Dear Maruti Representative,

I am having Swift- Vxi which was bought around 3.5 years back but have run only 9k km. Few months back I was getting a very bad noise from the bottom of the car when accelerating and deaccelerating the car. It runs fine at uniform speed but whenever I apply acceleration or reduce, it give me sound which appears to be coming from bottom of the car. I visited Varun Motors Service in Begumpet, Behind shopper Stop which is my permanent place for all servecing done till date for this car. I was told that noise was coming from rear silencer because it has become rusty. When I argued that how come it become rusty and start creating noise problem in such short period which I havent heard from any of the other car owners. I was informed that we dont know why but we have to replace it to fix the noise problem. Left with no choice I said Ok. When I came back for Car pick up and checked the car, there was no change at all in the noise inspite of they replacing the silencer part which costed me around 3.5k. When I asked why the noise is still there, I was informed that there is some problem in the silencer rod which connects the rear silencer to front side of the engine. When asked then why you changed the silence then , I was informed that was also causing the problem. I could not understand what was the problem with Silencer. When I asked to rectify the rod problem , I was told that part is not available. Ultimately I came back spending around 4.5k with problem still in tact. I asked them to inform me once the part is availble but I havent received any calls till now. They are just messing with the customers with the sole purpose of earning the money whichever way they can. Infact there was another problem (left door noise)was logged which also remains intact.I am unable to understand how Maruti Suzuki authorizes or give dealership and ensure consistent service from there dealear. Varun motors is there for long time into this but hurt badly about the way they treat the customers. I hope Maruti will look into this and provide necessary solution to the problem.

    I have GS 150R suzuki motor vehicle since 7 months.already it got 5 services,till first service been done the vehicle is in good condition.since second service it had a problem with more vibration in engine & jerk problem while running.I felt very bad to ride this vehicle.I told this complaint to customer service centre at wilsongaurden.But they told here we not doing breakdown maintainance & they helpless.I am not satified with this service centre people & their service.

      Sub: Complaint Regarding SUZUKI GS150R

      I, K.Hari Resident of BHEL, HYDERABAD, Informs you that, I bought GS150R on October 16th 2009
      At DOBRO MOTORS (Dealer Code: 308103), Basheerbagh, Hyderabad, with a cost of 69000/- rupees net cash, (My SUZUKI GS150R Frame No: MB8NG49AJ98118190, Engine No: G[protected] after discussing pros and cons with various persons I bought SUZUKI GS150R In spite of getting negative aspects.

      On enquiry I came to know that most of the bike riders preferred Hero Honda with an Intension of the Japan latest technology in the SUZUKI GS150R inspired me to buy this bike, on the second ride with my bike I observed that when I was on the ride with a minimum of 20-40 Kmph on a sudden rear break my bike is skidding, I found that the bike does not contain any road grip while riding, the same matter has been informed to the show room people and they replied they will consider in 1st service, after the 1st service my break liners and setting told me that now it is ok, again on next riding also the same problem repeating after consulting them again 4 to 5 times the result is in vein, recently when I was on ride suddenly a boy came running on road for crossing I just pressed the back break I skid and fall down on road, and hospital expenses are also spent but if I got critical injury then who Is responsible for that so this should not be repeated again.

      I also observed the Engine sound is like tractor engine sound, and sound is very abnormal, and my clutch plates are also very tighten 3 times they have adjusted but vent in vein so kindly change this product also, finally my bike is giving millage 33 only this is the bike status if this bike gives only 33 millage then how we can drive the how we can maintain our budget. Another important point is last time when on my 4th service I found in the service centre they have removed the engine oil the quantity of old oil is only 500 ml but I filled with 1.1 liter I already got lot of smoke and carbon in the silencer I told to service centre they told me that this is petrol problem I demand here if petrol problem is there where my engine oil gone.


      I demand you to enquiry the above said complaints and change my complete tyre set with NYLO GRIP PLUS or NYLO GRIP MOTO C, break set, liner set, drum set, petrol cark and finally reduce my engine sound – increase my millage and give my bike with perfect condition and give me compensation for inconvenience

      Suzuki GS 150R — Changes on GS150R .

      Complains :

      1.Design Of seat not comfortable.
      2.6 Speed gear box .
      3.Price is high in comparasion to other 150 cc segment bikes .


