    I Have Purchased 2 lg Dvd writer for my computer on September 2008. After Purchesing 3 days I face the problem that LG Dvd writer dosn,t Write the Video DVD on +Media dvd. I Submit the both dvd writer to your service center M/s Anant Shri, Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana.They replace it (According to service center). But the problem is still. Again I Submit it om Feb 09. After few day they give me back & said Problem is soloved. But the Problem is still with both dvd writers. Now On 8 September, 09 I again visit your service center. they refused to collect it & Said its out of warranty. The manufacturing date of both dvd writers are[protected]. According to manufacturing the warranty period is 15 Months from the manufacturing date. So my both lg dvd writers are still in Warranty. Please do the needful.

    LG dvd writer — irresponsible customer service

    Sir, one of your service is available in palayamkottai, tamilnadu.I gave my LG DVD writter for service.They told me that it will be available within a week, but it is morethan three weeks till now iam waiting for my writter.They are not giving me a proper reply also.please take necessary steps to provide good customer service...very poor customer service

      Dear Sir,

      Our Jainscar Pvt., Ltd., Vellore – 632 009. We bought 24 Nos of LG 1.5, 2 & including 3 ton Air-conditioner in Resimet, Thiruvanmiyor, Chennai, India (LG Dealer) on Jan 2009 and warranty period of one year. For the past 8 months 2 Nos of LG Air-conditions are not working. Both of them are in within warranty period. We gave complaints to LG Customer Care (Complaint No. S9C80404582, S9C80404889 and also LG Tool Free Number [protected]). And also we gave complaints to Local LG Service Dealer of Wintech, Vellore More number of times but no response from them.

      In our Server Computer on IT Room. Server is very difficult to run without AC.

      I request that kindly make necessary arrangements to service 2 Nos of LG Air-conditions as early as possible.

      LG INDIA / AIR CONDITION — NO RESPONSE FROM 8 MONTHS

      Dear sir,

      this is to inform you that i purchased a 1 tonn split ac for my room but its giving me a bad performane.i have given many complaints i.e 6 to 7 times but there is no postive results for that.i am really ashamed to buy this ridiculous product i am irritated by complaining again and again.All the senior executives are not taking this complaint seriously.2 to 3 times there engineer visited at my home but the problem is the same.the product has some manufacturing defect. LG KNOWS HOW TO COLLECT MONEY AND FOOL THERE CUSTOMERS BUT THERE IS NO AFTER SALES AND SERVICE SUPPORT. PLEASE HELP ME FOR THE SAME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.NOW I AM FED WITH THIS COMPANY BY GIVING COMPLAINTS AGAIN AND AGAIN.

I HAD CALLED LG DEALER MR.SRINIVAS IN THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY 2011 TO GET MY A.C. SERVICED BEFORE THE HECTIC SUMMER MONTHS BEGINS. HE ALSO APPRECIATED MY IDEA AS DURING SUMMERS THE TECHNICIANS KEEP VERY BUSY. BREEZE N FREEZE DID NOT SEND ANY TECHNICIAN FOR THE WHOLE OF FEB & MARCH 2011. THEN I STARTED CALLING LG CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLLFREE NO.[protected] AND REQUESTED TO SEND A TECHNICIAN TO SERVICE MY A.C. I SPOKE TO ONE PRAVIN WHO SAID A TECHNICIAN WILL ATTEND IN NEXT 24HRS AND GAVE ME A COMPLAIN NO.RNA[protected]. THEN AFTER 4 DAYS I SPOKE TO RAVI WHO SAID THE SAME AND GAVE ME THIS NO.RNA[protected]. ITS ALMOST A WEEK NOW AND OUR COMPLAIN IS ONLY GETTING REGISTERED BUT NO RESPONSE. FURTHER NO CSE OF LG EVEN BOTHERS TO GUIDE US HOW DO WE GO ABOUT AND GET OUR A.C.SERVICED. PLEASE TAKE SOME ACTION SO THAT WE CONSUMERS DONT FEEL CHEATED AND FRUSTRATED EVEN AFTER PAYING SO MUCH.

