Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that we had purchased our Maruti Wagon-R LXI car from one of reputed / famous dealer of west region in the year 2007 bearing registration No. – DL-9C-N-6619.
In the year June 2008 we installed CNG kit approved from the same dealer, before that the vehicle was alright and smooth in driving except some small problem which I already informed them time to time and shown to you in our vehicle history as mention below.
Earlier we many time lodged a complaint of a abnormal sound coming from all doors which is still coming and due to which a person loose his / her concentration on driving.
Also we lodged a complaint of left side shocker and / or suspension problem, till date it was not recognized / documented / predicted by them – same problem we are facing today also.
From last summers, we are facing problem of over-heating and we also lodged a complaint of same but till date not recognized by them.
We had also lodged a complaint on Maruti Udyog Limited web site then I received a call from this dealer for submitting my vehicle at their service station at Mayapuri Phase – II, New Delhi. Accordingly I took my vehicle there and they changed radiator fan motor and one rubber and made a bill of Rs.4, 500/- (approx) but after so many discussions held between us for the same then they had taken it in warranty but thereafter they had charged Rs.837/- from us and give assurance for smooth driving. We were also advised by them (Mr. Sanjay Pal) to drive it for at least 1000 km, if again problem arises then only give a call to us, we will definitely provide you our best service.
We had taken delivery of our vehicle after above repairing on 06th May 2010 but after a week of time today we again faced a problem of over-heating and we immediately made a call to Mr. Sanjay Pal and inform him about the incidence but he refused to listen and way of his behavior was not good. He also refused to provide the contact details of workshop Manager (Mr. Rayal), which is also a part of harassment, so need your intervene in this case.
I have to spend all the day there. It is not expected to be harassed by your authorised service centre like this, I am very much disappointed with your service centre, they always assure that we will look into the matter and inform you but never any information comes from their side. Will you please look into the matter and arrange for rectification of my vehicle problem or I have to change my car brand, because my nearest Maruti Service Centre is that DD Motor and I don't want to be harassed by them. Please do something and inform accordingly.

Maruti Suzki has taken serious action against theses dealers so that they sort out the problem of the customer. Becoz company is making the car for the WE PEOPLE

This is for your information that, M/Shaurya Motors who is your authorized dealer for Jammu provision, is doing wrong commitments & their executives too. Moreover they people are retaining the schemes whatever the company is providing to their customers, in this regard kindly take some necessary action against the said party. Otherwise I am bound to write such act in daily paper against the whole group of Maruti .
Meanwhile, I once again requesting to your good self for my discount which is lying with shaurya motors kindly help me out for reimbursing the said.
Hoping there will be fortunate respond from your worthy end.