      Changes Required :

      1 . Seat design must be like Herohonda CBZ Extreme .
      2 . Must be 5 Speed Gear box instead of 6 Speed .

        Dear Sirs,

        This is to inform you that I visited Simran Motors Pvt Ltd , Plot No 2-8, Sector-15, Mumbai Pune Highway, New Panvel(W)-410206 an exlusive maruti show room on 15 th Feb 2010 for buying an old car. I met with Mr Gidwani,ann representative of M/s Simran Motors. I saw Alto LXI, 2006 model, and deal was finalized in Rs1.86lacs. This price is inclusive of minor repairs(shown to representative), electrical checkup, touch up of dents/scratches on body, cleaning and servicing before delivery, transfer charges and 6 months warranty from Simran Motors.

        I gave an amount of Rs4000/- in cash on 17 th Feb 2010 as token money and agreed to pay balance amount within 15-20 days. I gave a Rs32000/-(Thirty two thousand only) to Mr Gidwani through a/c payee cheque bearing no 3421 dt 27.02.10 drawn in favour of Lahu Ganpat Patil .

        Balance payment of Rs150000/- was to pay on today while delivery of car. During the discussion held yesterday on 05.03.10 with Mr Gidwani who informed that they will not give any warranty in writing for that car

        I finalized the deal for purchase of the above car on the basis above commitments made by your representative including 6 month warranty. As you are not in position to provide any warranty in writing I had to inform the bank today on 06.3.10 to stop the payment of above cheque (Rs32000/-) immediately.
        If you are agree to provide the 6 month warranty in writing from Simran Motors I will pay the balance 1.82lacs through a/c Demand draft in favour of Simran Motors immediately otherwise I cancel the deal.
        In view of not fulfilling the commitment made by their representatives and also failure of customer’s satisfactions requested them to return the token money of Rs4000/-because the deal is cancelled.

        Now they refused to return the token money

          Sub :- Regarding Unfair Trade Practices & worst services & infrastructure
          available at DD MOTORS Wazirpur workshop in connivance with
          MARUTI SUZUKI INDIA LTD.


          Dear Sir,

          I am Bhavuk Sahni R/ O 1 – R. K Road civil lines Delhi -54
          is using Maruti 800 car ( Std) , Vehicle registration No DL9CB -9542
          I purchased this vehicle from DD Motors & from the
          day one I am getting it serviced from DD Motors in Delhi my experience with
          said Dealer is that every time after getting the vehicle serviced I have to take
          it for running repairs and they never complete the job in one go I remember in March 2007 I got the Bonnet changed for the same vehicle and within a week while driving
          on Flyover the Bonnet opened itself as the clamp was not fixed properly then I took the same to DD Motors they again changed the Bonnet & charged me for the same.

          The unfortunate part of the story doesn’t end here on 5th of May 2009 I gave my vehicle
          for servicing & I took the delivery on 6 May 2009 I was told that they will rectify all the flaws but as the pollution machine is not working so I have to get it done outside at some petrol pump & they will clean the spark plugs, injectors, they will Decarbonise the engine & also they will flush the engine for all the jobs they have charged me in the bill & the total bill paid was Rs. 9176 /- then after that on 7 May 2009 I went to three different petrol pump to get the pollution check & I was told by all the three petrol pump attendants that the pollution is more & they cannot issue a ok certificate when I contacted DD Motors I was told that these petrol pump people never change the filter of their machines & that’s why the pollution machine is showing more pollution & now our machine is fine so we will give you the certificate in between I was travelling & unfortunately on 29 sept 09 when I took the vehicle to DD Motors for pollution check in running repair they told that in case if they open job card I will be charged so without that we will do the job they tried but again they failed to give the certificate as their key Board & printer was not working this time & I was kept waiting for close to two hours under the sun & at last I was told that whenever next time I bring my vehicle for service I must get the converter changed which will cost me Rs. 12000 that too without checking the converter which is linked to silencer and while checking the vehicle they left open the nuts & Bolts on the top of engine while checking the throttle the only Business of DD Motors is to make fool of the customers, scratch their pockets & to cheat the innocent customers this incident is highly shameful for Maruti Suzuki India Ltd & DD Motors wazirpur Delhi as this is the exact position of 3 S Dealership which is ISO Certified & the same is for Maruti Suzuki India Ltd the only & only thing which works in DD Motors is their high Billing system for the customers the moment in the morning you take the vehicle inside before even opening a job card they will ask you is wether you will pay by credit card or cash that is the only concern DD Motors has for the customers.

