Dear Sir/Madam

I had booked my Swift VDi (ABS), Colour AWhite, with Berkeley Automobiles Limited, #24, Industrial Area, Phase-1, Chandigarh on[protected]Receipt No. C16632).The mentioned dealer had promised me the delivery within 8 weeks But after the 5 months I have not received the car till today.So may I know the reason why it is so delayed.Please let me know the status of my car.

I purchased a car Wagon R LXI (p), Engine-Chassis No.[protected], from M/s Kuldeep Motors Pakka Bagh Etawah U.P. All Payment (ie. Regist. Fee. & Vehicle Cost ) done by me on dated[protected] but Dealer told me, on dated[protected] that Regist. Fee in Increased so kindly pay to me diff. of regist. fee. vehicle invoice issue on dated 10-11-09 while my vehicle purchased on dated[protected].
Sir I deposit the regist. fee (Rs. 10, 276.00) which is required on same date this fee increased after two days so why I beard the difference of regist. fee. Dealer want to refund my regist. fee at present.
Incase of refunding my regist. fee than i want to refund my all Payment I have to agree returned the Car.

    Battery problem (not working on self start etc.) information given to dealer on dt. 20/10/009 at 11am & deposit it in workshop on the same
    next day on dt. 21/10/009 at 16hrs. when it was checked again in workshop it shows 6.8Amp. only (after 12hrs.) & we dropped it the next day.(3rd day) on dt.22/10/009 at 16:30hrs battery again shows 10.5Amp's only & mechanic recommended to change the battery but work shop manager said that it will take minimum 10 days to replace .we have no extra stock of batteries in our workshop .i shocked to hear that
    10 days for a battery! then what type of service provided to us .it should be changed in one or same day by you but he said again its our procedure & take time i want to know what is the procedure which take 10 for a battery & why we purchase your product if we are harassed

      I have a Swift vxi (MH12 DS 1903). This was bought in Pune. I have shifted from Pune to Bangalore due to my job and avail service for my car from one of your authorized service center "Bimal Auto" Kanakpura Road Branch.

      I gave my car for servicing (Oct 20, 2009 at 08:30 in the morning) to your so called authorized showroom and at the end of the day i get my car back with my HEADLIGHTS disconnected and dashboard broken. They did not even inform me that my car was ready. It was 5 PM when I decided to go in person to check if my car is ready for delivery.

      The car was not to be seen in the area where the servicing is done and after 15 min they bought the car for a test drive. The car was repaired and no one even bothered to inform me about it. In the morning I gave absolutely clean car for servicing as i get my car cleaned every day at my place. However after the test drive I saw the condition of my car, it was dirty and covered with dust. When I asked them to wash it ......their reply was to bring it back on Sunday for washing. However with little arguments the car was taken for a wash.

      I took my car out from the showroom.

      The problems i had in my car for which i gave it for servicing were;

      • Shocker tightening- Which I don’t think has been done as it still makes noise on bumps
      • Vibration Noise- For which they changed the rear wheel bearings(THIS HAS BEEN TAKEN CARE OFF)
      • Low Pickup- For which they asked me to replace the Clutch Plate....which i refused
      • Tappet Adjustments- I don’t think anything has been done on that too
      • Front Door Rattling- That’s not been touched again.

      On top of it when i took out my car at night my head lamp connection was out and dashboard lock has been broken.

      This is not the first time i am having a bad experience with Bimal Auto. a year ago they fiddled with my gear box and spoiled my 5th gear. It used to create a loud humming sound when I use to engage my 5th gear. They did not get the part for ages and finally I had to get it repaired from Sai Service Pune.

      I want to suggest Maruti Udyog to get rid of these agencies as they are spoiling the brand name.

        We booked a swift Dezire in Aug 09. Delivery mentioned to us was 10 weeks. We kept on following up with dealer, whose responce used to be that " company is not responding to querries & we will let you know as soon as we hear from them". While they kept saying this they wrote a letter in parallel stating there is a delay of four weeks and tentatively delivery will be three & half months, which works out to delay of 5 weeks in eight weeks.This shows that Suzuki India has no control whatsoever on their own scheduling. This is bound to reflect on quality also.

        When I phoned up dealer for clarification on this lack of co-ordination in their organisation, I was told that I can go for a "Ritz", which is same technology. It is a pity that the company has produced a car which is probably not selling in the market and the company is trying devious means to push it. I have test driven Ritz and find it not worth the money being charged. My assesment was vindicated, when I saw a brand new Ritz broken down on road and the owner tearing his hair.

        Now company instead of trying to push sub standard ( Zen Estillo, SX4 - some examples example ) products in market by trying to brow beat customers, should hike up the production of their good products instead of making customers unhappy.

        I know, this suggestion / complaint also may face same treatment as others where no corrective action has been for months togather. However, I write this as human beings are always hopeful.

        Maruti Car — misguiding people and monopoly

        sir,
        i am from shimla and there is only one dealer here of maruti suzuki i.e goyal motors taradevi shimla. as it is the only maruti showroom in the distt they are having a monopoly over here. i wanted to purchase maruti swift from here and thek told me that it ill be delivered with in 7 days of bookin. but once they got my booking advance they are not picking my phone up and its been 20 days they havent given me my car. they know that i have given advance and now they are not attending me .
        i want to bring this in notice to the maruti suzuki comany.
        they are also asking for a compulsary insurance from their own showroom otherwise they are not willing to gave me the car. this is totaly rubbish and i want you to take some action against it.

          DEAR SIR, Dated: 14th October, 2009



          Subject: Defective/Rattling tyres of Wagon R Lxi (Nov 2007), Tyres make: JK tyres - XP ULTIMA



          I feel proud to be a member of Maruti family and I have always been fond of Maruti products owing to their product reliability and large sales/service network through out India. I was a proud owner of Maruti product (m800) previously and I am having Maruti product now also (wagon r - Nov 2007). But because of some series of circumstances my trust in brand name "Maruti" has suffered a setback and is a bit shaken up, the reason being a problem being faced by me from past few months which has not been resolved till now that is why I am being forced to write to you. The problem is as described below:



          I am a corporate employee and work in a reputed and well known manufacturing organization. I purchased a Wagon R Lxi model (chassis no.: MA3EED81S00599134, Engine No.: F10DN4423323) car from M/s Berkely automobiles, Panchkula in Nov 2007 in my name i.e. Prashant Khullar, resident of H.No. 1006, Sector 12 A, Panchkula, Haryana, 134112. Everything was going well until I first noticed a peculiar "wobbling sound" coming from front left side of the car. Immediately on same day I took my car to Berkely workshop, Panchkula, but the problem could not be diagnosed since it was already 6:00 pm and most of the staff had already left and therefore I was asked to come next day. Next day I went again and reported the same problem to service advisor. He took a road test and didn’t notice anything wrong and denied any such problem observed as described by me and assured me that everything is normal.



