Respected san,
myself Supriya Roy from howrah,I brought a Wespro mini laptop from Naaptol.com in January'12. Externally it look well but internally it is ridiculous.Never support any software installations,no hardware is supported to install to run programmes.Naaptol.com is not allowing me to get supporting this regard.
san I'm eagerly waiting for kind suggestions.

    It seems that you (Naaptol) do not reply on the chain of responses hence I'm submitting a new complain. I complained about the defective products received from you i.e Blackberry 8830 with Broken Card slot (which I fixed and is now working), a Dead Polo watch and Blue tooth earpiece, and no charger attachment. Also, Im not getting the discount of 23% on my monthly reliance bill for a year

    As per my conversation with Saddam from Customer Service he informed me that THE 23% DISCOUNT OFFER ON RELIANCE BILL IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE, AND YET IT IS BEEN ADVERTISED ON THE WEBSITE (This is UNFAIR! you are cheating customers as the offer is still on the website today. Link to offer:-http://www.naaptol.com/price/941002-BlackBerry-8830-CDMA-+-GSM-Mobile.htm... I told him that I just want to avail the offer and the gifts replaced as the phone is now working however, He advised me to send the handset back with all the defective gifts and a refund will be processed.

    As per your response you asked me to send the handset back. I dont understand why you need the handset back as now its working fine and im using it. I have spent a lot of money and time to get the handset working.

    Bought new charger - Rs.500
    Card Slot Repaired - Rs. 200
    BlackBerry Plan - Rs. 499

    So, I dont want to be cheated by losing my money and the handset. Please give me the 23% yearly discount on my reliance bill as mentioned on the website (http://www.naaptol.com/price/941002-BlackBerry-8830-CDMA-+-GSM-Mobile.html) as that is all I want now. I dont have time to keep pursuing you.

        Sub- Request to deliver mobile phone Sony xperia x10 mini pro in exchange of blackberry storm 9530.
        Sir,
        I Varun Kohli lives in Jhansi ordered a blackberry storm 9530 on 27.1.2012 with order no.-3326301 for this order I received the mobile phone blackberry storm 9530 on date 2.2.2012 from courier service for this order I paid Rs.9198 (nine thousand one hundred ninty eight only) I called the costumer center no. to replace this mobile with Sony xperia x10 mini pro. And I couriered this phone with trackon courier service with courier no.- 1517575 on date[protected]. But on date 27.2.2012 I again got the same defective piece so I didn’t receive that order for this complain I called your costumer care numbers around fifty to sixty times and had a words with so many agents in your company with different answers and till now I didn’t get any satisfactory answer and for this process i already spend Rs. 1500/- in courier service.
        Your company already waist my one month time and seems to fraud with me your company process is now bulling and harassing me.
        This is the final mail from my side. If I will not get the satisfactory answer from your company then I will go to the consumer forum against your company.
        I have all the legal documents with me Like order slip, payment slip, courier slip etc.

          i have got your mobile and pouch only and there is no gift item as per your advertise on your
          website and your pouch is also different than photograph and i think the piece of mobile is also
          not a new one. there is problem in gsm and cdma simcard so please reply me i have also attached
          the copy of your advertise on webcite. if possible please change my mobile soon otherwise i have

            Hi,

            Thank you for your reply. But I have just purchased a new charger for the phone and fixed the defective card slot and the phone is now working fine. As advised by your customer service rep Saddam I will only be sending the bluetooth earpiece, charger and polo watch to your mulund office and will require a replacement for them.

            I want to bring to your notice that as per your offer I am supposed to get 23% discount on my Reliance monthly postpaid bill, but when I spoke to Reliance about it they had no clue about it. I had ordered for the product in good faith assuming all your promises would be true however I have ended up getting a defective mobile which I had to fix it myself, a non functional watch, a dead bluetooth earpiece and it seems that only the sales reps from Naaptol are aware of the discount everyone else (Naaptol customer care and Reliance customer care) are clueless about it.             Blackberry 8830 — Automatically delet emails from handset

            I am a user of Blackberry 8830 handset, i have problem in that

            Problem is, my mails has been deleted automaically after 1 - 2 hours

            I have already changed the option of KEEP MESSAGE from 30 days to FOREVER

            but still the problem is there.

            naaptol sent me defective blackberry mobile — defective blackberry I received from naaptol

            on January 15th I ordered for blackberry 9530 3G mobile (cash on delivery) my order no is 1251626

            but I received defective product from naaptol on 22th of January, same thing I informed to naaptol, and they said me to return the product to aramax house, and with in 7-10 working days they able to return the good product,

            as they said I returned the defective product on 24th of January,

            naaptol(aramax house in mumbai) received the defective blackberry on 27 th of the same month, but

