On[protected], I was traveling by Train no: -2625 TVM- New Delhi Kerala Express on duty. On the way mobile phone's charge was exhausted and I was in S-5 compartments and put my phone for charging. During the time I entered to bathroom and came back immediately. Then I found that my mobile phone with 2GB memory card including the charger was missing. It was happened near Jancy Railway station. Some other passengers told me that the phone was taken by a man and I searched the whole train for the man but I can't find him.

Subsequently, I called to my phone number from Delhi and the call was attended by a lady spoke in Malayalam and told me that they have bought this phone of Rs.3000/- from somebody. Then I informed this matter to my house. My family member contacted from the land phone no:[protected] and [protected] on the same day (29/7/09) and the next day(30/7/09. Then the phone was attended by a man spoken in Hindi introduced him as a B.Tech student studying in Delhi and he demanded Rs-3000/- to get back my phone and given me their phone number and address. We contacted him till 30/7/09. The same day we applied to block SIM in BSNL Office TVM and look the duplicate SIM of the same number. On 31/7/09 the missed SIM has been blocked. I send a complaint to The City Commissioner Of Police New Delhi on first week of this month by registered So, it is requested that take necessary enquire may be conducted and find out a solution to get my mobile phone at earliest.
Along with this complaint I am attaching my mobile phone bill .

i had malfunctioning in the key pad of my set 7210... which is under warranty...i sumitted it 4 times at care but my problem is still as it is.. n my set is still at care ..at Rampur,u.p...SO PLZ SEE IT ..OTHER WISE I8 HAVE TO GO TO COSUMER COURT FOR MY RIGHT

nokia 7210c mobile set — Non receiving of hand set nokia 7210c

I gave my handset for repairing for reason it was being closed after giving a white flash.it was handed over to nokia service centre, bilaspur(CG) on 02.09.09 with job sheet no.[protected]/090902/22. target delivery date was 18.09.09 but till date even after conteneous chasing i can't get my set back. on web site ist shows that the set has repaired on 14.09.09 but nokia care centre is not making any comments over when i can get my st back.
please do something to get my handset back.

The Service Provider says that the phone is defective, the sales person says it is due to service provider where should I go? Nothing is mentioned in the Guide about Signal booster etc.

I purchased Nokia 7210 model on 6th month of 2009, I start facing the problem in that mobile with in 15 days and i gave it for servicing in the UNIVERCELL MADURAI.They took 2 month for servicing and they replaced with the new mobile(In this 2 month, nearly 10 to 15 times i came to shop. In this more time and money waste for me).
Even in that mobile am facing the same problem. I ask the problem with the same branch but i dint get the proper response and support from UNIVERCELL. They told we cant service the mobile and i left the mobile in the shop itself.

NOKIA IS WORST & I DON’T KNOW LEAST WORD THAN THIS.

Kindly asking you to involve in this matter and kindly arrange to change the mobile and give it to me as soon.

Nokia 7210 — a new mobile replaced by nokia care by an old mobile

Dear sir, madam,

Please take this as very serious matter, four past 4 to 5 years we are using nokia, recently i brought Nokia 7210 and it given me trouble after 1 month i have given mobile for repair. after some days the have called me and informed that the same mobile will be replaced. when i gone for replacing the have given me some other mobile which have an different serial number. kindly take an action, to protect your customers by providing good service.
