[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki — bad service

this is with regards to my vehical number MH31CR4995 which HAS send at an service station in nagpur called maruti automotive UNDER THE GUIDENSE OF MR KULKARNI who is an incharge of that station.this is the first time i have send my vehical for servicing at that station and from the day i have received my car from servicing my batery is not under operationand after making complaint from atleast 10 times or rather more than that no is taking care of my battery. my car is standing at my residence without the battery for more than an week and i have received any replaceable battery nor an new battery which is under warranty period. as an costomer am felling great hard ship and incovinenece so its an humble request that an proper course of action should be taken against the servise station regarding such an horrible service in respect of my car . am sengind this complaint so that i should be given proper response in regards to my complaint.

please take this matter very seriously

I booked a Maruti Swift Car (White colour) with M/s Aalianz Automobiles, Kamal Cinema Building, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi on 1/10/2008 and an amount of Rs.5000/- (cash) for booking and Rs.50, 000/- in connection with CNG Kit (vide cheque No.124433 of State Bank of India, Ambedkar Nagar, New Delhi) was deposited with the above said firm. As their was inordinate delay in the delivery of the vehicle, I requested the said dealer to allow me to buy the car from M/s Rana Motors. The dealer agreed to our request and I purchased the car from M/s Rana Motors. Though M/s Aalianz Automobiles has refunded the amount of booking that is Rs.5000/-, he has not refunded the amount of Rs.50, 000/- which was deposited for CNG Kit in spite of my repeated visits to his showroom. He is not only denying refund of Rs.50, 000/-, his behaviour is also rude and he used abusive language whenever approached. When I expressed my intention to approach the Consumer Court in this connection, he rudely stated that “I am not bothered, you may go to any Court” and even said that not to call him again for this purpose any more. I, therefore, request the competent authority in the Maruti Udyog to help me to get my refund and they are also requested to take appropriate action against the erring dealer, that is, M/s Aalianz Automobiles as this dealer is bringing bad name to reputed automobile firm, that is, Maruti Udyog Ltd. An early action in the matter shall be highly appreciated. Intimation in this regard may also be sent to me.

Maruti Suzuki — misscarried during service time

I HAVE GIVEN MY CAR TO APRA FOR SERVICE. WHEN I GOT MY CAR BACK AFTER SERVICE I SAW A DENT ON THE ROOF OF CAR. I COMPLIANT ABOUT THAT TO THEIR WORK MANAGER, HE TOLD ME THAT THEY CAN EITHER REPAIR THAT OR THEY CAN COMPENSATE FOR THAT IN OTHER SERVICE.. I WAS SHOCKED WHEN I WENT TO SELL MY CAR TO A CAR DEALER, THEY TOLD ME THAT DUE TO THAT DENT THEY WILL PAY 30000 LESS JUST BECOZE OF THAT DENT ON THE ROOF. SO I REQUESTED U TO TAKE A STRICT ACTION AGAINST APRA AND GUIDE
i have maruti alto purchased on july08 i have given several times complain within freeservicing period regarding gear sound and AC sound but no one is bother to rectify the complaint in the servicing centre even a big noisy sound comes from the door part but the same responce

I purchased Maruti Suzuki Ritz Zxi on 28.05.2009 from Bright4wheels, Lucknow it's registration no UP 32 TC 0642 A the 4 tyre with alloy wheels fitted are 185/70 R14 but 5th tyre (Stapne) without a alloy wheel being of different size is of 165/80 R14 why explain reason in respect of 5th tyre only?

I am working in a Hdfc Bank as assitant manager and daily updown to another location and free on sunday only.I purchased a Maruti 800 from Swani Motors Jalandhar in 2004 but last sunday i face very difficult situtation when the service supervisor of the company has misguide me after service that your car is now working fine but on the very next day when i am going to the office in the Maruti the clutch of the car has damaged without any valid reason.After this i call to the company supervisor and as per telecon with him they a advised me to coming on the next sunday (ie.on[protected] but i very disagree regarding this company when the guard of the company has told me that company has been closed on this sunday then the why this notice has been put up on the company gate " 7 days working " .As per

I leave the vehicle at 12.40pm and received at 18.25 on a same day.But after reaching our home when we checked then found that there is no any cleaning in doors and no greasing also. Because of that there is so noise at opening and closing the door.
When we communicate that to your service adviser Mr. Amar singh cell no-[protected].then he directly ignored to accept any thing, then what have to be done for that .To seeing these activities how we accept that what is checked by your engg. in our vehicle.
Hence now suggest me for next action because I have paid complete charges for the service.

