My air conditioner stopped working on the 8th of May,2011, wherein I placed a complaint with customer care. The necessary technician came in the next day. As an engineer myself, I told the technician of the probable root cause, but he took two days to change the capacitor, after which, the AC stopped working again. After another complaint, another technician came in and told that the AC needed to be taken to the service centre, to fix the exact problem that I had diagonised. I was told that I would receive the unit by 12th of May,2011, & haven't received the same yet.
I am 49yrs old, a BP patient. The heat in Chennai is intolerable, & I am unable to take my medicines on time because of the weather conditions. On repeated calling, I am being provided with various Expected time of delivery, with everyone pointing their fingers towards the other person. I am an LG customer for over 10 yrs, and have never had such an excruciating experience before. I request you to kindly look into the matter, & improvise on the same.
We had purchased18 no L.G.split A/C for our hotel Kosala from SRR agencies Vijayawada. We had lot of service problems from that agencies. They have never bother to attend our service call on time. From the day one we are facing service problems from your company. Past two months one or two machines are Malfunctioning with the compressor is not switching on at all time. Running machines are getting off with out any operation. water leakage from the A/C machines to the hotel room cause severe problems to the staying Guest. we are loosing our regular guest also our reputation. Kindly advice us to do the correct action. If you are not able to correct your service people. please change all the Split A/C units and help us.
