Since 25th May 2011, exactly after 7-months of purchase the fridge Model-LGREF478YSX4 the fridge has stopped functioning. Its cooling stopped and the very next day the LED Panel display went off. We had lodged complaint No- RNA[protected] dt 26-May-2011 with the customer care to which LG service engineer attended and had taken back the defective PCB for replacement which as on date is still awaited.
We have been chasing all the people at LG- customer care No.- [protected], Service Center No- [protected] and even LG Area Service Manager Mr. Anuj Singh No-[protected] who has been giving assurance after assurance but with no outcome. At last he was able to manage to provide us a Old 150Ltr standby fridge without door shelves & vegetable basket to our relief from the intense summer heat.

After almost 12-days from the lodge of complaint nothing has been done to resolve the problem which clearly shows the response, commitment and competency of LG team and equally the quality of the products being delivered to the end customer like us. One can understand that the spare of old & obsolete models take time, but in just 7-months of purchase the spares parts are not available which really surprises me and really puts me think how bad decision me & my family have taken.

It’s my sincere request and advise to team LG to arrange to refund my Invoiced Money back and take back the defective unit without any further mental trauma.     We had given 1 aircondiner of lg at m.s. Refrigeration it's about 2 months
    And last year we had change the Ac compressor from him only on 29 sept 2010
    It's 2 month now we go to him and enqure for your Ac then he use to say that I don't have time to check go and you can complain to anybody . He day I give money to officer for getting franchisee no one will listen to you
    Last year we had given all the documents bills of the Ac . When we ask for the paper he said don't worry I am sitting over here he just sign on the compressor n said you don't need any warranty card or bill . N now he is saying to bring the bill . He say go and complain to lg to open more service center
    He do his own work in which he get money don't attend lg customers complains
    Lg is good company but I think lg cant provide good service to their customers

      I had purchased a split AC model no.LSA 3NF5VF1.AN20R1 from M/s Ahono Electronics,50,Santoshpur Avenue,Kolkata-700075 (Tel.no[protected]/[protected] vide cash memo no.13693 dated 15th May'2011.

      But the AC is not working & accordingly to the service people (Complaint no.RNA[protected] dt.4th June'11),the outdoor unit has runout of gas.

      As it is not acceptable from my point of view that a newly purchased unit is malfunctioning within 15 days of installation,I want it to be replaced immediately.

      Please see that the needful is done at the earliest.

      lg ac split type — non functioning of my lg ac split type

      I`ve complained for a lg ac split type that has become non - operational since 15th june `2009 . But irrespective of several times complain to the local service center at Guwahati & also at toll free number at [protected] .. from 16th june`2009 onwards nobody has attended the complain so far . So in steed of repeated complains when no one is attempting to attend the complain the undersigned has no way to complain it to the higher authority of your august company & for which the details are as follows :

          I had purchased two split LG Air Conditioner on May 14, 2011. It is not even about 3 weeks not the 1.5 ton has started giving the trouble. The AC is not providing the cooling as it should be. We did inform the customer care and the response was pathetic. First they informed us that they were not able to find any complaints launched, later when we got irrate they informed us that the were able to find the complaint launched. However, I am not sure what LG is trying to do with their Customers. Later the customer care representative gave the Service Center's Supervisor's number to get in touch with. There was no empathy shown by the supervisor "Devi" instead the lady started explaining about the norms.When we asked about the expectation setting she was quite. To a greater surprise LG has hired the supervisor who was not able to communicate in a proper language. Whenever we had called in for the follow up they have promised that the technician will be there in the residence in about 2 hours. We like a fool believing them sit in the house thinking that the technician will be coming. It been about 2 days now and no one has turned up.. This would be most bitter experience ever i would have had in my life time. It is highly disappointing to see the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE provided by LG.

