delhi mcd — water logging

Hi, due to the construction of a house in our neighborhood , water logging has aroused which can spread dengue. We have communicated the same to the neighbors but nothing has been done till yet. Please Help!

I am facing problem of dirty water receiving drainage contaminated MCD water since last 1 month.
I has been complained lots of time before this in the MCD office. But no response have been given by their side.

Massive illegal construction is going on in Basant Gaon DDA Janta Flats (Vasant Apartments), Vasant Vihar. Public lane or public space is encroached blatantly and large-scale illegal construction is taking place in many flats creating lots of nuisance and inconvenience to the law-abiding residents. I want to tell you some work conditions of street constructions. Here is the construction work is going on properly but not in a right way. Because our street half part has been made only. And half part is left from last 2 months. Here is nothing construction work is
going on .Because here is a some problem of water exiting. So some street people want to
water exiting should be go this side and some people want to this side.
But after all we discussed between each other and decided that water exiting should be exit upon a water exiting system. And all water should be exits where there is a every streets water exiting side.Acrroding to water exiting system every streets water is going to out side of colony into the big NALAS .And we are ready to this Discipline system.



But now main problem. The contractors are not ready to discipline work and he wants to him self work. And he has given a solution to us. He wants make a 2 crossing NAALIS in to the middle street. So we think it’s an out of the rule and looking bad.
Now water is not exiting out side and spreading in to the street. And that is cause of the
Disease Malarias and dengues.Which is unexpected. That’s why construction work is stopped.

Dear sir i am a charted accountent and have teken on rent some portion of the basement in D/835, NEW FRENDS COLONY NEW DELHI we have registerd this with MCD undre mixed land use and complited all the formalities and paid reqared amount vide MCD recipt no.673094 dated on 31/8/2009.
We have approch MCD for an NOC in writing indicating that our case has been registerd and they have no objection to our continiving CA office wich is the permited under the mixed land use scheme. We have been told that only recipet given by the MCD is enough.
We would request you kindly with this recipat is good enough or MCD issues a seprete NOC.

Sewage blocked in front of my house

I want to inform you about the blockage of sewar outside my house, i.e.A-41, Amritpuri, . Gali No. 3, East of Kailash, New Delhi - 110065 with the result the toilets of our house are blocked and the drainage too is not working, cockroaches, mosquitoes and foul smell is coming out of my house. You are requested... to take action against this.There is a very frequent blockage in the drainage system here and the road which is very busy is always flooded with this drainage water there is a very bad situation over here .mosquitoes are in abundant over here. Hope you understand the scenario how we are facing, bad smell throughout our lives. This is a serious case where your department should solve the solution permanently. Please refer to our complaint against Shri Surjeet Singh and his wife Smt. Surjeet Kaur purchasers of janta flat No. A-73, A-74, A-75 and A-76 ‘A’ Block, DDA Flats Kalkaji, New Delhi-110019. They have constructed 3rd and 4th Floor over these flats by converting them into shops. These furniture shops were sealed by the Government /MCD on getting a complaint for their unauthorized business in a residential colony which is against the Govt. Rules /DDA rules.

In this connection it is submitted that the lease owners have broken the seal for the 3rd time leading to the path on the other side of the flat and their labours are doing all the furniture works in disguise thereby causing disturbance to the persons going through this road. Lastly the sealing was done by MCD on August 10th 2009, but the seal was again broken by the owner without any fear of the Government on 13th August 2009. General public cannot move freely due to encroachment of foot path which is being used as a space to continue their furniture business. Many times people get injured due to the encroachment of the foot path. Most important thing is that the unauthorized construction is also going on inside the building.
Sir, we submit before your good self that all these unauthorized activities i.e. unauthorized multistoried construction over these flats against the Govt. / MCD / DDA. Police who have been given huge money as a bribe by the owner. The unauthorized shop constructed on a ground floor were sealed by MCD many a times as they are against the rules, but these seal were broken by the owner and the business started again in full swing. About these matter was reported to the police and the police visitors the shops and in lieu they have taken the huge money from the owner of the shops and allowed the owner to carry on their business.
Under the circumstances explained above we would be grateful if they order to the DDA/ MCD officials /Police to clear the foot path covered by these purchasers persons for not allowing the passage to move freely of the general persons . They are also requested to initiate disciplinary action as per CCS conduct rule of MCD /DDA as to how the owner have broken the seal for their business to earn money without seeking proper permission from the Govt. bodies i.e. MCD/DDA, so that general public may not suffer for their movement on foot path constructed by MCD/DDA.
In the view of above immediate necessary action be taken against the owner and Govt. officials who have allowed the unauthorized construction and unauthorized opening of a shop and these unauthorized construction be demolished and shop be closed to avoid inconvenience to the people residing thereby in the colony.
We would be highly obliged to your honour for an early demolition order may be issued to the DDA/MCD to remove the obstacles created by the persons whimsically, so so that the general public get the way to move freely without any hindrance.

sub: Commercial use of 3rd and 4th floor of O block 37 Lajpat Nagar-2.
we the residents of O block-37 Lajpat Nagar-2 are facing the problem caused by Mr RK Sabharwal for more than 8 years now, who is running a security guard placement office on the 3rd floor and has given the terrace-4th floor on lease to airtel on which 40 feet tower is raised.
We are facing lot of security problems due to regular up and down of people coming to the the office and the noise pollution of the genset of the tower causing restlessness, health problems and depreciation to the building.
When the tower was raised the the outlet of the drainage was changed due to which sewage problem has arised causing water logging resulting in water born diseases and mosquitoes.

We request and plead to you to take immediate measures so our sufferings could end for the same.

This is my second complaint about the area, which may be taken care on priority basis.
I am a resident of R.K.Puram, sector-12, 873. Since the rains have begun, We have a very bad drainage system in the residential area of the multistoryed construction in rains.
Sir during rains it is filled with water and for a man walking on the road it becomes very difficult to feel the road covered with rainy water. Sir my husband has polio and walks on calipers, during rains it is next to impossible for him to walk for the main road.
At the back area also there is no provision there is no other provision, and is very slippery. With a little care I believe may people will be saved from dangerous happenings. I would request you to please attend to this complaint at the earliest as rains have already set in.

Dear Sir,
Earlier I have made 2 complaints one for stray dogs and second for bad drainage system. Till now no action has been taken as far as drain system is concerned.
Now I would also like to bring to your notice that the trees planted in sector 12, R.K.Puram do give a lot of greenery and good health for residents but at the same time they become the biggest problem when the branches of the same trees grow longer and longer during winters thus creating shades and not allowing the sunrays to fall into our premises. We are getting the trimmings done with our own expenses during every winter season.
Can you please look into this matter on priority basis.
This over grown branches even gove a bad look to the area around.
May I please request u to please take the issue of ''TRIMMING OF TREES'' of the area and do the needful.

Sir, in some instances camps for submitting house tax are organized with the help of Resident Welfare Association, and it is surprise that if house tax is submiited in that camp receipt is not given on the spot or not sent through post on his resident instead it is given through members of RWA, which sometimes harass or compell to submit member fee before releasing receipt of house tax, which not only injustice but is also unlawful, my humble request is that in future, receipt be given instantly or an option shall be taken from individual whether the same be sent through post or given to member of RWA or any other convenient option prevailing on that time.
