Dear Sir,
We have ordered for a laptop which is for kids from naptol .com after watching in TV. At the time of order itself we checked out about warranty ,but they said that if we receive defective piece, the same will be replaced within 7 days.Now from the time we received the order ( order No: 3701584), volume is not working.When called the same people they ask to call customer care, & customer care line is always busy, finally we could talk to customer service agent who says that neither money will be refunded nor piece will be changed,Such a fraud company how are you letting them do ther business, they show ads in tv to buy products & people like we are cheated.I shelled out Rs.2300 for a faulty product.Even now i[censored] call sales person abt this he will say that money will be refunded or product will be replaced,but customer service people say it is not possible. Naptol is doing business with faulty devices & cust care agents are paid to convince customers to buy faulty products.
I urge you to please resolve our complaint by giving us our money back. we do not want any repalcement ,Please help in getting us justice & prove that you are there for people.

    I have purchased a HTC G1 Android Mobile from Naaptol.
    After getting delivered , I found that the piece is defective and its not getting charged. The software has full of errors and flaws.

    The bluetooth headset given on offer is not working too...

    I spended Rs.7198 on this product...

    I asked for refund but the customer service is not responding.....

    My buying details

    Cost: 6999 + 199(shipping cost) = 7198

    I advice all users not to buy any product from this company...
    These products sold by them are completely dummy products... very cheaper than chinese phones bt they are putting mask of brand names on them...

    I need to place a case on them... with the help of 50 unsatisfied customers

      This is kailash kishor mishra living in delhi. I suggest you to never purchase a mobile or any other electronic gadegets from naaptol.com. Because they cheated you. all time. I have purchased a sony ericsson satio from naaptol.com. They deliverd me this product in a week. After getting the product i found the quality of product is very low. even they dont provide the warranty directly from service center. they provide warranty from their own. the sound and camera quality of this phone is very cheap. and battery is to slow. so i suggest you to avoid online shopping throught it.

You have told that after returning your product you will get the check of refundable money. but i have returned the product and the product has been reached up to you. because you have informed me through phone call. That the product has been reached up to you. You make a confirmation call for the name which is to be written on check. but after that one week has been over . and I din't get any check from your side. Please process the check delivery faster. I hope you do it quick

        i had purchased a blackberry storm 9530 from naaptol.the order no for the same was 2961525.i received the product in dec 2011.there is a major anomaly in the project.the handset after every 15-20 mins displays "emergency calls only".i have to then switch off the handset and switch it on again to receive the signal .but again the same problem recurs after 15-20 mins.the battery too drains very fast and the charger is defective.i had lodged a complaint with naaptol(complaint ID[protected] dt 21 march 2012.i was assured that the product has 6 months seller guarantee and the vendor alpha radio hyderabad will contact me within 48 working hrs.when that didnt happen i tried my best to contact naaptol but no no avail.i even looked up the net to find some contact no of alpha radio hyderabad but they have conveniently forgotten to put any contact no either on the challan or the net. i will
        like to warn anyone against purchasing anything online specially from naaptol.getting through their interactive customer support system is a really frustrating experience.

        Naaptol Blackberry 9530 — Faulty Product

        I bought one Blackberry 9530 from Naaptol; order no-1356323. During the order booking, i chose to pay in 3 equal instalments which was not followed and i was aghast to see the complete bill at one go on my credit card account. Second, i was promised a free gift with the purchase which took another 50 days to rwach me. In between i had to call at least 20 times to the customer care and every time i was asked to have patience.

        Now the main thing. I bought the mobile at 12,000 INR. From the day one it had problems. The voice clarity was not good. Every body used to ask me to speak little bit louder. I was sent to the repair centre which goes by the name of Ritco. It's in Pitampura as well as in Gurgaon. The guys there are pathetic. Gurgaon boss never picks up the phone which seem to be quite deliberate as they sell second hand products. They have stationed a security guard at the recpetion who even doesn't know the address. The Ritco Pitampura is even more amazing. The guys there are determined to prove you wrong. When you visit them, you will come to know what mistake you have done by buying a product from Naaptol. Heaps of mobiles are lying with them. I don't know from where they get such old sets which must have been running 10 years before.

        I kept on visiting Ritco and meeting the people over there. They are horrible. In the meantime the phone had developed certain other complications like button getting inactive ETC.

        I am relieved now as i finally sold off that phone at 40% of the pirce i bought it; 5000 INR. I very much relieved now. Naaaptol is a fraud company , i don't know how they advertise in new papers like Time of India about their products. They sell spurious phones, specially Balckberry handsets.

