[Resolved]  Mahindra & Mahindra — defective parts and non cooperation by Mahindra

Sir,

I had purchased a mahindra xylo E8 , from day one both front discs are emiiting a black carbon like residue which accumulates on the wheels, also when you hit the brake it produces such a loud screech which is unbearable. The clutch is so hard that after driving for 50 kms only u feel so tired. We had reported all these problems to M/s Koncept AutoMobiles from 1st service onwards but nothing was done, finally we had lodged a complaint on Mahindra customer care and Mr.Vivek Dixit from mahindra contacted us, but he also did not rectify the issue citing that the brake pads had worn out and we will have to pay for there replacement.

My care has just run 17000kms and they say that the brake pads have to be replaced. I am really dissapointed with the xylo and so called mahindra customer care.
So please help in taking this matter to the highest authority.

I purchased a xylo car model no.E8ABS on 01/04/2010 at 6.00 pm at SHIVA AUTOMOBILES, TRICHY, OWNER NAME:BALADHANDAYUDHAM. the next day(02/04/2010)morning i found a pit on the top portion of the car.the above it has been painted on the top.immediately weinformed to the showroom where we bought. they said 03, 04, 05 of april is a holiday.we will take action on monday they said.I took the car on monday(05/04/2010)morning 9.45am. they are saying that we will rectify the fault and give. we are buying a new car of cost 9, 38, 000.i dont know what is the name of the new car, they are giving us a holed car.how can we buy that, we are paying the money for new car without fault, notfor the repaird car.i already informed the customer care, no action from them also.can u help me reg this.i need a new car not the fault one.

I have purchased a Mahindra Xylo E8 last month . while driving with the a/c on at low speed with the vent directed to the wind screen the front glass got fogged outside. when I stopped the the a/c the fogging was inside. I had to drive the whole way with the wiper on . when I contacted another user of xylo, he also said to have the same problem . Please suggest what to do .
had purchased a mahindra xylo E8 in march 2010, got serviced twice(done 8000 km only) immediately after second service i noticed that front shockers are making noise on speed breaker. car was sent to koncept dealer workshop in delhi (35 km from my place) they repaired and assured me and took some charges. very next day i found same problem with more noise, contacted workshop manager but not ready to sent technical person to my place as it is not possible for me spent one day and drive 70 km because of their fault in providing disgusting service by incapable and inexperienced technical staff. shall i drag them to consumer court fo providing insufficient service.

I am really disappointed with the xylo and so called mahindra.

I am owning Mahindra Xylo E8 model. I have also experencing the above complaints like front discs emitting black carbon & loud screech noise while applying brakes.

Respected sir I have been booked xyloh4 withabs sliver mist colour on 5.9.2013 in jain cars mahanidra in thriuvannamalia and they promies to deliver on r before 25th of the same month but still now they not delivered I have advancad a50000rs on 5.9.2013 and the remaning amount of 9lakh
39thousan231rs as ddno(937569)from pnb bank is also been paid on 25.9.2013 but still now vehicle is not delivered so pls make delivery by 04.10.2013 r I will cancle order and have to go conusmer court the jain car is also nor responding for exchange of vehicles I had a bolrezlx of 2007modle asked for exchange andgo for xylo, but they never responed to it frowich I have lose an 20000rs exchange offer .so ihave to foreced to sell for another company even though I had faith on mahindra cars and booked xylo but the delive and serivce is been too worst .my order form no.