I PURCHED ON 03/08/2009, AND YOUR DISTRIBUTOR TOLD ME THAT THE DTH WILL INSTALL FROM COMPANY WITHIN 5 TO 6 DAYS. AND OFFICIAL TIME (AS PER LG SALES MANAGER AT AHEMDABAD) WILL BE FOR 30 DAYS.             This Is Varunkarthik,On 20th Aug,-2009. I bought one split room Air conditioner (Model No: LSA5QW2VF1-AE4STRI) Sr,No.Unit:90STRLY003856 from BAGHYAA ENTERPRISES (HAMEEDIA SHOOPING MALL,NO:108,109,TRIPLICANE HIGH ROAD,TRIPCICANE,CHENNAI-600005. At that time of purchase I asked for a fresh piece from them,I payed full cash, but they forced me to buy a display item .They also gave me guarranty that if anything happens, it will be take back immediately replaced with newone.(that persion name)NARAIEN.
            From the very first day of installation, very fast,from the product abnormal sound is coming Noise from outdoor unit fan motor and several times on dated 21/08/09 i informed to Mr;narieen had been contacted and the techinical people has check my ac indoor,and pepole said fan moter problemed,manufactured damaged.the two people to discuss to senior officer mr dinish through cell..I talk to concern persion.iam not intrested to service I bought only new peace four days back so i need replacement my indoor part new piece.the pepole said we spoke to informed complained my head and sales persion Mr: Baghyaa Enterprises.He said we give change new piece to indoor plant. And agian reconform I spoke to Mr: Narieen.He also said Assurance to give me.we will change new pieces he said u wait for two days .on dated 23/08/09.So iam waiting for two days no any phone call to Bayhayaa Enterprises side,Agian i call to speak to narieen on dated :26/08/09 he said again wait sir,at present no stock my side send compliend to lg custmer care,we change new peace u dont worry.ok. so I stright away will meet to direct (baghyaa Ent), meet one staff girl she told me, narien is not avilabile he went to family tour i doknow your problem,pl u come to after three day after he will come back,so iam very shock and suffered 27/08/09.I try to mobile Mr: narien somany times, not working.& reaching.Next day Again we call to narieen he pick my call.he told sorry,sorry for delay sir, today we solve the problem,dont worry sir,he convinced my mind set.more than half hour.Then i think narieen is not response persion, he is only customer cheeting persion and he not fit to sales he is cheeted to me saled used & dammaged air condisioner so i got number Mr Dhanasekar,Custmer persion then i final talk to mr dhanasekar,.he also said to clear this problem assurance to talk with me on dated 03/08/09.at 7-37.pm.So iam waiting for one day Tomorrow, If your not taking action your side.for change the my indoor piece. Any responce your side,Then We take finial action.Iam a press pepole Advertising Company.(your dealears& service pepole,very poor service activites)I published bit notice press & tv channel,issue the all press.I got all proof referance and evediance,cell phone voice recorder,

              i am the owner of air conditioner which is produce by you since this summer.
              its not working properly. it making a lot of noise from ac box i.e.split (not from compressor)

                LG GM200 — poor and unprofessional customer care

                i had bought a lg gm200 mobile phone last year. The phone has been experiencing problems since the first day i bought it, but since it had 1 year warranty it wasnt a problem. After a few day after the warranty period, i was again forced to visit the customer care center. They told me that the phone's board has fried and need to be replaced. I agreed to it, and asked me to come after some days. After a couple of days when i got there they told me that it wasnt ready since they had ran out of stock. They told me to come after i week. Again i went again i got the same reply. Then i asked them to call me when its ready. So after nearly a month since i gave the phone, i got a call from them and the date was 20 april. I went there and got the phone. When i came back home and checked the phone after recharging i was surprised to find messages in the inbox dating to 16 april. Some messages from UNINOR mobile service and some ridiculous love messages. I was also found a new song and 2 new photos of some strangers in the phone memory. What is the meaning of this??????????? I gave ma phone for getting repaired and this??? Now i am having doubts whether the phone had any problem or not. I would like someone to look into the unprofessional attitude shown by them.

