I had applied for LIC credit card 2 to 3 months back. It was approved & LIC dispatched it to me (@ my home address) however I never received it. When I talked to the customer service they said that it should be with post office. I went & checked but did not find it. Please send it again. Below mentioned is my personal information.

      licofindia — no action taken after 1 year on application of refund of amount lying with lic of india policy number 641922431

      I have applied for a refund amount of approx 27, 000/- on my policy number[protected] which is lying in lapse but neither they have sent my amount cheque nor they have replied i am in need of that money that is lying with licofindia and is my hard earned.
      one year is a sufficent time to act on a complaint and also it is realy hides of doing unsatisfactory job towards a customer and providing the kind of service which is just unexpected out of a company based on customers.
      sir,
      i had taken a policy (money plus policy no.[protected]. and i have surrendered it on 30th july 2010. more than 2 month has been spent.but still i could not get my refund. so please look in to the matter and take necessary actionand refund my money on the following address.

        I am a LIC Credit Card Holder My Card No is [protected]
        As instructed by LIC Credit Card Division I paid my dues by a Chandigarh Cheque well before due date and put it in the drop Box of Corporation Bank Chandigarh Branch. Corporation Bank Staff presented my Cheque without affixing their clearing stamps on the face of the cheque and presented. Drawee Bank returned the same for want of Corporation Bank stamp and LIC Credit Card Division put me in difficulty by charging late fees. I wrote to LIC CARD DIVISION for reversal of wrong late fee charges and no body respond to my complaints.LIC CREDIT CARD DIVISION is an apology in credit card system, they are lacking professionalism. Now I am ready for surrendering my LIC Credit Card if they are ready for surrendering my wrong late fees charges

        Re: Request for waiver of late fee and interest charges against my lic gold credit card no.-

        In context of above, I would like to mention here that I, Amar Dev Sharma working as Divisional Manager in LIC of India, and holder of the above mentioned card which is a life time free card. I am amongst those card holders who have availed this facility in first phase of issuing of cards to LIC employees.

        I would like to convey further that I have made all the payments dues well before time through corporation bank. It is surprising me that the card section has not been sending any bill at my residential address which has been quoted at the time of application. Even after timely payments, how the authority can demand for late fees and interest charges. Ask your collecting bank, why they are sending cheques late for clearing.

        In this case, there is no fault of mine, so you are requested to waive all charges mentioned above. I hope that you will take care the interest of the customer and give me the justice by informing me in time so that I can avail the facility of your credit card section in future.

        In context of above and with reference to my earlier mail sent to you on 26 September, 2010 at 03:56 pm I would like to mention here that I have not received any communication from your side. Today when I visited Indian Oil Petrol Pump for getting fuel, I found that the LIC card is not in operation.
        I bring it to your kind notice that I have made all the payments well before time. Today when I contacted on your toll free helpline number[protected] there was no response. Thereafter I contacted on[protected] madam Loveleen attended the call but she was unable to reply properly. She gave me another number[protected] Mrs. Mehta attended the call, she also showed her helplessness and gave me another number[protected]. I tried to contact on the given number but nobody picked up the telephone till 3:40 pm.
        In the last there is no alternate except sending mail. I am sending my grievance through this mail that LIC credit card a joint venture with corporation bank is a big failure in providing proper services to its valuable customers. You are again requested to waive off all the interest and other dues as there is no fault of mine since all the payments have been made in time .I hope that the authority will look into the matter without further delay and restore the services of the card with proper intimation to me.

              Hi,

              I bought LIC market plus tax saver policy on 13th Dec 2006 in pune and now i want to surrender it.
              I have shifted to Hyderabad and wanted to surrender the policy here.But the LIC people are telling me that I cannot surrender my policy here, i have to go to pune and surrender my policy there.On top of it, they are saying that it will take 2-3 days time.
              This is a clear case of putting the policy bearer in trouble.When i bought this policy via agent and even when i contacted the LIC people of my branch, they told me that i can surrender it anywhere and now i am hearing otherwise.
              I dont understand the simple part that, shifting location is pretty much obvious in india and why the hell anyone would go to pune stay there for 2-3 days (again here you need to arrange place for stay) and then even after that you are not sure whether your work (surrender the policy) will be done on time.

              This is why people think twice before investing in govt ULIP, because of so much of suffering, because of so much of trouble which they give to the policy bearer.