        It's a general appeal to all not to buy anything from Naaptol even if they offer it for free. They will of course go to hell for this fraud. Had the consumer forum been active in India, i would be lodged a complaint.

          I Have Ordered HTC G1 Mobile From Naaptol , I got the Mobile And Paid: 7198 Rupees. It Worked Only 1 hour And After that Suddenly Switched Off.

          I Called the Naaptol Customer care, They said they are not suppose to take the complaint and they have service team to take complaints.
          He gave me 2 Numbers to call They are:[protected] ,[protected].

          I have called to that numbers and IVRS saying to stay online, Almost 13 calls still saying stay online,My Mobile Balance depleted.

          Called Again to coustmer care number i said i am unable to reach that number, and asked to help me. I recived the foolish Reply as Same

          that they are not responsible for any complaints and still saying to call that numbers and saying to stay online till the call reach

          from IVRS to an executive.

          I Got very harassed situation from the Naaptol. One Person from Naaptol Called me and asked that we send you mobile did u received it?

          I said I received a mobile but its not working and he said same to call that numbers, I said the problem not connecting call, He said

          sorry i cant help you try and try try to that numbers only,;;;;;;OH My God Very Very Bad Company.

            I bought a aircam &airfone product from naaptol, in the month of june 25th 2011, the camrecorder was faulty from the time I received it, I called them from the 21st of october non stop till november and got no response all executive in naaptol are disgusting and don't help at all, NAAPTOL finally called in the month of november when I was abroad and said I have to send the default product to them in mumbai and the executive said he will send an sms of the address where I was suppose to send the product.
            I received sms and I send camrecorder on 17-11-11.But naaptol executive say sir your product is not received. The same thing of calling naaptol everyday and registering a complaint..

            I call everyday all executive say sir your complaint is register and our seniors call it under 24 hours .

            I have ordered for mobile set on 4th march 2010 ,now its november month nor product or refund has been recived when i call ontheir help line no their only answer is ull recive in 7 days.I have asked for refund 2 months back their modus operindy is their courier co is also involved inthis scam they send one cover without cheque to coureir co keep it for one week then they return it back to co mentioning door was closed they keep it as proof that they have sent d cheque to owner,u can view my order no242813 my name is pushparaja

              I am still waiting for my problem[protected] to be resolved.

              It’s been 11 days since our last contact, but are you lazy and (regularly) inefficient guys still sleeping?
              You can’t even solve a simple task of permitting the local Bluedart office to courier the defective mobile I’d bought from you?

              WHAT KIND OF A JOKE IS THIS Naaptol.com?!!!!

              Naaptol.com — Extremely poor service by Naaptol.com!

              Naaptol.com is extremely poor in attending to the complaints of it's customers.

              I'd given a complaint under "Misleading Mobile Advertisement – Features Lacking!" but I am yet to get any reply.

              I am thinking of taking legal action against Naaptol.com if it doesn't respond soon.

              If you want to buy something online think twice.
              The product you will receive may not be in keeping with what was advertised.
              And then, for returning the product & getting a proper one or even the refund can really be a time-taking affair; in fact, this can cause a lot of mental harassment to you.

                Last month i bought a BLACK BERRY HANDSET from Naaptol.Com after seeing an ad in newspaper. My Naaptol.com Order No. 3511777 dtd 28/02/2012. I got the product and a few days later i found that the Handset was not in satisfactory level, and its not working. Because of this I suffered a lott. I complained a lot of times to the Naaptol customer care. Naaptol.com is a fraud firm and even they don’t have any email id. Only they have one STD no in which , when we are calling there is a recorded message and we are not able to contact them. Once I spoke with Naaptol Customer care executive in one STD No. they promised they will get back me soon.But they didn’t given any response. Since then I am trying to contact Naaptol.com Every customer of Naaptol.com is facing the same problem. I would like to request you to kindly take a action against the firm (i.e. Naaptol.com)
                The STD No. which they given in the News Paper is -[protected]/[protected]. This firm is continously cheating the public with their fraud Advertisement and wrong products.

                I want take a strict action against the firm so that they should rectify my problem immediately.

