Dear Sir
I have booked Car Maruti Swift Dzire vxi at Tara Automobiles Bhatinda on 06 Jun 2009 and have been delivered on 14 Sep 2009. my enthusiasm and pleasure of owning a Maruti product has diluted due to following which I wish to put on record:-
(a) More than 3 Months delay in delivery seems to be unfair marketing practice in absecnce of transparency in maintaining waiting list at either with dealer or with your sales department.
(b) Mr gurvinder Maan, rep of Tara Automobile has been involved in making false and wrong promises without any concrete information leading to mental harassment
(c) Customer Care at your establishment has performed far from desired probably due to lack of accountability, lack of feed back system and lack of supervision over the personnel
Concerned as I was told that your rep will contect me to satisfy my query which did not happen on my complaints Nos CRM [protected] dated 12 Aug 2009 and
It is informed that lt col N saha booked the same model at Modern Automobiles Hisar on 19 Aug 2009 and was offered delivary on 22 Aug 2009 which he collected in 1st week of Sep 2009. the Officer was offered Scratch Card alongwith few incentives which in my case was denied by Tara Automobiles on the logic that vehicles purchased from CSD Do not enjoy such privilege. It is not understood when govt servants and corporate clients are given incentives why defence personnel are denied such privilege.
It is very unfortunate that gaps in system of marketing and customer care are felt in an internationally renowned and having ISO certification company. I request you to please initiate suitable measures to bring customer friendly transparency and prompt redressal. I also request to please consider the buyers from CSD to enjoy the incentives as in case of others.

    Lots of brake noise and engine does not start even after several kickstarts and engine gets off while slowing down

    The braking noise is very high and its very much irritating the rider and also the others on the road. Even after several services in the suzuki showroom also, the brake noise has not come down. The engine gets off when we are moving slow or apply brakes. The engine does not start even after several kick starts in the morning and also in the evening also most of the times it needs kick start and does not start with the self start. U need...

    I had two times AC problem and steering jam problem in running condition within 6 month of my purchase.

    As my car had accident and due to which my AC cooling was not proper,during investigation it was observed that the condenser is damaged and it got replaced in accident insurance,but during recharging the AC gas it didnot stayed for a day while the re test at service center.

    Further investigation it was found that the AC coil is having leak.
    During re inspection of the Insurance suryeor it was shown to him the leak in AC coil,but nsurance company did not accepted this claim and service center says it will not come under warranty also.

    I am not getting any positve result from last 10days.

    Maruti Suzuki Wagon R Duo — Poor serice and not availability of parts

    I am vimal kumar jain. I am having a wagon-r Duo with registration no RJ-01 c - 3085. there are two service station in ajmer. i went there for serviceing my gas line of car, and vapoursie, but service station said me that they are not well equiped to sove the gas line service in their service station.
    if company can not provide a good service for duo car then why they make these car. kindly give a proper solution for my prroblem
    i bought this car few months before...it is very nice car enogh space, , , really affordable by gas ...and petrol...so anybody can buy it and use ..

      Dear Sir.,

      Sub: Complain against BAD Service and misbehavior

      Here I’m Hiren A. Patel who is Vehicle owner of Access from Hero Honda No.: GJ-1-LG-8575.

      Recently situation happens in the early morning on 3rd Octo, 2009 at the time of 10.00AM I’ve given my Access vehicle to ICON SUZUKI at Sakar-7, A’bad for regular service and on that time they have given me acknowledge receipt No.:017092 and informed me to collect my vehicle at 4.00PM in the evening as they mentioned in acknowledgement also.

      And at the time of delivery 4.00PM I went there and asking for my vehicle they replied very easily I have to wait for another 10–15 minutes but they even didn’t touch my vehicle as my vehicle was lying down in outside of service station. I was amazing that if my vehicle is lying down outside of service station how can they finished the service within 10 minutes and deliver to me ?? So I called up at Haryana Branch and spoke with Mr. Deepakbhai on[protected] and on same time he called and spoke with Mr. Ankur from ICON SUZUKI and the person was from ICON SUZUKI Mr. Ankur told them that service had been delayed because of the electricity line was stopped. But after I’ve inquired I found out that the electricity line was not stopped but they try to make me and Mr. Deepakbhai foolish. At least Mr. Ankur has to informed me that due to so and so reason the service has been delayed and I could receive it lately but they didn’t inform me on my cell phone even. I explained to Mr.Deepakbhai what was the situation and after that Mr.Deepakbhai agreed with me with this type of rubbish situation and he promise me that he’ll arrange something and deliver me my vehicle at my residence.

