I HAVE PURCHASED A MOBILE HANDSET (AWB NO. [protected]) from NAAPTOL ON LINE PURCHSED VIDE ORDER NO. 198957 BY SEEING AN ADVERTISEMENT IN NEWSPAPER. THE SUPPLIER HAS GURTENTEND ONE YEAR BUT UNFORUNATELY IT HAS BEEN DISORDERED AFTER A MONTHS OF TIME. THE SAME HAS BEEN SENT TO THE COMPANY FOR REPAIRING ON DATED[protected] THROUGH A COURIER SERVICES NAMED BLUE DART. ONE OE THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE NAMED SUDHA RECIEVED IT ON DATED[protected]. ON DATED[protected] THE COMPANY ASKED US FOR BILL, DELIVER REPORT AND OTHER DOCUMENTS. THE SAME HAS BEEN SENT VIA FAX TO THE COMPANY. SINCE A LONG TIME HAS BEEN LAPSED, DESPITE OUR SEVERAL REMINDER, REPEATED TELEPHONIC CALLS WE HAVE NOT YET RECIEVED OUR HANDSET SO FAR. AS A YEAR HAS BEEN PASSED WE ARE GETTING HARRSSED. Please take a look at the reply from naaptol people regarding my complaint raised before 60 days. The replied 13 days back saying that my issue is being worked on. Not sure how this company works but i need my money back. This is really frustrating. If this doesn't get resolved i will spend some money and go against TimeofINDIA for allowing naaptol to publish ads in their news papers.

In the sep09 i have made a puchase of E-phone and after 2 months it start creating problem in the set .After tht i have send back to the company on 7th of jan 2010 after tht they have send back the set 2 and half months before this i have made lots of call to the company bt the company and customer care they r not taking as a full and they r not rectifying the problem now they are making the problem to me. Yesterday i got the set and again same problem the set is not taking the charge so today i have sended back to company. and I don 't need the phone i am really harassed and mentally upset with the attitude of the company. So i want to say tht plz give my money back to me and i don't want the product anymore.

I placed an order of Car Stereo with FM, MP3, USB, SD Card Support + Car Vacuum Cleaner Combo with Free 2GB Kingston Pen Drive on February 28th. And the product what I received was defective. Product was send back to Naaptol by Blue dart on March 22nd and received by you on March 23rd . I was informed that it will take 10-12 working days to receive new product. Then when i called on April 8th was informed that system is not been updated and will take 10-12 working days more. I am really not satisfied with Naaptol service. it doesnt take so much time to delivery. I have been cheated by the compnay.I have paid 2250 and want the my money to be refunded .

After a week they say order has been cancelled due to non receival of payment. I have sent my bank statement saying that money has been debited. They say money will be refunded in 2 days. Order has been cancelled on 28th December 2009. Till now i haven't received my money. This is really frustrating and every time i call customer care they say they will call me back or email me but they never do that.
Not sure how naaptol is surviving in the market. It really sucks!!