                  Free Offer DTH connection with LG TV
                  I DR ASHISH PARASHAR of KATNI M.P.purchased a LG lcd tv monitor model no. LG227MA from PRAGATI Electronics KATNI on 26/07/2009 through book no. 1507. Along with purchase i got commitment as well as one coupon no.206424 & told to send this coupon along with D.D of Rs 99/ to get free set top box of either airtel or tatasky or sun tv with 6 months free subscription. I sent the same along with dd of rs 99/ made in favour of spectramind private ltd dt.29/07/09 dd no.322215 of SBI bank & sent the same to address written on coupon. I didnt recieved any message from spectramind stating my claim .so i called these people they said that they have received my form and my form is valid & i would be receiving my DTH withing a month, but i am sorry to say that till date i have not recieved the same.
                  so please see to it that i receive the product as soon as possible.

                  I have also posted a similar complaint:

                  Dear Members,

                  I bought LG 22" LCD TV monitor on 27/08/2009(Bill Attached B.jpg).
                  I bought seeing promos given by LG company (To see the promo see LG WEBSITE)

                  I completed all the formalities to get my DTH service according to the LG IT CLAIM FORM ( See A.jpg)

                  And couriered it to Spectramind Marketing Pvt. Ltd. as mention in CLAIM FORM on 30th by Doc. No. 3137 through First Flight.

                  Now after a long time, i got a letter (c.jpg) stating that I have not attached Invoice Photocopy. Which is absolutely incorrect and I believe it’s a game played my LG company. As I have send all the documents as mention in "LG IT CLAIM FORM" and I also believe that there might be more customers cheated by LG Company.

                  As mention in (C.jpg) letter from Spectramind Marketing Pvt. Ltd., I cannot even re-submit my CLAIM FORM.

                  Now what can I do to get my DTH Free service with 6 months subscription free.( as promised in the promos during that time)

                      When i start my computer , the monitor screen continue blinking for hours. After that the monitor restart and settles the screen.

                      MY MONITOR DISPLAY PINK COLOR SO WHITE COLOR MISSING
                      i am using LG 700E SXGA Monitor since 4 years and unknowingly my child has pressed the menu button on the monitor and now the shape, size and position is changed and it really bothers me lot, pls
                      suggest me, how i can set my monitor to its original position and size with correct measures.

                        I have purchased a LG LCD TV (26LG30R) on 11/11/2008. I am having no-picture in that said TV from 23/07/2009 and formally lodged complaints on that day. The request ID is N9C72300883. Since then 3 times the service engineer has come to my place and returned with out repairing. I called up several time to the local service station and customer care but they are keep telling that parts are not available. And also every week they tell that it will be get done in this week. But it is being one and half month since then and I my TV is in the same state with no service.

                        So request you to have a look in this matter and do the needful asap.

                        LG — LCD TV Replacement

                        I bought LG TV (LK450) from reliance digital,vashi on 24 april 2012 after complaint on 29 april TV was installed at home and after 15 days TV all of sudden switched off and i called LG service center and on the next day on the basis of complaint number RNA[protected] they come and checked the tv and they told that power supply board of tv is faulty . and on the next day they told to submit the bill and id proof to lg service center for further processing and on the next day i went to lg service center and submit the document .
                        But on the next day they told that they will replace the part but not tv .Now i went to Reliance store Vashi, from where i had buy My LCD TV set, but they didn't further proceed and today is 31 may, Nobody is supporting me Regarding the TV replacement as i Fualty TV is selled to me and now not replacing that as per company norms and reputation i have buy this TV but now no such concerned from LG for customer Satisfaction no action take against it and i am helpless and totally depressed and i am completely fed up from this process because i don't want a part replacement i need tv replacement fully ,so kindly proceed my request and try to Appeal for replace my tv as soon as possible.please reply me soon what all needfull you can do to me.