          So Good Bye to Maruti Suzuki India Ltd & DD Motors in my life I will never buy a Maruti product also will never go to DD Motors till the time I possess the existing vehicle.

            I own a Maruti SX4 ZXi 2008 (DL2CAH 6880) model and got it serviced recently from Rana Motors, Okhla. Before giving it for Service i specifically told them that when my vechile slows down or when it stops at red light the AC stops functioning and blows hot air. Now if you are owning such an expensive car and in such a hot weather how does it feel. When asked whether AC is functioning properly after service, the person at Rana Motors told me that there is no problem with AC and it is working fine but the problem still continues. Can i expect someone from Maruti to look into it and get it resolved.

              I got my Maruti Swift VXI serviced on 30th april 10 at Wondr cars ,Pune .
              On 15th May 2010 while driving in Aurangabad, Vehicle suddenly stopped.
              Local service centre .
              They could Detect Fuel pump has failed.
              If Maruti is using such unreliable parts & Service centres & also cannot detect the potential failure of the part during servicing ,it shows Maruti putting their customers for using the vehicle for very high risk.
              Luckily I was not hit by any other vehicle from back side when my car suddenly stopped.

                I had booked a Maruti Swift Dzire Zdi White with your dealer Spectra Motors Ltd. ,
                Goregaon(West) Mumbai-62.Receipt no.B9358 dated 15/2/2010 Allotment no.[protected].
                At the time of booking, it was promised that the vehicle will be delivered within 2 months of booking.As on today,3 months have passed,the dealer is not mentioning the exact date of delivery.Sir,I had sold my old WagonR on the assurance from the dealer for getting the vehicle on time.I am a diabetic patient and it is extremely inconvenient for me to travel without a car.Your company is known for it's excellent customer care and I cannot expect such kind of delay from an excellent company.
                You are therefore requested to look into the matter and do the needful so as to get me my vehicle at the earliest.

                Maruti Udyog Limited/ Swift Dzire — Non delivery of booked Car

                I am to bring in your kind notice that I have booked Swift Dzire (VDi) with BERKELEY AUTOMOBILES LIMITED, Chandigarh on 11.4.2008. An amount of Rs. 50000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) was deposited as booking amount. The Executive of said dealer told me that the vehicle in question will be delivered to me within three months from the date of booking but when I contacted the dealer on 11.7.2008, The dealer not only failed to deliver me the car on the promised date of delivery but also failed to give the exact date when the car will be delivered to me. I didn't expect this from a highly reputed company like Maruti Suzuki.
                Furthermore, when I go through the booking register of the dealer, I was surprised to see that some of the cars were delivered out of turn to the customers for which the dealer has no satisfactory answer to give. There are also rumors in the city that Swift Dzire cars are being sold after charging over and above money from the customers.
                Keeping in view of above, I request your good self to take steps so that I may get my car immediately as the matter has already been delayed for no fault of mine.

                MARUTI SUZUKI/SWIFT DZIRE — NON DELIVERY OF VEHICLE

                I had booked a Swift Dezire with M/s. Jayalakshmi Automotives, D. No.8-24-31, Mangalagiri Road, Guntur, Ph: 2241000, 2242000, 2243000 vide their receipt No.14 dated 04.04.08, Allotment No.18 by paying an amount of Rs.50, 000/- vide cheque no. 146538 dated 04.04.08 o[censored]CO Bank, Guntur.

                I have written to them as well as Maruti as to when I can expect delivery but there is no reply at all.

                Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire — dilly dallying regarding non delivery of swift desire

                I, (Lt Col Tarun Anand)had booked maruti swift desire vxi with modern automobiles Chandigarh through CSD on 14 Mar 09. the Mgr Mr Deepak and the person dealing with CSd Deptt Mr Amit had promised to deliver the car within 07 to 30 days. But as on today Mr Amit says that he cannot deliver the car in near future- as the car is not available. On checking with other dealers in Ambala and Jaipur it was confirmed that delivery could be given in a week to a month 's time. It cleary shows that Modern Automobiles is bungling the bookings- Giving the cars recieved to persons who are known to them or probably grease their palms. Maruti Suzuki Gurgaon needs to Pull up the particular dealer- instruct him to deliver the car at priority. We Go to Maruti - Prefer buying Cars from them Just because of the name MARUTI.Rest is up to Maruti.

