Nokia N70 - 1 — Non repairable by customer service point

This is in reference to my mobile handset N-70 music edition was given problem of blank display for the same I had submitted it at your customer service point here in guwahati on dated[protected].Finally when I asked them the status of the same on[protected], they had informed me that it could not be repaired by them.Can it be possible for you the rectify the matter? My jobcode is 54340 at Bharali Service Centre, G.S Road, Guwahati-781007.

I had submitted my hadnset nokia N70 music edition at your customer care point Bharali Service centre, Ulubari Guwahati for display problem on dated[protected].But to my utmost surprise, finally they had declared that it could not repairable by them on dated[protected].So can it possible to you take some actions & do the needful.

I am using Nokia N70-1 since last three months.
Nowadays, when ever I pickup my calls the loudspeaker gets automatically activated and the call gets canceled. Sometimes other applications such as music player, gallery also automatically opens.
i contacted several times with nokia care but problem exists

the problem, exist when ever I pickup calls the loudspeaker gets automatically activated and the music player kept open and on screen the NUMBER "4" is displayed and then the call gets disconnected
i contacted nokia care several times but problem exists.they simply format and upgrade the software and give the phone back saying it is OK, and since then i dont use my phone( past 6 month) and now i want to use it and again went to Nokia care, and they took 450 Rs from me of software installation, but the problem persist, i dont know what to do PLEASE HELP ME