          LG Airconditioners — Worst after sales service of LG

          We have ordered a spares of split AC Front grill cover on 01/08/2008 to LG Branch Office in Surat but till date i didnt receive the spares im not asking for them free of charge im ready to pay the price but they say the part is not available in all over india, if the spares is not available after one year how can they sell the product & advertise in Papers, TV & FM Radio that they are No-1 Service provider in india. Infact the Service Manager Mr. parag Desai is not receiving my call in his mobile No.[protected]. I want the spares which i required or else change my AC with which spares is available in india.

          LG Air Conditioner — Worse repairs and customer service

          Hi Everyone,
          This is a request to all you indians not to buy any LG A/c and if you do, please do not take the annual maintenance scheme. They are just fooling us customers. This is my second experience with LG. I have my LG a/c and had to send it for repair.
          The LG service representative GenNext Service Center [in motilal nagar, goregaon(w) owner:Mr Vaibhav] took our A/c on 16th June 2009 and returned the A/c on 21st Aug 2009 which is after 3 months. And that too after atleast 30 calls to LG + Vaibhav (GenNext service) + Vimesh (who appears to be an LG manager).
          And to add on, my A/c is again not working today on 23rd Aug 2009. These people are just making fool o[censored]s.
          I do not have words to express my anger but I request all my Indians to make a note of these people and also the company itself and spread the news to everyone you know.
          Please do not fall into this trap.

          LG Air Conditioner — Worst LG Customer Service

          The L.G. Service is worst than any other Air Conditioner Company. I had registered a complaint on 30th April 2011 and till now no body has responded and each time they tell for 24 hrs more.

          So my kind request to you all that do not buy any of the LG products as L.G. Customer service is Bull SHeet.

              I had registered a service complaint on 1 st of june , time 8 pm. Till date there has been no response from your service centre. When i called into check, i was informed that the technician will give a call either on 3rd evening or will report your complaint on 4 th st 11 am. Hence, i had taken a days off to be in the house, so that the technician does'nt have to go back finding the house lock. When i called them to know the status , they without any remose saying that he will attend the call if possible on 5th . I had logged in the complaint on 1 st and your sevice team has not visited till date , it is almost 72 hours over and we have brought a product of the trust that we will be given good service and support. now i feel that i had taken a wrong decission of choosing your brand , it is not the first time i have had this experience, it is the third time. I am send this mail this time is because of luke warm response of your staff and no care attitude, which has embrased me.

              We do take the product as per the committment and assurance given by the your staff at the sales counter. But it is latter we find we have done a wrong decission of choosing LG brand for our house hold product. Now that i am in the verge of exchanging few of my home appliance, but the experience has pushed me not to take your brand. More over, one plus one is two and two plus two is 4 and 4+4=8, what i meant is word of mouth canvas can bring down demand for your product.This what had happened to Maharaja brand. Either you render proper support and honour your committment, else................. you can count on for .

              Moreover please render proper training and guide them how to interact with customer with minimum committment for their salary they take.

                My husband Mr. Vinod Kumar purchased microwave model LG MWO 8081 for Rs.12000/- on 23.10.2010 vide cash memo no.45/4488 dt.23.10.2010. So far 3 days mandatory cookery classes have not been provided for which 3 coupons to me thus I am able to fully utilise the microwave and it is a waste of money. Many of my colleagues in office also say so. We have wasted innumerable calls and precious minutes pursuing this business in vain. LG should not have promised what they don't intend to fulfill. This is a bad trade practice. People should beware of such product-marketing gimmicks of LG like companies.

                  I recently purchased a LG Split AC model 5 star. ...I have repeatedly called the helpline and they have assured me of fast tracking the request, however, no action...Compressor not working.......