                Maruti Suzuki, Swift Dezire — Non delivery of car

                Dear Sir,
                I had booked a Maruti Suzuki car Swift Dezire with Autopace Network Pvt Ltd located at 112-113, Industrial area, Phase -1, Chandigarh on 09 April 09 (to be bought through C S D canteen). The date given for delivery was two to three months. The executive told me that though the delivery date is written as two to three months but the same is delivered within one and half month.
                It is more than Four months and nothing is heard from the dealer. Every time I ring up the executive I am informed that the cars are not coming from the factory and the dealer has no information as to when the cars will be delivered to them.
                They also said that no Swift desire has been sold from Chandigarh(any dealer) in the last three months, which is not correct. I have the information that an individual booked the same Swift Dezire, VXI model and got the car within one month. It can not be believed that no car has been sold from Chandigarh.
                An advance of Rs 13000/- was deposited with the dealer wide receipt No 171 dated 09 April 2009 for Swift Dezire, VXI model.
                You are requested to please check up and intimate to me the date by which I can get the booked car.

                Maruti Udyog — Non Delivery of Car

                I am from Kolkata and own a Swift Desire who's Registration No is: WB-06 A 4546.

                Unfortunately the car met with an accident on 19/12/2009. As the Dewars Garage is having strike we had to deposit our car at MACHINO TECHNO at Darga Road. Kolkata.

                All the insurance formalities were done by 23-24/12/2009 and the started to repair the same. On 29/12/2009 they informed us that there preliminary work is over and that they have ordered for some mechanical parts and are waiting for same and it will take around 5-7 days. we asked them to make it fast as we are having problems as we have only one car in our family.they said ok.

                Sir i am really shocked, astonished,helpless and in a very hurt state to experience this kind of behavior,service,false commitments shown by the work shop MACHINO TECHNO as today is 14/01/2010 and they are saying that they have not recvd any parts and thay are stiil waiting for them. Also they are unable to confirm the exact date of recpt of that parts.

                I heartily regret and very sorry to say that the MARUTI COMPANY who is the largest car seller in India Does not even trust its work shops and keeps their parts stocked and updated at thier largest workshop in calcutta. Then its very risk for the customers to trust them and buy cars from them.

                The related persons has taken us for granted and that we are helpless and is no condition to do anything to them. whenever asked they are just replying that we have orderes and that now we have no other option than to wait.

                Its already been close to one month and my new swift desire is standing there like a scrap car and there is no action against it.

                I dnt knw what to do other than write a complaint.

                I am totally fallen down as it is only car in my family and can not afford to buy a new one. Also am not getting the confirmation as when i will get the car as the servicemen there have no responsibility as the Maruti has also lost all its service value and shoul be withdrawn all right of appereciation from customers.

                Plz HELP and get my car released with all the work done in good way. Hope Maruti will take some action.
                I Moti Singh, from Alwar[Raj] owner of Maruti A STAR, regn no.RJO2CA6463 want to draw your kind attention towards your service at Alwar work shop.Your labour at this workshop is very irresponsible and disobedient.They make people stand in queue for long hours and ultimately the result is very dissapointing.I am a govt. servant and i dont have enough time to indulge myself in all these things.The second service of my vehicle took place on 25/12/09.I wasn't satisfied with the work and on my complaint I was called again on 14/1 /10.Unfortunately the same thing was repeated again.I waited for 3 hrs and was then informed that the labour was absent.I am really dissapointed with their attitude.I paid Rs.650 for all this, but it was all in vain.At the end of all, i just want to say that your company is unreliable.

                i bought maruti alto k10 vxi on dated 25 january 2015 from Nainital Motors Pvt.Ltd. Haldwani Uttarakhand Ranikhet Branch. Branch Manager Mr. Vinod Pandey is mis guiding me for TRC about one month. How can I ragister my Vehicle?

                  sir yesterday 17/05/10 i purchased swift vxi from tanya automobile chippi tank meerut.i was taking the car bak to home from showroom suddenly it jerked and engine was shut down. i tried restarting it but the meter showed a yellow color lock icon in it. i called the concerned person bt could not contact him, there after i called maruti suzuki customr care they refused to look into the matter by saying they cant provide any technical support. finally i parked my car in a strangers home and today morning i brought it back.
                  so sir the car is jus 23 km old and its not even 24 hours since i purchased my car.
                  so just tell me should i ask them to change my car or get it repared .

                  kindly suggest me the best option.