      And after waiting of long hours at 8.20PM Night the person came from ICON SUZUKI and delivered my vehicle. As for security proof I told to that guy and he written down the delivery time on that invoice.

      The second accident was happened when I got new delivery of my vehicle and I’ve done all accessories for my vehicle at there. They put 2 number plat and both are different color number plat on my vehicle as I told them to change it the one number plat which has off white color. But they arguing with me like anything and they didn’t agree with me at any cost to change that number plat.

      And after that they didn’t change the number plat but they shown backside of invoice that they have refund Rs.85/- for that.

      So what kind o[censored]nderstanding I have to keep for that??? I’d fight with them so they did like that other wise if nobody raise them volume they have to suffer it with them own cost and gone through this types of situation, right???

      Can you give me explanation that
      1. What every time I’ve to suffer all type of nonsense’s from them ???

      2. What they don’t have any responsibility for Customer Services ??? OR They Don’t know how to behave with the REGULAR CUSTOMER ???

      3. I know very well that so many vehicles comes for different types of services daily there and against they have enough staff for manage them also. So why it happens with me ???


      With the anger ness so many bad words came out from my mouth but I cannot write it down or I can’t do it anything against them.

      So please I’m requesting you that do some thing for these types of behavior from these type of organizations. If you have any particular law for that then teach them that how to satisfy regular customer.

        Respected Sir/Madam,

        I have booked a maruti swift VXi in Azure grey colour on 9/09/2009 by giving a token money of Rs 20000. At the time of booking the dealer said car will be available in 15 days (I don't have written obligation from him for date). I had an auspicious muhurat on 30th sep 2009.On 23/09/2009 I paid him 2,10,000 more but dealer said nothing regarding non availability of specified colour.I travelled from Pune to Udaipur and took 3 days leave only for that purpose.
        On 29th (a day before muhurat) I talked to Jaipur regional head quarter and they said they are not in position to deliver car I can take refund.
        The problem is the mental agony I went through.Next day was muhurat and half yearly bank closing so no time to move finences.The situation become embarresingas everyone was calling to congratulate.The dealers's behaviour was very irresponsible!! He was not even bothered to inform me in advance about the non availability of colour.Please guide what can be done in this regard.

        Maruti Suzuki/Swift VXI — Unnatural rear tyre wear

        I purchaised Swift VXi in december 2005 from Kavisha moters Agra, I bought extended warrenty at the time purchase. Since my run is very low so till today I could doen only 22, 000 km. For past one year I noticed this problem of tyre wear, that time car was in warrenty period. I told this to dealer he said this time I am very busy please mention this next time I said OK. now when I again said this to him he says that its T-joint is faulty and you will have to replace it, which cost is around Rs.12, 000. I say while this is manufacturing defect so its duty of company to look into this matter. Kindly tell me what to do??

          I would like to inform you that I am coming back from sitapur to factory (kumbhi) via kasta at about on 4.00 AM on date 26.09.09 in night, suddenly front wheel slipped to the ditch at road and both air bags blow off and I surprised what is happened, on inspection we found that engine is running & all light is working there is no any dent marked on the body and only front right wheel’s tyre is punctured.

          I observed that wheel rim is damaged and tyre is punctured. I got it replaced the tyre with stepney and came to the factory which is around 15 km distance from the spot. I informed to your nearest authorized dealer telephonically to M/s Sumitra D S Motors , (P) Ltd., Rosa By pass, NH -24 Shajahanpur U.P.

          Next day 27.09.09 Sumitra Motors, deputed their mechanic for inspection of the car at our residence at kumbhi chini mills, and also taken the car by driving up to workshop which is around 50 km from my residence for inspection. After inspection it is found that the related parts / components required to replace are not readily available to take up the job, and Sumitra Motors informed 29.09.09 telephonically to place the order to OEM to make available the required parts like i.e. alloy wheel, and new air bag system, estimated cost is about Rs.65000/- for confirming ,the same has been confirmed by me to your dealer immediately to place the order & arrange the material with in week time for its replacement .