            January and February passed away and this is march but I did not received product,

            number of times I called to naaptol, but result is zero,

            there is no person in naaptol to take care of this problem,

            blackberry 8830 handset- NAAPTOL — defective product

            i have purchased this from naaptol handeset at Rs.5999 + Rs.2000 for courier charges a month back. But I am not getting the GPRS/EDGE service on this handset as its antena is very week or due to some other default

            Blackberry 8830 — Defective Handset

            I had purchased Black Berry 8830 from naaptol.com as per full page appeared in Hindustan Times on 10th January 2011

            The Complaint are:
            1) The handset is not IMEI recognised by any cellular operators giving BBI service.
            2)Blackberry Browser,Messenger is not working even though we activate BBI services.
            3)The Handset Certificate to use Blackberry services is outdated.
            4)The warranty does not value as the service centre at Kandivali-Manibhadra Agency on phone nos.provided to us by them are always on LUNCH when called.Or send us the piece thru courier as parts are not available or out of stock.Thus to install duplicate (I guess).They are God without inspecting Mobile ,they know the problem.
            5)The Handset seems to be refurmised condition imported from Malasia.(As mentioned on Box)
            6)No proper responses from Naaptol Top Executives.
            Also latest developments.The Naaptol hotline gave me number of service centre is out of order[protected]/46

After that i have complaint to Naaptol My complaint no-2467567, Order no- 3441311, as per Order details i was paid shipping charges RS-299. When i ask Naaptop they need to me resend product with my won expenses.this is not acceptable. after that i sent more than 20 mail to customer care Naaptol then they reply me on mail they will arrange revers pickup now more then 15days nobody came for pickup and when I'm calling Naaptol & Vox mobile customer care they are not helping every day they giving 48hrs tI'me .Sir i humbly request to you please help me in this issue to sort .Your early response will be highly appreciated.

                  I bought a htc G1 3G android cellphone for Rs. 7229 (Order No. 3192661) from Naaptol.com after I saw their ad in Telugu Daily. I also checked their sales page on the site and decided to buy it since I thought it was a good deal. However, to my utter astonishment, I found that the phone that was shipped to me with defect one i.e. GPRS connections not accepting, clarity of the mobile is very bad, battery is discharging within 20 mts. I decided to ship it back and ask for a refund. The folks at Naaptol assured me that I would have no problems in getting a refund.
                  It turned out that the refund process wasn't that straight-forward as the customer service reps at Naaptol had promised initially. I had to call again and again to get the status of the refund. Every time I was given false and incomplete assurances. I grew more and more frustrated.
                  Please get me refund with your help.

                  I Have Ordered Same Product, I got the Mobile And Paid: 7198 Rupees. It Worked Only 1 hour And After that Suddenly Switched Off.

                  I Called the Naaptol Customer care, They said they are not suppose to take the complaint and they have service team to take complaints.
                  He gave me 2 Numbers to call They are:[protected], [protected].

                  I have called to that numbers and IVRS saying to stay online, Almost 13 calls still saying stay online, My Mobile Balance depleted.

                  Called Again to coustmer care number i said i am unable to reach that number, and asked to help me. I recived the foolish Reply as Same that they are not responsible for any complaints and still saying to call that numbers and saying to stay online till the call reach from IVRS to an executive.

                  I Got very harassed situation from the Naaptol. One Person from Naaptol Called me and asked that we send you mobile did u received it? I said I received a mobile but its not working and he said same to call that numbers, I said the problem not connecting call, He said sorry i cant help you try and try try to that numbers only, ;;;;;;OH My God Very Very Bad Company.

                      In response to a telemarketing executive, I had purchased 1gm gold jewellery worth Rs.2300/- from Naaptol.com. Earlier I got a call from this company requesting me to purchase this product and assured me of good quality of the product. After opening the case, few of the items were found defective. Also the quality of the set was found not worthy of price paid. I called the customer care executive & requested him to please provide a replacement for this item with anything worth the same or else refund our money back. But the executive did not care for my complaint and said that the product could not be replaced nor I could get my money back.

                      Since this is an online purchase, it can happen the product what we receive at home might be of lower quality or not worthy of price we tend to purchase and shown on the website display.

                            Pl. do not shop on naaptol . I have ordered Car Stereo with FM, MP3, USB, etc...... for 2300, have received the product within 2 business days, ( very fast in delivery of broken product), courier person called and delivered at home, hv told my wife to call me before delivery but courier person refused to wait and rushed as if world is collapsing. Came home and opened the poly cover, the stereo already broken, the 1000PMPO speaker looks like toy speaker size, tweeters are like 2 rupee coin, all including of 750Gm of weight ( now u can imagine), called up so called customer care, i[censored] speak in English , they will speak in hindi and vice versa, it is almost 10 days of complaint till now no one called , each time you call for complaint, u hv to wait at least for 7-10Min to get someone online ( new strategy to keep customer wait, so that you will disconnect).
                            Finally the product is worth of Rs.500 sold to me for 2300, all reviews on naaptol is by themselves only, don’t believe in those product reviews.