          Thinking that I may be wrong, I also stopped paying attention towards the sound and came back. But with due course of time I tend to become more familiar with the sound and slowly observed how it behaved at different speeds and soon I could distinguishly hear this sound because by now it had started annoying me while driving.



          I again went to Berkeley workshop, Panchkula and narrated the same problem. Again they refused to agree that there is such a problem as being mentioned by me and I was told that “ Sir, aapko waham ho gaya hai” and also told that any sound that is coming so far is because of bad roads and is a normal thing.



          A week passed by and I again went to the Berkely workshop, Panchkula. By now the sound was getting intolerable and the pitch and loudness both had increased manifolds.

          This time I was desperate to find out the real source of the sound. On my insisting they again checked the vehicle. They again took road tests, checked wheel bearings by rotating the wheel by hand, checked the level of transmission oil, and tried tyres rotation also. After this I felt that the sound has subdued a bit and ran my car for few days. But since the sound was still there I again went to the Panchkula workshop and yet again narrated the same problem. This time also they kept on trying different tyres combination and kept on taking road trials but could not surely diagnose the problem but rather now they doubted the sound may be in fact tyres related. They also advised that they doubt the problem is tyres related so you better get it checked outside because we have done the best we could have done. Heeding to their advice I asked for the gate pass which they were more than happy to give. Thereafter I went straightaway to MRF tyres dealer in Chandigarh and asked him to invert all the 5 tyres and do wheel balancing and wheel alignment for which I paid Rs. 320 separately. Hoping that this will solve my problem I came back but to my utter despair the problem still persisted.



          Finally thinking that the solution and diagnostics of this problem is beyond technical ability of staff of Berkely workshop, Panchkula I decided to get it checked from Berkely workshop, Chandigarh. Therefore, I visited Chandigarh workshop yesterday. I narrated them the same problem and they took the road test and they agreed that there was definitely some noise coming. The service advisor who took the road test doubted that the problem seems to be in driver side front wheel bearing and seeing the rush he advised me to come again the next day at 9:00 am, which I happily agreed because now after much R & D, I also was desperate to get rid of this problem.



          Today as discussed I reached the Chandigarh workshop at 9:00 am after working in night shift in my plant. My case was again referred to another service advisor by the service advisor who took road test yesterday and he also took road test and doubted that the problem seems to be in tyres rather than front driver side wheel bearing as narrated yesterday and therefore without wasting further time he immediately replaced front left tyre with that of another Wagon R that was being serviced. Again road test was taken and now this time there was no wobbling noise coming from any part of the car and car ran like new. And now they surely declared that the problem is in the tyres and needs replacement. They checked all the 5 tyres and found that the treads of the tyres have been worn out non-uniformly i.e. ¾ th of the tyres perimeter is perfectly OK whereas the remaining ¼ th of the perimeter had treads worn out alternately. This pattern is almost same in all the tyres. This non-uniform wearing of the tyres was causing this noise / vibrations coming from the tyres while the tyres use to rotate. The effect was maximum felt / heard at a speed range of 30 – 45 kmph. They advised me to talk regarding this issue to Berkely Panchkula.



          Immediately I went to Berkely Workshop today thereafter and met Mr. Mankoo (workshop manager), cell no. [protected]. First of all he was not at all interested in listening to my problem and expressed his helplessness regarding this matter and asked me to go to the guy who checked the car and talk to him. Not expecting such a response I left the place in sheer despair and by the time I reached parking lot he came following me and without looking at the tyres started negotiating with me regarding getting all the 5 tyres replaced provided I pay 75% of the tyres cost, because as per him the tyres life is 40,000 kms and I have already covered 28,000 kms. He also advised me to get the tyres replaced outside on my own from any Tyres dealer as normally tyre dealers also can give me 25% discount at tyre price straight away.



          Now as I have presented my case to you I expect that this matter will be dealt appropriately. As a testimonial of what I have mentioned you can cross check with the job card history, service history and in/out timings punched in workshop security guard’s register to get an idea regarding how many times I had visited the workshop for the same problem which also reflects the efficiency of your dealers to solve customer’s grievances and also reflects the amount of harassment I have under gone. I hope that you will do justice in the matter.



          You are therefore requested to provide me free Tyres replacement for all 5 tyres as the problem is not limiting to only one tyre and moreover the tyres have failed to meet the performance standards and deteriorated much before their claimed life.



          I hope that my trust and faith in the brand “MARUTI” will not be allowed to break and I am eagerly waiting for quick solution of my problem from “MARUTI SUZUKI”.

          WAGON- R (DUO) — NOISE WHEN ROTATE THE STEERING

          SIR, I BOUGHT A WAGAN-R (DUO) FROM PREM MOTORS, JAIPUR.THE REGESTRATION NO. IS RJ 14-CG-9070. WHEN THE CAR WAS NEW THERE WAS NO NOICE IN STEERING AND THE AVERAGE OF THE VEHICLE WAS ABOUT 15KMS PER LITRE. I GAVE IT FOR FIRST SERVICE AND AFTER THAT THE AVERAGE OF THE VEHICLE IS ABOUT 9KMS PER LITRE AND ON LPG IT IS 7KMS PER KG. THERE IS A NOICE COMING WHEN I ROTATE THE STEERING . I WENT TO PREM MOTORS V.K.I AREA TO THERE WORKSHOP I WAS TOLD THERE IS A PROBLEM IN A PART AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND THE WORKSHOP HAS UNAVAILIBILITY OF THE PART.THEY TOLD ME NOT TO DRIVE THE CAR UNTIL THEY REPLACE THE PART SO I AM STILL WAITING FROM LAST THREE DAYS THAT THEY WILL CALL ME.ISN'T IT AMAZING THAT THE CAR WAS GONE FOR SERVICING AND OIL WAS CHANGED OIL FILTER WAS CHANGED AFTER THE THE AVERAGE WAS DOWN INSTEAD OF GOING UP. SURPRISE TO ME HOW THE WORKSHOP LET THE VEHICLE GO OUT IF THEY WERE KNOWING THERE IS A SOUNG IN STEERING. PLEASE HELP ME TO GET IT DONE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AS I AM LEAVING INDIA FOR COUPLLE OF MONTHS AS I AM AN NRI, WORKING ABROAD.

          I do agree with Prashant, I'm from delhi, Even I sent so many mails to Maruti & called them, but there is no corrective action.Even I'm also facing the same problem with my Wagon R.
          Actually this problem is with JK tryes, as these are having the manufacturing fault.

          i am also a sufferer of same problem, in lucknow. when my car was at 30000 km. i got that serviced at ktl hal, lucknow. at that time the workshop temporarily rectified it and i was also not aware that i am correct in diagnosing the problem. now from 37000 km my car has again started bubbling and a sound persists and ktl
          person advised me to replace the tyre and not to take jk tyres which the car is bearing since purchase. my car no. is UP 32 BX 6351. it.s most unfortunate that maruti suzuki is not caring to the customers.
          I am using the Wagon-R and it is giving me the same problem. As per service advisers the problem is because of the JK tyres. I am NOIDA resident and my car is carrying UP78 BD 1340 registration number.