                  Since then, almost everyday I have been in contact with the customer care executives. Everyday it is the same story that I get to hear from them. All they say is that the service center representative will be sent over to my place the next day.Another common dialogue that I get from the customer case is that the service center had made a call to my cellphone and that I did not answer it. Moreover, every customer care representative that I speak to, asks me to call back and ask for them if the complaint is not attended to the next day.moreover,they blame me and said to go to the dealer.
                  now tell me what should i do.i suggest to everyone that don't purchased lg product because its service is no good.i am waiting when my problem wil solve

                    I have purchase LG fully automatic machine some time back from Vijay Sales. First off all the product deliveried at my place was defective. It had dents all over the body and I had to ask the delivery boy to carry that piece back. It took about 2-3 days after this to get by piece. I had to call the showroom and visit the showroom again and again to get the delivery. I had to be out of town for my personal work and returned on Sunday. I had called up yesterday at around 9:30 AM to ask someone for installation and demo. It was told to me that I will receive a call in 2 hours and the service will be provide within 24 hours.

                    After that I am giving repetative calls to the customer care number and evrytime I call up I am given a new number to be called up and ask for the installation. At about 2:30 today again when I called up I was given the same answer. I made a request to speak to someone senior so that I cam explain my problem but the line was disconnected by the person at the other end.

                    Is this the service that is provided by LG? What kind of customer satisfaction are we getting.

                      Sir,

                      I bought a new LG 1.5 ton split AC bearing Model No. LSA55CR3AAALG through dealer/distributor M/s. Aditya Vision, Kankar Bagh, Patna-800020, Bihar, India on 08/05/2011 after spent Rs.30,000/- approx. (including installation + 4 KW Whrlpool Stablizer). My AC is dead since its installation. The Customer Care of Patna, Bihar din’t give me satisfactory reply right from the day it was installed. I contacted LG Customer Care Service No.[protected] under complaint reference no. RNA[protected],[protected]. After couple of day LG engineers came to my residence and check the AC and said Compressor is dead, its need to be change/replace. But till date LG Service Centre has neither provide standby AC nor my AC is replaced. After spending 30,000/- on LG Split AC, I am not able to use my newly LG AC since its installation. I also approach personally the LG Service Area Manager, Patna, Bihar namely-Mr. Rajesh Kr. Saini, but, he giving only lame excuses, he only passing day by day. He has unable to solve the problem till date for the defective product which LG has sold to me.

                      I also approached Customer Service Deptt., LGEIL via E_mail ID [protected]@lge.com vide my E_mail dated 25.05.2011. Thereafter, Ms. Akanksha Verma, Ms. Shewta Puri and Mr. Ganesh, Customer Service Department, LGEIL-Head Office, Greater NOIDA (UP) has acknowledge my complaint and forwarded to branch office in order to take an immediate step in this regards. But it is very unfortunate that nothing has been heard so far in this regard. The Service Area Manager, Patna Mr. Rajesh Kr. Saini and colleague only harassed me and passing time day by day and also misguiding his seniors about my issue. He has unable to solve the problem for the defective product which LG has sold to me as the 24 days of registration of complaint is already passed.


                      I am 65 years Senior Citizen person and i am suffering from HIgh BP and other Old age ailments. I am not in a position to visit every time to LG non-cooperational Officials. I unable to use my newly split AC since its installation.

                      It is my humble request to give the direction to LG office to replace/change my newly LG split AC with a new one as the above article covered under guarantee of the sold items without any further delay as the LG has sold me defective product.

                      Dear Sir,
                      I purchased an Inverter AC from one of your dealers "Light & Sound" situated at KadamKuan, Patna on the 15 of August, 2015.
                      My grievance is that I feel cheated by your dealer as he didn't informed me about the particular AC he was selling to me that it had only two way swinging facility.
                      I had asked if the Inverter AC would have been there in display / demonstration, it would have been a lot satisfactory for me. He told me that what would I do to see it, There is only one model and therefore, it had meaningless to see the product to get satisfaction as there is no option of choosing between two models.
                      I could know about the two way swinging only after installation of the AC. Later, I could know from your toll free number that there is another model in Inverter AC category which has four way swinging facility.
                      Therefore, I request you to kindly instruct the dealer to replace my AC as it was cheating by him just to sell the particular model.

