[Resolved] Naaptol / Branded Electric Roti Maker — non delivery | |||
Product ordered on 26/8/12. Order no 4766672. On line payment done on 26/8/12. Despatch confirmation recd on 29/8/12 with blue dart awb no [protected] dtd 28/8/12. Product not recd till date. On confirming fm blue dart they say "on shippers request product returned back to shipper." Several mails written and feedback given but no response fm their support msil IDs [protected]@naaptol.com, [protected]@naaptol.com. Called up call centre and got docket no 3469580 but no feedback. You have been telling this for quite some time.
I never faced this issues with other on line shopping websites.

I have not seen a consumer led on line shopping co like this. Every second day some one calls and assures.
I want the product or money refund from a non responsive vendor like naaptol.
Urge everyone on this forum not to buy fm naaptol. It is a fradulent company.
Inaction within 48 hrs will lead me to file a formal complaint in consumer court and at the same time put across docisl networks as well...