          Dear All,

          I'm from kerala, cochin. My wagon R experienced a series of complaints like this from March 2009 till dec 2009. first it was started after doing 45000 KMs service. After that my steering got tight and I visited the work shop (Popular vehicles & Services Elamakkara Cochin . Vehicle no. KL 53 4657) . They will clear the problem but at that time sound from front wheels will start to came. If it is rectified again steering will become tight. They replaced rack & pinion, done wheel checking, bushes and a lot. I don't know exactly what they are doing. They are also asking to check tyres. After some months, I took the vehicle to another service centre in Cochin and they told me that the complaint is of Steering column assembly, and should be replaced which costs around 23K. But luckily my car was under extended warranty and I got it replaced from Popular under warranty. But the sound comes from front wheels. At last I fed up with these guys and connected with the Territory service manager of Maruti. He found that the replaced steering column assemby is also complaint & againg got it replaced. But the sound from front wheels continued, while my steering is ok. Againg routine check up with wheel balancing, alignment, rack & pinion replacement... Finally I sent a mail all of them saying that if not get rectified within specified days, I will go ahead legally. I collected the entire service history also. Then territory manager adviced to take vehicle to INDUS motors and contact workshop manager Mr. Ameer. To my luck he idetified the problem and again replaced Steering rack & pinion, Plunger of steering (Hope I correctly mentioned the part name, it cost just 300 Rs. ) . To my surprise the entire problem rectified but steering little bit tight. Than he told me that it is related to Damper bolt. It should be tightened to the correct point to get steering smooth, and avoid noise from front wheels. But once it is positioned and driven some distances like 300-500 KMs again it got loosed. So Ameer adviced his team member to seal the damper bolt and given me back. After that I never experienced such a complaint.

          To Conclude : I promise you that Wagon R will never give you noise from front wheels, very smooth steering exprience, but only problem with these service guys.

          I ADVICE YOU TO CHECK THE DAMPER BOLD, PLUNGER OF STEERING, STRUT AND SPRING TO AVOID THIS SOUND. DAMPER BOLD HAD A VERY MAIN ROLE IN THIS CAR.(from my experience)
          Please DON'T held up with the service centres, connect with the Maruti service engineers who is in charge of the workshop, shoot a mail showing all details, send advocate notice if not rectified after sending the mail. Remember it is our money. It has it's own value.

          I want to inform you that in this case, I purchased this new WagonR
          LXi (Petrol) on 30-11-09 and took its delivery on 02-12-09 from
          Eakansh Motors, Kaithal at 6 PM (approx.) and on 03-12-09 around 11
          AM, I proceeded to attend a wedding ceremony at Batala (Punjab). And
          moreover my sad story has already been told to you wide our mail and
          calls. So, it is not a matter of servicing but its a sort of
          manufacturing defect on the part of MUL Gurgaon.

          Now, the matter of concern is the mental harassment, the inconvenience
          as well as the extra expenses incurred by me to reach the destination
          in time by hiring a substitute vehicle as it was a very close family
          wedding and our presence was mandatory. Moreover money was also spent
          to get the tyres and tubes repaired/replaced on the way.

          Now, you can very well imagine that its a gross negligence to leave a
          valve caps in between the tyres and the tubes while
          manufacturing/assembling the vehicle. I bought this new WagonR by
          exchanging my old car (Maruti-800) for the sake of reliability/comfort
          during travelling but in this case i have lost my faith in Maruti
          Products.

          Most importantly what i want from MUL is the Compensation amounting
          not less than Rs. 1, 00, 000 for the Mental harassment, Problems and the
          expenses faced by me due to your negligence while delivering the
          defective vehicle to me. I have all the evidences, proofs and the
          staements of the people from where i got my tyres repaired after they
          got punctured due to the valve that is left in between the tube and
          tyre. All these evidences and the damaged tube and the valves are kept
          with me as a
          confirmation for the negligence on your part while delivering a
          vehicle to your customer.Maruti says "Count On Us", Tell me how can I
          now Count on Maruti.
          And later on at Berkeley Motos, Panchkula it has been observed that
          there is a leakage of gear oil from the gear box due to the faulty
          parts.

          So, do look into the matter seriously and revert as soon as possible.
          Its already too late from your side, I want you to expedite me with
          the action that you are taking now.

          And do look for the photographs attached alongwith this mail that
          supports my statements for immediate action and payment of
          compensation.

          Same problem goes with me, m using a wagonr lxi model, which I bought in nov 2007.My car has ran about 29000 kms. & the smae noise problem is faced by me.My point is that why we should pay for the new tyres if it has failed in providing the said perfomance.We are not here to try & do experiments with such things.Its the brand name on which we are relying & taking a call on our hard earned money.The company should really take some serious steps in order to avoid any further harrestments by the customers.

          Maruti Suzuki — Defective Wagon R

          I bought a new Wagon R in November 2009 from Competent Automobiles, Connaught Place, New Delhi. Around 1 month back, the car developed snags like knocking in the engine and doesn't carry more than 2 passengers. it gradually slows down after i shift gears to 3 and up. Maruti Service Station of Competent at Moti Nagar, New Delhi was unable to understand the problem and showed it's inability to find a solution. I am fed up and don't know where to go. The registration no. of my Wagon R is < DL 2C AK 9251 >.Can someone help?

            I h ad booked a Maruti Swift Dzire vehicle with the M/s Apra Auto (India) Pvt. Ltd.more than three months back.
            1. The company has on three occasions informed that during this period or on this day the vehicle will be delivered but has not kept its words, even after making a substantial advance money.
            2. The booking does not have any serial no. which increases the chances of irregularities.
            3. The executives of the company just do not pick up the phone or disconnect it just after one or two rings. The switch board does not connect you to the General Manager. Their behaviour is deplorable.

            The company has taken me for a ride.

              Dear Concerned,

              This is with regards to a Maruti Swift VXI ABS booked on 21 Sep'09. I bokked the same from Sushila Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. Ranchi on payment of INR 1,00,000/- vide Cheque # 085880 and received Receipt # 34361. According to the sales person Mr. Rajesh Raj the date of delivery was supposed to be on 3 Oct'09 however on 5 Oct'09 when I inquired about the same it was told to me that the vehicle will be delivered in November end. Henceforth I cancelled the order and requested a refund of the booking amount. According to Assistant Sales Manager Mr. Ranjit Chakraborty the money was to be delivered via a cheque within 24 hrs however I have been following up with then since 8 Oct'09 and have still not received the money.

              As a result I am unable to book the car from another dealer. This might result in a change in my dicision to book a Maruti product and influence me to take a car from a manufacturer who has control over their dealer.

