Dear Quality Head - MOTHER DAIRY - DELHI Today, I have bought MOTHER DAIRY DAHI BNO. 082282BF.2002 MFD. 15 AUG. 08 MRP. Rs. 23.00 from the local shop OM DEPARTMENTAL STORE AT SEC-5 VAISHALI. THE DAHI CONTAINS FOREIGN PARTICLE - A DEAD INSECT. WHICH IS VERY SHOCKING, AND THIS HAS ERODED MY TRUST ON MOTHER DAIRY AND ITS PRODUCTS. IT TELLS THE STORY OF QUALITY ASSURANCE OF MOTHER DAIRY, MORE OVER IT BADLY REFLECTS MOTHER DAIRY'S MEASURES AND CHECKS TAKEN OR IN PLACE ABOUT HEALTH AND SAFETY OF YOUR CONSUMER/S??? I AM ALSO APPALLED ABOUT THE FACT THAT YOUR CONSUMER SERVICE NUMBER ARE NOT RESPONDING AT ALL, SHALL i PROCEED TO CONSUMER FORUM?? Subject:- BAD SERVICE.
Dear Sir,
I am new appointed authorised distributor for Milk in DOMBIVLI (DIST:- THANE).
I want's to devlope my business, but co.'s sales persons & co. both are not pramoting to increase the sale.
Like when i am giveign the any big order your then co. saying that there is shortage, & proveding short qty. so it is very difficult to handle the sitituation, besause i know the shortage when tempo somes for delivery.
And there is no fix time for delivery one day around 3 to 3.30 AM, some time 6.30-7.30 & most of the time after 7.30. which is not axceptiable for any distributor. Some of my customers, they want's the milk at 4-4.30 AM., so who can i sullyp to them, so next day they says that we will not give you the order because of dilay supplay.
At the time of shortagr co is supplaying the cow milk insted of FCM mlik, so customer gives complain.
So, please give attaension on these matters as early as possible, so i can increase my business & co.s business also.
