Hi,

I recently made a purchase of a Blackberry World Edition phone from naaptol.com and was disappointed to receive a defective piece (The card slot is broken) and also the free gift (Polo Watch) is defective and is not functional. I wanted to inform Naaptol and I have tried calling the customer service number [protected] several times but have not been through to a rep yet. On the other hand if you call the Naaptol.com sales number [protected] you will be able to speak to a rep immediately. I asked the reps to transfer my call to the customer service however they informed me that they are unable to do so and advised me to call in the morning as thats the only time when the lines are not busy. A company which has several lines for sales and no customer service should definitely ring an alarm. I want a refund as I'm unhappy with the service.

My order number is 3428940 and you can call me at [protected] or [protected]. I had forgotten to mention before that you guys have not given me the charger connector either so currently the blackberry phone is dead. The blue tooth is dead as the phone is dead and the polo watch is dead most of the times. The only thing working is the blackberry pouch (lol).

All in all this has been a really bad experience for me. Please tell me where I could send this "box of defects" to and get an immediate refund. Thanks for wasting my time.

I recently made a purchase of a Sony Ericsson Vivaz Mobile from naaptol.com and was disappointed to receive a defective piece (Display is water marked ) and also Charger not working and is not functional and Headphone is not proper work . I wanted to inform Naaptol and I have tried calling the customer service number [protected] several times but have not been through to a rep yet. On the other hand if you call the Naaptol.com sales number [protected] you will be able to speak to a rep immediately. Thank you for your reply. But I have just purchased a new charger for the phone and fixed the defective card slot and the phone is now working fine. As advised by your customer service rep Saddam I will only be sending the bluetooth earpiece, charger and polo watch to your mulund office and will require a replacement for them.

I want to bring to your notice that as per your offer I am supposed to get 23% discount on my Reliance monthly postpaid bill, but when I spoke to Reliance about it they had no clue about it. I had ordered for the product in good faith assuming all your promises would be true however I have ended up getting a defective mobile which I had to fix it myself, a non functional watch, a dead bluetooth earpiece and it seems that only the sales reps from Naaptol are aware of the discount everyone else (Naaptol customer care and Reliance customer care) are clueless about it.     Dear Sir,

    on 14th February 211 ai haev order a Beverly Hill Polo watch having no code number.

    The image shown on the net is different from that i received.

    I spoke to Ms.Preeti Shigwan from Naaptol office, but they were not ready to respond, and also told that they will not help on this matter.

    I request you to look into the matter and ask them to deliver the same model which I ordered without taking any penny.

      I had ordered one multi-tool kit (102 pcs. Multipurpose Tool Kit with Powerful Drill Machine, order no. 3220951) from NAAPTOL on 11 jan 2012. When I received the product, I found that the product was sub-standard and I decided to return back. So, I contacted NAAPTOL and told them I am returning the product. They accepted this issue and told me to send it back. They told me that refund will be initiated once the product is being received.       There was a delay in despatching the product by speed post service. Meantime I had complained to the post office regarding this. Now, I have written confirmation from post office that the complaint was being resolved and the product was delivered on 02 Feb2012. I had contacted them regarding this and they told me that the product was never received at the destination and refund could not be initiated. Till today, there is no response from NAAPTOL.COM

            I just received a New Jersey Polo Club summer season Jacket, and i saw the
            add as New Jersey Polo Club All Season Jacket

            I called the complaint number for naaptol and the consultant said that he
            cannot do any thing and asked me to call the order booking dept for
            lodging complaint, i said that this is the complaint number i received from
            naaptol and he placed me on hold for more that 10 mins (twice), and said
            that he will not take complaint and consultant requested to call after some
            time and so i asked for sup but he asked me to wait for a long time and
            then said that no sup is available and then said that he cannot take the
            complaint for this, and i asked for supervisor in the floor but tech said
            no supervisor is available in the floor, and asked me to wait for a long
            time and hung up on me, called again to naaptol after some time but got the
            same response from the next consultant i asked the ticket number for my
            calls and the consultant refused to give the ticket number, i attached both the jackets the first one is in the website and the second is the one which received

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I have ordered a blackberry8830 mobile phone in naaptol.com and the order number is 3343823 I have received my order on 6th Feb 2012 (Monday) and given the whole amount to the courier guy. I deeply regret to inform you that both product and service are subtended and mediocre for the following reasons:

              (1).The Blackberry handset given to me is second hand as I can clearly see the number of the original user before me.
              (2).The pouch for the blackberry provided is duplicate as there is no blackberry logo on the pouch. I can find better pouches in footpath near any local bus stand.