                  Hi Vipin,

                  I understand your pain for the new car. But getting embarrased is not the solution to the problem. New vehicles during the initial days are not upto the mark bcoz they fresh came out from the manufacturing plant and the engine and chassis part takes some time to get smooth. Might be some fuel guage carburettor setting or the battery was working for first time so they are taking some time to get adjusted according to the new car system.

                  Solution:-- Contact only the technical person of the dealer from whom you brought this car. Let them understand the problem and if any replacement required then the y will take necessary action regarding this.

                  Maruti Suzuki Swift Vxi — fault in product

                  There is a breakage in sclutch pad in a new car,which covered only 119 kms.only one week of car delivered but abreakage during driving.eventhough i am a police inspector,they cheated us.Think hw many uneducated can be cheated.so,i kindly request you to take a severe action against maruti suziki company.

                    My Uncle had booked a Maruti Suzuki Swift VDI with ABS with Atul Motors Rajkot on 1st of January 2010, vied the following details

                    Booking Name: Sub Maj. Satveer Singh (It was booked in the defense Quota)
                    Swift VDI with ABS
                    Metallic Azure Grey Colour
                    Atul Motors Rajkot
                    Booked on 1st Jan 2010
                    The dealer sales man whom we were in touch were was Mr Kirpal Singh and the CEO of the dealership is Mr. Anand Radia.
                    Initially when we inquired about the booking they told us that it would take about 3 months, however even after 4.5 months all we are getting is a constant neglect on their part. every time we call them we get a false claim that it would arrive after a fortnight or a week and several such claims.
                    What we got to know is that it is being delayed due to two reasons 1) the color is very rare and runs on the production line very rarely, & 2) there is a shortage of ABS kit in Maruti so it is getting delayed.
                    however we internally inquired and got to know that since it was booked in the defense quota and the company doesnt gain any profit on this so they have kept the defence vehicles in the lowermost priority.
                    This is kind of customer care the Maruti Dealerships give us.
                    I am not aware what we can do about this, Please let us know if there is anything we can do we would be grateful.

                    maruthi udyog — delay delivery of swift vdi abs

                    Dear Sir,
                    My name is A.Chenthamarakshan.I have booked a swift vdi abs(bright red) on 16th june at Popular motors, mamangalam,
                    ernakulam, kerala and I still didn't get any information about its delivery.I dont even know whether i get this car within 4 months.The dealer is telling that they are not getting any abs swift.But if going like this I am forced to cancel my order and go for any other car.So I humbly request you to take necessary action so that I can get my car soon.

                      This is to inform that i have buy the access 125 on 23rd june 2009. And i have make till now 5 services from you're authorized showroom in jamnagar(gujarat). Bt i havent get any satisfaction in the average settings in my vehicle. I have talked with the dealer and the service center about the problem, bt they are not doing any proper duty. in-spite of all this i m very much tired of this vehicle for the average. I get 26-30 average.

                      So what can i do for that,please reply us for the same.

                        I own a Maruti SX4 Zxi car and the car has run around 13000 Kms so far last month I went on a long drive of 800Kms unfortunately the front tyre on the co driver side got badly damaged the wires came out of the car the upper rubber just came off in a patch I replaced the tyre with the brand new tyre kept as a spare tyre in the boot to my surprise within 700kms of driving back this tyre too got damaged on a highway it bursted this new tyre was placed as rear tyre towards co driver side ie on the left side,whereas it is suppose to be a tubeless tyre I was driving at 110 - 120 Km per hour speed.

                        When I complaint at the service center they turned down my complaint stating some stone hit the car tyre

                        I was driving all the way on the highway from Hyderabad to Indore and back to Hyderabad all along on a metal road

                        Dont know how to address this issue as I had to pay in full for the new tyre and no one bothered to look into the issue and see if the tyres were of bad quality.