please refer the e mail sent you on 08/05/2009 regarding my Baleno car ( reg.no. KL 23-4675, chasis no. MA3EEJ9 IS 00133422, engine no. G 16 BBN 527534, purchased from Sitaraman& Co. Trissur, Kerala, on 18/01/07.) The vehicle is lying inthe workshop of POPULAR VEHICLES & SERVICES, KOLLAM, KERALAM. for more than 2 weeks
The full set(ie pully, crank lock, shaft, etc.) including shaft has to be replaced now as reported by your authorised dealer POPULAR VEHICLES & SERVICES, KOLLAM, KERALAM. I have been informed that it is due to manufacturing defect so happened.car is just completed around 18500 k.m only& and 2 years.
I kindly request you to take personal initiative to get it replaced
free of cost.
We can proceed only after getting your reply. Awaiting favorable action on your part at the earliest.

have purchased one WagnoR VXi from your Jamnagar Dealer, in the month of April, 09 which gives poor average (12 km/lt on highway). Before Servicing it was giving 13 KM/ltr., but after Servicing it gives only 12. km/Ltr. in High way. The horn is also not working properly. At the time of first servivce we have informed this facts to your dealer, but they have set it 3 time setting, but still not working. Pls
advise them for replacement. It takes Rs. 75/- to go to your service station from our place. What about average? you promised 17.1 km/ltr (govt tested).
Pls let me have your valued decision.

I AM AN OLD FAN OF MARUTI BY DEFAULT, BUT RECENTLY A NUMBER OF QUALITY PROBLEMS WERE COMING IN MY BALENO VEHICLE. I GOT MY VEHICLE SERVICED AT YOUR NARAYANA WORKSHOP BUT THE PROBLEMS RELATED TO BREAKS, NOISE AND TYRES ARE CONTINUING.
I WROTE TO MARUTI AND RECEIVED LETTER NO. 0810/NFO/PSF/CDS/2009/04:111 DATED 09/05/2009.
I TELEPHONED NARAYANA ON 02/06/2009 IN REFERENCE TO THIS LETTER BUT THERE WAS NO RESPONSE, PERHAPS YOUR GENTLE INTRAVENTION WILL GET THINGS MOVING.
I ALSO FAXED MY COMPLAINT AT VASANT KUNJ HO AND NARAINA BUT NO RESPONSE.
IS THIS THE WAY MARUTI TREATS ITS CUSTOMERS .

I am your customer for Maruti- Alto. Last month you have visited to my office in connection with your customer survey. We hve discussion regarding satisfactory service and any other issues regaring vehicle. You have given me your visiting card and asked to contact if you any problem.

As a customer I want to share you one thing which I have observed. One person visited to us last week and showed us weakeness of security norms. You have provided us door lock facility but that door lock can easily be opening with the help of steel scale. and he had shown us domo of the same. Person was saying that he has worked with maruti suziki for 7 years. and company also aware of such defect of safety norm. He has started his own business of removing such derect for Rs. 650/-.

My question regarding is if maruti suzuki such big no one company in india. leave such defect knowngly will lose it image in market. If you want to be a leader in market you should be alert in such things.

As a valuable customer i need to focus your attention to real fact. And your action & implemention.

matuthi/altocar — fails to provide the auto card

I am ramaro working as accounting consultant.i have purchased a alto at mithra showroom himayat nagar
hyderabad. after all the enquries i have chossed alto due to the offer provided by the executive. i.e,
auto card.they are provided the financial assistence with kotak mahender. due to the nonfullfill of the offfer
of auto card, iam also not paid the instalments to kotak properly. before[protected] i was pending 3
instalment., and i said iwill give you a cheque it will pass on[protected] defnetly. the collection executive
not accepted and takenover the vechile.and it was sold to their friend at cheep cost.

Now they are demanding the diffrence cost of Rs.95, 000/-.

as accountant i have planed the credit facility of auto card to pay the instalment.
the company failed to provide the facility, aswell as iam also failed to pay the instalments to the financer.

Complaint :- Non Satisfaction regarding the service given by the M/s Prem Motors

Sir,

I had purchased one Maruti A- STAR on 23rd of Apr'09. During one & a half month service, I have faced the following problems with the dealership / vehicle
1. Horn of the vehicle not working properly
2. Even after first service the pick up of the vehicle is not good.
3. I had also complaint that either shocker / leaf spring are not in a position but M/s prem Motors in Jaipur is not in a position to give me the satisfactory reply as they are following any ISO standard method to solve the customer complaint


So pl revert what sould I do, whether I should go to th consumer forum or not ?

Maruti Suzuki — Rusting

I bought my Maruti Suzuki in Apr 2006 from Spectra. The doors of the car started rusting in six months and Maruti replaced all the doors in late 2007 accepting this as a manufacturing defect. The doors again started rusting after next six months. The obvious cause is that the new gates which were put were either not new or were not painted properly. Spectra motor tells me that rusting is because of the whether condition but why would a car always rust at one pirticular spot while the rest of the car does not get affected by wheather at all. I feel the product quality given to me was poor and Maruti should take responsibility of this.
