Nokia Battery — BL5C battery detected as dangerous

Sir,
I, SAGAR SINGHA, a customer of Nokia Mobile for lat 4 years. Last year when i know from nokia web page that my mobile battery detected as dangerous, i submit a form on that site. Since then i went through my nokia centre like Phoolbagan (Kakurgachi), UlttaDanga, But no one help me at this situation.

So I requested hoe I can replace my battery.

I have bought My Nokia 3500c one year ago only but now just from few weeks ago battery has been swolen. The battery is not giving enough backup for listening songs or using camera.Due to swollen battery the back cover also is also not getting closed. So i want you to complain against nokia or take some action. I am also sending some photos of the defected battery.

I have bought My Nokia 3500c one year ago only but now just from few weeks ago battery has been swolen. The battery is not giving enough backup for listening songs or using camera.. My battery also become bulge. because of that i am unable to close my cover properly.Whether it is possible to get free battery from you.

I've been suffering the same problem. The back cover cannot be closed properly, due to the swollen battery. Initially I thought it was my charger, which claimed to be original by the supplier. However, a friend who is sharing the same charger with me doesn't have any kind of this problem. I'be been changing the battery twice, and the same problem keep occuring. Perhaps it is due to the phone unit itself.

i too an a victim of the same problem. the bl-4c battery has bulged, also the battery life has greatly reduced. i am forced to charge the battery twice everyday. also i feel that these faulty batteries pose a grave danger to the users. i have already lodged an official complaint with the nokia co. through their website "contact us" option.. Hopefully the needful is done.

I have purchased a new nokia set whoose battery is now become bulged.Due to this the set cover become spoiled .Kindly replace the battery .The number beeing[protected] in BL 4C series
