[Resolved]  Microtek Inverters — Fault service unattended

i purchased a microtek UPS-E2 875VA SW E2 from a dealer m/s Sakthi tech, velachery chennai , and the same was installed on 9/1/12. the product is under warranty and till this date no service personal came to check that. mean while the inverter failed during the power cut (between 2 to 4 pm) on 19/5/12. I contacted the dealer and they advised to lodge a complaint with customer care of Microtek by giving their phone no. accordingly i lodged the complaint which was regitere as UPS-E22012:001446 @13.49 hrs on 21/5/12. a confirmation massage was received in my mobile this effect.The call centre person stated that the problem will be resolved within 3 working days. But till this moment no one from microtek has attended the problem. i made several calls to the the customer care as well as customer care manager but in vain. they promised to technician on Thursday 24 th then on 25 th then on 26 th. but no results so far. Today i made several attempts to call the customer care manager but there was no response. i sent three SMS massage to their no [protected], but no response so far. We have power cut for two hrs daily and we are put to great suffering especially in this summer. iam post by pass surgery patient and suffer with suffocation during power cut.But microtek does not care

Microtek Inverter E2 — Microtek Inverter not working

I have purchased on Microtek inverter E2 after 6 months it not working and It purchased from Ambala(Hayrana) Now I am in Mohali/Chandigarh. There is no support regarding this.

Dear customer care my complane no is ups-e22012:000722 $ ups-e22012:000732 mera complane[protected] ka hai or mera invertor abhi new hai or isma pahli bar minor voltage porblame hai yeh 150 voitage se kam per chargilng nahi hota hai ek techinition aaye or minor problem bataya or usa banane ke bajay bole ki card replace karana hoga or ek purana sa card lagane ke liya bole hum ne kaha mera card or invertor new hai to hum purana card kyown lagay to woh bole ki service center le aayia aapka sara problem theek ho jayaga hum kal ho ke s.c. gaye or invertor 2hour ke baad bana kar
mila jab ghar laye to usma fuse blown light jal raha hai or sahi se kam nahi kar raha hai phir s.c. call kiya to kaha gaya ki thori der main kisi ko bhagata hai par nahi bhaga aur aag anae ke liye kaha hai ?
aur sri mann se nivadan hai ki agar sambhav ho to please please new card replace karwa de nahi to jo hamara card hai usa hi banwa de lakin jaldi karwa de please Pinku kumar s/o- Nagendra Baitha