          Apart from above , As per the system and my knowledge the front air bags are designed to initiate only in severe frontal collision , but this is not happened and air bags is opened while the car slipped to the ditch at road, in my opinion this is simply malfunctioning in the system provided. And alloy wheel is also damaged due to material failure in such a low impact in short running duration.

          Therefore you are requested to please look into the matter deeply and why it is happened under intimation to me and arrange to replace all above component on FOC basis at the earliest to satisfy your customer like me, as to maintain the reputation of Maruti Suzuki Ltd., such a largest selling car company in India.

          Your prompt action in this regard shall be highly appreciated

          I faced a similar situation (not entirely same though).
          The RHS front tyre got strip off, being hit by a speeding bike upfront-right side. Seems that the OEM JK tyre supplied is of inferior quality (also as mentioned by several tyre dealers) - I had to get an entirely new tyre and dispose off the JK. It will be good if MSIL changes the OEM tyres at least to a better brand (apollo, bridgestone etc.).
          The air bags, though, have not inflated. I guess this was a manufacturing defect in your car which should be covered under warranty - please check.

            i got my address in CRTM changed legally at RTO office in pimpri chinchwad (MH-14). also i gotta my address changed in CSD sale letter as i purchased car through khadki CSD.
            I haven't got my permanent registration done.
            My new address is of faridabad.

            Now when dealer is refusing to change the address change in his invoice how can i go ahead with my car registration? My contact

              I have booked Swift Dzire VDI Mettalic Azure Grey in Mahalaxi AutoMobiles, Baramati Dist Pune by paying Rs 5, 000/- on 25th Feb 2010.The authority told me on the booking date that "We will give the on 22 Mar 2010 to 25 Mar 2010 but still we didnt get the vehicle.Those who have booked after us got the vehicle.When I approached the authority, they didnt give responsible answer and also gave mental disturbance by making me to wait for hours in the show room and in the workshop.

              So I request you to take the immediate action for me to get the vehicle.
              Dear Sir,

              This is to inform you that we had purchased our Maruti Wagon-R LXI car from one of reputed / famous dealer of west region in the year 2007 bearing registration No. – DL-9C-N-6619.

              In the year June 2008 we installed CNG kit approved from the same dealer, before that the vehicle was alright and smooth in driving except some small problem which I already informed them time to time and shown to you in our vehicle history as mention below.

              Earlier we many time lodged a complaint of a abnormal sound coming from all doors which is still coming and due to which a person loose his / her concentration on driving.

              Also we lodged a complaint of left side shocker and / or suspension problem, till date it was not recognized / documented / predicted by them – same problem we are facing today also.

              From last summers, we are facing problem of over-heating and we also lodged a complaint of same but till date not recognized by them.

              We had also lodged a complaint on Maruti Udyog Limited web site then I received a call from this dealer for submitting my vehicle at their service station at Mayapuri Phase – II, New Delhi. Accordingly I took my vehicle there and they changed radiator fan motor and one rubber and made a bill of Rs.4, 500/- (approx) but after so many discussions held between us for the same then they had taken it in warranty but thereafter they had charged Rs.837/- from us and give assurance for smooth driving. We were also advised by them (Mr. Sanjay Pal) to drive it for at least 1000 km, if again problem arises then only give a call to us, we will definitely provide you our best service.

              We had taken delivery of our vehicle after above repairing on 06th May 2010 but after a week of time today we again faced a problem of over-heating and we immediately made a call to Mr. Sanjay Pal and inform him about the incidence but he refused to listen and way of his behavior was not good. He also refused to provide the contact details of workshop Manager (Mr. Rayal), which is also a part of harassment, so need your intervene in this case.

              I have to spend all the day there. It is not expected to be harassed by your authorised service centre like this, I am very much disappointed with your service centre, they always assure that we will look into the matter and inform you but never any information comes from their side. Will you please look into the matter and arrange for rectification of my vehicle problem or I have to change my car brand, because my nearest Maruti Service Centre is that DD Motor and I don't want to be harassed by them. Please do something and inform accordingly.

