[Resolved]  Naaptol / Big Home Mini Silai Machine — defective product supplied

i had ordered a big home mini silai machine from naaptol in april . my order no was 3788134 . the product that i recieved was defective and even after frequent complaints no action was taken. now they are asking me to send the machine back but they arent giving any guarantee of refund or replacement or repair. what should be my next course of action? i want to file a proper complaint and misleading advertisement against them.

i did purchase a mini silai machine from Naaptol of BIG Home berand , when i received it it was from a local brand .
And they denine to take back this material .

As per our telephonic conversation you said that you have received damage/defective product.This is a very rare and unfortunate case and we apologize for the same.

We request you to kindly send the item back to our warehouse within 7 working days mentioning the order number on the packet.
* Items are to be returned with all accessories and original packaging.
* Careful attention is to be given with the packing of the product to avoid damage during transit.

Kindly do note- the above two points are to be strictly adhered to so that we may process with a refund.
We would request you visit your nearest Blue Dart office and send the whole product to the below mentioned address:

Also, provide the centralized A/c # 113260. Mode: DP to the logistics. You will not have to pay any courier charges for the same and if asked for the value of the order at the counter, kindly mention a value below Rs 1000 (as the order is defective does not hold any commercial value).

On the back cover of packing request you to add your name and complete address, along with Naaptol order no [3788134] and your mobile/ landline no for easy identification and further processing.

Please put the copy of print label/ invoice/delivery challan received by you (copy) inside the box along with a note stating the details of defect.

Kindly write back to us at [protected]@naaptol.com or call us at [protected] & help us with the awb# & cheque favoring name.

It would take 4 to 5 days for the product to reach us, & post that we would send you the refund cheque in 12 to 15 working days.

Request your patience in the interim.

i have already sent thee product back on 19the may 2012 and informed naaptol of the same...
i was told that i would be sent a cheque within 21 days...after waiting for over a month i called up naaptol care and i was informed that the cheque has been sent and i should wait...i have yet to receive the so called cheque ...and today when i called customercare they tell me that the cheque is delivered...
this is cheating in broad daylight...naaptol is a fraud company and should be totally banned...first they send you defective products then once you return them they promise a refund they ask u to wait for infinite no of days...and then they say they have refunded you when you have not received a single penny...this is a blatant case of fraud and mental torture... you keep losing your money on phone calls to customer care where you have to wait in long queues and get no result out of the conversation...
such companies should be legally sued...
finally i have got my refund...it was transferred to my bank account last week ...
it was a long wait...and lots of phone calls to customer services but finally i am relieved...