                        Maruti Suzuki SX4 zxi — Non delivery of new car

                        I have booked a SX4 on 14th Jul and was promised delivery within 15 days and haven't been given delivery yet. Moreover I also haven't been given a likely date of delivery.

                        Maruti Suzuki SX4 zxi — Bad Response of the Dealers

                        I had given my car MARUTI SUZUKI Sx4 Zxi (GJ-4AP-2825)for service and repairs at Maruti's Authorized Service Station named "Eternal Motors Pvt Ltd, Chitra,Bhavnagar" . But I am not satisfied with them. They avoid me & not giving proper answer.

                        They want to send me at Kataria Motors, Ahmedabad to show my Sx4, though it was their duty. According to Kataria Motors, the problem is that the steering coloum work not properly & need to change. Its make noise. Though I have warranty, My deler, Eternal motors, not replaced the faulty part of my car. I have also external warranty but deler's mechanical engineer refuse me to change the part. He also told me that if he replaced the faulty part, the company cuts its charge from his salary. After seeing my extended warranty, the mechanic told me Don't worry I am here.!!!!And other mechanic of the deler also suggested me to change the faulty part. They avoid me since last one month. They always told me that I have to replace faulty part at Kataria Motors, Ahmedabad. Why should I go Ahmedabad???Though I had purchaced from here.
                        We complained two time at company's Call center dated at 9/9/2010, Complain no is [protected] but complain automatically closed without inform or confirmation from me. And from call center they told me my complain was closed by Eternal Motors.
                        Now I have again complain dated at 13/9/2010 Complain no is [protected] which is still pending. This is my 2nd car of Maruti Suzuki.
                        So please do needful as soon as possible.

                        I had book a new SX4 diesal Car in April 2011 through your Delar M/s. Popular Automobiles, Kottayam. At the time of booking the Delars persons assured me that at any cost the Vehicle can be released to you with in 4 months. But till today they are not able to deliver the same. i wants to get a clear message from you.

                          I had booked a maruti Swift Dzire with Spectra Motors thru one of he Brokers Shakti Motors in Navi Mumbai.The date when the Booking amount of one lacs was given was 29/03/2010.The purpose of booking this Vehicle was to gift it to my Husband on his Birthday which is on 29/05/2010.

                          I was promised that he vehicle will be delivered to me by 15/05/2010.I have been following up with Shakti Motors for the same almost every week during April and almost every two days since May and everytime I have been assured of the delivery on 15/05/2010.

                          Suddenly on 15/05/2010, I am informed that the Vehicle cannot be delivered so soon and infact the date when it would be delivered cannot be commented upon.
                          The model Zxi which I had booked is not been produced now and if I opt for Vxi, they would try to deliver the vehicle by this month end.

                          It is s harrowing experience booking a car with the market leaders.

                          I agree to all this, i've booked a Swift VDi (ABS) with a dealer in kanpur on 24th march 2010 who promised me the delivery within 15-20 days but its been today ie 18th may 2010 the car has not been delivered a yet, had a chat with the regional manager Mr. Negi here in lucknow he coolly said me tht ok sir u can take back the booking amount, around 8 days back the dealer showed me the dispatch order with the maruti which showed that my car would be dispatched from the plant on 14th may-2010 but the car is still pending in the records tht means it has still not been dispatched from the co., i have been told a lot of stories behind the delay like shortage of ABS kits with the co. which i think doesnt sets the standards that maruti boasts off, and about the production of a model specifically VDi (ABS) which is very minimal, as far as i think maruti exports vehicles to other nations with ABS as standard shipment in its behicles but they hav shortages for the ABS kits here for the country, PEOPLE HAV ALREADY STARTED MOVIND AWAY FROM THE SWIFT AND HAV SWITCHED ON TO VISTA OR PUNTO AND A FEW OTHER MODELS AVAILABLE. lets see wht happens in the future with the new model of swift launching in Jan-Mar 2011, dont know wht happens then whn the production isnt meeting the demand of the indian customers.
                          I am very unhappy with the Maruti Suzuki Commitment towards customer, in today’s competitive world; they are unable to satisfy the customer. They are celebrating two years for the Dzire, but still they are not able to fix the waiting period for the car. More over Dzire cars are not available for the test drive at dealers, I have visited the Magic Auto showroom, Dwarka & Competent Motors Dwarka, New delhi, both dealers did not have the Dzire cars for the test drive. Magic auto sales man, refuse to book the dzire car & started convincing me to buy either Ritz or swift, but the Sales man at the competent Motors, was kind enough to book the car & said, it will take 2 months for him to deliver the car but got the signed on the agreement of 3 months. I called up maruti head office at vasnat vihar & call centre number, they keep on saying that, we usually say 3 months, but car actually delivers much earlier than that, but much earlier than that has no definition, I am so bugged up this waiting strategy of marutis that, i have decided to buy Tata Manza instead. Tata Manza too has got the Fiat Engine, I would request you all to rethink your decision with maruti, If they can not change there attitude towards customer, than we are also not going to show loyalty to them anymore.
                          One of my Uncle booked for Maruti Swift with a dealer in Madurai. Even after 6 months he dint get the delivery of the car. Finally he got annoyed by the delay and got back the money and went ahead and got a Mahindra Scorpio within a months time! even Scorpio is in high demand, but still they managed to deliver it in a short time period. This is what is called as good service!
                          i know that no action is taken after the complaint in maruti suzuki and i shocked after using maruti swift dzire
                          after 2 days of inspection no defect is detected in my car and the comp says we dont know how much time is taken

