[Resolved]  Mts — New data card showing remote server does not respond

Hi,

I bought new Postpaid data card on 24/07/2013. The data card is activated on 27/07/2013. After activate when i connect to internet using MTS data card i am getting "Remote server does not respond" message. When i contact to MTS customer care, they told me to reinstall the MTS Application and change mode of connection to broadband. I tried all, but no solution. And also i tried to more than 5 computers. But no solution. Can anybody resolve this issue

Dear sir
sivaganga district ladanenthal brance manager very angry man. i am a rural man. manager treat is very dificult @ iretretment. please information collecte the people oppitent in our brance customer.

MtS -Data Card — Not started connection

With the refrence postpaid connection MDN No. [protected] .One
representive Mr. Raj have froad to me and gave a new connection
without any bill and took the money 1032 and he took me his photer card idbut conncetion is not working .i
called you again and again but he did noy get the reply .I am also sending his id proof scanned copy .

Every month i rec. a bill from mts. Jabki I am not using datacard.