              Sir,
              I have booked a New Swift VDI/Pearl Metallic Arctic white with Max Autos Dhuri road Sangrur(Pb.) vide Receipt No.REC11002077 dated 26/8/2011, Order/Inv.No. SOB11001053.Max Autos Sangrur promissed me to deliever
              the car within five months.Till date six months have passed. When I contacted them they demanded extra money.Contacting the cutomercare also proved useless. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

                Mr Pankaj Narula,

                Yesterday I went to get my Wagon R serviced (4th Service) from Magic Auto (Dealer code 0888), Naraina Industrial Area, Delhi. I informed the Service Advisor (SA) that I will be wating in the workshop and take the car back after service. Deilvery time promised was 2.00 pm. While waiting in the workshop, I wanted to see the servicing being done by the mechanic in the workshop. I was told by SA that the same is not permitted as per Maruti Suzuki instructions. I don't understand the logic for this instruction particulary when the dealer's integrity is doubtful. I am making this statement based on the feedback of other customers who got their car serviced earlier and came back that the demanded service has not been done although they are charged for it and spares.

                At 2.00 pm, I discovered that my car is not ready for delivery and following accessories are missing from the car.
                - one piece of rear bumper protector strip
                - one check valve on rear left tyre
                - Left side back door protector strip is hanging

                Also I noticed that underbody anti-rust coating is being sprayed with any cleaning. When I pointed out this, the SA argued that responsibility of the above accessories are not with the dealer or workshop and gave me excuse for delay in delivery. After this, I informed this to the workshop manager in detail.
                - Finally, I got delivey of the car at 4.00 pm only without the rear bumper protector strip.
                - Worshop manager was found absolutely casual. He cannot even say why there is delay on why accessories are missing.
                - Billing is heavily inflated. I have never seen any dealer charging for miscellaneous consumables and screen wash concentrate in addition to the paid service charges. This shows greediness of dealer. After coming back home, I realized that they did not deduct the Rs.600 from bill against the free service coupon for the labour charges during 4th service. This coupon was fixed by the same dealer on the cover page of manual.
                - Also , the roof of the car is full with the dust blown out from the floor of the car.
                - My car has run 10346 km, and the SA advised me to change the wheel disc and brake pad changed. I could never imagine that Maruti cars are made of poor metallurgy.

                I request your explanation and compensation for the following.
                - Delay in deivery, who pays for my 2 hours time.
                - Why accessories are missed in the workshop. Workshop manager has mentioned on the bill that bumper protector strip is missing.
                - why free service coupon is not adjusted.
                - why the car cannot be cleaned properly.
                - why miscellaneous consumables are charged.
                - How the wheel disc and brake pad get damaged so early.

                An early action on these compalins will be appreciated. Also advise me the actions taken. I switched over to Maruti and now I am repenting for the same.

                  Dear Sir,

                  I had faced with a problem while refuelling my Diesel Dzire on 16th September 2009. The Gas Station had refuelled with Petrol instead of Diesel. Had called up Maruti On Road Service and lodged a service booking. After another Call against my Complaint no. WB06A8265 I received a call from a mechanic from Dewars Garage (he claimed over phone) who said I will need to torche the Car to their Service Center next day morning to get the Car serviced. He said he do not have any remedy for me on road service and he wont be able to arrange torching too.
                  It is quite obvious that On Road Service provided by Maruti Suzuki in India seems to be farce and far from reality.

                  Dear Sir,
                  I have purchased a Maruti Suzuki swift Vxi on 20th October 2012 from Lohiya motors, Berhampur, Odisha. I have visited to Jajpur- Keonjher road for a personal work on 29.03.2013, which is near about 180 Km. from my residence (Angul, Odisha). I found my car battery totally discharged after my work (from 11.00 AM to 3.00 PM) and immediately I have contacted to the local dealer/service centre (SKY Automobiles) for help which was within 5 KM Circle. I have tried in many ways to start the vehicle as per the telephonic suggestion by one technician, whose Contact number was provided from SKY Automobiles and even after several time requests no body from the service centre was available to help me. I was totally ignored about that interior area and I have not taken my launch also. Finally I have contacted the Toll free Number and registered my complaint (No: - 676444) on 5.45 PM and requested for an early help because return to my home was very much essential for some reason and also there was not any facility for lodging and boarding. Seeing the delay from the nearest service dealer I have also contacted to Lohiya Motors Berhampur for any help, but they said that No one from sky auto was responding so far. After repeated communication and request from my side and follow up in regular interval from the Toll free Number, to local service centre confirmed me on 9PM to send one technician by 10.30 PM.I have not taken any food till then and one local vehicle owner come to me for help on 8.45 PM and after my request and he try to recharge my battery connecting another battery from his vehicle but he did not success. I was very much tired using my energy for pushing the vehicle for start. At last the Technician from local dealer reached to me around 10.30 PM with a battery and said that due to use of another battery the fuse has been damaged and he helped me to bring the car up to the local service centre (SKY Auto). I told him that I have tried for this seeing the delay from SKY auto. However the technician worked up to 12 PM but could not find permanent solution because no spare was available with him and he suggested me to return back in that condition With direct connection and told me not to turn off the vehicle. However I have reached at home on 5 AM morning and three times I was suffered on the way due to start problem and again started after connecting the wire provided by the technician. After a complete rest with another one day leave from my job, I have replaced the main fuse from Oddesy Motors Angul with payment of Rs.630.00 on 31st march 2013 and my vehicle is ok now.
                  BUT IF THE LOCAL SERVICE DEALER (SKY AUTO) WOULD HAVE RESPONDED TO ME AT LEAST BEFORE 8.30 PM, I WOULD NOT HAVE FACED THE WORST SITUATION OF MY LIFE AND THE EXTRA EXPENDITURES OCCURRED DUE TO THIS SITUATION. I HAVE PURCHASED THE MARUTI BRAND ONLY FOR IT’S REPUTATION IN ON ROAD SERVICE AND NOW I HAVE DECIDED TO RETURN THE VEHICLE AND NEVER PURCHASE OR RECOMMEND ANY MARUTI BRAND IN FUTURE.

                    Dear Sirs,

                    Please find the copy of a complaint submitted by us regarding our Swift Lxi Vehicle.

                    Maruti Suzuki is known as a quality manufacturer of cars and their products are purchased with utmost trust as their reliability and trustworthiness on road is a matter of pride for any Indian.

                    In the past, we owned Maruti Vehicle too. It was in that context, when we wanted to purchase a car for us, our choice was for a Swift Lxi of Maruti Suzuki. Accordingly the same was purchased from M/s. D.D. Motors, Mayapuri, New Delhi for a price of over Rs. 4 Lakhs. The Registration No. and the other details are as under:-

                    Our car Swift Lxi was very sparing used from the date of its purchase, as we were frequently using our other car a Suzuki WagonR Lxi. This is evident from the Speedo Meter reading as on this date, i.e. only 5038 KMs.

                    During our usage of the Swift Lxi, and whenever the car came across potholes on the road, we used to hear a strange noise from the left front side of the car. The same issue was showed to Mr. Jatin (D.D.Motors) on May 21, 2009 following to which a confirmation was received from him stating that the noise was from the front suspension. It was the First mechanical problem we faced in the car and FRONT SUSPENSION ARM BOTH SIDE R&R was changed as per their bill dated May 22, 2009.

