Naaptol — Incomplete Product | |||
I am very dissatisfied with Naaptol that I have ordered sofa cum bed air bed and I got just only that sofa without pumping machine and repair kit..Without pumping and repair kit how air sofa will work. I have called 5 times to customer care and they are not responding properly..and not returning my full amount..the service very worst..Order number : 4403150 Was this information helpful? | |||

I got one very small courier from Blue dart and when I open I surprised that it doesnt contain required Pumping machine and repair kits. But it has some different piece which is useless for me for sofa-cum-bed product..It doesnt contain a pumping machine which means I cannot use my sofa to blow air..I am very dissatisfied with this after waiting of 2 months for not recieving complete product..This is very bad and disrespect to customers buying in Naaptol..

We have ordered the product “Ultimate Sofa Cum Bed” from your site. This product got delivered to us on 9/1/2013. However, it appears that the product which we received is bit smaller than the product which we ordered.
The product shown on the website and which we ordered has 4 vacuum holes on it, but the product (Ultimate Sofa Cum Bed) which we received has only 3 vacuum holes on it. Please find the attached picture shown on the website with the file name "Product on the site" and the picture of the product which we received with the file name "Received Product with only 3 vacuum holes"
Also, it appears that the received product has some defect. I believe there should be some joint between the vacuums, but one of the vacuum hole is not fixed properly. Please find the attachment with the file name "Defect".