                          On 05/12/'2008, I had purchased a Double Door LG fridge (298 LVG4) from M/s Tuteja Enterprises, Bilaspur (CG), who is authorised dealer of LG. after some time it was observed that the vegetables are not fresh in the fridge and within 1-2 days vegetables are decaying. Complaint in this regard were informed to the LG Custmer Care many time. My complaints were also attended by the LG technicians, but they could not solve my problems. They sais they will be back after 2-3 days for cheking, but unfortunately no body came back for cheking of fridge. refrence of carious complatins are as under: -

                          This problem was informed to Mr. Alfred, who is Are Incharge (as i was informed). Mr. Alfred assured me that he will gv me another fridge and they will collect my fridge for testing, but this time also neither any person turnedup nor the called me back.

                          In response to my another complaint vide No. W9C72504386 DATED 25/07/2009., a technician attended the complaint and he told that the fridge needs replacement and he will be coming back with Mr. Alfred within 2-3 days, but those days still awaited.

                          It is proved in last many months that after cheking by your expert technicians fridge is not working.

                          In during last few months, i could understand that in LG company no body is bothered about customers satisfaction, after sale of any product coz at any level my satisfaction was not asked.

                          Presently my fridge stopped cooling and having foul smell.

                          Please advice me, what to do further now because it becomes the un-bearable.

                            I had purchased a Window Air Conditioner a couple of years back in Chennai. It was working fine until now when there was a reduction in cooling. The resolution would be simply cleaning the dust. We had already taken a AMC with LG India and therefore logged a request with them.

                            Unfortunately, the Service Engineers are useless. None of them know their job. They were blinking like monkeys, looking at each other when the problem was reported. The issue was a simple one but they told us that it would have to be taken to the workshop. We received the air conditioner after 10 days and from there on, the AC has just got worse. In the last 1 year, the AC has gone to the workshop at least 10 times without any resolution. Each time it keeps getting just worse. The after sales service guys don't even have the courtesy to give a spare AC while working on ours.

                            I am not sure if the Air Conditioner is faulty or the Technical department is crap. If I do not receive any resolution from the HQ, I can promise you that I never touch a single LG product from here on, neither will I recommend LG to anybody.

                                Both LG and spectramind are biggest frauds. Tell your relatives and friends never to buy LG products.
                                The company is involved with cheap promotions and not fulfilling the promises given by them. they know poor indian customer will not go for legal options and cashing their hard-earned money. Some one shoul file a petition in supreme court against such promotional offers.

                                      The TV sets were delivered on 20th July.

                                      Dear Members,

                                      I bought LG 22" LCD TV monitor on 27/08/2009(Bill Attached B.jpg).
                                      I bought seeing promos given by LG company (To see the promo see LG WEBSITE)

                                      I completed all the formalities to get my DTH service according to the LG IT CLAIM FORM ( See A.jpg)

                                      And couriered it to Spectramind Marketing Pvt. Ltd. as mention in CLAIM FORM on 30th by Doc. No. 3137 through First Flight.

                                      Now after a long time, i got a letter (c.jpg) stating that I have not attached Invoice Photocopy. Which is absolutely incorrect and I believe it’s a game played my LG company. As I have send all the documents as mention in "LG IT CLAIM FORM" and I also believe that there might be more customers cheated by LG Company.

                                      As mention in (C.jpg) letter from Spectramind Marketing Pvt. Ltd., I cannot even re-submit my CLAIM FORM.

                                      Now what can I do to get my DTH Free service with 6 months subscription free.( as promised in the promos during that time)