                    During our trip to Delhi on July 16, 2009, we experienced an intermittent harsh noise which developed to a continuous one and we were compelled to cancel out trip to Delhi as the noise was very loud, and we brought the car back home.

                    On reaching home, we contacted MOTOR CRAFT for a date on which we could bring the car and get a confirmation as to what that sound was? Accordingly, they asked us to take the vehicle to their Office at Sector-F8&9 Sector-8, NOIDA-201301 on July 21, 2009. But due to non-availability of my husband, Mr. Tarun Antony Sasidharan, on that date, the car was taken by him to them on July 23, 2009. Due their preoccupation of a lot of cars already in their office, we were asked to take the car to them on July 28, 2009, and the car was positioned in their office accordingly on July 28, 2009.

                    On July 28, 2009 itself they checked with a few mechanics and supervisors, and confirmed to us that it was a problem with the GEAR BOX and was asked to leave the car with them for necessary actions. My husband handed over the car to them and they promised to keep us updated with the details, but it was not done at all. We had to take initiatives repeatedly to call Mr. Zahir of M/s Motor Craft who had taken the charge of the car and from whom we were able to get the updates.

                    On August 08, 2009, my husband was called by the receptionist of M/s Motor craft to go and collect our vehicle. When we reached M/s Motor Craft, we were told that there was still a humming noise in the car’s GEAR BOX due to the new part which was changed.

                    When A QUESTION was put to them, “WHY THE NOISE IS THERE WHEN THE PART IS CHANGED????”. They said the sound is from some bearing that they had changed in the gearbox (Copy of the bill is attached), and we were asked to drive the car for about 400-500 Kms and assured us that the noise level would vanish. But the noise remained abnormally high throughout. But we were repeatedly assured by the supervisors from M/s MOTOR CRAFT that there was nothing to worry and the noise would gradually cease.

                    I took the vehicle home with the humming sound and it used to be a bit noisy, The vehicle was normally not driven more as it was stated earlier that we normally use our other car, Wagon-R (Registration No. )

                    In between this Swift car was taken by us to our Office at the IGI Airport for 2 days, during which we found the sound was not receding, and it remained constant during my journey to and fro, my office.

                    On the August 28, 2009, we met Mr. Vimal Awasthi (Motorcraft) and informed him that we were going out of station and will be taking the Swift for our journey, which will make the vehicle to run for around 400 kms and that the noise should probably lower down as they had promised and Mr. Vimal assured us not to worry and to go ahead.

                    On August 29, 2009 at 0500 hrs. me and my husband departed Delhi towards Jaipur, and after traveling about 190 KMs the sound in the vehicle started increasing enormously, but as we had been promised by the Engineers at M/s Motorcraft, and as we had the faith in them, we moved on hoping the sound would decrease. After traveling about 197 kms, all of a sudden the same harsh noise was heard to be increasing from the car again, and we were forced to stop the vehicle. After stopping and visually inspecting the car from underneath for any obstacle getting attached on the car and finding nothing underneath, we continued our journey again. But all of a sudden at around 0715 hrs. within the next 2 kms, the car started shaking, with a continuous thud sound from the front side of the car which made us scared, and we had to lower down the speed to 45 kmph resulting to which a fast moving truck on the highway nearly missed us…. It was a life scary situation there.

                    Finding myself was scared and shivering, my husband stopped the car on the side of the Highway around 42 Kms from Jaipur, just to inspect the car again for something unusual..

                    As there was nothing found, again my husband started the car. As soon as he tried to move forward the car, it started shaking vigorously and producing a thud noise from the left front of the car. The car was on a slope on the Highway at a place near Chandwaji which is around 42 kms to Jaipur so he alone could not push the car.

                    My Husband called up M/s Vimal and Yogender (Motorcraft) after being advised by Mr. Shaji of Motorcraft , as M/s.Vimal and Yogender were his Superiors at the Motorcraft Noida office and was assured that they would surely look into the matter to assist us at the earliest.

                    Mr. Yogender(Motorcraft) gave across Maruti’s On road Service Numbers to me who denied on the phone to come and assist us as we were too far from the nearest place of their service center. They asked us to contact Maruti again on the Toll Free #[protected]. for some service center which is closer to us who could bring us to the city from where we will be assisted by Maruti…..

                    What is important to Maruti Suzuki? As a Customer of Maruti Suzuki the graveness of the situation, the distance of the situation, or the situation in which the customer is made to suffer itself???? We are concluding it the Poorest Customer Handling I would say………

                    This all had taken around 1 and a half hours and we were virtually stranded on the Highway 24, being on the road and getting traumatized by the situation and giving a mental agony for no fault o[censored]s, at a place wherein no one helped us….


                    I was given the number of Kataria Automobiles by the toll free people, and I contacted them, I was answered very professionally and when I told them about the situation they planned for a quick action, after confirming them about our where about from the ongoing traffic and tea stall owner’s son on the highway, we could guide them to come and help us. Mr. Suresh Kataria (Owner of the Service station ) arrived himself with a technician at around 12:25 who checked the car and decided to tow the car to their service station to rectify the mechanical fault if any and to decide what exactly the problem was..

                    (It was around 5 hours that we were on the road without any proper help and putting us under mental stress continuously and making us to wonder “What’s gone wrong to a brand new car which hasn’t even completed 4500 Kms…and what are we going to do now, also thanking our Luck and God for firstly saving us from the speeding truck and also for the same not happening at the night time wherein we would have been in real danger.”.)

                    We arrived at Kataria Service Station (AutoZone at Vaishali Nagar). and requested
                    Mr. Suresh to talk to Mr. Vimal and he informed him that the car was at their station and they would look in to see what the problem was. As we both were exhausted after such a long day of tension, we decided to move out to our Hotel nearby as we were told that there was a major problem with the Gear Box and Crank Shaft, and Mr. Suresh Kataria pacified us that the car was under warranty period, and M/s Maruti Suzuki would look after us with their best Customer Care service and by attending the problem genuinely. We felt very confident when Mr. Suresh Kataria assured us with these words. But as the day being a Saturday, availability of the parts would be an issue. On my request to Mr. Suresh Kataria, he promised to liaise with Mr. Vimal and to get anything, to get the vehicle to be on road as early as possible.

                    We called up Mr. Suresh Kataria to ask how the situation looked? He said that they were looking out for some parts, he mentioned to me and had already been mailed to Mr. Vimal Awasthi with the Part serial numbers and required for easy access of the parts.

                    August 30, 2009 being Sunday at about 1130 hrs we called up Mr. Vimal Awasthi (Motorcraft) and he informed that nothing could happen as al the shops were closed and the parts which were required were not available at Jaipur, and he was communicating the details with M/s Kataria Automobiles. Further, I informed Mr. Vimal Awasthi that we had to join Office on the August 31, 2009 and the pace at which the things were moving would not allow me to reach Delhi on the August 31, 2009. Further Mr. Awasthi was requested to send a car if possible so that we could drive back home with the driver to Delhi or else I would be hiring a taxi to Delhi and would present the bill to Motor Craft for compensation, and requested him to give me time to find out about the taxi and the rates.