                              I have purchased mobile set T-Mobile HTC G1 vide order no. 3337632 from Naaptol.com for Rs. 6999/- plus shipment charges of Rs. 300/- on 29 Jan 2012. This is the first time I have bought something from website having fear that it should not be faulty. Dreadfully it become true, I have received mobile on 04 Feb 2012 and it was faulty. It had mentioned problems in it:

                              1. Mobile speaker and hearing device have problem. voice is coming damn slow to hear.

                              2. Battery is lasting only for 1 hour. We need to charge it every alternative hour.

                              3. It is hanged in between and Key of 'D' in qwerty pad is not working.

                              I have written and requested their customer care and helpline executives to advise and replace the products many times but they are hardly seems interested to help me out. Again and again I received same response that somebody will contact me in 48 hours but till date those lucky 48 hours hasn't arrived.

                              I humbly request you to help me out to get my refund or replacement from them. Also want to alert other people that they should not be deceived by their flashy offers as they are providing defective products and worst services.

                                I am please to inform you that, i haven't received any resolution from the customer service department. They told me that the case is forwarded to their logistics team & will respond to the issue in 48 hrs, but, till day i haven't received any such type of satisfactory response from your side even after timely remainder sent. I have received a call before 4,5 days and the person wants to confirm my address to deliver a courier which they have received from Naaptol for me. But, till now i did not received any courier.

                                So, you are therefore requested to kindly look into the matter and provide some resolution either replace the product with a fully functioning same/other product or refund the amount.

                                Hope for a satisfactory response this time.

                                      I ordered for a Heavy 1 gram gold on 9th Feb 2012 and it got delivered on 15th Feb 2012. My order number is : 3417426, When i see the pack inside there are lots of damages where pearl is missing in one necklace, ear stud is broken, chain is missing in one set, necklace is is not in proper size etc...

                                      When i call the customer care they say that we need to send the courier by our own expenses. Bluedart reversal service is not applicable for my area code of 600100 it seems. Its you mistake that you have sent the defective piece. But we are getting affected by this. Why should i unnecessarily spend Rs.300 for this? I'm totally disappointed with your service. People say that when we send the courier through other professional/ some other courier, naaptol people is returning it seems.

                                      I don't want to waste my money again. Please give me a solution for this. I want my money back. I planned for a TV through naaptol. But im totally disappointed with the service.

                                        I recently made a purchase of a Blackberry World Edition phone from naaptol.com and was disappointed to receive a defective piece (The card slot is broken) and also the free gift (Polo Watch) is defective and is not functional. I wanted to inform Naaptol and I have tried calling the customer service number [protected] several times but have not been through to a rep yet. On the other hand if you call the Naaptol.com sales number [protected] you will be able to speak to a rep immediately. I asked the reps to transfer my call to the customer service however they informed me that they are unable to do so and advised me to call in the morning as thats the only time when the lines are not busy. A company which has several lines for sales and no customer service should definitely ring an alarm. I want a refund as I'm unhappy with the service.

I had forgotten to mention before that you guys have not given me the charger connector either so currently the blackberry phone is dead. The blue tooth is dead as the phone is dead and the polo watch is dead most of the times. The only thing working is the blackberry pouch (lol).

                                        All in all this has been a really bad experience for me. Please tell me where I could send this "box of defects" to and get an immediate refund. Thanks for wasting my time.

                                        I recently made a purchase of a Blackberry World Edition phone from naaptol.com and was disappointed to receive a defective piece (The card slot is broken) and also the free gift (Polo Watch) is defective and is not functional. I wanted to inform Naaptol and I have tried calling the customer service number [protected] several times but have not been through to a rep yet. On the other hand if you call the Naaptol.com sales number [protected] you will be able to speak to a rep immediately.                                         It would take 4 to 5 days for the product to reach us, & post that we would send you the refund cheque in 12 to 15 working days.

                                        Thank you for your reply. But I have just purchased a new charger for the phone and fixed the defective card slot and the phone is now working fine. As advised by your customer service rep Saddam I will only be sending the bluetooth earpiece, charger and polo watch to your mulund office and will require a replacement for them.

                                        I want to bring to your notice that as per your offer I am supposed to get 23% discount on my Reliance monthly postpaid bill, but when I spoke to Reliance about it they had no clue about it. I had ordered for the product in good faith assuming all your promises would be true however I have ended up getting a defective mobile which I had to fix it myself, a non functional watch, a dead bluetooth earpiece and it seems that only the sales reps from Naaptol are aware of the discount everyone else (Naaptol customer care and Reliance customer care) are clueless about it.
