Almost similar thing is happenning with me...
I purchased the 8GB green apple... but the product was faulty & i send it back to naaptol. they said i will recieve my money through cheque in 15 days on recieving the product to them back.. but around a month has passed and no call from them. Whenever i call the customercare number they says u will recieve ur cheque within 2 days. i called them 4 - 5 times but they says u will get cheque in 2 days...
I sent feedback to naaptol from there customer support section on there site... but no response from them.
does any one out here know where can i contact to know about status of my query .. except the naptol customer care number ...

me too complained ...but no reply from their side...looks like a bunch of frauds...should bring them before court