                            On 7th May'10, due to some damage in my car, I had given my car to 1up motors for the accidental insurance claim. My car number is UP32 CC 2190. For the time being they gave me a loner car WagonR. On 10th may'10 they gave me my car and took away the loner car. Afterwards, i found out that the work wasnt done upto the mark plus my car had a new scratch on the rear bumper. When i called them again, they asked me to again give them my car and they will repair it within 2 hours the next day. They came to my house and took my car, gave me another swift VDi. After one hour when i was about to leave for my office, i found out that the battery of this car was totally discharged. I called and complained again. A guy from the service centre came and took the car with him by starting it using another battery. When i told them my problem that i wont be able to make it to work today, they started laughing and giggling. The names of these men are: Mr. Mathur (works manager) and Mr. Sanjeev([protected]). I dont think i am a fool to have bought a maruti suzuki car.

                            When you guys are so particular about your services, these service centre guys at 1up motors behave in such manner and this spoils the customer base of your company. My car has been returned to me while the whole work hasnt been finished yet.

                            Maruti Swift VDI — False Commitments

                            Sir,
                            I purchased this Maruti VDI in Oct 2009. The company assured and confirmed that the vehicle is fitted with ICAD system which immobilizes the car if ever tried to start the engine by any other key except the original one.
                            Now this car was stolen on 7/05/2011. while both the original keys are with me.
                            Hence I want to clarify that what is the value of this assuarnce or is this just a sales gimmick given by such a big company like Maruti.
                            Please do inform me my rights coz I want to go in the consumer court against Maruti or to know the exact legal rights of the consumer I will have to apply in RTI.

                                I was very excited on buying a car on my own this year.
                                My father owes a HPCL petrol pump.
                                This is regarding a bitter experience for buying a A-star (zxi model) from one of your dealers in thane.
                                On 21.04.2010 I got a proforma invoice from NAVNIT MOTORS,THANE of Rs.4,66,284/- including registration and 3rd year warranty price.
                                I exchanged my Maruti 800 (5 stroke) for Rs.40000/-.
                                I gave Rs.10000/- as booking as charges and Rs 100,000/- as down payment.
                                The problem with started then onwards.

                                I am happy about my purchase of a Maruti product due to the high quality of the product and goodwill of the manufacturer. The purchase process was not an experience I anticipated.

                                I also came to understand that your salespeople were not trained as none of them knew what proper documentation is required.

                                Till date none of the employees from Navnit Motors had called from the front and asked the details or any pending documentation.
                                After the remaining amount was credited from the HDFC bank in their account I expected a call but I still didnt receive any.
                                I called myself again to enquire whether they have recevied the money or not??
                                After this I was committed that I shall receive the car delivery within 4-5 working days.I requested them to do as early as possbile.

                                To my horror I received a call from Mr.Dharmendra Tripathi mentioning that my documentation has huge problems.
                                He asked me come down to thane and hand him the original copy of my electricity bill.It was not possible for me reach thane so he sent a guy who took the required bill without checking it.