                I have purchase M800 on 11/08/2009 having Reg.No. MH12YA4041 from Wonder car Chinchwad Pune, but till dade they have not transfer vehical on my name.I call every after 3 days but they do not told any specific reason 2 me. I also chane the front absorbing stud, timing belt, LPG Gas kit worth Rs.15000 & rear shok absorber.
                If they are unable to transfer vehical on my name then refund me my maintenance cost as well as my effort cost 2 me along with my purchase vallue. Please contact me on my Mobile No. [protected]

                  I recieve a call from National Insurance company executive for the insurance.
                  I called him for the payment and give it as cash and he gave me acknowledgement for the same.
                  After 2 months i got a notice from National Insurance that your cheque has bounced.

                  What i feel is that the person who is having a bank account is traceable at any point of time.

                  Please suggest me how to go about it.

                  All I am waiting for, your valuable suggestions.

                    i have been ttrying to buy dzire swift since last 2 week i send soome email to martui company they didint reply also i went to many deaslers in surat also they say it will take 6 months to get your cars , so i thought how could someone wiat for some mnth while other maker are ready to give cars in just 2 weeks no point in in wating for this car , their services of handling pepole is very bad ,this is end of my buying maruti cars in future as i am buying maruti cars since 19years .maruti thinks that they are leaders of cars making but in future noone will make their carss very hot favorite as they are taking advantage of middle class family . this is it end of maruti in within few years . as they dont care about people they are sending 80000 cars to foreign market while they cannot provide their own pepole with cars who have already paid them , no one of their officer want to answer so dissappointing asking for 30000 rs in black market .disgusting , they need to change their attitude towards pepole because 10people can say 100 they shouldnt buy maruti cars in next it will be 1000 so it goes on . anywayss i will soon be dropping my idea to stop buying any cars from this pepole .                       I had purchase a new maruti Van just before 3 month from Shaan Cars, Nashik, (MH 15 CD 7469 & Chassis No. 1121472)but now, I found that the steering joint has became rusty, I placed my complaint to shaan car, but I want that maruti should take a responsibility for this nonconformity.

                      My car is under warranty, so i want relpacement of steering joint & also i want you to take some preventive action for such nonconformity.

                        I Had purchased an alto from Batra auto co. faridabad. From the date of purchase a very loud noise in ac after run 2 or 3 km.at first step. Many time i was complaint but to till date there is no result. i forget that matter. Last six days ago gear box housing of my car cracked in a accident & in batra auto co his manager said after day tomarrow ur vichle will be ok n u can collect it.But after six days his executive says we have not the spares for ur car n i did not commite when it come.Now i m saffering lot of problems. Before two days his manager told me for stand by car but 26-09-09 he is on leave n his asst. told me there is no requirment for u any replacement car

                          dear, sir / mam.
                          i am lalit from mumbai i brought swift vdi on 3rd feb 2009 from excel auto in kalina. i am not happy about the it that i have told service center people about engine make more loud sound as they say they check and tell today it is the same. i told the company about ths on my 3rd service wen i gave my car for servicing they it will retified but it is not done till today now car makes more noise. i would like to bring to your notice about ths so pls look in ths matter. and do the needfull and if ths the kind of poor service is provided after paying them high amount money then i thk a roadside mechanic can do a much more better job for us. my car has done 1,500 km pluf after my 3rd service i am very disopinted about it.
                          pls look in ths matter and get it done as soon as possible.

                          i brought swift dezire vdi on 9th march 2011 from Prem motors pvt. ltd. gwalior.then for no. plate i took my car to prem motors service service centre gwalior, while fixing no. plate the workers cracked front bumber of my car. then Mr.Koka told me that they will fix that crack on 1st service of car.On 1st service they jus put some white solution on that crak jus to hide it.i am not at all happy with sevice of service center. i would like to bring to your notice about ths so pls look in ths matter. and do the needfull and if ths the kind of poor service is provided after paying them high amount money then i thk a roadside mechanic can do a much more better job for us.