                    Please also take into consideration that even after being in such a lot of troubles we were only calling for answers from Motorcraft, and there were no initiative from them to inform us with the developments.

                    My Husband telephoned Mr. Awasthi at around 2100 Hrs (9PM) on August 30, 2009 and told him about the taxi fare if it was agreeable or to be kind enough to make arrangement to send me a car in the morning enabling us to join our duties on August 31, 2009.
                    Mr. Vimal Awasthi informed us that he was sending the required spare parts from their NOIDA Work Shop to M/s Kataria Automobiles (AutoZone), for getting the car fixed. At the same time we were also answered that we had informed him too late about the fares in a very rude manner. With all these we advised Mr. Vimal Awasthi that were to join our office, and our priorities would be to come back home and their priority should have been to look into an alternate solution on their own with the view of the situation under a loyal customer was in. On this he realized and informed us that he would look into the matter and surely do the needful.

                    We were called up on August 31, 2009 at around 1030 hrs. to inform that there was a team of 3 Engineers reaching Jaipur with a whole gearbox of the Swift in a car (WagonR), which can be fitted in our Swift and it would be driven back to M/s Motor Craft by the same persons after which it would be looked into and to hand over our car to us at the earliest…

                    The car (a Wagon R) from M/s Motor Craft reached and the engineers met us at Jaipur at around 1715hrs on August 31, 2009. The Engineers opened up the bonnet and started to check for something in the engine. We thought they were doing the necessary checks for us to reach back Delhi safely, but to our astonishment, on our enquiry it was told that there was some problem with the car and they were yet to come to conclusion of the fault.

                    It was so paining to note that Mr. Vimal Awasthi was not understanding the situation under which two helpless souls would feel at a situation that a car which came to fetch them home was itself in a bad shape. Another factor which was of concern was that there was no commitment of satisfaction given to the customer that M/s Motorcraft would be extending all the help to the stranded customer, and to take us safely to our home and to resume our duties.

                    After the preliminary inspection of the Car and cleaning the Air filter, Spark plug, etc. the Engineers reported that the WagonR was reported to be completely fit for our journey back home..

                    Though we were not sure about the reliability of the car which we received we started moving to our home, but the car broke down twice during our journey.

                    We were already late for the office and had to request for a day’s off from my superiors, as I had reached Ghaziabad at 0130 hrs on September 01, 2009.

                    The engineers from M/s Motorcraft went to Jaipur and brought the Swift back to M/s Motorcraft NOIDA on the September 1, 2009 in the night time. We telephoned to
                    Mr. Awasthi to get the updates of the car. In reply he said that it would take 1 and a half day more for the car to get fixed and would be handed over to us by September 03, 2009.

                    We asked for a vehicle as a backup as there was no car at home, for the family to drive. On September 5, 2009 M/s Motorcraft sent across a Maruti Baleno to our residence at Indirapuram as a backup without the following :-

                    1. Registration Papers
                    2. Pollution under Control Certificate
                    3. Coolant in the radiator
                    4. Insurance Certificate

                    How a responsible Company could send a backup car without the above for use by a customers who were already made to suffer for no fault of theirs.

                    We did not use the Maruti Baleno as we did not want to take any further risk by taking the car outside without the proper documents. Suppose the car was to be taken out for an emergency, who would be responsible for the consequences? And who would pay the fines?

                    The same car was at home for about 3 days without any of the above even after repeated conversations. The papers were sent across and the vehicle (Baleno) was taken away for servicing and it was requested to not to send the same car to home as it was of no use to us.

                    On the September 07, 2009 when it was asked to Mr. Vimal Awasthi, how long it would take for the Swift to get fixed, we were told that they had information that the Swift was fitted with a part of having wrong Part number, and hence the car was not getting fixed.


                    So, we have a strong belief that even when we had the initial problem with the car and the humming sound was there, they had used parts of wrong part number in the car which was actually a big negligence on the part of Motorcraft .,

                    I was called up by Mr. Awasthi in the afternoon on September 11, 2009 to go and pick the car up as it was ready…

                    The above developments are indicative of the following:-


                    a) That the vehicle was assembled with non-genuine spares.
                    b) There was utter carelessness at the initial testing of its road worthiness.
                    c) It has been a source of constant worry, non-reliability, and un-satisfactory status since beginning due to its frequent breakdowns.
                    d) That the details of facts provided in the foregoing paragraphs confirms the lack of sincerity in the part of M/s DD Motors, & Autocraft, which has simply damaged the reputation of your esteemed company beside providing constant worries to us, your customers.
                    e) It has lowered my respect in the eyes of my near relatives due to its malfunctioning

                    1) Kindly get the vehicle mechanically evaluated and certified by your trusted engineers before it is re-delivered to us after repairs.
                    2) That if need be, it may be got tested at your manufacturing plant against all defects.

                      dear sir, this is to inform you that i had purchased esteem from punjab. after a more than 2 years of running the central lock system gave problem. the Kataria wkshop told me there is a problem with central lock and motor/ lock has to be changed. after some time Nippon person came for repair. he said the lock has been wrongly fitted and shifted the lock by making new holes in door. he said the door latch has to be changed and there is nothing wrong with central lock. the door latch was managed by Kataria, Ahmedabad after some time and changed. now it is about a month or so and the system is again malfunctioning.
                      On unlocking using remote the driver door doesnot get open and has to be opened using key in key hole.
                      secondly, while coming out when ignition key is put off the door gets locked instead opening.
                      pl find the concrete solution to this problem on priority.

                        The pleasure of owning MARUTI this time has been marred by feeling of deceit and concealment of facts by the local dealer's men and that too on the day of GANDHI Jayanti, the birthday of Mr M.K.Gandhi who beleived the CUSTOMER being next to GOD.

                        On persistent asking I was denied there being any EXCHANGE BONUS (like in SWIFT they said)by Mr Yash Pal and Mr Jha telephonically.
                        Despite the fact that I had not given my OLD Registration of Car(It has been misplaced and duplicate has to be procured) they got all the signatures in good faith

                        After taking delivery of Car when friends and doctors greeted and informed me of the EXCHANGE Bonus of 15000/ I really felt cheated and naive.I have annexed the paper advertisement of Dealers offer.
                        I had not seen it earlier but on 1st Oct telephonically and at toll free number I had confirmed that offer for month of Oct-2009 were just the same as in Sept-2009 and nothing new has been offered for DIWALI .

                        I request your goodself to look into the matter and get me my DUE as my requests with Mr Parmod Jha and other local people have been replied with loud unbecoming language.
                        May I also request to restore my faith in Maruti and let me proudly say that
                        Maruti Suzuki has not only been an INDIA 's number one but World's manufacturing hub and true leader of Post-Liberlization era amongst all business groups.

