i have orded sony ericsson w910i and i get it in four working days after getting the product i was shocked that the mobile was not orignal and the headset which u given is very poor in sound quailty not orignal and when i insert memory card the mobile get restart and while charging it's get heating befor that i own the four year old w910i till now it not showing that kind of symptoms only the panel get scratches so oniy i ordered the new one .

Sony Ericsson — Given Wrong information and doesn't want to give the receipt of the cash

I have given two Sony Ericsson's phone model no. are P990i and K750I TO THE SERVICE STATION in gariahat. the service station name is BABLI MEDIA,109A RASBEHARI AVENUE. they have given the estimate of Rs. 1200 for the P990i and Rs. 850 for the K750I. But after that the are asking me Rs.3000 for P990i and Rs. 2000 for K750i. And the are telling that they won't give the receipt of the cash also. The work order no. for P990i is SE309BMG10540 and IMEI/Serial no. is [protected].
And the work order no. for K750I is SE309BMG10539 and IMEI/Serial no. is [protected]. My phones are not repaired and then also ive to pay them around Rs. 600. They even doesn't know how to behave with the customer also. i am regretting of going to the customer service centre. Even the address of this service centre is given by the Sony Ericsson Customer service. Please take initiative step so that in future nobody have to face such problems

This is my order no :361650 and product is w910i and i recevied the product in 19 March 2012 and having some problem in that product so i sent product to you on 23 March 2012 and i reply from u that u will refund my money in cheque and one person called from your side and asked my cheque favoring name: J THIRUNAVUKKARASU and he told that u will recevived cheque in 7 working days but yesterday i recevied replacement from ur side with my knowledge after open the box i foun another mobile and i switch on but it doesn't power on some red coloured light blink in upper keypad c i thought battery must be low so plugged in charger but nothing happened and i am totally in confuse that u having online shopping site and delivering the product with out cheking properly, Errors may happend sometime but in my issue it occurs again again

Please put the copy of print label/ invoice/delivery challan received by you (copy) inside the box along with a note stating the details of defect.

Kindly write back to us at or call us at [protected] & help us with the awb# & cheque favoring name.

It would take 4 to 5 days for the product to reach us, & post that we would send you the refund cheque in 12 to 15 working days.
