Dear Sir/Madam,
I paid premium of My Policy No.=[protected]; Name of Policy Holder is Praveen Kumar; Service Branch = 314 (Faridabad) and Net Banking Transition No.=4509999 and Net Receipt No.= PR[protected] through Net Banking of licindia.com (ICICI Bank) and i got the net receipt also for your reference i attached the net Receipt here. When i checked the Policy as well as Premium Calender it shows My Policy is due on 30/03/2011 but same i paid on 07/03/2011 through ICICI bank and amount is debited from my account ICICI bank.
please clear these Point why it is not shown paid in Premium Calender as well as in Policy?

    I have applied for the LIC policy which has not been issued to me even after waiting for almost one year, inspite of several reminders & regular follow ups. I fail to understand what has happened to the LIC customer care which it seems not at all bothered about customer complaints. My Application for LIC policy is pending for almost one year and nobody including the agent is looking into the troubles for the end user. Further I felt deceived when came to know that the agent has applied for a policy for 20 years while the premium paid my me to the agent was for 25 years term as informed by the agent himself while calculating the premium.
    Although I have registered a complaint with LIC customer care in the month of september 2010 but nothing has been done till date regarding my complaint.
    I really feel conned having opted LIC for having a policy and am writing this email in genuine distress that how a LIC agent can deceive people working in the Government Sector in name of LIC, this is really very disturbing and compels me to loose faith in the LIC itself even though I already have two policies from LIC No.[protected] and[protected].

    I hope this mail of mine will be considered genuinely and an appropriate redressed will be done.

My problem is that I have got a cheak on date 2/4/2011 amount is 26807/- & ch.no. is 087631 against ch. No.[protected] after getting cheak I have gone to lic office cheak status of my policy then fond that my policy was cylinder on date 15/12/2009 and this ch. Issue is cylinder value . but my policy bond is with me & I have no application give to lic for policy cylinder . how to be this possible or not ,I am very sad to know that . I have discussed with agent then he told me that I have cylinder ur policy & now you can not do any thing. I want to that which paper was used for cylinder the policy without my permission . i hope u give possitive response.

            maybe new rules,fine.

                With regards, I would like to draw your kind attention towards my registered letter sent vide Regd. Receipt No. 3461 dated 15.09.2005 vide which I had sent to LIC Kanpur Branch No. 3 the original policy under Policy No. mentioned in the subject.
                It is to intimate that the said policy stands matured on 28.07.2005 accordingly the same was sent to you so that the payment is made to me. As is aware that about six years have passed since I had sent you the policy but nothing has been received from LIC till date despite my repeated reminders. Accordingly you are requested to kindly do the needful so that the payment is made to me at an early date so as to avoid writing to anyone again and again.
                Hope that your goodself will look into the matter personally and initiate an early action so as to release the payment in my favour.

                  LIC has sanctioned me a Home Loan. I paid processing fees if INR 13,000/-. I applied for loan on 3rd March.I have provided all documents as LIC representative demanded for loan disbursment,They promised me that they will disburse my loan within 15 working days.After paying processing fees, there is no reply from their side. Whenever I am following up for it they are telling different reasons and demanding other documents.After providing those documents ,they are still postponing the loan.

                        I have applied for a loan on 18th Jan'2011 still i have got it and after each and every 15 days they start asking for a new paper ,I have given all the required paper and even they have taken their all fee and still I am waiting for my Loan Amount .I am fed up of it everyday I am going to their office at Asaf Ali Marg,Delhi but they are not even talking to me and telling me why my cheque is not delivered to me.

                          I have been calling LICHFL office for 6 months but they never pick up the phone.
                          LICHFL agents who processed my loan and took heavy money from me are also not responding.There is no customer service ,Taking the loan from LICHFL is the worst mistake of my life.

                            My husband S.Kuppusamy, Watchman, Government Middle School, Lawspet expired while in service on 06.01.2010. One LIC policy No.[protected] subscribed under the Salary Savings Scheme was partly settled (i.e., 20% of the policy amount has been paid to me for which I thank the LIC Pondicherry branch a lot) . The balance amount which is to be paid on monthly basis for the surival of my differently challenged girl child(mentally retarded) SIVARANJINI aged about 9 years is kept pending for more than 10 months. Please interfere in this matter and pass necessary directions to the LIC of India, Vellore Circle, Tamilnadu for immediate settlement so as to meet her education expenses in a special school viz., Sadhay School, Puduchery.                                 I have invested Rs:10,000 in LIC Market Plus,Growth Fund,Plan no:181, policy number :[protected]. I filled up proposal form in SINGLE PREMIUM and B.O. office has entered plan as MULTIPLE PREMIUM. This I came to know after 2 years when i approached B.O. office to know SURRENDER VALUE. They said my policy is under RED.PAID-UP and policy is under YEARLY mode.