                            I taken a car (Maruti wagon r ) from Maruti Popular kottayam(kerala)Near St Thomas Orthodox Church,S H Mount, P.O - Chavittuvary,Kottayam, Kerala. From the time i took the car they give lot of offers like under body coating,teflon,mats,body sensor,.seatcover,mud flap,beadings,body cover etc.at the time of delivery[protected] they gave only two three fittings like mud flap,mats etc.after that we call the sales executive(Nidheesh from Thiruvalla popular branch) he didnt attend any of the call from ourselfs,
                            Atlast we go to kottayam yesterday[protected],one Mr.ANIL we introduce our complaint he solved our problem partially by gave under body coating,teflon,mats, seatcover etc,but they didn't gave body sensor,body cover.seatcover they offer sporty, now ordinary these are our complaints we hope you to make good decision favorable to our selfs.

                              Dear Service Provider,

                              IT is my third time humble request for same problem since last four months .

                              I have purchased Maruti A-Star car Feb 2009, Vehicle Reg. No. HR14 2021, from the showroom jagmohan motors maruti Suzuki ,sonipat road ,Rohtak, Haryana – 124001.

                              As per my information and also mentioned on the warranty card that the car A-star is under warranty period for 2 years or 35000km, whichever occurs earlier from the date of sale.
                              Currently my Car( A-star) has covered only 19000km and 9 months old, so my car is under warranty period in both of the conditions.

                              Since last 03-june-09, I went jagmohan motors ,sonipat road ,Rohtak, Haryana – 124001 for the regular servicing of my car. There while servicing I came to know from the service provider that my car’s both of front wheel not in a good condition and needs to be changed.

                              After that I had gone four times to jagmohan motors maruti Suzuki showroom ,sonipat road ,Rohtak, Haryana – 124001 for front wheel sound problem part replacement but all times( Mr.Satender(Technician))and Mr.Ashok(Technician) directly deny to change.

                              Both Mr.Satender(Technician))and Mr.Ashok(Technician)
                              Treat with Customer’s very rudely .
                              they have ignored my request and given me the reply very ruddy that we have not parts. we are not getting any supply from their vertical that’s why they will not change.

                              Now kindly let me know that where is I am faulty that I should suffer for the reason.

                              If you people could not provide the service as and when required by the customer then why it is mentioned by the dealers as well as also mentioned in the documents that so and so facility the customer will get if he is purchasing the maruti Suzuki product.

                              It was my perception that Marutij Suzuki Auto is providing better service in comparison of other car service providers in this nation but now I am thinking that I was wrong.

                              Kindly let me know that whether my perception regarding Maruti Suzuki is correct or wrong.

                              Because it is matter of trust and relationship which me and my family is having with Maruti Suzuki Auto , so kindly revert so that we should be able to correct ourselves.

                                This is against DD Motors, Mayapuri, New Delhi.

                                This is the feedback I gave on their website.

                                I own a Maruti Wagon R bearing registration no DL 9C N 5797 which was recently given to your workshop for checkup of the following:

                                1)Fuel Efficiency (my car's average is approx 8 Km/Liter)
                                2)Headlight Change (You fixed a brand new headlight)
                                3)It was giving jerks whenever you leave the accelerator

                                Though the bill was settled in cash about a few days ago, however to my utter surprise that not even a single issue was fixed by your workshop. Even the brand new headlight not works.

                                I get my car repaired only at authorised workshops but this time your workshop has cheated me for time and money.

                                I plan to take this to Maruti Head office complaint cell and Consumer Court to settle the scores with your workshop.

                                Moreover the supervisor/technician who was involved in this had the most unprofessional attitude i have ever seen.

                                With this type of customer service, I am sure your company is heading for a near diaster.

                                This matter would be escalated to the highest level available and you would be a witness to that.

                                  Hi,

                                  I have brought a new car for my senior citizen parents (Swift). I was very disappointed to learn that Mitra Agencies in Hyderabad, the dealer for this vehicle has been taking advantage of my old parents.

                                  In the recent past, they bugged and pestered them to drop the car for a FREE service and forcibly done work on it without authorization and forced them to pay for the services. This was for a brand new car and within a month of purchase. I was very furious about this and complained to the dealership, while they did nothing, but offered to give some discounts in the future. Ya! Right! - Discounts on services that are not required or necessary, but forcibly performed.

