Nokia — automatic restarting

The best you can do is:-
Do you have a garbage bin at home?.If yes, burn your phone completely and make sure all your anger with the phone is over and then trash it in that garbage bin.After you do this just take an pledge that you will never ever do the mistake of buying a Nokia again.
I wrote this because I bought an N8 and it was not even used properly for one day and has been sitting with nokia since 23april 2012 and nokia has still not returned that phone, i was asking them to pay me back the money i paid them since i feel that Nokia is destroying the phone even more.Better give the phone back to Nokia and get a refund and buy some samsung galaxy phones.

I had submitted all my information to your mailing address [protected]@ovi.com and you seem to not take any actions rather than keep my handset in your pocket since 23rd of April 2012.I haven't heard anything from you that is why i started posting on consumer grievance site to get justice.

I dont want you guys to call me back and forth.I want a resolution for my N8 that you spoilt.My phone has been sitting with you since 23rd April 2012 and all information has already been mailed to Nokia on the above email ID.
Just calling me and saying a sorry is not why i am posting my concern here.I want it to get rectified.