                        Times located in Okhla industrial area. Sir I went there to get repaired my maruti alto LX they implented the fuse back light in my car. They took my car and said i have to go there after 2 days. when i went there after 2 days they asked for one more day. again i went there but they refused to deliver my car and said i have to come again to get my car. and the response of the staff was very unfair to me.

                          I have done 3 servicing and each time I have to spend 3-4 hrs to get the vehicle back.

                          They are not doing servicing properly.
                          Washing quality is very poor.

                          From the 2nd service my car millage goes done and they increase the engine noise.
                          For any problem you have to stand behind them then only they will do the rectification.

                          So be careful while giving the vehicle to pratham motors sarjapur Bangalore

                          I bought car stereo system from them .I asked them to install Sony player and Kenwood speakers. He
                          installed some junk Maruti Nippon speakers

                          Nippon Audiotronix Ltd is the distributer of car electronics. It manufactures its own car electronics
                          accessories. It also distributes Kenwood and other brands. Maruti has tie up with it to supply Nippon
                          speakers and other car electronics to its cars such as Esteem, swift etc. Pratham motors fooled me by saying that Kenwood and Nippon are same. Nippon is such a low end manufacturer in India that it doesn’t have its own website. It has no comparison with Kenwood. Just because Nippon audiotronics supply Kenwood speakers, Pratham motors gave me Nippon speakers saying it is same as Kenwood.

                          What the crook Pratham motors gave me were the removed speakers of some such car not the Kenwood speakers.

TWO servicing done at PRATHAM motors outer ring road but both the time they have not cleaned the vehicle properly after I told please look on this always the say next time

                              Dear Sir ,

                              This is Padmabhushan Deshpande, one of the your valuable customers. I purchased SWIFT (VXi) in Oct 2007 from My Car, Pune. Marketing Executive Mr. Suhas who was following up with us at that time, gave us various attractive commitments to be fulfilled upon delivery of the car. Due to his regular follow-up and feedback from some of my friends about Maruti Brand, we purchased a Maruti car from My Car .

                              But I think that this decision was a biggest mistake we have done. Right from delivery of the car, we are facing lot of issues.

                              We met with 1st shock on delivery of the car, when My Car just refused to fulfil there agreements. Mr. Suhas had agreed to provide Tefelon Coating along-with other accessories. But, MyCar just turned back saying that they have not promised any such thing and they will not provide any such thing. As we had already paid the amount, we took the delivery. On follow-up after 6 months, my car informed that Mr. Suhas is no more associated with us and there is no question of fulfilling his commitments now.

                              After around 7 months of delivery, one day evening when we were travelling in our car, suddenly one side door’s window glass pane slided from the track and we had to rush to MyCar. They temporarily fixed the pane and asked us to drop the car at their service centre for servicing so that they will replace the assembly as it was a faulty part. But, during this servicing they didn’t replaced the part and were just postponing this activity by providing some reasons. Within next 2-3 months we started facing this issue with other door windows.

                              Initially we used to get calls from MyCar after servicing. But after 10 months of delivery, even these calls stopped. We used to regularly get calls from Customer Care enquiring about if we have got any form from Main Office. They used to tell us that if you receive any such form & if we give this form to MyCar they will give us some gift. But they never mentioned about which this form is and what does it mean. But, one day my friend updated us with the importance of this form and it shows the relation between Me & Maruti.

                              Almost a year back, I faced an accident and at that time there was a bent on driver door. MyCar claimed the repairs charge from the insurance, but didn’t fixed the issue.

                              For last 4 months I was out of India and during that period we received this form. My wife was not aware of all this and she just informed them that we have just received some envelope from Maruti. On getting this information, Representatives from MyCar started following up with my wife for getting that form and one day they directly came to my home. When my wife informed them that I am not in India and she can’t give any feedback they just asked her to sign on a page and said that it’s just a formality & your husband can give his feedback once he comes back. He also informed my wife that it was agreed that MyCar will be doing one complete free service of our car as he is taking this form from her.

                              When I returned back to India & upon getting all this information, I visited to My Car office, the customer care lady officer refused this fact that someone from MyCar has collected the feedback form.

                              When I was discussing this entire chapter with my friends, I came to know that many of them were also facing same issues with MyCar and are now changing their service centres/brands.

                              All these things point out following points about MyCar
                              1. Lack of Proper Service after delivery
                              2. Casual Approach
                              3. Careless about Customers
                              4. False commitments to customers to attract & increase the sale but no further care to maintain the customer relationship

                              I request you to personally look into this matter and resolve the issues. Otherwise you will lose your customer bank

                                I have bought a Maruti Ritz car from was delivered the car with Registration no MH-02-BM-3138 vide thir bill no 9787 dtd 20th date 2009 on 23rd Aug 2009 Engine No.1257332 and Chassis No.117412 at their Show room at Borivli East Mumbai.
                                The car delivered to me had some problem with its Break system or may be some other related systems as was giving prominent sound of some Metal parts rubbing - when breaks are applied.


                                I had informed about the same to the sales team of Spectra immediately on the same day of receipt of the car. I was asked to bring the car back to them for verification of the complaint.

                                I took the car to the showroom on 27th Aug 2009 when their Mr Prasad along with one Mr Tiwari took the trial of the car with me. On my pointing the problem to them I was explained that the car is ok & this sound is normal ie every car has this sound.

                                I had informed about the same to the sales Person Mr Prasad & Ms. Chitra Kale the Chief Customer Care Dept Mob no [protected] of Spectra immediately on the same day of receipt of the car. I was asked to bring the car back to them for verification of the complaint.
                                I took the car to their showroom on 27th Aug 2009 when their Mr Prasad along with one Mr Tiwari took the trial of the car with me. On my pointing the problem to them I was explained that the car is ok & this sound is normal ie every car has this sound. On my not being satisfied with the explanation I along with the car was taken to the Works shop to have the same revivified by the expert & one Mr Damodar Mob No [protected] who confirmed that the Car has some problems & took the car for doing the needful.

                                I got the car back next day on 28th Aug 2009 evening with the information that the problem was minor and due to some dust & rain water the sound was coming which they have cleaned & its ok now. I took the trial & found some sound still there which was explained to me that is normal one from the boosters. Accepting their explanation and assuming that tits not a major problem I took the car home but to my surprise the same sound again resurfaced which I informed them


                                On last Saturday 5th of this month I have taken up the matter with their Works manager Mr Ankush who took the trail with me in the car & was convinced that the problem persist. He promised to look into the same & have it resolved to my satisfaction. I left the car then & there at around 2 PM with them & was delivered the car back on the same day at 8 pm. I was very happy to find the problem solved which I conveyed to all the concerned but my happiness was short lived as the same sound again surfaced. On my again informing about the same this time the response from them was shocking to me the explanation given to me was that they had tried few other new Ritz vehicles & all of them had this sound.
                                They now say will refer the matter to Maruti & they will deploy the right Engineers to solve the problem if at all. I feel this is straight a Question mark on your tall claims of Best Car & Best Service.