                                Again in the noon Mr.Tripathi called me and this time he raised his voice too high.Misbahaving a lot and no knowledge at all to talk to a female,complaining that i did not gave him the correct documentation coz of which he cannot process for the registration.
                                I repeatedly said that their guy should have cross checked it,but questioning on my corporate knowledge he continued his misbehaviour.
                                Neither agreed for the cancellation nor refund.
                                It got impossible for me to communicate with him.I handed the phone to my father to talk and he requested that just deliver the car we shall do the registration ourself. He again denied saying he has already given the pay order for the registration.
                                How come the pay order is given before he was sure of the documentation??
                                How atrocious and unproffessional?

                                Later I understood that this is the case with all dealers.Buyers are treated like motorcycle buyers and taken for a ride. Buyers are misled to think that the dealers are offering good deals and freebies. This attutude must cease to exist if Maruti wants to
                                retain its traditional goodwill.

                                This continued until their employee Ms.Aruna called to apologise and requeted to hand over the correct document to them.I asked her that sent someone over to collect right away.
                                But she said you can give us tomorrow too!
                                I appreciate this.

                                Adding,I just requested for a choice number as the total of 21.But ealiear their salesman said it shall charge Rs.3500/- then changing it to Rs.3000/- and finally Mr.Tripathi said it shall charge me Rs.2500/-. No proper explaination was provided to me on the part of the price.This attitude must cease to exist if Maruti wants to retain its traditional goodwill.

                                I am not sure whether Maruti is truely worried about these issues or just worried about sales of their products. Incase, they are, they must regulate their dealers by asking them to be transparent in pricing.

                                My purchase might just be a small contribution to Maruti. If these issues are resolved, it shall make a big difference to customer attitude to your company and dealers.

                                  I bought Sept 2007 Wagon R LXI model from Maruti True Value showroom (Autovista) at Kandivali (W) in October 2009. (MH 02 BD 8912)

                                  Before we made the purchase the sales agents of AutoVista kept on pressing the point that since this is a True Value product they conduct 120 checks on the car and there's absolutely nothing to worry.

                                  Well, we trusted them and more than 8 months after the purchase, we havent yet received the duplicate set of car keys that they were originally supposed to hand over to us.

                                  Secondly, we had problems with the car A/c from the beginning, and now they are saying that A/c maintenance is not included in the warranty.

                                  My question is if you are not able to conduct basic checks such as car keys and car A/c, we certainly dont trust you on any other issue.
                                  We went by the name Maruti, but the service is disgusting!!!

                                  Maruti True Value / Zen LXI — Issues with the service provided

                                  I bought Maruti Zen Lxi from True Value ( Vadaalani Branch ) in the month of March 2009. From the 1st service i am highlighting issues on Power steering, power window not working, Interior lights not working, Stepni tyre torn, etc. none of the issues are sorted out. Unable to find the customer care number of Maruti True value as well. Not sure whether they are working or not.

                                  dear Kalpesh, i bought Zen LXI 2005 model in march n car AC stopped working in August but i got it repaired from True value people under warranty n even i got AC cooling coil worth rupees 5000 rupees..do check with some other Service center or call the Maruti helpline no.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                                    I purchased a new maruti Alto LXI in Nov 2008 from Orbit Rourkela (Orissa) .On 22March 2010 i was driving my car on a road suddenly the front tyre was burst . I brought this issue to the concerned dealer and asked him to change my tyre which is under warrany period (Only 6580 KM Run ) .After 02 month when i contacted again they refused to change the same while making an excuse.


                                    Kindly take the needful action .

                                      Hi,

                                      I bought a Maruti Suzuki VDI model Car three months back from the dearler Popular Auto Mobiles at Annanagar in Chennai, They are not at all doing service properly, if we say any complaints, just trying to convince me and returning back the car without doing service, and also 9 days back when I parked my car infront of a hotel, a Tempo travelore 407 vehicle came and hit back side of my vehicle, and car damaged, again given it for service to the Popular service center, so far they have not done anything for it, and they were not telling exact delivery date, I am facing a lot personal problem due to this issue. I am expecting money to compensate my lose in past 9 days, because they have commited with me that to deliver the vehicle in 4 days but not yet delivered it, and not getting proper response from them. Kindly do the needful for me.
