I bought a aircam &airfone product from naaptol, in the month of june 25th 2011, the camrecorder was faulty from the time I received it, I called them from the 21st of october non stop till november and got no response all executive in naaptol are disgusting and don't help at all, NAAPTOL finally called in the month of november when I was abroad and said I have to send the default product to them in mumbai and the executive said he will send an sms of the address where I was suppose to send the product. I received sms and I send camrecorder on 17-11-11.But naaptol executive say sir your product is not received. The same thing of calling naaptol everyday and registering a complaint.. I call everyday all executive say sir your complaint is register and our seniors call it under 24 hours . My order no is 1966028 Was this information helpful? | |||