                                Further the car also had few scratched all over the body & when pointed was taken to the Workshop to to the needful that’s why could be delivered to me only in the evening at around 5 PM as against the appointed time of before 12 AM
                                From all that stated above it transpires that the car was not pre-checked and or a defective one delivered to me as New Road-Worthy one.

                                Your early +Ve response will be appreciated failing which will be forced to proceed in the matter as suitably advised by my Advisers

                                I m sorry to say the problem is as it is & rather has aggravated now the sound comes even when the car is almost stationery when the breaks r applied.
                                I think there is some serious problem with this my car may b as u said with the body of the car or the suspentions.
                                I am surprized that the Company is not ready to resolve this and have given me in writting that the car is ok & roadworthy - there are no problems watsoever with the car.
                                I dont understand if thats true why this sound not there in other Ritz cars ( the Demo car I tried after this problem was noticed by me).
                                As such the their own person told me that they too tried 10 other cars & found that six of them have this unusual sound. This means this is a non standard product of Maruti & their clim of this being the Best car is base less.
                                I feel cheated.
                                You said they hv issued a circlar issued as well for some
                                cars (specific chasis number series) - can you pl send me a copy

                                The engine knocking sound is normal as its high initially & would disappear when done arnd 2000 km as was evident in the demo car I DROVE TODAY ON 21ST Sept at spectra Borivli which neither had Break sounds nor the excessive engine knocking

                                The explanation given to justify their claim that the unusual Break sound is Operational sound is lil extra in this particular my car bcoz each car has different tolerance levels – means yr products r non standard quality

                                I was also informed that out of the ten new PDI done Ritz cars they tried for this sound the found 6 of them having the similar sound – so 60% of them r faulty to the extent

                                  I have booked Car Maruti Swift Dzire vxi at Tara Automobiles Bhatinda on 06 Jun 2009 and have been delivered on 14 Sep 2009. my enthusiasm and pleasure of owning a Maruti product has diluted due to following which I wish to put on record:-
                                  (a) More than 3 Months delay in delivery seems to be unfair marketing practice in absecnce of transparency in maintaining waiting list at either with dealer or with your sales department.
                                  (b) Mr gurvinder Maan, rep of Tara Automobile has been involved in making false and wrong promises without any concrete information leading to mental harassment
                                  (c) Customer Care at your establishment has performed far from desired probably due to lack of accountability, lack of feed back system and lack of supervision over the personnel
                                  Concerned as I was told that your rep will contect me to satisfy my query which did not happen on my complaints Nos CRM [protected] dated 12 Aug 2009 and
                                  It is informed that lt col N saha booked the same model at Modern Automobiles Hisar on 19 Aug 2009 and was offered delivary on 22 Aug 2009 which he collected in 1st week of Sep 2009. the Officer was offered Scratch Card alongwith few incentives which in my case was denied by Tara Automobiles on the logic that vehicles purchased from CSD Do not enjoy such privilege. It is not understood when govt servants and corporate clients are given incentives why defence personnel are denied such privilege.
                                  It is very unfortunate that gaps in system of marketing and customer care are felt in an internationally renowned and having ISO certification company. I request you to please initiate suitable measures to bring customer friendly transparency and prompt redressal. I also request to please consider the buyers from CSD to enjoy the incentives as in case of others.

                                    Lots of brake noise and engine does not start even after several kickstarts and engine gets off while slowing down

                                    The braking noise is very high and its very much irritating the rider and also the others on the road. Even after several services in the suzuki showroom also, the brake noise has not come down. The engine gets off when we are moving slow or apply brakes. The engine does not start even after several kick starts in the morning and also in the evening also most of the times it needs kick start and does not start with the self start. U need...

                                    I had two times AC problem and steering jam problem in running condition within 6 month of my purchase.

                                    As my car had accident and due to which my AC cooling was not proper,during investigation it was observed that the condenser is damaged and it got replaced in accident insurance,but during recharging the AC gas it didnot stayed for a day while the re test at service center.

                                    Further investigation it was found that the AC coil is having leak.
                                    During re inspection of the Insurance suryeor it was shown to him the leak in AC coil,but nsurance company did not accepted this claim and service center says it will not come under warranty also.

                                    I am not getting any positve result from last 10days.

I am having a wagon-r Duo with registration no RJ-01 c - 3085. there are two service station in ajmer. i went there for serviceing my gas line of car, and vapoursie, but service station said me that they are not well equiped to sove the gas line service in their service station.
                                    if company can not provide a good service for duo car then why they make these car. kindly give a proper solution for my prroblem
                                    i bought this car few months before...it is very nice car enogh space, , , really affordable by gas ...and petrol...so anybody can buy it and use ..

                                      And at the time of delivery 4.00PM I went there and asking for my vehicle they replied very easily I have to wait for another 10–15 minutes but they even didn’t touch my vehicle as my vehicle was lying down in outside of service station. I was amazing that if my vehicle is lying down outside of service station how can they finished the service within 10 minutes and deliver to me ?? So I called up at Haryana Branch and spoke with Mr. Deepakbhai on[protected] and on same time he called and spoke with Mr. Ankur from ICON SUZUKI and the person was from ICON SUZUKI Mr. Ankur told them that service had been delayed because of the electricity line was stopped. But after I’ve inquired I found out that the electricity line was not stopped but they try to make me and Mr. Deepakbhai foolish. At least Mr. Ankur has to informed me that due to so and so reason the service has been delayed and I could receive it lately but they didn’t inform me on my cell phone even. I explained to Mr.Deepakbhai what was the situation and after that Mr.Deepakbhai agreed with me with this type of rubbish situation and he promise me that he’ll arrange something and deliver me my vehicle at my residence.

                                      And after waiting of long hours at 8.20PM Night the person came from ICON SUZUKI and delivered my vehicle. As for security proof I told to that guy and he written down the delivery time on that invoice.

                                      The second accident was happened when I got new delivery of my vehicle and I’ve done all accessories for my vehicle at there. They put 2 number plat and both are different color number plat on my vehicle as I told them to change it the one number plat which has off white color. But they arguing with me like anything and they didn’t agree with me at any cost to change that number plat.

                                      And after that they didn’t change the number plat but they shown backside of invoice that they have refund Rs.85/- for that.

                                      So what kind o[censored]nderstanding I have to keep for that??? I’d fight with them so they did like that other wise if nobody raise them volume they have to suffer it with them own cost and gone through this types of situation, right???

                                      Can you give me explanation that
                                      1. What every time I’ve to suffer all type of nonsense’s from them ???

                                      2. What they don’t have any responsibility for Customer Services ??? OR They Don’t know how to behave with the REGULAR CUSTOMER ???

                                      3. I know very well that so many vehicles comes for different types of services daily there and against they have enough staff for manage them also. So why it happens with me ???


                                      With the anger ness so many bad words came out from my mouth but I cannot write it down or I can’t do it anything against them.

                                      So please I’m requesting you that do some thing for these types of behavior from these type of organizations. If you have any particular law for that then teach them that how to satisfy regular customer.