                                I have shown the proposal form which was filled by my agent and presented to them. According to that they have accepted that as per your proposal policy should be under SINGLE PREMIUM. But B.O. office has not taken any steps till now. They are not replying to any of my mails which are send to LIC official mail address of CRM.

                                I am tired now and stooped all investment in LIC and telling all my friends/relatives not to invest money in LIC. I don't trust LIC now. Neither they are informing present NAV value nor informing about due amount.

                                I have very good experience with Reliace ULIP plan. They are sending statement every 6 months and i am aware what is NAV of my investment.

                                    I have applied home loan on 14th December 2010. It was told to me by exeuctive that I will get home loan within 15 days. But finally I managed to get sanctioned letter only on 25th Februayr 2011 ( after 70 days)

                                    Now dispite having sanctioned home loan on 25th Feb 11 and all formalities done by me (as required by LICHFL) , they are not releasing cheque ( for due installment amount) . Serval time i have visited my Noida Brnach of LIC but no body is responding there. They are sayin only that file is with back office and they are palying with this.

                                    Irronicially, LICHFL has already charged Rs. 11000/- as processing and which is cleared from my Bank a/c on 21st March 11. But still they are not provindg the cheque amount.

                                    My due date to pay builder was 10th March 2011. and I have demand only Rs, 250000/- from LICHFL against my sanctioned amount of Rs, 20 lcas.

                                    Day by Day I am bearing penalty from Building but No one in LIC his listining to me.

                                    Please help me out of this situatin

                                    Yes, LIC Housing Finance Ltd. is based on rambharose... I think no one should apply in LIC HFL.
                                    i totally agree with Sudhir. We went for LICHFL few months ago and now we are suffering now. I would sugest anyone planning to go for a loan never go for LICHFL. Here are the reasons -
                                    > First of all the agents there are not aware of any rules and policies. Ask them for any information, they start speaking nonsense. When you probe a bit more, they get scared and say they will check with their seniors officials and get back. They do get back with some explanation but there is always a mismatch with what they say and what the officials say. It gets really confusing.
                                    > When we applied for loan, they said we both are eligible for 60plus lacs of loan and sanctioned an loan amount of 32 lacs (thats how much we requested for) based on mine and my husband's salary. They released the first loan amount to the builders. The second cheque was released for a lesser amount, when we questioned them they said we both are elegible for only 30lacks so they can dispatch only 30.
                                    > Before applying for a loan we had checked with them for a topup loan for home interiors and both the agent and the officer said we can go for it without any issues. And so we planned acordingly, but when we approached them for a topup they had a different story altogether. Each had something new to say. First they said the topup loan will be half of what they had committed earlier and after few days they said that there is some problem with the builder and the construction and so they cannot release any loans now. Why didnt they check for all these details when they approved the homeloan to customers (i would also like to mention that 70% of the apartment owners are customers of LICHFL, how was the loan sanctioned to all of these is there was a problem?)
                                    > Each guy in the office has his own rules and policies.
                                    >Finally i conclude by saying that each person in their office is a fraud. Dont ever plan for a loan there. We are really worried of our five year fixed rates of interests that we have opted for at LICHFL, wonder what changes will they make after an year.

                                    We both being salaried employees, it has really become tough for us to go about with these changes made frequently by these guys. Each time you plan something taking their statement into consideration and the next moment you see that you are re-planning everything!

                                      I am registering this complaint on behalf of my brother-in-laws Mr Anil and Mr Sunil Satyen who are deaf and dumb and a Retina pigmentos patient (partially blind). The complaint is as follows:

                                      One of the LIC agent (agent code: 01679929, Dev Officer Code: 0000000) approached us for the LIC policy . All the requisite documents along with the deposit fees of Rs. 12000/- was submitted to LIC through the agent’s representative on 16th Mar 2009.

                                      However, LIC did not accept our request and the same were rejected stating that the applicant are not fulfilling the conditions mentioned in the LIC policy. The agent handed over the acknowledgement photocopy of the cheque deposited to LIC and stated that the money will be refunded and the cheque will be delivered to our home mailing address.

                                      We continuously followed up with the LIC agent stating that the money have not yet been received by us and one fine day, we got the information that the amount has been refunded and sent to our mailing address. We requested the agent to provide us with the proof of delivery and the agent could not produce the proof of delivery details.

                                      We had sent a letter along with the photocopy of acknowledgements to LIC branch. However, not received a single response till date.
