Sub: Proposal deposit of Rs.:10, 000/- But LIC accept of Rs.5000/- Ref.No.: Policy no.[protected] Dt.:30/03/2007 P.D.P. no.:1728183.Dated .30/03/2007 Dear sir, I beg to inform you that I deposit Rs.10, 000/-Dated.:30/03/07 for LIC Money Plus Policy Yearly premium. I deposit 10, 000/- (Ten Thousand) Through LIC Agent Mr. Hanuman Choudhary Agent Code no.:01295183 and D.O Code.:15183.But LIC issue policy of Rs.1, 00, 000/- and accepts money and give receipt only of Rs.5000/- I talk First time with LIC agent And Bramer Branch Manager.So the Manager say to me this is LIC mistake in your policy. We adjust next premium. I have verbly complaint to second time LIC Branch Manager they have don’t response about this propose. And not adjust in my next premium. due in sep 2007. I go to branch office barmer and I requested to accpect my premium cash for my balance premium. But branch not accept my premium and told to me your case and your docket is sent to division office Jodhpur. This case is very difficult and you are not pay this premium. you wait above said subject result. I am request to the third time B.M. Barmer for regular my policy no.[protected] dt.:30/03/2007.But don’t regular my policy. Kindly do the needful. I am Normal Service man. i receive police from LIC of india Barmer Branch My Policy No.[protected] Dt.:30/03/2007 P.D.P. no.:1728183.Dated .30/03/2007.
lic mistake in my policy and i request and Complaint to LIC Office Barmer And to Jodjpur Division. but no sole my problem.

i have taken a ULIP policy of LIC named Market Plus, policy no.[protected] on 15th nov. 2007.
As per the pollicy i have paid the two installments already. The second installment was paid on 20th Jan 2009. As indicated in the receipt given by LIC office Dehradun, it is being said that the number o[censored]nits will be indicated in a separate bond which will be posted to my address.
Now that its almost two months but i have not received any such paper indicating the units alloted to me. My agent Mishra through which i have taken the policy is alos not helping me out.
When i call up the Doon Office, nobody replies.
Kindly do the needful

I beg to inform you that I surrender my policy no.[protected] dt. 12/02/2003 for LIC jeevan rekha. Policy Yearly premium, I deposit till year 2008 ( yearly Premium is Rs. 7990.00 ) Through LIC Agent.
My application is going on Feb., 2009. I go to branch office CBO-5 ARYA NAGAR, Kanpur many times, But CBO 5, ARYA NAGAR, KANPUR Office replied working in process and your policy was sent for futher action in head office mall road branch. I am in troble because my payment is not recieved since two-thrree months. my waiting capacity is enough above said subject result.
I am request to the surrender value recieved immedialy, my policy no.[protected] dt. 12/02/2003 .

In my case also, I have submitted written application and also submitted enrollment form for address change but it almost 2nd month going to end but address has not been changed 100%. Who will responsible If I will not get my amount (Cheque) under money back policy which is due in the month of July'09 at my home address.