              This is completely insane that i can do the policy-premain payment online from anywhere, but to surrender it to the LIC, i have to go the base center office.Why kind of rule is this that you can ask the money from anywhere and to get the money back , i have to come to pune.

              I have invested Rs 90000 in the policy in three years and whatever the meagre profit which this policy is giving me will be invested in my trip to pune, arranging stay etc.
              Dont you guys think twice before making such a pathetic policy.

              I clearly felt cheated here by the LIC orgranization.and this is just a wakeup call to all those who are investing in LIC that please dont invest here.Better invest in private sector, these govt policies and nothing but piece of where you roam here and there with no luck and at the end, they will give you so much trouble at each phase of the policy(surrender/premium payment etc) that you will be like fully disgusted.


              This is my sincere request to the LIC people to do something in this regards.I just cannot take 4 days leave to go to pune and stay there (wasting money here again) and surrender the policy.

                sir I haven't received the the current status as on how much i have been deposited till date in this insurance policy. please clarify the same. I will be ever thankful to you.
                we are having more then 10 million lic policy for our family maember, recently we taken one 15lac policy on april 10, but up to date we not receive any bond, spoken lot of time to CBO 15 BRANCH AT KODAMBAKKAM, but we are getting very worst services, i lost my total trust with lic, i spoken mr mahesh today ph no 23450315, but result is zero, our policy no[protected] for rs 15 lac and complain no 272613

                  Sir,

                  My loan a/ no.[protected] file no. 205289, i had closed my loan a/c on 12th August 2010 by repaying all the outstanding balance amount. At the time of closing A/c i was given assurance by jogeshwari (East) branch office that i will receive all the documetns withing ten to fiftteen days but that never happened. After continous follow up with jogeshwari east branch i was informed to follow up with fort branch where nobody respond you properly if fortunetly anyone picks up the phone.

                  Neverthlesss, on 9th September 2010 i was called by jogeshwari (East) branch to collect the original documents. While handing over the documents first party original agreemnet which was between Pandey buuilders and Mr. Avinash S. Sawant given in "Photocopy" when inquired about the original agreement Mr. Vishal Doshi (Area Manager) instead of giving assurnace of looking into the matter tried to fool me by saying the LIC housing finance Limited never received the first party original agreement and had given disbursment of loan on the basis of "Photocopy" of first party agreement and i was told to inquire with first party Mr. Avinash S. Sawant and his loan banker. Now the questing is:-

                  1) How without orignal chain of documents (Regulatory requirement) loan amount is disbursed and how LIC housing finance Limited issued disbusment chque in favor of HDFC bank Ltd. to close loan account of Mr. Avinash S. Sawant (First Party).

                  2) How legal verification documents which lying in jogeshwari (East) branch file no. 205289 clearly states that they have verified original agreement of first party.

                  3) How first party Mr. Avinash S. Sawant share certificate received by LIC housing Finance Ltd. which was there along with first party original agreement.

                  Now, i am on the verge of cancellation of my flat selling negotiation which lead to finanancial loss to me and in furture without first party original agreement i will not be able to sell my flat. I request to reslove this issue.

                    I bought a Builder floor flat. I applied for home loan in LIC housing finance ltd.based upon my profile check and legal valuation of property , My home loan was approved by LIC and a loan agreement was signed between me and LIC housing finance. I was waiting for Loan cheque from LIC at the last instant despite of giving Loan Cheque they said that can’t give me loan As LIC does not do loan on builder floor. LIC also took processing fee of Rupees 5600 from me they kept me waited for 41 days Now I am completely harassed and disgruntled. I have already made 10% payment to builder. I have to make remaining payment to the builder. If my loan is not approved my initial paid amount can be forfeited by builder. I want to sue LIC for their mistake please let me know how can go ahead in this….

                    LICHFL — complete payment not made to builder

                    dear sir,
                    This is to inform you that inspite of submitting the architecr certificate and the payment letter to the LIC. They have not made the complete payment tot he builder as demanded by them. this is only one case where as for others customers from the same project, complete amount has been disbursed from LICHFL. This has resulted in the builder charging us interest for the payment left each day.
                    According to LIC there are two evluators and one of them has evaluated less amount as a result they have made the less payment. this is the complete fault of the LIC and evaluator.
                    Would request you to look into it and take the necessary action ASAP.

                    Pl keep all chain of evidences to reveal that your loan had been sanctioned by LICHFL and on the basis of that sanction u had given 10% of margin money or down payment to the builder. Ensure to tk everything in writing from the company.