                        sir i m a customer o[censored]r product( LG refrigerators)... i have purchased refrigerator in 2006.. and from that time i m facing regular problems in my refrigerator... i have lodge complaint at service centre in kota ( rajasthan) by complaint no.RNA[protected]... they are sending there engineers with no reason .. they come twice just to check the refrigerator... the first engineer had full knowledge of our fridge still the second engineer comes... now they are not picking our phones and they are not responding to our calls ... i have purchased my refrigerator by name PRAKASH BAI JAIN.. address:- 1-DHA-2 Dadabari kota rajasthan...please pay attention to my problem and oblidge me.... otherwise i have no options left other then to go to consumer court for the inconvinience happening to us.... waiting for ur respond....                               Dear Mr.Kim,

                              I would like to bring to your notice the continued harassement by your servicing centre. We had registered a complaint on May 5th for the Microwave which had stopped functioning. Accordingly, we were alloted servicing no. RNA[protected]. Your technician visited our house and and on inspecting the microwave, he informed us that there was an issue with the transformer and told us that the same will be replaced within 48 hours.

                              After continuous follow-ups with him for 10 days, your technician came with a transformer which we suspect was not a new one since it was unpacked. On fitting the same, he realised that the microwave was still not working. He then told us that there seems to be an issue with the capacitator. After another couple of days, he brought a capacitator. Still the microwave did not function. At this point he told us that the microwave will need to be taken to the service centre and the same will be repaired there. We had no choice but to hand over the microwave. It was clear that your technicians had no idea what was wrong with it.

                              It's now more than 15 days that we are following up for our microwave but there has been no response from your service centre. We are continuously following up with them on [protected]/[protected]. Your service centre officials promise to call back but never return my call. We are not getting any response or update from them. We do not even know whether our microwave is safe at the serciving centre or whether it has been stolen by your guys.

                              Request you to immediately look into the same and resolve our concern.

                                This is regarding complaint for Split AC 1.5 ton. I had purchased 2 units of split ACs 1.5 ton each of model no. LSA5NW5VF1 in end of May'09. The sl nos of these units are

                                1) 905NLPQ000296
                                2) 905NLHV000297

                                Out of above two units one unit of sl no. 297 has not been functioning properly from the day one. Initially it was having the problem of water seepage from the indoor unit which was due to improper installation of the unit and same was rectified by re-installation.

                                Later on it started giving problem of throwing water droplets with air. Initially it was told that the reason for that was dust accumulation on cooling coil and the same was cleaned repeatedly. With that the service attendants and the company professionals pulled on till the warranty period was going to expire. Only after I took a strong view on that and brought to the task, the senior service engineer attended the problem & it was assessed in cooling coil. The same was replaced in Aug'2010 after a period of more than 2 months. After replacement of cooling coil the unit was tested for 2-3 hrs and seemed O.K. After that we didn't use the AC because of pleasant weather.

                                Now during this season when we started the unit on 9th April we found that there was no cooling at all and accordingly lodged a complaint on 10th April'11 (Complaint no. RNA[protected]. After continuous persuasion with call centre a service personnel visited after a day. He checked the unit and assessed gas leakage problem and told me that as he is not from Gas charging party, he does not have all tool & tackles and the gas charging party would visit the same day. I was also told to pay Rs 1800/- for gas charging.

                                I continued to follow up with all starting from call centre to Mr Shailendra (mob no. [protected]) Ms Chandrika Bala (Mob No. [protected]) which were provided to me by call centre personnel. Later I was given the mobile no. of Mr Ajayan ([protected]) by Ms Bala. I never bothered to take up my call at all.

                                One day while following up my complain I was told that my complaint had been cancelled without stating any reason. Again I lodged a complaint (No. RNA[protected] and I was also told to pursue with service centre. This time my luck favoured and Mr Ajayan took my call on 11th May'11. I was promised by Mr Aijayan that the problem would be resolved the same day, i.e. 11th May'11, but all in vain.

