[Resolved]  Naaptol — Non Delivery of Order 4135032

NAAPTOL — non delivery of order

Iorder for a digital usb mmc player vide order no. 209902 on dt. 10/3/2010 and till date naaptol company has not deliver my product to me. Many times i contact their representatives on phone but they are only ask that you will got your product in week time, kindly help me.

What is the feedback for the delivery of my order number 4135032. Still you have not given the courier awb# ?.

I was promised to receive the product with in 2-10 days which have already past and i did not received the product !!!

I called your phone number too 3 times but no one picked up. ???????

NAAPTOL — Naaptol - Fraud - Order number -4135032

Never buy from Naaptol !

I am having a horrible experience after buying through naaptol.

My order number is 4135032 and it has been not been delivered till date .

On top of that , the customer care is not giving the courier awb# so that I can track the package .

They even do not know where the package is and not sure when it will be exactly delivered.

No emails are replied back from customer care ( Divya Susai/Jignesh)with detail information when I will get the package and if I call them they do not have any information !

Even the CEO ( Manu Agarwal) email is not replying even after many many reminders and emails.

If you call the customer care phone number they will just hang up the phone without giving any courier awb# of dispatch.

There customer care promised to deliver the parcel with in 10 days which is already passed long time back !

This is really pathetic service of naaptol !

On the consumer forum , NAAPTOL will just copy and paste the same old things without resolving the things and providing any solution.

NEVER USE NAAPTOL TO BUY ANYHTING

Never buy from Naaptol !

Naaptol are fraud and cheaters !

My order no 10989619 was supposed to be delivered on 20 th October...but i hav not received it yet...please provide me complete information or cancel my order...