                    If they can not disburse the loan after sanctioning the same then they are definately liable for the damages caused to you and compensation including your processing fees alongwith the interest and forfieted amount by the builder

                    Do also tk proper guidance from legal practitioner

                    i have been harrased by Mr. Ashwani Sharma of noida branch Section 18 for keeping my loan application untouched for one and a half months and return back to meafter passing quite some tie
                    kindly inform the address to whome i want to lodge an written complaint through consumer court for compansation for not entertaining my loan Application by your staff Mr. Ashwani Sharma of Noida branch, Sector 18, Ghaziabad, resulting i have to pay the huge interest to my builder just for want of some compliments by the said individual. In this connection I had a telephonic conversation with the Area Manager Ms Lakshmi also on the above subject but all in vain

                      My name is Sameer Narang and i am working in a private bank. In March,2010 I met a LIC advisor named Sanjay Kumar through a friend of mine. I bought a money back policy for Rs.3236 (half-yearly) and give him a cheque of PNB Bank for the same. I told him to inform me before presenting the cheque. But my cheque was cleared on 13 march, 2010 without informing me. But still i am struggling to get my policy. my next premium is due this month but i dont know anything about it. please solve my problem my PNB cheque no was 971871. My contact no is [protected].
                      you may directly contact the branch manager. if you have the receipt, the branch name and the address is written on the same. you can also send a mail to the branch. all lic branches have addresses as [protected]@licindia.com.

                      if no response is received, you can contact any crm manager in nearby divisional office or customer zone.

As per lic policy i must get the bonus commission after completion one year of agency but after the completion of one month I am not received that commission.                           Hi,
                          Today i have paid my premium Rs.4028 through ICICI netbanking in LIC website. Amount has been debited from my bank account. But Receipt has not been generated from LIC web site.it says that " getting transaction status fails". When i check it in a bank, they gave me the transaction number for this payment to track. transaction number is [protected].
                          i am not able to lodge compliant in LIC's website also. it says complaints can be lodged after 6 days of payment. my Policy number is[protected]

                          Please help me on this

                            I RECEIVED LIC CREDIT CARD. I TRIED TO CHANGE THE DEFAULT PASSWORD
                            BUT COULD'NT BUT LIC CHARGED RS.66/- FOR SAME. I WROTE MORE THAN 50
                            MAILS TO THEM BUT DID NOT REPLY TO ME AND AMOUNT IS INCREASING DAY BY DAY. THEY HAVE GIVEN REPLY AFTER 6 MONTHS AND LATE FEES HAS GONE TO MORE THAN 300/- WITHOUT USING CREDIT CARD. IN THEIR REPLY THAY AGREE THEIR MISTAKE BUT UNABLE TO WAIVE THE LATE FEES. WHY I

                              I have a LIC Policy: G10743797. This got maturity in 2004. I visited LIC-Cuttack Branch, They send me to SAMBALPUR branch.

                              I SAMBALPUR they show me the AMOUNT but said your papers are in BHAWANI PATNA. Go there. I went there. LIC-BHABAWANIPATNA says we do not have any record.

                              In the age of 65 how I can manage to visit these branches and how many times
                              from 200 KM.

                                not settled death claim after nearly 4 years

                                I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PENSION FROM JULY 2010 THOUGH I HAD WRITTEN TO LIC P&GS DEPTT LAST MONTH. NEITHER I RECEIVED THEIR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FOR THE REGISTERED LETTER. I USED TO GET TWELVE CHEQUES EVERY YEAR DURING THE MONTH OF JULY.

                                  Dear Sirs
                                  My wife and I hold 20 year Life Policies with policy numbers as follows:
                                  Mrs.Chellammal[protected]; and
                                  Mr.M.Sivathanu Pillai[protected]

                                  We have been resident in Jaipur, Rajasthan for the last five years. We have also paid our semi-annual premium without any lapse. Our policies are expected to mature in March 2011.

                                  We are now planning to relocate to Chennai in December, 2010, for permanent residence with our son in Kolathur , Chennai.
                                  Ever since we moved to Jaipur, I have been writing to LIC office in Koramangala, Bangalore where we had serviced our policies for 5 years before moving to Chennai. We had also called the LIC regional office in Bangalore over telephone several times to transfer our policies to Chennai. The Officers promised to do the transfer; but nothing has been done so far.
                                  We would appeal to you to do the needful and help us to get our transfer as well as maturity value of our policies on time.
