article envelope chalan no. 50151005 dated 09.03.2010 not delivered to mumbai till today

I booked a packet from Satna for Gurgaon vide packet no. 19256880 on 8-Mar. They took the packet and promised that it would be delivered within 2 days. It came to Gurgaon and Gurgaon people sent it back without even contacting the recipient saying that "No coverage in the area"
If this was the case, then why these people took the packet at Satna without enquiring about coverage status.

These people are real people and their services are totally useless. They are very rude in behaviour and it is suggested that this company should be banned from providing courier services.

My one of the important documet which is sent from indore on 9/2/2010 from indore to hubli,which is contaning a very important document which means a lot to me,if i would have received within time i would have participated in govt supples tender,but these stupid courier till now dint gave delivery to me.so i lost the tender due to this courier service,none of the staff response properly to the customer nor the delivery point staff nor the booking point staff.even i had complained to the headoffice bhopal they to neglected the thing by saying that they will call us.but till now i dint received any call nor any nformation.
I already lodged a complain to head office and also at bangalore, but they are also not giving me proper information about the product, they are saying me very soon we will get the product. As per the headoffice policy, we should get the product within 3 working days.

One packet of documents were not delivered to my residential address even after countinous followups the staff was unable to identify that were it was gone.
It was sent from Kaithal, Haryana to Faridabad, Haryana on 22nd Jan, 2010 and was not recieved till date.

Pls solve it as its really very urgent.The Document No. is 86025796.

I HAD BOOKED ONE ENVELOPE FROM NAGPUR ON 21.12.2009 FROM BRANCH OFFICE OF MADHUR COURIERS i.e. PRAKASH OPTICALS, OPP. PANCHSHEEL CINEMA, NAGPUR, VIDE RECIEPT NO.- * 28261591 *.

FOR ARJUNI(MORGAON), DISTT.-GONDIA (M.S.) WHICH IS JUST 120-150 KMs i.e. 3-4 Hrs APART FROM NAGPUR.

BUT THE SAME NOT DELIVERED TILL 15 Hrs OF 23.12.09. WHEN ENQUIRED TO PRAKASH OPTICALS OFFICE THEY TOLD THEY HAD ALREADY SUBMITTED TO MAIN OFFICE AT GANDHIBAGH, NAGPUR ON 21.12.09. BUT GANDHIBAGH OFFICE TOLE NON-RECIEPT OF ANY SUCH COVER.

IT WAS VERY URGENT AND NEED TO BE DELIVERED BY 22.12.09. BUT THEY HAD FAILED.

CAN I TAKE SHELTER OF LAW FOR SUCH SERVICES.

I had ordered a product from homeshop18 on 8/10/09(order no[protected] and was delived the product for which I paid 2000 Rs in cash. however the product was not in proper condition.I placed a complaint with homeshop18(comp no[protected] and I was asked to retun the product and they agreed to give me the replacement once the product reaches them.BUT since TNT courier wchich they are tied up with dint provide any service in Bhopal I returned the product through Madhur courier(doc no[protected] on 5/11/09. This doc no has been provided to homeshop18 but they say it not traceable. Madur courier says that they delivered the productbut are not providing any POD. But no one knows where the packet has gone .Now, I nither have the product nor the money. Where should I go....what should I do...

I want to complaint against 'Madhur courier service' for not delivering of my courier which had been sent by my parents from Jabalpur to Indore .From last 1 week i hadn't receive my courier, i had inquired from Jabalpur office they replied that had already sent my courier to Indore.I had gone to Indore Madhur courier office for asking of my courier but they were not giving any response but they are just refusing it.My courier contains 2 imp. books of my company secretary institute for my study purpose and some homeopathic medicines,most specifically those books are very important for me.Please contact me in this number,[protected].
So,i request u 2 please look after my complain against Madhur courier office of Indore.

Hi, My name is prakash Wase. I have send a courier through Madhur Courier (Raipur) on 14/11/09 receipt number 28342147 which is supposed to be delivered on 16/11/09 at kolkata. The courier is not yet delivered and the person at nagpur office is not taking any responsibility neither at kolkata office. There are some important document in the courier. Please look after my complaint and let me know the status of my courier.

i have send one document to kolkata from kasdol on date 23-09-09 by madhur courier.. the docket was not deliver and not return...

we had given Courier to Madhur Courier Services (Jalgaon), address: 120/121, 1st Floor, Central Fule Market, Jalgaon. The Same was Hand Delivery to Mumbai (Andheri) on 10/08/09. Courier contained IPO application form of NHPC, which are still not recieved at Consginee's address. When enquired at the Office of Madhur courier services, they gave us the POD no: 17082, and said that the same has been delievred.After few days they come back with an excuse that the Delivery Boy had misplaced the Document, which has never ever happened before. Today the Document was of high importance since it had chq's, IPO form, and DD. Now who will bear the financial loss on allotments of shares on NHPC applied by investors ?

on 29 july we posted rakhi(serial no.[protected] through madhur courier services to chhattisgarh(ambikapur) containing rakhi worth Rs 550.The packet has not yet reached and they are trying to make a fool out o[censored]s by giving so many contact no. and they are saying they are not responsible for the parcel. they should be punished for their irresponsibility .

