Appended below please find formal complaint lodged with Thwe Mobile Store. More than 2 months after purchase, the 5% rebate, amounting to more than Rs 1,000/- has still not been received.

Your representative has NOT satisfactorily answered my queries:
1) At the time of purchase I was called thrice on the same day from your store.
They had a sales deadline to meet.
I could have bought this phone from anywhere; your store in merely one of many.
2) At the time of sale, I was offered a 5% rebate.
After completing the purchase, the staff slowly interjected that the rebate would come to my account "in a few days".
3) After 15 days, I went back to the store and complained about the non-receipt of the rebate.
The staff told me about " delays/no feedback from Delhi"
4)At no point was any definite period mentioned . Today, I received a phonecall saying "our document says 45 days for the rebate".
This is a deliberate FRAUD: at no time was a 45 day period mentioned to me or shown to me.
My sales receipt does not show/mention any such period for the rebate.
I intend forwarding this mail to LG also.
Of course, future purchases from your store are out of the question, and I shall let my experience be known to my circle also.

LG 32LG80FR LCD TV — Poor Service
Hi Friends.I have purchased LG LCD TV around June2010. On time of demo we have found that there is problem in reception of few channels. I have registered the complaint on 21Oct10 (C10A2318338) on registration I have been informed that the complaint will attended within 24Hrs; however it was attended after 8 days that to after repeated follow-up with local LG service center. The issue is still not resolved as some components are required for same.
The service center / call center has very good excuse every time you call them "No power", "System is down", "e-mail not working" etc.
I would just like all that the product may be good?? but service is very poor.....
Please make sure you have good service of any product before you bye any product of any company.
