Dear Sir,
I gave my mobile phone model Nokia 7310 Supernova for service in warranty to Nokia Care, Satyam electronics, Hyderabad(Phone: [protected], Owner Mob: [protected])
Job sheet No[protected]/090102/74
on 2nd January 2009 reporting minor keypad problem. Since then i am following up on them giving numerous phone call every alternate day. But the is that is on head office, with in two day you will get it.
I am really frustrated to hear these answers from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. But sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic... I am planning go for a legal action. Please reply as early as possible.

I undersigned Amol Agashe, residing at 199/1 Somwar Peth, Near Daruwala Pool, Pune 411011 Maharashtra State wish to register the complaint against very very poor service of Akshay Telecom, Nokia H.O. Shivajnager, Pune 411005
I had purchased Nokia handset vide model No 7310 Supernova on 04-10-08. Now due to the non working of keypad (7, 8, 9 numbers on the handset, similarly Alphabets vice a versa is not working.) I had given my handset for repairing to Akshay Telecom, Nokia HO, Shivajinager Pune 411005 on 30th March, 09
Almost 1 and a half month gone by, nobody is giving a proper response from their side. As a customer care, they need to update the exact status of my handset
I had called several times but nobody is in a position to give the proper answer. Is this a right way to treat to your customer.
The support staff has been giving a very poor response on the phone.
Once again I would request you to treat this complaint as urgent.

Nokia/Super Nova N7310 — Bad Customer Care Service
Dear,I had some problem with my keypad. I had given it to customer care service in R T Nagar, Banagalore 560032, India. They misplace my battery. They were blaming us that we did not give battery with the phone. Finally, the staff has taken the battery. Now again the speaker of the phone is not working. What shall I do? What is the use of keeping customer care center. We are really unhappy on the customer care of Nokia. This has to be taken as an issue.

Myself Avinash Gupta i purchased nokia mobile 7310 supernova 17/11/08 from Kumar Mobile kanpur.After the purchasing date first problem came with in two month in my hand free any how i got second one from there then again problem came in keypad ic i gave my moblie in Agra simran Electronic 6/06/09 and i got on 23/06/09 and next day same problem than i again said to them they refused to take again when i talked strictly than they agreed and again thay had taken for 15 days and now new problem is occering with MIC.they were saying i opened set outside but i did not do so but they were not ready finally when i got frustrated very much by them than i said ok i'll pay so they given me estimate of Rs. 1250. now i request you to please do needful bywhich i could get my whole money with interest.

dear sir/madammy mobile was not working properly .it is in warranty period.i gave it on 29th of jan to nokia care.every time they say, come tommorow your set will be ok but today they misbehave me and told JO KARNA HO KAR LO.please see the matter.job sheet no is[protected]/090129/11 dated 29/01/2009