MY SISTER BOOKED A COURIER BY MADHUR COURIER RATLAM BRANCH BY DOC.NO.55041492, DT-3/08/09 TO INDORE, IN THIS ENVELOP THERE WAS SOME RAKHI & SOME AMOUNT OF MONEY IN RUPEES BUT COURIER NOT RECEIVED TILL 6/08/09 TO ME, WHEN I ENQUIED TO INDORE BRANCH OF MADHUR COURIER TOLD ME THAT CONTECT TO CLOTH MARKET BRANCH, THEY WILL DISTRIBUT THE DOC BUT WHEN I ENQUIRED TO CLOTH MARKET BRANCH IT WAS SAID THAT THE ADDRESS WAS WRONG AND REBOOKED TO RATLAM DT-08/09/09, WHEN I CHECKED DETAIL IN THE SITE OF MADHUR COURIER IN ENTERNET THERE WAS SURPRISED THAT IT WAS REBOOKED TO RATLAM DT-11/08/09 AND RECEIVED BY MY SISTER AT RATLAM BUT SURPRISED THAT THERE WAS NO MONEY IN THE ENVELOP AND MONEY WAS STOLEN
MANY COURIER RECEIVING BY ME FORM LONG TIME BY SAME ADDRESS FROM VERIOUS COURIER SERVICES AND GOVT POST DEPARTMENT ALSO, IT IS CLEAR THAT THE COURIER FRENCHIESS WAS TELLING LIE, IT IS CLEAR MONEY THIEF BY PERSON OF BRANCH OF NASIA ROAD INDORE OR CLOTH MARKET INDORE AND THE FRENCHIESS OF RATLAM CAN NOT DONE LIKE THIS BECAUSE FAMILY OF MY SISTER KNOW WELL TO HIM HE IS HONEST PERSON .

i have sent a courier from pune to allahabad on 25th of may, 09 (C.no.[protected]and it is not yet recieved till 8th may. i have asked so many times to check what happened they never responded satisfactorily.

I have shifted household goods and computer (CPU/Monitor) with Madhur Courier from Guwahati (Assam) to Tiruchirapalli (Tamil Nadu). The total shipment of the good was 273 Kgs and Madhur courier has chargerd Rs. 55 per Kg. During the agreement of supply of goods they had agreed that I need to pay an advance of 50% of total shipment, the balance will be paid after I have received the goods in good shape. Poor condition of the goods are even mentioned in the delivery form.

My goods have damaged beyond repair, CPU totally damaged, the steel trunks are mangled showing very poor transport and handling process. If you look into the website of Madhur Courier (http://madhurcourierservices.com/) you would not find the telephone number of their head office. I have sent an email to the respective email ID but it had no response. People at Madhur Courier service are giving threatning calls everyday to get the remaining payment. When I ask about my damage then they are not interested in it, they even do not agree any damage to the shifted material.

i have sent the courier on 05/05/2009 from Khamgaon to Mumbai, and today is 15/05/2009 still i have not received the courier.

The courier contains important passport size Photos which i need to submit to Ejamaat Office for wedding purpose.

I am calling the Madhur courier head office (mumbai) ph no :[protected], and talked to Mr Surendra and Mr. Kishore but they are not ready to listen only, i have called atleast 15 times.

the person in the Madhur courier office khamgaon saying, my job is just to sent the courier, and we dont provide any acknolodgment.

please help.

i am giving a national level exam common law addmission test..my father courierd my admit card to me from my home town of rewa to bhopal.they haven't delivered my courier since one week & when i called them on phone they talk with disrespect.

One of my coonsignment had not delived to the consignor. Consignment cover booked at Sanchore, Jalore Dist, Rajasthan. to Guntur of Andra Pradesh. Consignment Booking No:67371850, date of Booking[protected].

I am Rabikant Thakur and one of my frien has send the courier from your branch office (Kankroli (Rajsamand, Rajsthan)).The doc no of my courier is 67643159 but still i did not found my courier and that was very important. when iwas asked to your dispatcher courier man (Mr. PALIWAL ([protected]))about whole scnario then he reply too rudly and asked we are not responsible for your courier Again i spoke to the receiver (In hyderabad) then he told that we don't have any information about your courier. Please contact to the dispatcher branch.

Could you give the assurance about my courier?
Colud you give the reply of my mail ?
Could you please take the action against that unmanner and chip mentality man?

--This is not the first time with me. I have faced the problem so many time with same courier man and branch.

Finally, I am fed up with your courier service and in future i am not going to think to use your services.

Note: I am requesting to you that if you doing the business like " MONKEY" By this way.I am pretty sure your courier service is going to give you profit and success. I thought you should provide the currect way to the customer and resolved the issues on priority. I have also decide to move in the consumer court for the whole scnario.

Could you please advice what i need to do? and i hope you would be provide me the some satisfactory help.

I had sent a documents to my father in law, who is staying in Kolkata, through Madhur Courier, Gwalior on 30/12/08.While enquring on 07/01/09, I found that the document did not reach the destination and the courier agnecy called up my father in law to collect the document from Howrah which is appox 30 km from my in laws house and father in law being a 63 yrs old person he requested them to deliver the same at the provided address which they...

This is related to courier sent to me from Jashpur Nagar (chattisgarh) to New Delhi no 60608857 on 9th of Nov'08.
That Courier had an admit card of mine i had my exam today that is 16th Nov'08, i was preparing for this exam since last 2 yrs and i didnt recieved this courier yet.
When i tried tracking it online it gave me some unrecognizable figure.
there is no contact no of this company online where i would have called and ask for information. there is only one email address even on that i send an email stating all my concerns but there was no reply. i guess 6 days are enough for courier delivery within India.
Just because of it i was not able to appear on my exam. And still there is no revert from this courier guys. Kindly look into this matter. I am attaching the courier below for ur reference.

It has an admit card and i have my exam tomorrow will not be able to
appear for my exam if i dont get it.