              The situation became more worst when I contacted their customer care. I have raised my problem and they have provided me a complaint number 2402679 and promises to respond within 48 hours when in fact I received no response from them even after 96 hours i.e.4 days.

              This is first & last time I purchased any product from naaptol and will never encourage any of my friends to shop from naaptol.

              I kindly request you to take a appropriate action.

              Naaptol.com / 8830 Blackberry — device doesn't work

              bought the set at rs 5999/= from naaptol.com on cash on delivery. the device is only working as GSM Phone and no data connectivity. I have tries with BSNL, Airtel and DoCoMo but it doen't work. Calling naaptol, no response at all. I have asked for return and refund that too is ignored. I have wasted Rs 6000 for a feature ( voice call phone) which could be bought in Rs 2000. Advertisement on site is misleading.

                    I am Anu had taken the Blackberry Handset from naaptol.com Order No:- 3245243 Dated:18 Jan 2012. Which reach to us through Blue Dart No:- AWB [protected] on 19 JAN 2012. We had taken the handset and move to Reliance there we come to know about the handset is not working for the CDMA then we put GSM Sim that also not working then we taken the handset to the blackberry showroom there they check the imei no which is not valid in India & blackberry never starts with this handset no 8830 black color. There we come to know that Naaptol has done the wrong thing with me given me the Chinese Mobile we had given the complaint to Naaptol. The Complaint No:2320309 which is register there on 21 Jan 2012.at that time customer care has told me that i get get a call back in 48 working hrs bt till now I not receive any call from naaptol side. ies on 7 Feb 2012. In between this i had tried to speak to there customer care. bt NOW they r putting my phones on hold.

                    So plz do the needful as soon as possible i need my money back or new handset ies original blackberry from the naaptol.

                    given order no:[protected] Jan 2012) blackberry handset from naaptol. they provide me the handset bt its not working till now i had putt en up the complaiNT in naaptol on 21 Jan 2012 as per there rules company take 48 working hours to do the needful about the handset but till now i haven't receive any call from them and my amouNT of rs 6000 is wasted NOW and mobile is NT working since i had taken mobile to reliance customer to take the Sim card because they provide me the cdma mobile bt i had applied for the gsm one. till NOW nothing was done from the naaptol and other company through which they provide me blackberry.

                    Pl see the concern as soon as possible i need my money back with the herasmeNT charges from the company as well . NOW i doNT require the mobile from them.

                      I would like to inform you that i have bought a Blackberry storm 9530 from Naaptol website(order number 3192437).on(18/1/2012) i have received the mobile phone. As i have opened the box and started to use .i came across to several of problems.

                      1-Headset not working

                      2-Battery is old

                      3-Charging problem

                      4-Flash always remains on as you insert the battery(into mobile).

                      5.slot of memory card is not there.

                      6.Hanging problem.

                      After that on the same day i have communicated to Naaptol Customer Care via Email and Telephonic ally almost 21 days has been passed but no reply from there end.and if i am talking to customer care every one says your issue will be resolve with in 48 hrs. till date 504 hrs(21 days passed).i have got few calls from there end but no positive reply from there side,I have tried to contact the vendor also. But he is also not picking the call(contact no. of vendor [protected]) .i have got the email from vendor that i have to return the defected mobile phone and after checking it they will inform me.i have returned the mobile phone to given address.but till date no replies.i have paid approximate 9200 rupees.please take necessary action.

                            A easy mop product has been purchased from the said website and the vendor has delivered a damaged product on 30th dec 2011. After several followup with the said company nither they have replaced the product nor they have refund the amount till date. Now when I am forcing them to refund the same they informed that I have to courier the product to them as they dont have the courier service on that area and then they will refund. But already I have paid the courier/shipping charges for deliver the product which they are not going to refund additionaly again I have to courier the same.This way they are cheating the customer , if they dont have the courier service on that area then how they delivered the product, whicle returning back the product they dont have the coirier service. I want the legal action on them for harrasing me and also I want the to get my refund with interest for delay payment

                                  I bought the VOX Smartphone - 2 Way Flip mobile phone from Naaptol.com (order no. 2903350) – but had bad experiences with this mobile:

                                  1. The memory is supposed to be 3.9 mb – but it’s showing as 506 kb.
                                  2. The back camera is supposed to be HD – but it’s displaying VGA pictures.
                                  3. The front camera is supposed to be VGA – but the picture is all blurred.
                                  4. Clicking the video/sound recorder icon gives me this error: “Driver not found”.
                                  5. And there are other problems too…

                                  I’d called up the customer service on 11th December, 2011 who told me that the AlphaRadio guys who make this mobile will call me within 48 working hours to enquire about the mobile issues. But till now nobody has called me, even after repeated reminders.

