[Resolved]  Lic Of India — NON PAYMENT OF BONUS

Dear Sir/Mam,

I would like to bring to your notice that I have money back policy with LIC and my Policy no. is[protected].

My last 5year’s bonus cheque is returned back to LIC Office, Ratnagiri which you had sent to Vasai, Thane address, because my current address is now changed. Actually earlier I have fill up the form for that and submitted to LIC office, Ratnagiri.

Kindly request you to pls. send my bonus cheque on below mentioned address.

I hold policy no.[protected]. table no.[protected]. On attaing the age of 22, as per policy conditions, I was to receive 30% of the sum assured w.e.f. september 2008 but till today I have not receive the payment. It is despite the fact that I have visited the concerned branch (branch 124, Karol Bagh, New Delhi 110005). I request that necessary action be taken and payment release immediately.
