[Resolved] Naaptol / HTC G1 — Refund | |||
I bought a htc G1 3G android cellphone for Rs. 7229 (Order No. 3192661) from Naaptol.com after I saw their ad in Telugu Daily. I also checked their sales page on the site and decided to buy it since I thought it was a good deal. However, to my utter astonishment, I found that the phone that was shipped to me with defect one i.e. GPRS connections not accepting, clarity of the mobile is very bad, battery is discharging within 20 mts. I decided to ship it back and ask for a refund. The folks at Naaptol assured me that I would have no problems in getting a refund. It turned out that the refund process wasn't that straight-forward as the customer service reps at Naaptol had promised initially. I had to call again and again to get the status of the refund. Every time I was given false and incomplete assurances. I grew more and more frustrated. Please get me refund with your help. Was this information helpful? | |||

I Have Ordered Same Product, I got the Mobile And Paid: 7198 Rupees. It Worked Only 1 hour And After that Suddenly Switched Off.
I Called the Naaptol Customer care, They said they are not suppose to take the complaint and they have service team to take complaints.
He gave me 2 Numbers to call They are:[protected], [protected].
I have called to that numbers and IVRS saying to stay online, Almost 13 calls still saying stay online, My Mobile Balance depleted.
Called Again to coustmer care number i said i am unable to reach that number, and asked to help me. I recived the foolish Reply as Same that they are not responsible for any complaints and still saying to call that numbers and saying to stay online till the call reach from IVRS to an executive.
I Got very harassed situation from the Naaptol. One Person from Naaptol Called me and asked that we send you mobile did u received it? I said I received a mobile but its not working and he said same to call that numbers, I said the problem not connecting call, He said sorry i cant help you try and try try to that numbers only, ;;;;;;OH My God Very Very Bad Company.