                                Somehow I got the mobile no. of the Branch Manager Mr Ashish Nanda (mob no. [protected]) and by talk it seemed that my problem would be sorted out immediately. But again I am disappointed as no one either turned up nor called.

                                The unit had inherent problem right from the beginning and would have been replaced at the very first instance, but the local office at Jaipur and service provider pulled on with repairs and passed the whole warranty period. In last the cooling coil was changed but the problem still persists.

                                In view of the above now when I am asking for the replacement, I have been told by them that I will have to bear the cost of depriciation to the tune of 45% on my purchase price and the new unit will be provided to me at the present market price. This is open cheating and I am being penalized in the form of depriciation cost for replacement and loss due to increase in prices. As my unit had problem right from the beginning and It never gave its rated performance/result for which I had spent my hard earned money, my unit be replaced unconditionally.

                                Till this incident I was having a very good impression of LG and had recently purchased 2 more units of window ACs for my Delhi home. I had been recommending others too, but now after this experience I am very disappointed with the services of LG. I had never expected that the LG has the policy of sell & forget.

                                Had the branch or service centre shown any interest to take up the problem right at the beginning, this issue wouldn't have cropped up at all. My humble request is that the clear directions be given from HQ to the branch.

                                LG Split AC 1.5 ton. — Improper installation

                                L.G 1.5 ton A.C.unit bought, inatalled on 10.11.08.by service Er.SUHAIL(as read from the signature in the bill)Due to improper installation there was leakage in gas in the nut in the pipe line in the indoor unit.When I notice that there was no cooling effect I was force to call the LG.SERVICE to fix the problem. The mechanic fixed the prblem as leakage of gas and he saw the leakage due to improper tightening of the rcarlessness of the company's service engineer I was put into trouble and mental agony. I request the company to reimburse the amount and make a thorough check of the unit.so that I will not face any problem due to their negligence.

                                  Sir/Madam.
                                  I am very heartfelt to lodge a complaint against your product Lg Washing Machine Model number 95174. I purchased this VM on 13/01/10 through National electronics Sakchi Jamshedpur. Jharkhand.Two months ago the spinner stopped working . On complain a gentleman from Lg Care came and replaced the motor. But i am sorry to say that again the same problem has reoccurred.
                                  I earnestly request you to please kindly help me to get a new VM for this unfortunate ,non reliable VM.I purchased this model because i had a very good faith on Lg Products

                                    I had lodged a complaint of cooling problem of my window AC ( complaint no RNA[protected] Dated[protected], on 26-05-11 one person came from LG side and said that it is necessary to take AC to workshop, but today I have more job and unable to do same today and I will come tommorrow to take AC, but till date no one come to solve the problem.
                                    I had repaired my AC for same complaint 2 months before and they charged Rs 165/- for TPT, though they had dome some repair at my home and at this time also, he had asked for Rs 165/-. What is this? I had taken Happy LG care AMC package, so I am feeling that this is another way to cheat the client and as LG had already charged as LG can, so they are not providing the proper service, though LG claim 211 service.

                                        MY LG SPLIT AC 2 TON HAVING WATER VLEAKEGE PROBLEM / COOLING PROBLEM / AND THE TEMPRATURE DISPLAY MONITER IS NOT IN WORKING FROM LAST 6 MONTHS .
                                        BUT THE EMPLOYEE OF COMPANY ALWAYS SAY DISPLAY MONITER IS NOT INA STOCK . I ALSO TALK TO AREA MANAGER OF CHHATTISGARH .HAE IS ALSO GIVING ME DATE AFTER DATE .
                                        I ALSO NOTE MY COMPLAINT TO LG CUSTOMER CARE THEY PROVIDE ME COMPLAINT NO. BUT THE NESSARY ACTION IS NOT TRAKEN BY THEM ALSO
                                        I ALSO PAID RS 2200 TO EXTEND THE WARRANTY PERIOD OF THIS AC