                  Sony Ericsson — Given Wrong information and doesn't want to give the receipt of the cash

                  I have given two Sony Ericsson's phone model no. are P990i and K750I TO THE SERVICE STATION in gariahat. the service station name is BABLI MEDIA,109A RASBEHARI AVENUE. they have given the estimate of Rs. 1200 for the P990i and Rs. 850 for the K750I. But after that the are asking me Rs.3000 for P990i and Rs. 2000 for K750i. And the are telling that they won't give the receipt of the cash also. The work order no. for P990i is SE309BMG10540 and IMEI/Serial no. is [protected].
                  And the work order no. for K750I is SE309BMG10539 and IMEI/Serial no. is [protected]. My phones are not repaired and then also ive to pay them around Rs. 600. They even doesn't know how to behave with the customer also. i am regretting of going to the customer service centre. Even the address of this service centre is given by the Sony Ericsson Customer service. Please take initiative step so that in future nobody have to face such problems

                    Hello I myself Sunil Vishwakarma, I have seen advertisement of naaptol.com in Facebook, there was an offer for Sony Ericsson Vivaz Mobile handset. i thought this is great offer and I Purchase Sony Ericsson Vivaz Mobile handset and I paid 10300/- Rs. for that, My order no.- 3545424, they send me damage, duplicate and incomplete accessories. they cheated me, I have very bad experience with naaptol.com, first time I did online shopping and have horrible experience, they suppose to build a very healthy and nice relationship with the customers. I am requesting to naaptol.com that send me original one product with complete accessories and get back your previous package to me sent by you. many times I contacted with customer care department and my submit my complaints to naaptol customer care, sent a mail to CEO, Feedback and Support department, my issue has not resolved till now, still original package not delivered to me.                         Last month i bought a BLACK BERRY HANDSET from Naaptol.Com after seeing an ad in newspaper. My Naaptol.com Order No. 3511777 dtd 28/02/2012. I got the product and a few days later i found that the Handset was not in satisfactory level, and its not working. Because of this I suffered a lott. I complained a lot of times to the Naaptol customer care. Naaptol.com is a fraud firm and even they don’t have any email id. Only they have one STD no in which, when we are calling there is a recorded message and we are not able to contact them. Once I spoke with Naaptol Customer care executive in one STD No. they promised they will get back me soon.But they didn’t given any response. Since then I am trying to contact Naaptol.com Every customer of Naaptol.com is facing the same problem. I would like to request you to kindly take a action against the firm (i.e. Naaptol.com)

                        I booked an order (twice their website showed error the both times) 6278661 and 6278608 these are the order details . I called their customer care and told them to cancel my orders just after 30min and the executive said that i will get my money back in 5days and its about 50 days i didnt get my money back .                                       My Reviews : I have bought a tablet pc from naaptol. I ordered for PANTEL V701 tablet. But naaptol has sent me TPAD V701C tablet whose configuration is totally different from that ordered one. TPAD V701C is consist of Android 2.2 kernel 2.6.32 whereas PANTEL V701 tablet has Android OS 2.3 and 1.3 Ghz Vimicro processor. So it is a breach of contract.                                       I have also ordered the same product. I am very much afraid about the quality and originality of the product. I will match each feature with the product in the internet. I have the proposed specification. If something does not match then I will reject the product and not pay the amount. I have found a lot of complain against NAPTOL in the net. I think this basically a cheating site. Not like other good sites like Flipkart, Homeshop18 etc.

                                        Sir,
                                        On Jan 7th of 2012 I ordered a product "Philips Stereo PC Headset SHM1900/00" (Rs.461) From naptol.com
                                        The payment was made through PAYMATE and it was a successful transaction.
                                        After waiting a month I emailed the customer service asking why they did not shipped the item.
                                        They informed me that the amount is already refunded on 16th of Jan and added the following sentence.
                                        "Usually an e-mail intimation is sent to our customers when an order gets cancelled however, due to a technical glitch you have not received it."
                                        After sending my Bank Statement for the month, they are convinced that the amount was never refunded.
                                        Even after many emails and phone calls, They did not solved the issue.
                                        I wish to approach the consumer court for the following reasons.

                                        1. naptol.com advertised a product which was out of stock for a long time.
                                        2. naptol.com made the customer pay the amount knowing that the stock was not avilable.
                                        3. naptol.com did not intimated the customer about the unavailability of the product.
                                        4. naptol.com cheated the costumer by not refunding the amount.

                                        I wish to receive the actual amount+ phone call charges + other expenses from them.

                                        I have purchased one Blacberry model 9630 by ordering online from Naptol.com, the offer was consists of Leather Pouch costing to Rs. 1000/- is They have sent only the Balacberry not the leather pouch, now I have been chasing for the same but co is denying to sent.
