a week and the response we got was the part was not available. We went to Vijay Sales personally. After a weeks time the delivery boy from Vijay sales came with the Door which had black stains and dust all over it. When probed him about it we were told that since it was lying in the godown it is in this condition.Cleaned it in front o[censored]s and fixed it. I am not sure from where did the person got the door when it was not available with LG? It worked fine for six months. After that it again started giving the same problem this time from the corners. We were left with no choice other than repenting on our decision for buying an LG product and that too from Vijay Sales.

                                  I had purchaes NOKIA cell phone from Bjay Sales Checmbur branch. After I came home I found that the phone had a picture of Saibaba in Images Folder and was surprised as from where did it came as a fresh piece was delivered to me. Also the earphones alongwith the phone were not working at all. I went to the shop. They simply opened another box in front of me and handed me the pair inside it.

                                  Vijay Sales delivers used products/ demo products and not the fresh ones. I urge to the viewers of this post to STAY AWAY FROM VIJAY SALES. They are simply cheating the customers.............

                                    LG SERVICE CENTER ALREADY CHARGED 2939/- RS. FOR MY WASHING MACHINE COMPLAIN ON 26/07/11. THEY TOLD IN YOUR MACHINE IS NOW EVERY THING IS OK.                                       Hi,

                                      I purchased a 42'' LCD LG model number LD460 from Snehanjali Bhayandar Maxus Mall on 27th March. The manager(Vijay) promised to deliver it on 4th April 2011 but failed to deliver. Finally it was delivered in May. After which we saw that the LG piece was defective and had scratches on it. We filed a complaint for replacement of piece or money back with both LG and Snehanjali but both failed. For the first two months Snehanjali''s manager Vijay promised to give our money back but failed to do that.He did not even replace the piece with the new one. Now the manager has changed and again they are fooling us by saying it will take atleast 20 more days. I already had enough of this waiting process and now i wish to get money back and do not want this product from Snehanjali.
                                      I have more problems with Snehanjali than with LG.I am feeling like suing them for the issues tehy have created in last 3,4 months.
                                      Please help me and redirect me what should i do. Thanks, Ashish

                                        I had purchased an LG Optimus One P500 smart phone. I tried to use Ndrive software provided with the phone and to my surprise it was not working, a pop up advised me of my entitlement of one free map and when I tried to download another pop said device is not authorized. I contacted Ndrive support and they pointed me back to LG. I contacted LG customer support since then many times but so far they have failed to resolve this. Last time they asked my for my phone's IMEI number and serial number but since then all silent. Too bad LG can't even support their own phones and bad quality checks that things are not working on brand new phones. I would advise not to buy products from LG. I am a first time buyer and wowed never to buy any LG product again.
                                        Finally after few weeks of reporting complaint to LG Helpdesk and many chasing, finally I checked that my problem has resolved, Ndrive started working. Only one suggestion to LG customer care, in future, if at all you are addressing the problem in background, do keep the customer informed. My problem resolved but nobody from LG bothered to inform me to check or updated me of any progress.