                                  Naaptol's customer service is pathetic!

You will not have to pay any courier charges for the same. and if asked for the value of the order at the counter, kindly mention a value below Rs 1000 (as the order is defective does not hold any commercial value).

                                  Request you to duly pack the product in the same original box that you had received along with the accessories at the time of delivery.

                                  Also, ensure proper packing of the product is done, any defect during transit Naaptol will not be held responsible.

                                  On the back cover of packing request you to add your name and complete address, along with Naaptol order no [2903350] and your mobile/ landline no for easy identification and further processing.

                                  Please put the copy of invoice received by you (copy) inside the box along with a note stating the reason for Refund.

                                  Please help us with the AWB [Air Way Bill] after sending the product.

                                  It would take 2-3 days for the product to reach us, & we would initiate the refund and the same would be couriered to you within 21 working days.

                                  Your customer service guys told me that they will send an email to the local Blue Dart office to request them to accept my mobile packet. This is because the office had said that they will not accept any mobile for sending.

                                  >> "Please put the copy of invoice received by you (copy) inside the box along with a note stating the reason for Refund."

                                  FYKI, there was NO Invoice in the packet when I received it.

                                  This is another carelessness on your part too!

                                  Please send the aforesaid email at the earliest so that the local office can call me.

                                    I have purchased Blackberry Storm 9530 on 20th jan 2012, online from Naaptol COD, The mobile kit consists of Faulty charger, however i started using by charging with laptop after 2 days screen gets blank and does not switchs ON, tried calling customer care and complaind they repiled saying 48 hours but no one responded tried calling again customer care officers says after 20min you can send the handset back we will get back to you on the status within 21 days
                                    this is cheating on the customers by selling faulty handsets

                                      Hello Sir,

                                      I brought HTC-G1 3G Android Mobile on 07/01/2012 from Napptol (which is a online selling company).

                                      In a weeks time, i found that the mobile is not working and i spoke with the customer care team at Napptol and a complaint was launched with them. They have given a compliant Number 2287468 on 19/01/2012 around 11.00 A.M.. It was informed to me that the product owner some Global Technology will call and resolve the problem within 48 hours But till nowt the same has not been resolved.

                                      The product was a defective one and I spent 7280 for purchasing the same. If I would spend the same in a show room i would have bought a good one. The Phone is not working it is a defective one and it gets hot even speaking for 10 minutes. I want my cash back. The money for this product was paid by cash

                                      I tried talking to Napptol customer care team atleast 20 times in this 1 month, everytime the pre-recorded message has been repeating but no customer care executive is picking. It seems they are cheating public.

                                      I request your help in sort this problem with Napptol.

                                        Recently I ordered a Blackberry Storm 9530 having order no.: 3300347. The package was received on Saturday 28th Jan 2012 at 8:10 pm. I have paid the entire amount, since it was on COD basis. Later when I opened the packet, I was shocked to find out, that the box was not sealed, neither was the phone in a sealed packet. Also, the entire front screen appears to be re-worked and it literally shakes in the gap. It appears that will fall of anytime. The handset looks very used and probably is a second hand piece, the battery was also in charged condition.
                                        This Handset has come from countries like the US / Mexico or near by to them, since the phone has the service providers Logo onto it. I donot know if this is one of those unlocked types. Probably the phone has been procurred by Naptol in the second hand market and are selling it in the Indian market as a new handset. Where can i return the handset, and also can i get a refund for the same.

                                        I would like to get in-touch with someone who has had similar experiences with Naptol, regarding Blackberry phones. Also, kindly forward me the address and contact numbers for their main office in India, and also, information regarding the owners of the business. I am seeing a number of complaints specifically for the blackberry phone. has this been made aware to the Police or Other consumer product organization. I think Naptol is outright duping everyone by sending the second hand re-worked / re-furbished phones, that donot work and also are getting paid the full amount at the same time.
                                        even I too facing the same issue. it is not a sealed one. and issue with the touch scree. the screen when i tried to select the menu, the screen going down. some time the screen glass coming out side. as i asked the naaptol customer care they are saying that its a new feature. i have seen lot of issues with the BlackBerry Strom who buy form naaptol.