                                  Now, they seem to having serious problems with a weak suspension, which might be a serious design problem. I am very afraid and concerned about them taking to the dealership, as I pretty much can tell what would happen. The Mitra agencies will do all kinds of repairs, rip them off with unreasonable billing and then the problem would never get addressed or solved, while the dealership goes laughing to the bank. Now I can say that this dealership has no ethics, but the only goal is to maximize billing.

                                  Any suggestions.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I have Maruti Swift Dzire (Model: Aug - 2008) car. I have very limited usage. The total KM i have used is around 7100 KMs. Now i had clutch problem in my vehicle and when I went to M/s Kiran Motors for regular check up, they adviced me to replace the clutch plate as It was not working properly. I replaced the same as per their advice. I was in that impression that the company gives warranty only for 12 months. So, I have to bear the cost. But today when I checked in the Maruti User Manual, I found that the warranty is for 24 months. So, I got surprised !!! When Kiran Motor know my model why did they not inform me that you should replace under your warranty and why they took money from me ? Secondly, they have not given me the old clutch plate set back to me. So, what to do ? I have the bill where the clutch plate replaced is mentioned. So, what should i do ?

                                    Hello Niral Shah,

                                    I also have a Swift Dzire which was purchased 2 months back. At the time of booking i asked in detail about the 24 yr warranty and got to know that clutch plate and clutch liner is not covered under the warranty. They said that it depends on the usage and the way the driver uses the clutch. There are cases where the clutch had to be replaced withing 2 weeks of the purchase of the car. Maybe that is why your dealer did not mention about the warranty.
                                    But, they are supposed to return any parts that are replaced in your car. If they have not done so, you can ask them for the replaced part.

                                    I have Maruti Swift Dzire (Model: Aug - 2010) car. I have very limited usage, one hand use. The total KM I have used is around 13100 KMs. Now i had clutch problem in my vehicle and when I went to M/s Sai service Mumbai and recently Kerala,
                                    The problem is poor pick up, even in 30 KM/hr no pick up in 3rd gear,
                                    Sai services Kerala, ask to change the clutch plate, But they are not ready for pick up guarantee after replacements.
                                    Similarly in 2011, i have poor braking problem, as per Sai service advice, I changed my all brake shoe and pad, but it is not improved.
                                    Now I do not want to experiment my clutch same, way.
                                    can anybody find out a solution and advice me, Now i am station in Karnataka.

                                    i am also facing the problem with the clutch. they are saying that it is depending on the driving style. i am driving the car since last 20years. now they will teach me how to drive the car.

                                    l replace clutch plates but my car start vibrate in 1st gear after 9 months but vibration is little bit they say me change your clutch plate every year.I have to say that swift dzire braking system is worse and what to say about clutch plates you know my friend have accident from swift dzire but air bag is not opened lol.
                                    I have a Swift Dzire Zxi (2010 model).Maruti dealer in Namakkal has adviced me to change the clutch assembly and bearings for minor clutch problem. But they also changed the flywheel!!!, saying that it will start giving problem in future. Now the clutch is vibrating at first gear itself. Worse than earlier condition.

                                    From day 1, I had a problem of wobbling at 40, 80 & 120 Km speeds, Except one Maruti dealer no one else (I approached around 7 dealerships) nobody known the reason for this wheel wobbling and vibration. I have changed the OEM fitted JK tires with Michelin tyres at 42000 Km. Now no more vibration.

                                    Before I enjoy the happiness of clearing the tire vibration issue, the clutch worry has started now. Maruti Suzuki should feel ashamed to have such dealerships.

                                    Is it required to change the Flywheel of a CAR if it is not having any sign of wear or any ring gear damage?
                                    Why Maruti Suzuki is not auditing its dealerships for quality job carried out.?
                                    Why it is not testing their dealers capability and cancel the dealerships in case if the dealer is not doing good service?

                                    If the Maruti dealer service is not good there is no point in introducing new model cars every now and then. All the above complaints are evidence of poor service quality.

                                    Sir, My car too requires to change clutches and flywheel pressure plates etc.my car swift dire runed 3500 km. And I was complaining the problem of clutches since 1st free servicing. Now this replacement do not come under warranty period as replyed by mitra work shop .okay fine, Then question is that every time the problem is created by customers only .It cannot be fault of or manufacturer in defect.
